Fantastic service! They were able to get me in for a battery replacement very quickly and took less than an hour to do the job. I highly recommend them if you have a foreign car. Will be coming back for future service.

They know what they are doing. The fan died on my Mini causing it to overheat and lose AC. They always explain everything. They gave me a free loaner when the new fan they ordered showed up out of balance and they needed another day. I wish they were less expensive, but they are less than the dealer. I always get great service there.

Employees were friendly and professional, but after spending almost $800 for repairs they still didn’t fix the air conditioning. Was not offered a refund for any of the unnecessary charges. Took my car to another local shop where the problem was diagnosed and fixed immediately.

A fuel line leak brought my 1965 Mercedes Benz 230SL in for repair. Foreign Exchange carefully used a flatbed to transport my (dads) baby to their garage. Rick, my POC at Foreign Exchange, communicated with me every step of the way. Rick is a professional; he explained to me what needed to be done now vs. what can wait. His recommendations were appreciated since I knew we can get to those repairs at a later date, which kept repair costs down. Foreign Exchange gets 5-stars.

Took my 2013 BMW X3 in for engine noise and was given the start talk that the engine needed to be replaced. They gave me some estimates which was appreciated to help me make the decision. In the end, I got rid of the vehicle but they were clearly looking out for whats in their customers best interest. Businesses like this will always get my patronage.

I got the usual things that keep me coming back; quick response, easy drop off, detailed explanations, and a breakdown of what was needed and how soon.This company has had and will continue to have all of my business. Exceeded full mark for oil change. Returned to have situation corrected. Technician should know the potential damage for overfilling when changing oil in the BMW 740/535i. Extended use with too much oil could cause expensive damage. Service technician very courteous and responded immediately to correct the situation. Together, I think we can have a great relationship and Ill visit the service center again.

When I brought my x3 there to be diagnosed as to why it was idling off and making a whistle noise I was told that it was the valve cover itself well after paying $1046.52 for a new valve cover my x3 is still idling off and now my check engine light is on, it was not on when I dropped the car off to you. Now Im being told that its the vvt solenoid which was not at all mentioned during the diagnoses stage, nor mentioned when I went to pick it up until I mentioned my check engine light was on. This has got to be the absolute WORST experience Ive ever had with a mechanic shop, this is absolutely unprofessional and need to be addressed, a diagnosis should have discovered the vvt solenoid issue as well. It seems to me that I explained what the problem is and instead of actually doing a diagnosis they just ran with the valve cover is bad cause its a common issue . I had heard some good things about Foreign Exchange but I think a persons perspective changes tremendously after horrible SERVICES.
