I had a great experience working with both Kristian and Steve at Motorcars of Denver. I called in advance to make sure the vehicle of interest was available and they said sure come any time. They were quick, let me test drive and get a pre-purchase inspection with no problems. A small discrepancy on the state of the car was resolved and quickly and we would have been out the door without any issues in no time... if it werent for paperwork delays. Shady business, traded in a perfect clean title vehicle for a what was supposed to be clean title GTR, i never recieved the car fax for the car and had to find out the hard way when i went in to sell said vehicle. Found out it had been in an accident and was never reported to me.

Lame.i went to the dealership and attempted to contact the dealership.at the lot only a few vehicles were labeled and the web site inventory isnt accurate.the rang rover that was on the site was clearly being driven and wasnt parked as if it was being sold! Damaged vehicles mixed in with the alleged lot cars.thanks for saying I was never there.maybe none of your sales reps noticed but clearly I was! So many Subaru vehicles.i was interested in 2 vehicles but couldnt contact anyone. I am not a liar I was there

I recently purchased a used Lexus rx300 from Motorcars Of Denver. The car was very clean and in good shape for its age. Steve was very honest and forthright about what he knew about the car and its history. A very decent guy and nut pushy or obnoxious like many in his industry. He even checked the spare key fob and upon finding the battery weak, changed it for me before I left with the car. To me, that was going the extra step.

My wife bought a 2006 Lexus RX330 from Motorcars of Denver. We purchased the car sight unseen, having never dealt with this dealership. A local mechanic went over the car for us, called back, and said, Jump on it. With only 48,000 miles, the car is like new and perfect. We flew in from Utah to pick the car up, and the whole deal went flawlessly. Motorcars of Denver is a top-flight operation with close attention to detail. They dont come any better than these guys.

I am writing this review over a year and half after purchasing vehicle. I had such a great experience to begin with but wanted to make sure the vehicle checked out after time. My IS250 has been great, zero issues at this point and running strong. Even though I dont like typing that out of fear of a jinx. I was extremely hesitant buying from a small place but they had the exact model and miles and year I was looking for. Steve and Calvin were top notch. Calvin was just so easy to work with on the finance end and super friendly. Cant say enough good things, I may be coming back for our second vehicle.

This is my second purchase from Steve and Gary at Motorcars of Denver. I bought an Audi A4 from them about 4 years ago. Unfortunately, this past week I was rear-ended and my Audi was totaled.There was no other choice in my mind.I had been treated so well the first time that I went straight to Motorcars to see what they had. Never even thought about looking around other than to check a couple of alternatives and prices online. Two days after my accident I was in my new-to-me Lexus and, one again, extremely pleased with their painless sales methods and the fine and friendly way this small family-run dealership deals with its customers.

I have bought many cars. At 57 I trust my dealers. I looked at the may 5 star ratings. As a business owner I trusted Mr Nyland. Boy was I mistaken. The vehicle I purchased within days needed repair. I called right away and was told bring it to Denver ! Living in Salida, I was clear after a month of negotiating to check and have the vehicle fully operational. I did not want to travel to Denver for repairs. A six hour round trip this was not an option. The computer scan revealed the problem had been reset numerous times. I have documented the numerous problems discovered by a trust worthy mechanic in Salida, as well as a local dealer . I have spoken to Mr Nyland and asked to return the vehicle and exchange. He states he needs more money or just trade it in to another dealer ! I do not feel this is at all ethical. Be very careful all This is an unethical business. Can you imagine telling a customer who spent 22,000 for a problem to give it to someone else ! I cannot in good conscious do that . Shame on Motor Cars of Denver

DONT DO IT !!!!!! Purchased A Vehicle in MAy. After a month of working with this dealer. I trusted Mr Nyland to help me buy a safe well operating car. I have been told the car was in a flood . The entire underside is full of rust. All of the engine lights on. I have called Mr Nyland numerous times. I have gone to the dealer . I have called. I have a large hole in exhaust. I have had 2 mechanics in Salida tell the electrical is damaged. I will continue my nightmare. I am 57 yo retired nurse. How can any car dealer be this unethical ? Buyer Beware !

I am driving a car 2 months old from this dealer. The city of salida called . They sent incorrect registration money. Still not rectified. Entire underside full of rust, confirmed by 2 mechanics .
