I had a wonderful experience with Alma. We had been having issues with the Mifi’s for about a year. I had been to several stores I thought the past, but they weren’t able to remedy the issue.Alma was able to fix the issue on our account. I had trouble with pre-paid service being restored to my iPhone, There employee Alma, was very assertive and knew exactly what to do to get my service restored. In the past at other locations, the level of customer support diminished once they recognize I wasn’t adding to their Daily sales goal. Alma Saved me a headache.

If I could rate this store zero stars I would. This store is SO dishonest. Alma the store manager tells my husband one story then my sister another. My sister traded in her phone and the employee helping her Ryker F. didnt give her any kind of credit or anything for her phone after she was told she would get one. We have been trying to figure this out for 11 MONTHS! Every time Ryker says we ARE being credited for the phone being turned in. Total lie. Wont listen to anyone. Alma says no one in the store has a reason to pocket a phone. Obviously they do. Alma also told us that she and Ryker are the only people who ever work there so we always would deal with them. We go in and another lady is there. Hmmm. Dishonest to the core. Makes me loose faith in humanity. They steal your money any chance they get and then make you feel like its your fault

I walked in wanting to upgrade my phone based on a promotion Id seen online. The sales associate was dressed in a hoodie and jeans so I mistook him for a customer. When I finally realized he worked there, I told him what I wanted to do and he seemed to have no clue what promotion I was talking about. Finally, after researching it, he told me they didnt have the phone I wanted. He called what I assume was another store. I say assume because he answered the phone by saying what up bro. He got off the phone and said nowhere nearby had the phone I wanted. I left and ended up going to a nearby store (they did have the phone) and their customer service was amazing AND they ended up saving me money on my monthly bill. Dont waste your time here.

I had a business account for 5 years at Sprint; one day I decided to walk over to this Verizon store, and they completely blew me away! I switched my entire business over to Verizon 2 month ago, and I havent looked back!Parker, the store manager is amazing and had answers for every question we had. Im not extremely knowledgeable or tech savvy when it comes to phones so it was really refreshing to have someone that could make the process simple.So far their coverage/service is above and beyond any other carrier Ive experienced. And more importantly their in store customer service is top notch, which is so important to have available as a business customer.Thank you Parker, I will refer you and your store any time I get the chance.

Sold me 2 unlimited glass protector replacement plans for my phones. My glass protector fell off over 1 month ago and they are no longer carrying the glass for my phone which I have had for less than 1 year. Total scam to offer unlimited replacements and then stop carrying the replacement item.

Wonderful location with great staff! The store is very nice, and the staff is even nicer. Spencer took great care of my son and I, and everything went very smoothly. I have been to other stores that struggled with either the sales or the phone transfer process; however, that was definitely not the case here at this location. Highly recommended!

The salesman had great pros and cons for all the phones we looked at and helped us find the best phone for us. I have been with Verizon for over 8 years now and I was just about ready to jump ship and try another carrier. It seems like most companies dont really care about long-term, loyal customers anymore. NEW customers seem to get better deals than anyone else. I came in and talked with Riker and although he didnt know it, he quickly changed my mind. I have always felt so frustrated when going in to talk to retailers, like Im being pressured into paying for whatever deal is going to make them the most commission. I not only walked out feeling the exact opposite, but Riker helped me change my family plan to something much more suitable for our needs, plus he ultimately lowered my monthly bill AND got my wife and I new phones to boot! I have already recommended him and the Go Wireless Centerville location to multiple friends and family members.If there were more guys like Riker who really listen to customers and just kept it REAL like he does, companies would keep more long-term clients and in-turn make more money in the end. I cant say enough good about my experience there. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!

These guys sold me a glass screen protector for over 1000% mark-up from the identical product sold on Amazon. Check it out! They will charge you $40 and you can buy it for less than $4 online (shipping included)! Every level of business ethics shouts DISHONEST!They will sell you a phone case for $30 when the identical case is online for $15 (shipping included).I went to buy a phone. There were two employees there and literally not a single other customer the whole time I was there. Even still, two hours later they were closed and they still hadnt managed to transfer my contacts to the new phone yet! They sent me away and said come back tomorrow.Want me to continue? I had a nice new plastic cover for my wifes phone and they offered to place it on my phone for me. (how nice, right?) Well, after it was done the employee gal managed to put a gigantic cut in the new plastic cover with her ring. She offered to replace it and instead put a cheap hand-cut plastic sheet on my wifes phone with the corners peeling and overlapping off the edges. I went back a week later to have it replaced and the new guy did an even worse job!The only time I will ever go back to this store is if I have a sign and am picketing out front. This is BAD business at its best!

Fantastic experience. This is the fourth time I have used this store and Ryan for phones. This time I ordered eight iphone 5S and four Casio Ravine on upgrades. Ryan had all the phones and rebates ready to go when I got there. And he came in on his day off to help me on the only day I could come pick them up! Great service as usual. Will be using them and Ryan for all my phones in the future.

Terrible customer service. I have been a Verizon customer for years. Purchased an iPhone 8 Plus at the Sugarhouse location with the lifetime warranty screen protector. Forward a year later had the screen protector replaced at this store due to being closer to home. Today is the fourth time I have been going to get my screen replaced again, turns out they replaced my screen protector with a different brand than originally purchased. Now Centerville will not replace it claiming they have no record of my screen protector being replaced there. The Sugarhouse location won’t replace it either since it’s not the original screen protector. Instead of owning up to their mistake they claim they did me a favor by replacing it last year, and now I’m out of my screen protector. I cannot replace it anywhere but yes they are willing to sell me one if I want to.Last week I was given a note that since they made the mistake they would replace it once more screens came in and to come back this week. I came Monday and was told no screens were left, that they sold out. Came today Wednesday, was told that the guy that wrote the note and signed it quit and no longer works there. That they will not honor it. Brayden has been the one to has talked to me on Monday and today, he is the most disrespectful customer rep I have ever encountered. He refused to give me his managers name or number. The manager finally came and she claims that whoever wrote the note, quit and they will not help me. She told me her name is Alma and while she was respectful, she did nothing to fix this problem even though they fully know that it was their mistake. Once again the customer representative Brayden was the worst person I could have ever received customer care from. He truly needs to be retrained.Don’t waste your time going to this store for they will cheat you out of your money, and not own to their mistake while at the same time be mistreated.

I went into the Centerville, Utah store on 10/15/19, for help with my email account. Ryker greeted me immediately and I told him of my issues. He took the time to show me how to download the google email app. I told Ryker that I was getting these nasty emails and I didn’t know how to get rid of them. He took the time to download the app and to spam those unwanted emails for me.Sometimes I feel technologically dumb, but Ryker was understanding and patient. I ordered a phone on Monday. The guy told me it was on sale. I got an email on Thursday from Verizon with my order and the phone had half the gigs and was double the quoted price. When I asked if we could get the phone I ordered he shrugged me off. He also misquoted me on the cost of adding another line by $40. He wouldnt give me any paper work for my order. My whole experience was shifty.

Gentleman who helped us order in our phone was great.We bought some upgrades when we got the phone, even buying a case we didnt need to get access to their free glass screen protector replacement plan, and not a week later they dont have record of it.Now, human error is ok. But the manager had no intention of helping us resolve it and just shrugged and gave us a discount on a replacement... for ten dollars. You can find the same thing online for much less.So, save yourself the time and the effort and buy your add ons elsewhere and avoid the replacement plan....

Very unhappy with this Verizon retailer. This is not part of the Verizon corporation so you take your chances dealing with them. I had several issues and asked to speak to the manager for assistance. I was told only the account manager Jade could help me. I asked to have her call me back and she never has. I have contacted the store four times to no avail. I would say go to Costco across the parking lot or better yet go downtown to Gateway to a real Verizon corp. store. Mybullfrog is just a lot of bull.

I would never recommend working with any staff member here. We opened our account here and spent the next 3 months fixing things with Verizon corporate. Then, we thought we would give them another shot—nope screwed up our entire account. Shut it down then opened up a new one that is now costing us $100+ all to add one line. Went in yesterday to upgrade out phones. Got great service and even ended up getting different phones than we intended after being informed of a great rebate offer for the galaxy 3S. YAY so happy with our new phones and pleasantly suprised by the great service.Went back to upgrade again and was over charged by $100 vs going directly through Verizon. Was there for over an hour and a half the second go around after the first phone started flickering in 10 days and realized I was over charged vs what I was told the first time and got no good answer as to why. Per Verizon they can charge whatever they want so do NOT go through a store unless its corporate.

Went to Verizon to switch from T mobile. First visit seemed like it was going to me a smooth switch.Thats when everything went wrong. The representative made it sound like everything was on track. Order phones set up a family plan etc.Only to find out that he had only ordered one phone. Went back to the store. And was treated with disrespect.. I asked to speak to the manager and was told hes not here. I asked to speak to his manager. Was told he doesnt talk to customers I left very upset as I had cancelled my plan with T mobile.Called Verizon and they had me all set up. got two phones the next day. Went into pick up my phone that was at the store and was told i couldnt pick it up without paying 300.00. Due to the fact that the store had tried to order the phones they forgot and it dropped my phone limit because of there mistakes, Then the manager cancelled the phones he ordered including the phone I went to pick up. So now im sitting here with two phones and i need three. Waiting on Verizon to fix the stores mistakes.I would not recommend doing any business with this store. The sales people are not trained and are dishonest to cover up there mistakes.

Bait and switch. Plain and simple. Verizons shady sales tactics should be investigated.First I need to back up a bit….I went in to the Bullfrog Store last August to inquire as to when my upgrade would be available. That was it. After the gentleman (who was kicked back in his tall chair with his foot up on the desk…super professional) looked up my account, he informed me you know…in looking at this, if I updated some information, I can save you $10.00 a month.Fast forward to a month ago….I went in for the upgrade I qualified for…..ordered my new phone to be picked up 4 days later because they didnt have the one I wanted. TWO DAYS after picking up and activating the new phone, I received a text from Verizon telling me that my Data was about to expire. HUH?! Not possible. I have unlimited everything. So, I call the number listed for the Centerville Bullfrog store….which routes you to a call center in Boise, Idaho. I was told by the customer service guy that by changing my plan to The Edge plan, I lost my unlimited data. I was NEVER, I repeat, NEVER told this would happen. Verizon is doing away with their unlimited data plans one plan at a time. And this is how theyre doing it!! By NOT disclosing to their customers that ANY changes made will result in the loss of their grandfathered in unlimited data. If I HAD known that by updating some info. I would lose my unlimited data, I NEVER WOULD HAVE DONE IT!! WHO WOULD?!! I finally found out that I lost my unlimited data back in AUGUST when the douche canoe with his foot up on the desk updated my account. POOF! Change to account….lose unlimited….without telling me it would happen.And now….wouldnt you know….by sheer coincidence??….for the two months that Ive had my upgrade, Ive run out of Data mid-way through the billing cycle. I never ran out of data before. Why you ask? Because I had no problems connecting to the wi-fi at work or at home. Now I do, so my phone automatically kicks in to using my data. Even at home, as soon as I log into the wi-fi…all of our other devices (phones, iPads, computers) lock up and the internet speed goes to dial up speed. Turn the wi-fi Off on my phone…*POOF!*….back to faster speeds. Hmmmmm…..interesting. Never had trouble before. Now I feel Im forced, bull-frog-ied into paying for more data.Shady.Oh….and if they try to sell you the magic indestructible, shatter resistant, bullet-proof, super-dee-duper glass to put over the face of your phone….say no. The manager all but Woop-Wooped, high fived and chest bumped himself after a woman left the store….he was proclaiming his sales prowess in getting her to buy not one, but THREE of them! (as he strutted across the store saying all this out loud for all the land to hear!…..ummm, dude…Im sitting right here. How do you NOT see me? I must have blended into the chair and he couldnt see me with his Ass-Hat Goggles on) Woohoo! Go You! You Up-Seller of Bullshit Superstar!Shoulda taken my business elsewhere.
