I have gotten my emissions check done here for the last couple of years. The staff are consistently friendly and the service is fast. I think I waited about 20 minutes for it to be completed and was out the door. Would definitely recommend their service.

The guys at grease monkey always treat me great. I had my toddler with me and they kept her entertained with treats and a goodie bag with coloring and a toy in it.

Ive been taking my car to jiffy lube for years. However when I first met John Graham, at jiffy lube he always took care of me. He was always honest and fair to us. Now that hes at Grease monkey, I will not take my car anywhere else. I probably spend around $20,000 a year between all my vehicles at jiffy lube now Ill be going to the grease monkey in Centerville.

I walked in after calling and they immediately started working. The waiting room is nice and clean as an area for kids and you can get yourself some popcorn if you like. Plus the oil changes dont cost that much money.

Got a oil change done at the centerville Utah Grease Monkey on 10/09/21. Usually a great experience, except for this timeWorker came to the counter holding my cabin filter and engine air filter. He says “these need to be replaced”. I said “my only problem is last week I bought and installed that new cabin filter from O’Reilys auto parts.” Told the grease monkey worker I’m not buying an engine air filter from you either. Paid and left the store disappointed in my service experience.Got back in my car, decided to look and see if my cabin air filter got put back in correctly. Quickly noticed it had been crumpled and put back in backwards. The the word UP on the filter was showing upside down and backwards. I had been taking 2 of the 3 vehicles I own to this store… I don’t plan on going back anytime soon.

I tried Grease monkey for both emissions testing on one car as well as an oil change in another car after awful service from Jiffy Lube over the past 5 years. I finally had enough of this company and I was in the search for another company to try. I was so impressed with the service and professionalism at two different locations. I have found the new service center I will be using from now on for all of my cars!

They were very polite and professional!! I went there to get my safety inspection done as well as my registration and was in and out within 30 minutes. They also threw in a free car wash! I would highly recommend them to anybody!!

Greeted with a smile. My approximate wait time turned out to be less than what I was told it would be. Also, the technician helped me know how to actually register my newly purchased vehicle at the DMV which I had tried to prepare for. But it was reassuring to have him confirm the process. The complimentary drinks and the pleasant waiting room was a bonus.

I have found a new shop to get my oil changes! Burt Brothers has taken up to 3 hrs in the past to change my oil even with an appointment. Grease Monkey staff is extremely kind and they are fast and skilled at what they do.

I drive from Bountiful to Centerville just for the service, the quality and the savings of using Grease Monkey. They are by far the best value Ive found. Youre a number at the other oil change and inspection places. At Grease Monkey, youre a real person. Love their service. Id drive a long ways for what I get at Grease Monkey.

I always get my oil changed here. I pull into the parking lot in my car and theyve already identified me by it and are calling me by name. Theyre extremely friendly and professional. Always timely even when busy. They will of course recommend changing your air filter or something every time but theyre not pushy about selling you extra things. While youre waiting for your oil change, theyre washing all your windows, inspecting everything (put on my new windshield wiper for me for free). You also get a free car wash with every oil change.

The Professionals at Grease Monkey have always been kind and efficient. We have NEVER felt pressured to get services we dont need and we love the neighborly vibe there. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I have used Grease Monkey in Logan and been very pleased. These guys were a joke and now my daughters van is leaking oil. When I pulled up the bays were empty but it took them over 5 minutes to talk to us as I watched all of them horsing around. Asked them to check everything and call me for what was needed. 4 hours later and no call, I called them and was told it was finished come pick it up. When I get there, then they decide to sell me on everything it needs. I paid my bill and left and the next morning there is a big puddle of oil under the van. Find Someone Else!

I usually get Dr. Pepper but they also have Coke and Sprite and a couple others that I forget. They used to also serve delicious, movie theater popcorn but, of course, covid ruined that. Stupid covid...

JD greeted me at the service bay door and asked what services I needed. We went to the computer where he called up my history, asked if there was anything else I’d like the technicians to look at and said it would take about 30 minutes for the oil change. I enjoyed a fountain drink while the crew worked on my car. He brought in the air filters, this car has two, and showed me their condition. He recommended that we wait until the next service and check them again. At 31 minutes, they pulled my car out, I paid them, got my free car wash and was on my way. The team at Grease Monkey are fabulous! Clean waiting area, friendly and professional...I won’t go anywhere else.

I took my wife’s car in for an oil change. I left to go somewhere and soon got a call from Chandler, the manager. He told me I was early by several thousand miles. Took my Jeep for an oil change. The crew broke off my CB antenna by driving way to fast into the garage and the also broke my center console open button trying to find my info that I left out on the seat. Would not recommend.

Prices are out of control. Ended up spending $113 for an oil change and filters that a few months ago paid about half that for the same service. The person that checked me out acted like he was on drugs. Almost totally not understandable. It seemed like I had gone to a totally different location. Ill try Jiffy Lube next time!

They got my car in right away and had the transmission fluid changed in less than an hour. Very courteous workers!

I have loved Grease monkey for years.Typically, in non-covid times, they give free popcorn, drinks, vacuum your car, fill up your tires and fluids, and give you a carnation flower and car wash with the oil change.They still do a lot of that and it always makes me feel special! I just am a little dissapointed because the last several times I have gone, during covid and pre covid, they forget to do things they say they will.. like fill up my tires or vacuum my car or they forget to put the new oil change sticker on. Or they forget to give me a flower. EtcI will still go to them but it would be nice if theyd be more on top of their game.

I will never not go here. 1st off, I have never been anywhere ever with customer service as good as these guys. They are super friendly. They let us know when there is something that needs our attention, but never once have they tried to pressure me or upsell me into anything. Not once have they tried to pressure my wife into anything or pull the wool over her eyes when shes there on her own. On the contrary, they give give her a freaking flower each time!! Theyre quick, theyre efficient. They have free popcorn and drinks while you wait! Then they have given us a free car wash every time weve had our oil changed there. Plus a little kids area. Love this place.

I recently moved and needed to find a new place for oil changes. I chose Grease Monkey based off of the great reviews. I unfortunately will not be back. I asked them to not remove and check my engine air filter as it requires you to remove several torx screws and I replace it on a regular basis. I waited 40 minutes in an extremely hot waiting room. Another customer even walked up and looked at the thermostat. After leaving, I noticed my washed windows were totally streaked and my car was not vacuumed. When I got home, I looked at the receipt. It said I declined the vacuum and my engine air filter was ok. So glad I decided to check everything out. They did check my air filter and I am now missing a $10 torx bolt. My engine cover was loose and not pushed onto its posts. The oil cap was screwed on sideways and so stuck that it was extremely difficult to undo in order to screw on correctly. I then decided I better check the other caps. My brake fluid cap was barely on and pulled right off. I highly recommend if you have any work done here that you make sure you are not missing any caps or bolts!

Staff very welcoming. Manager Brandon may have won me over as a long-term customer by showing me how the services were same price or better than where I have going. He was very knowledgeable and solved a recurring lighting electrical problem in minutes. Not pushy or condescending at all. Good honest friendly service.

These guys are really good at getting you in and out. I am always in a huge hurry and they have been very accommodating by giving you the correct times frames and not telling you a shorter time frame and making you wait forever like some other shops around town have done to me. They seem very professional and the manager is great. I have had my cars serviced here for oil changes quite a bit over the last few years and plan to keep going.

It seemed like it was a busier afternoon, but then again, they’re typically busy (and for good reason)! Their customer service was excellent!
