Amazing company with great service and wonderful employees

Company doesnt deliver. A waste of time. They will take your money and time, then cancel your order. Frustrating when companies will tell folks anything to get an order, then put zero effort into filling it. would have been better off going with someone with good reviews rather than price. Price doesnt mean anything if they can even deliver the items. A big wast of time, avoid at all costs. Watch out for them on Amazon too.

I placed a $700 order with this company back in February, and I still dont have it. Asking them to tell me a status update gets me absolutely nothing. Save yourself from this company

Absolutely the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. Their products do not work. They do not listen to your needs or requests and once they sell you a product they dont care. We were harassed by the Sales Manager, Jim who is so extremely unprofessional. Brittany, the operations lead, is completely incompetent and has absolutely no customer service skills. I would not purchase or do business with this company.

This company has the worst customer service of any that I have ever experienced. I have been trying for almost 2 months to get a credit issued from an order I have never received. No luck at all. The customer service folks dont seem to know how to do anything. When it gets turned over to a girl named Brittney who is suppose to be a supervisor, still no luck. Just empty promises. Do not do business with these people.

I Love working there, Alot to learn there, people are nice and friendly and outgoing.
