The experience was great with the Blonde employee helping me immediately as I walk in the door, she checked me out and she was lovely. While I was being checked out I asked if there was a warranty on the item I was buying, she looked to her co-worker and asked, the co-worker said “come over here” so I started to walk towards her, not knowing she was referring to the person behind me, she then snapped at me that she was “not talking to me” and pointed back to the register I was at and said “she’s helping you not me”. She was shorter and had brown/black hair, she was so rude to me that it ruined my day, and I hope she can learn to be a little nicer to the people that pay her paycheck.
Had a difficult print request, and Eric helped me fulfill it to perfection! Thank you! They have a great team and everyone that works here was so friendly to me. I can always count on Staples!
I ordered a small part on line, and I ordered the incorrect part. I went to return to this store (keep in mind if you will that I received the part last week. the manger first informed me that it was past the two week period of return...well I just got it last week. Then she automatically returns it to the method of payment instead of perhaps a store credit to go to the right part.then she asks me what part I need (the right part), as I tried to explain it she interrupted me two times. I could clearly see she did NOT want to help me.As I started to exit the building, she pipes up with telling me I could not exit the entrance. boy! she sure couldnt wait to tell me where to go..so to speak. horrible customer service, I just tried to call there to speak to her and all I got was justification for her manner of speaking to me and empty apologies.
I like Staples. They always seem to have what I need. I dont like having to remember when my rewards expire. They said to bring them in and theyll use them even if theyre expired! It would be even better if corporate made them without an expiration date and made them automatically apply to the next purchase. The employees at this store are knowledgeable and very helpful.
Mark, Gary and Anthony sure helped out big time with cutting flyers, making some great banners and helping get business cards done quickly!!! These guys did a great!! Was not the closest store to my house but well worth the drive for friendly effective service. 6/5 stars!!! Thanks fellas!!!
Sale items seemed nicely marked and seemed noticeable; compared to some stores Ive seen. Store was clean, I was asked if I needed any help, and extra associates immediately came to the checkouts when the line grew (which they always cycle like that). Nice experience.
Grumpy and unhelpful management this evening 10/9. I needed to buy a new printer as mine had died. Called to confirm I could recycle a larger HP color laser printer with their program. Tech at the store said no problem. Brought the printer in to the store in a cart. Immediately upon entering, the store manager shot me a look. She ignored me for several minutes and then acknowledged me. I was instantly told thats too big, I cant lift it. I said, I would be happy to carry it wherever she needed. Nope, didnt matter. She said that she will be reprimanding her employee for giving me and lots of other people incorrect information.This experience was wrong from the beginning. I took my old printer and my business down to BestBuy and had a totally different experience. They gave me a 15% trade in for another HP printer. I happily spent my 500 dollars and went home with a great new office printer.
Mark was incredibly helpful on a project I was doing for work. He went out of his way to provide excellent customer service in a professional yet personable manner. Horray for STAPLE for hiring quality people to represent your company! Keep up the good work Mark!

We were in need of an emergency refill for our postage meter to send out W-2s. I went online to find a store near us with the cartridges in stock. This location said it had two. I ordered both to pick up same day. It charged my card in full (still pending) and then sent me an email saying one or more of my items wasnt available. I called to inquire if it was just one or if both werent available even though the site said they were. They said they never received the order (although I had the confirmation number) and that I would have to call customer service. Wow, that was a treat! Once I got a hold of someone they told me the items werent available anywhere near me. They said they would cancel my order and refund my card within 72 hours. Never again will I use Staples.
Staples sells computers?! Turns out yes and theyre very knowledgeable. At the best buy, they helped me with the devices I asked about, but the guy at staples here helped me more by addressing how and for what I am going to use it. Ill come back for sure.

I printed all of my wedding paper goods (invitations, programs, name cards, etc) at staples in southglenn. They turned out perfect and the guys in the print department were so helpful and attentive. I highly recommend Staples for all of your printing needs!
Selection is as expected from a Staples. What isnt expected is the beyond rude employees who answer the phone. Unacceptable - and time to find a substitute.

Im done printing anything at Staples. The customer service at the print counter is terrible. Instead of apologizing for a broken printer (thus a delayed job) they were very rude and tried to make me feel like I was inconveniencing them. When my order was finally done, the coloring was way darker than it should have been, but I didnt have the energy to deal with the staff anymore. Its easier to just take my business elsewhere in the future.
Great services weak on inventory
This is an update to my review. I have left the old one below where I gave them 2 stars. My most recent experience warranted a new review. This store is very convenient to me, so even though I have had mediocre service in the past, sometimes I still stop in to save time. This time I was looking for boxes. They have really good prices on boxes if you buy 5 or more. The boxes are not extraordinary quality, but I did not need anything but regular cheap boxes. In the store, I found that the sizes I needed did not have sufficient quantity. Previous experiences in this store had me reluctant to take the time to see if there were more boxes, so I left. I was at my storage unit, and their boxes were more expensive, so I decided to call the Staples and see if they had enough boxes to make it worth the trouble going back there. Anthony answered the phone, I told him what I needed and was put on hold. After a long time on hold (you know 2 minutes seems like forever when you are on hold) Samantha comes on the line. She had found enough boxes for me, and made sure that these were indeed the correct boxes and numbers I was looking for. She even let me know she pulled them up front for me and had them waiting. I am not putting into words how she went above and beyond what you would expect. We need more people trained like her in customer service!Old review below.Brandon saved the day! I ordered some business cards online. The receipt stated same-day but did not give a time. I stopped by the store and went to the print services counter. The employee behind the counter was helping another customer, and there was a problem with the drawer, so the manager Jo was called over. The manager worked on the cash drawer while the employee helped me. The employee seemed surprised when I asked when my cards would be done, then went and checked the computer and stated that there were 3 orders ahead of mine, and that they were very busy. Meanwhile Jo finished working on the stuck drawer (after hearing the whole conversation) and walked back over to one of the front registers. There were other employees at the front registers and not a big line. I asked when I should come back, and the employee stated that I would get a phone call. I asked they verify my number, and they had the correct number. I never received a call. The next day I called the store and asked for the manager, after a few minutes waiting on hold, Brandon came on. I asked Brandon if he was the manager, and he stated that he was assistant manager, that the manager Jo was assisting a customer. I asked Brandon how long it typically takes for business cards that were ordered over the internet to be completed. He stated they try for 24 hour turnaround. I informed him that my receipt states same-day and does not give a time. He checked on my order and saw that it had been completed the night before. When I went to pick up my order, Brandon met me at the counter. He apologized for the problems, and had made sure there was a discount coupon on my order. Brandon gets 5 stars, but the store gets 0 stars for an online order to the print shop.

This time they whipped up Graduation Announcements in 2 1/2 hours for a Whopping 21$Printing Department ROCKsHere it is just 3 weeks later and Megan donned her Super Hero Cape once again. She helped me create and design Remembrance cards for my Brothers wake. Her patience was very much appreciated under the circumstances.

They did not have the calculator we wanted after we called the store to confirm they had it in stock. We drove 20 miles on bad information from their employee. I have never liked staples compared to their competition and this experience continues this negative feeling.
Came in with my wife and she asked these two workers if they knew where she could find a product. The bigger of the two said I dont think so, check in the back and then they turned around and continued their conversation. #useless
