Had to order a game cause they didnt have it. Even though the website said they had it.. Ordered brand new. And doesnt come with actual game case. So they give me a gift card.

So, been to many gamestop stores, this one was like all the others, and in one way stood out completely. I missed the release date on a game and it was sold out. I explained that the game is for a birthday present for my son. The manager had one copy saved for himself, and he then sold it to me. Great customer service, and I will definitely be returning for future purchases

I bought a head set there and the man told me I could bring it back for any reason. This head set is almost unusable and when I tried to bring it back he told me could not return it. The man is a liar and a scam artist.

Rudest gamers on the planet! I went to this location because our normal location, Layton, was still closed because of the virus. I had three preorders, but only two were showing on the web page, & did not show what I had paid or if they were even paid for. The store REFUSED to look at my receipts or even tell me anything I hadnt all ready found out on my own. Treated me as if I was a leper and refused to help in any way. Would not even tell me why the Layton location was not open.

GameStop is still great to walk in and look around, but they dont offer anything you cant get elsewhere, often for cheaper. They pay terribly for used games and mark them up a bunch. The employees are knowledgeable and are glad to help you out though.

Beware of buying the Power Up Rewards program of $14.99. They are a fraud and not worth it. It is extremely difficult to redeem if at all. The store manager Ricko will not help but only will send you off to the 1800 number in which you will hold for over 2 hours.

One of the stores that has renewed my faith in this franchise. The staff actually knows what theyre talking about, instead of pushing games that I dont want to touch with a 10 foot pole. They are also very nice and acknowledge my children as well. This is very important to me now that Im showing my kids the ways of video games. Glad for new management and great staff.

Abhorrent customer service from Rico, whom I assume is a manger. Was sold a controller that doesnt work but of course, it was gamestop certified.

I went in to exchange a game I had purchased because the sound wasnt working. I exchanged it for the same game and the copy said it was new. It was not new at all. It wasnt factory sealed and their was finger prints on it. It had the exact same issue as the previous disk. I suggest not getting anything from there unless its factory sealed and is new

I went to GameStop to get a game it was fourteen dollars used twenty new. They were out of used copies so I bought new. The lady proceeded to give me a copy that was opened no cellophane on it and tried to charge me full price.

If I could give a -3 I would the associate Rico was rude and disrespectful, I have been a at GameStop for over 10+ years and I have never felt what I did today, I asked him 5 questions and when I was ready to buy he decided I took too long then I spent over 250+ and when I asked to change my email address he told we I cant guarantee youll receive you tracking info to either address.s Please shop at Walmart instead you will get a pair of joycons a new game and a 2 years warranty for 30+ less then at GameStop.

This is the GameStop that is closest to my house, so I frequent it often. I like the selection they have, and the employees are always willing to help you out if you have any questions.If youre going to trade games in, I would suggest looking up the trade in price on their website before taking it in, it helps me be less disappointed with how much I get back.

It was clean and in order, the only person on duty was nice, and helpful. I deduct half a start because its GameStop, and I just dont like the way they do business, and another half point because there was only one person on duty which just isnt enough.

The guys in there know their stuff. Dont be afraid of their sales tactics, they arent pushy. They are really helpful and knowledgeable.

Weve called several times to find the Super Nintendo Classic, the guy on the phone was very rude. I went in the morning to ask if any shipments would be coming in. The same employee told me they would be in at noon. A few minutes before noon I called to double check on the shipment and was informed that they had one in stock. Ten minutes later it was gone. So overall Ive been lied to and talked down to, great job Gamestop

GameStop is fine. It’s not good or bad. It’s extremely passable. But this location has been so consistently bad i strongly recommend you avoid it like the plague. The manager is a complete moron and won’t even lift a pudgy little finger to assist you in any way possible. There are usually teenage cronies loitering near the counter who sniggered and jeered at me after i left a little upset when they wouldn’t honor an online promotion in store.

Great place if youre a gamer but if youre a lay person purchasing for a loved one, staff offers little help and gives you little time and acts like they know nothing because they dont want to spend time explaining in order to make a simple sale. Will also rip you off if you dont have knowledge of the best deals for a given game.

Many people buy online, but supporting brick and mortar, supports locals. Go buy some video games from these guys!

Great selection of games, more available online. They also have geek gear like Pop Funkos, bags, socks, etc. If you have any question about a game, console, or accessory their staff all have a solid head on their shoulders; ask away and they can steer you straight.

I know gamestop has a bad reputation. I never had an issue here. Only place to really go and buy game stuff old games etc. around me. They are overpriced though. And with digital winning they wont be around much longer as I like physical media for my consoles.

We pre-ordered Mario Party for the switch. Great right? We went and got our ticket in line and receipt for pickup and they told us to come back later. We came back and made it there by 20 minutes to midnight for the midnight release they told us they were having. Upon arrival, their gates are locked and no staff were there! Before midnight! I dont know if they just cancelled it or decided to give everyone their stuff so they could go home early and not have to work a MIDNIGHT RELEASE. WITHOUT letting us know despite telling us just this morning about the MIDNIGHT release. It wasted our time and I feel we spent our money in the wrong place. I will NEVER pre-order from them again. They are a horrible company.

Its a GameStop. Theres not much else to say. I like this location because its generally pretty laid back. Youll still be forced to deal with the same upsell schpeals every time. But thats not the employees fault.

So i bought an xbox and the controller it came with broke in 10 days, and im careful with my controllers i know i didnt break it, so then i went and bought another controller and that one broke in less than a week! These guys just want your money they dont care if what they sell you works or not.

I had good customer service here and I actually got back more money than I thought I would for my games. I was hesitant to buy GTA used since it was only $10 more but the guy actually showed me a copy that was in mint condition and made sure I liked it before I bought it.
