I brought my mother here today to see about switching her from another carrier to Verizon. Our associate, Drew, was very professional and courteous towards us. When he saw us approaching from outside he came running to door to open it for us. You don’t see people that often with manners and he was all that. With his help we were able to find the best deals for my mom and will be back when her new iPhone arrives. Thank you Drew for everything you’ve done! You put a smile on my mommas face!

I called the store to prevent actually coming to the store to buy another phone, however the customer service lady said the only way to tell if the phone is in stock was to go to the store. ....so I did. When I got here absolutely NO ONE went to check for me.Very rude. Poor professional manner. When first being assisted, Natalie said what do you need. Then when I made a comment about getting someone else to assist me because her attitude is very rude she tells me go sit on a bench. So I said see this is the attitude I am talking about. Then she decided to get sarcastic and said its only because of what you said. And then proceeded to mumble under her breath and asked her co-workers if she has an attitude, then laughed.This is the 2nd time dealing with this RUDE individual.

This will be my last month with Verizon. Ive gone to the stores in Macon and Warner Robins and the associates are NEVER willing to help. Today I went into the one on Watson and one of the associates told me I would save 20 or 30 minutes ordering what I need online instead of waiting on them. And he acted as if he was doing me a favor. Im not sure why they even have buildings at this point. Save some money and close them down.

Customer service has went to hell. The 3 Employees must woke up on the wrong side of the bed. They stare you down walking in nobody says a word no greeting. The dark skin girl standing there with the big bats on her eyes, the light skin girl, the heavyweight white man. The energy is off.. You ask a question they get a slick mouth with you. Nobody makes nobody work go to McDonald’s with the attitude! I pay way to much money to Verizon for poor customer service like that. October 11, 2021 to clear up any confusion 😘

Nothing really surprising. The free basic flip phone 4G VOLTE phone to replace my old plain 3G LTE phone has lots of added costs and fees. Maybe next month I can afford the free phone.

This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced at any Verizon store. Not only did the apparent store manager have to demand a salesperson be open with 7 representatives huddled in one place, but then the gentleman who wound up handling the transaction refused to do anything… including selling me a phone which I was going to buy out of pocket on site. I called customer service to get my questions resolved and they verified that this location not only provided the incorrect information, but also verified via text message all of the information that solidified the argument we were eligible for the coverage in question. Absolute disgrace of an establishment in terms of service. Everyone in that location should be replaced. Not a one deserves honorable mention.

***READ IN FULL BEFORE GOING IN THIS STORE! I typically don’t have any trouble with Verizon. My last couple visits were very disappointing however. I don’t know if it was negligence and just downright lies but it left me very unhappy. I asked so many questions so I am forced to believe it was sheer lies! Here to upgrade phones and we were offered the bundle where you buy a BOATLOAD of accessories to get them half off by representative, Marquinette. Seemed like a good deal until we get home and realize that some of what we were told we have is not what we were sold. We were told we were getting a wireless car charger in one of our bundles. Turns out to be a LIE! It is simply the mag safe car stand. It couldn’t have been an honest mistake because I had to pick a totally different phone case to work with the mag safe feature than the one I had originally picked. I also asked how the charging feature worked she she told me the usb will pull into the car! My spouse’s phone also was supposed to have the mag safe feature and of course upon getting home, we realize that phone case does not and will not be compatible with the car charger/stand. I went back up to Verizon, waiting in terribly long lines as per usual to try and exchange the car stand for an actual charger to be told they don’t have any but will have some soon. That I would received a text notification when they come in from either this new representative,( a presumably new black African American gentleman, very nice but not very much help) or from marquinette. I never received any word from anybody, except the bill with how much I owe for these things that I didn’t ask for. We also spend a lot of money with Verizon at upgrade time. I’ll be sure to travel elsewhere when that time comes again because at this point I feel like our money was legit stolen.

I have been to this location 4 times, now. Each time, the customer service is worse. Today, the general manager was the one to open the store. She came out of the door with an attitude and impatience. We were the first in line and she started by asking what we were there for...with attitude...and I said I needed a new phone. She replied with you mean an upgrade?. I said I currently had a phone and just wanted to buy a new one to which she rolled her eyes and said so you mean an upgrade. She then stopped talking to us and turned to the line of people to tell them...again with attitude...that if they didnt have an appointment that they wouldnt be seen because they were booked for the day and try the app. Another lady spoke up and said she had tried the app and it didnt work so she just needed to make a payment in store. The general manager responds with Im not gonna argue with you....I will drive to another town before going back to this place. Theyre a freaking joke and have zero desire to provide solutions or customer service.

This place is ridiculous. I had to exchange a phone that I only bought that day (wrong type apparently). I go online first and it says they have nothing open for three days, so I took a chance and went in. 7 employees were sitting around doing NOTHING! And when I say nothing I mean it. Playing on phones, cracking jokes, staring at tv screens. So then why is there no appointments open if obviously no one is there. I finally get some help and the employee on me literally just walked off for over 25 mins for, again, NOTHING! And don’t get me started about their absurd restocking fee, that’s just highway robbery but whatever. Why do we have all these TCC retail Verizon stores when we keep getting told we have to go to the one on Watson for every little thing? Corporate needs to get it together and step in.

They don’t listen to understand your problem but instead just wait for their chance to say no. Do yourselves a favor and do your business online. That is what the ask you to do in the store anyways.

I meant to write this survey sooner but the way my work life balance is sent up... this was by far the best mobile customer service I have received in a long time. The store has definitely adapted very well to our new normal, as everyone was very fluid with the social distancing. I was greeted by friendly staff and security and everyone had on masks. I was unsure what model of iPhone I wanted and Elijah was very knowledgeable about which phone would be a good fit for me. I was in and out with a new ready to go phone within 45mins!! I absolutely love my iPhone 11pro Max!! The camera is everything! I was give a thorough run down of all services provided as well as warranties, etc etc...Great service and great staff, I was pleased and impressed. This is be my new home store!

I have been a customer since before they changed their name to Verizon. They were Cellular One in 1990. I was happy for many years. Used to get awesome customer service. Now they have removed my payment info from the automated line so I have to reenter it and it doesnt save. Also it used to be all American based customer service. Today after holding for a long time and their computer trying to force me repeatedly to handle my question on a robot line, I finally got a human voice and sounded like she was in China. I am looking at other plans with other companies now. If they are no longer loyal to this country and think we all should be forced to self check out why should we be loyal to them. I no longer shop Wal-mart for the same reason. Greed greed greed above your customers and employees. Dollars over people.I used to get excellent service anytime I called. Except in the local store where they always cared more about their commission than the customer.

My phone stolen so I called in Verizon and got suspended that device so no one can go through my phone and privacy. I went to buy new phone at this store same day where we always buy our phone from but the young girl over there she was keep reminding us to pay and leave. She said your new phone is activated and charge us $40 activation plus tax for the phone, when I reach home try to turn on that phone but it’s not activated. Than I checked in my account online and what she did that she activated the stolen phone back again and didn’t even add or activated this new device. She put our privacy in danger by turning on that stolen phone back. Before leaving I told her with smile that why you are in hurry, we need time to understand everything but she didn’t even reply back never going back to this store again

Currently with the pandemic going on the customer service has definitely dropped considerably company-wide. It is very frustrating to get online and do the things that you used to could do while you were in the store in person face to face. I believe that the company has gotten so large that they have lost touch with the customer on a personal level. The product and the technical service that they give is fine but again the personal touch is lost. Hopefully as we work through the pandemic this company can get back on top the way they were before all of this started.

This is the worst Verizon wireless store ever!!!I went to get a new line & the salesman wanted to sell my accessories for over $240 ( as a part of a great promotion according to him) when I declined his offer he was rude, couldn’t even tell me my new phone number & wanted me to sign the new contract on a blank screen. I did not take the phone/ new line & I was told he couldn’t cancel my transaction. This happened 2 months ago & I am still getting charge on my bill for their. If you don’t get what they want to sell you they completely become rude & they don’t want to help you.

Cant say a lot positive about the experience. Seemed the staff was more focused on selling products and making commissions than listening to the customers needs. They dont know or dont care to share promotions. The manager reminded my husband that the milinial generation did business different from the baby boomers and others. Customer service is what sells products and brings them back. Maybe his generation needs to start working on that and not just products. Went to another Verizon location and bought phones.

Been with Verizon about 15 years. Service gets worse every year. Talking to an actual person for support means jumping through a lot of hoops. Once you get someone they often are not helpful. They are the most expensive, and in our experience, not worth the money.

I went in to upgrade my phone. Other than having to wait outside it was a textbook definition of great customer service. Even though they were tired and closing they greeted and treated everyone positively (even when people tried to ignore and actually overpower them) . They even pleasantly explained why people should wear masks for those that didnt know.

My family switched from AT&T to Verizon. We were there for two hours but everything was necessary. We were taken care of as soon as we got there. It was AT&T fault that we were there so long because it wouldnt give us the info we needed right then. But the two hours we spent there to set up 4 different phones was quicker than any other visit to AT&T.🤨🤔

With Covid-19, customers have to wait outside. You can wait in your car though.This was my 2nd visit in two days. I picked up the wrong phone case and had to do a return. Both sales people were helpful during my visits. I got my case from here as I get a nice discount with my company.The sales staff changed to non-commissioned sales which I feel made the visit quicker.

Usually love visiting this store, but will visit the Macon location or representative on the line going forward. I visited the store 02/24/2020 and the representative could care less about being at work. I usually do not leave bad reviews but this representative was very rude. I came in for questions on upgrade and other issues. None of my issues were addressed he was more worried about rushing me out the store to go back to talking to his co workers. This experience alone made me wish I was NOT a customer with Verizon. Other than that I’m usually happy leaving this store but this rep was not interested in helping that day. I called into Verizon and the representative on the phone addressed all of my issues with no hesitation. Will no longer visit this store unless I absolutely have to other than that I will make the drive to the Macon location.

We signed in and were ignored and 2 people after us were helped. One associate walked up to us several times and threw trash away. Never acknowledged us. It wasnt until a customer noticed we were seemingly being ignored and said something that we finally got help. We have had better experiences here. However this was not one of them. Well, I went to Verizon to purchase a new cell phone. I knew what I wanted, so I waited 20 min or so for my turn to come around. Tory was the sales associate. It became clear when I told her that I wanted to stay on my Pre-Paid plan, instead of Post Pay, I was not worth her time. She tried to convince me to go on Post Pay, buy the phone and buy one for my husband, get the military discount, pay half price, etc. When I told her I wanted to stay on prepaid, she suggested I go to Best Buy, as they usually have out $100.00 gift cards, or some other promotional items, and their phones were less expensive.So wow, lost my business for sure. The head corporate office needs to get this. We went to Best Buy, the phone cost was the same, we bought it and two year insurance. Had to have a SIM card overnighted from 611 Verizon, as Best Buy did not carry one for the Motorola Z4. I just have to go back tomorrow to have the phone set up. So, Verizon at Galleria, shame on your customer service. Lost that sale and our next purchase for my husbands phone.Best Buy certainly appreciated your referral to their store.

They apparently dont get the same commission if they dont sell the phone so you can pay it over two years. Then the bill itself is higher. So, I paid Best Buy for my new phone and just had my PrePay plan switched to the new phone.

Really nice staff. Went is to get our phone switched to a new plan. But when we were given our new numbers, texts that were meant for my husband went to someone else! So we went back in and we told we had to wait on the guy that originally hooked up the numbers. He gave us a troubleshooting step that didnt work. And then made us wait for an hour before telling us we had to call customer service because her couldnt fix it without charging us more. I really think the reps should be given the authority to fox what they messed up without forcing the paying customer to pay more.

Be very careful reading over the documentation the sales reps hand you before buying a phone. The employee in the stained t shirt with BO who I spoke with signed me up for a protection plan without asking or even mentioning it a single time, but luckily I noticed the next day and cancelled.Better yet, go somewhere that isn’t staffed by disgusting crooks.

The young man pulled up our account and ordered us a new one as told wed receive it the next day. We were beyond pleased! Amazing service! All we have to do is send back our old one. Not very helpful at all. One lady tried to help me as I explained that my phone would no longer charge. The guy beside her didnt even bother to look up from his phone and kept scrolling through whatever he was doing. She called his name to ask for help and he cut her off with an I dont know, without even looking up from his phone. They didnt even check me in, or see if I was already a Verizon customer, or even try to sell me a new phone since my current one wont charge. They were absolutely useless. Maybe theyre better on other days, but today 👎🏾
