Just bought a 2022 4Runner from AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe and I couldnt of been happier due to the service that was provided by Aaron Wright.I test drove the 4runner and fell in love right away - I knew I needed to get one. I wanted the Trail Edition preferably the Lunar Rock. Most dealers stated there would be a 6-12 month wait, which I didnt want to wait. I was going to settle for the black but then Aaron reached out when he knew the Lunar Rock was on its way and before other buyers jumped on it he saved it for me!Additionally, I traded in my 2016 Jeep Cherokee and Aaron Wright did an amazing job working with me and getting me the best deal. When you buy your car here be sure to request Aaron - He was great!
I just bought my 2nd truck in 3 years from AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe and both experiences were great. My Tacoma that I purchased from them 3 years ago was in an accident last week, and I was not looking forward to replacing it with how high prices are currently for vehicles due to supply shortages. Luckily for me this dealer doesnt add crazy mark-ups and I got a new Tundra at an extremely reasonable price. Tony my sales man, Greg the General Manager, and Jesse who handled the financing were extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Im hoping this truck lasts longer than last but if doesnt I will always get my vehicles from AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe.
My husband has been looking for a Toyota for several months. He finally found one at this dealership, an hour and a half from where we live. He was able to put a 48 hour hold on the car and set up an appointment for the next day at 6:30 pm with Victor C. Victor emailed my husband and said they don’t hold cars. My husband emailed him back with the 48 hold confirmation. Victor stated he would discuss it with his supervisor. The next day we make the 1 1/2 ride to the dealership only to be told someone was there signing paperwork on the vehicle. We asked to speak to a supervisor who gave us a story about inventory and they can’t hold cars without deposits. We were never offered to pay a deposit on the vehicle. We drove down with a 100% intention to purchase the vehicle and would have gladly put a deposit down. The people purchasing the car hadn’t put a deposit down, they had just walked in off the street. While we were there, the same exact thing was happening to another woman. This dealership is sleazy. If they aren’t going to honor holds, they need to remove that function since they “haven’t been doing holds without deposits for months”. When I mentioned an attorney, he said he wouldn’t talk to me and I’d have to talk to their attorney. When I asked for the attorneys information, he said I’d have to call corporate. When I asked for corporates contact information, he walked off and said he couldn’t talk to me. Even though he couldn’t talk to me, he ambushed me with a copy of the email that I already had. Awful, awful, awful. Heaven forbid someone were in a situation where they needed a car right then.
Took over a month to fix my car they killed my battery sent me home with a dead battery need to call a tow next day they charge me 150$ for a new battery. And they didnt cover all the repairs Go somewhere else they break your car then charge you scam company !!!
Purchased a 2017 Toyota Highlander 2 weeks ago; sales guy was Albert Morton Jr (AJ). He gave me 1 key, and I asked what happened to the usual 2nd set. He kept insisting it was a used car. Tuesday last week, he sent me a picture of the key he found and to come in to pick it up...Also, there were a few minor but noticeable scratches which he promised to buff out after the purchase and that it would be on the we owe section of the sales contract. It was late at night when we left and sure enough there was nothing on the We owe section. He kept saying I will get with my scratch guy to make you an appointment. Two weeks later, still havent heard anything. I mean how long does it take to schedule an appointment for your customer to come in for service? I dont care if the appointment is a month out, but be more responsive to your customers needs. Buyers beware.
I have been a customer for over 15 years at this location and expectations are met every time. The quality of products and customer service are always excellent. Michael W. did a great job communicating overall; from outlining what will be serviced on the vehicle to status update on completion time and explaining the summary once completed.
Was in the market for a TRD Pro 4Runner. Got a call from a salesman. They offered one for 70,000$. That is 15,0O0 over MRSP. Market adjustment I suppose. Just remember this when inventory is not so low. Not all dealerships are doing this.
Good buying experience in February 2020. Poor customer service experienced in subsequent visits to the service department. There is one person performing shuttle service which means a long wait at the dealership for a ride (this mornings wait was 1 hour, 10 minutes). AutoNation Toyota does not offer ride-share transportation which is fairly standard at other reputable dealerships.Service department does not provide any options such as car wash, interior vacuuming or interior sanitation post-service.When I retrieved my vehicle today, the rear windows were fully down. Luckily none of my personal belongings were missing but was disappointed to find my vehicle unsecured in the publicly-accessible parking lot.The service department does not answer their phone after 4 PM - even when the call is transferred from another department. Will be seeking another Toyota dealership to perform future service on my vehicle.
Cannon is great! Highly recommend him to anyone that comes here. Because of him, we purchased two 4 Runners in one night! He really did his best to give us the greatest deal of aLifetime!Thank you Cannon!!
First let me begin by saying that our Representative we were dealing with was FANTASTIC. However, the leadership at this dealership and the message they were sending needs to be heard loudly. We went to purchase a NEW Toyota 4Runner. They had a beautiful one in stock not yet sold. The Representative told us that they would not be able to sell us that car UNLESS we had TRADE-IN of VALUE. We did not. We simply wanted to buy that vehicle. They were UNWILLING to offer us that vehicle but instead said they would be willing to do a deal for a NEW Highlander without a TRADE-IN of Value. Now riddle me this - since when does a Dealership TELL the CUSTOMER what vehicle they can and can not purchase. We needed a vehicle so I accepted the Highlander site unseen. What the dealership didnt know is that we have 6 children that might all want a Toyota someday and now they will get one lease out of me and Never AGAIN. EVER.
Horrible experience with this dealership.Few days ago I went over there to check some cars and when I showed up at the door, a young man approached without even introducing himself. He told me to go outside and look the cars and if I liked something to give him a call and hell come out. When I called him after 20 minutes to show him a couple of models I was interested in, he called me inside the building (although he said he would come outside). I showed him photos of the models I was interested in, to which he just coldly replied “we are sold out”. I asked him to show me all the models that were left, and he repeated we are sold out sir. Its a very busy month. I asked him Then why did you tell me to go outside and find the models Im interested in?, He just said, we are very busy, sorry. Our inventory is 99% sold out.The guy was obviously a very young and inexperienced salesman, but it is worrying that he did not even bother to explain the situation to me, or to ask me for my name or call me back in case they get models that I was interested in.I immediately went to the reception to ask for manager where I also tried to tell her about previous situation, where the girl was completely uninterested in what I was telling her, curling a pencil in her hair and without even looking me in my eyes while I was talking to her.I know that in short term prices and demand have skyrocketed overnight, but in the long run you’ll lose your customers if you don’t retrain your employees.
I couldnt get the online service appointment to work and to get a simple oil change appointment was 5 weeks out. Staff werent overly friendly. Clean and a huge selection of Toyotas if you are in the market.
Easy drop-off process. Though I left it for the day for my Tundras first service, they contacted me within an hour with everything complete. Check-out was just as fast. Great service center!
I had wonderful service! A guy by the name of David and one by the name of Dan were so great to me during my visit. My car is all fixed up :)
I purchased a Toyota Tacoma with them in 2013, and had a really wonderful experience. This year, I went back thinking Id have the same experience, and unfortunately was not the case.I understand the market is uncertain, and vehicles are selling over MSRP, but I was told the vehicle I was interested in would sell to me for MSRP if I would trade in another vehicle. I eagerly went down at 7 PM to pick the vehicle up only to find out that that they would only offer 7K below the Kelly Blue Book Value of my trade in. Even though I had an online offer for my trade showing this value, they would not accept it.Even after showing them the KBB and Edmunds value of my trade, they refused and then refused to sell the vehicle to me if I just purchased outright without a trade. Something is fishy here and was pretty upset by these disingenuous methods to get me in the door only to attempt to take advantage of a returning customer.
John T was my sales professional and he was exceptional. He took time on his day off to meet me at the dealership for a vehicle I was interested in. He ensured every detail was handled when I made the decision to purchase. The team at Auto Nation completed the package and I am excited with my new Tacoma TRD Off Road. I will recommend John T and the team to my friends and family. Great experience! Thank you.
Suggested unnecessary repairs instead of admitting they didnt know the problem. My 2018 Rav4 had a problem where it randomly turned off during driving with the error message Charging System Malfunction. It was later discovered to be a mass airflow sensor issue by another mechanic who was able to fix it. Autonation diagnosed it as a bad alternator and quoted me $800 for repairs. The problem with that is I had autozone check out the alternator the day before and confirmed it was working fine.
Had a great experience! I am use to having a bunch of salesmen pounce on me when I go to a dealership. They didn’t. I had one that took care of my wife throughout the entire process. I was told the issues with the vehicle before I looked at it. They also disclosed things they would fix. So appreciate transparency! Prior to seeing the vehicle, they fixed the engine light and they told me the issue. They talked to my wife and I equally too. Neither was more important than the other. Even though this was 75 miles from home, it was well worth it!
I bought a used Jeep at automation Arapaho on Aug 11, 2021. The salesman and entire staff were excellent. They were very professional and friendly. They made the experience very easy, even the finance officer. I will definitely consider this dealership when I buy another car in the future.
Reassured by online sales person that i was on the top of contact list for an incoming 4Runner. Checking in occasionally and waited patiently until I get the notification saying the vehicle is available for purchase. When I checked in again, I was told that the vehicle is sold because there was a customer onsite during delivery and not even a communication to let me know.Given the current situation, all 4Runners in CO will probably be sold in hours, but this is just a slap across the face for potential customers who used the system that the dealership provided to wait in line. I am taking my business elsewhere and Id recommend that for other customers too if you value your time
John Titterington made everything happen quickly and smoothly!
Bought a cheap used car, way under 5-digits. Dante W. made the experience easy and straightforward. 10/10 would recommend Dante and AutoNation.
Picking up my husband car after being serviced, a sales associate interrupted me while trying to put my 14 month old car seat in the car and instead of asking to move the car beside us that he was trying to sell he stated I was interrupting him trying to sale a 40k dollar 4Runner and that my car door was going to scratch that 4Runner. Also stated I needed to learn parking lot courtesy. This is absolutely not necessary especially when I’m going as fast as I can to safely insert my child’s car seat into the car.
You know the stereotypical salesperson that people dread when buying a new vehicle?!? Uzi Khan is the EXACT OPPOSITE of that! He is so helpful, so friendly and just an all around good person. I would highly recommend AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe for all of your car buying needs as Ive purchased cars here before. If you do choose AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe, find Uzi. You will not be disappointed.
I want to give a big shout out to Natalia MacDonald at AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe. I recently bought a new RAV4 Hybrid Limited from them and this car buying experience changed how I feel about dealerships. Natalia was was incredible. She was professional and knowledgeable. She listened to what I needed in the vehicle I wanted to buy. There was never any pressure. Natalia was able to find the perfect car for me, kept track when it would be built and ready to ship to the dealership. As soon as it was delivered, I was contacted. She went above and beyond any expectations I could imagine. The time she spent going over all the features the SUV had, helping me set up the dashboard and being so patient, was more than appreciated. I purchased this vehicle nearly 3 weeks ago and I am still calling/texting Natalia, asking questions on where to find certain features and she continues to help me. Thank you Natalia for making my first dealership purchase so enjoyable!
Worked with Luis C. in Sales to purchase one of their preowned vehicles. The experience was great overall from the initial discussions all the way through vehicle pickup. They were able to work with me to upgrade some parts as well prior to pickup which was wonderful!I would certainly recommend the folks that I worked with:Luis C. (Sales)Roberto R. (Finance)Ryan P. (Finance)Shane (Parts / Service)Jason (Parts / Service)
Cade Witt was amazing to work with! Very honest and informative. No pressure, no bs. Just kept it real. I highly recommend going in and asking for him specifically.
I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. This dealer offers Toyota financing incentives with the purchase of a vehicle. I was told this dealer would look out for my best interests. The rate I was quoted was higher then the incentive offer but I was assured this dealer works with over 80 lenders. I hesitated and asked numerous times if this was the best rate based on my credit score. Obviously, I misunderstood looking out for my best interest. Jesse Christy who managed my finance told me this dealer is a FOR PROFIT dealer. What dealer or business isn’t for profit? Instead of keeping the business and sale with Toyota I was scammed with a bait and switch tactic. I am contacting corporate Toyota to discuss my unpleasant experience with this dealer and voice my concern. DO NOT USE this dealer as the sales staff and finance team are FOR PROFIT and not FOR THE CUSTOMER.
This is by far my favorite dealership Ive taken my Rav4 to.Ive had so many experiences with mechanics and dealerships who dont listen or are just waiting to charge you more money for something that I am pretty skeptical. In my year and a half of going to AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe, Ive never felt that this was the case.Everyone is friendly and helpful, and will answer questions when asked and generally complete work in a timely fashion.Only drawback is they are pretty popular and at certain times of the year it can take a while to get in for an appointment.
I went in for a 15k check and fuel pump recall on my 2020 Tacoma. Spent 7 hours and then was sent home with a rental. When they first gave me the truck as I drove off the lot the engine light came on. I returned and waited an hour before I was told what happened and that they replaced the pump and were running a test drive before sending me on my way. Unfortunately the test drive failed and I was told it would be ready the next day. I was given a rental and also told it would be no cost to me. When I returned the next day my invoice said the rental was free except for gas. So now I have to pay for the gas. The invoice also says, ...found fuel main valve assemblies installed incorrectly. So the entire episode was not a bad pump but incorrect installation. The gas cost and wasted hours is not as important to me as the facts that I was told no cost to me and also had to read for myself that the original problem was an installation error. My service advisor was friendly but my overall experience was very negative.
Have never spent less than 3 hours waiting for an oil change when I am always told an hour. Was sold a car with a missing part and had to wait 6 hours and complain for them to fix it. Also been charged for almost every oil change instead of using the free service that came with the vehicle.. Got a quote for rear brakes and swapping tires I already had and was given a fair deal, until I dropped my car off and got a call with a ton of other fees and costs increasing my bill over $100 from the quote I was given. Very unsatisfied with how I have been treated. Multiple bad experiences, do not recommend.
Brian Matsumoto was very helpful during my purchase of a used vehicle here. He was honest, to the point, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I am happy with my purchase!
I was turned down everywhere! Until I came to Autonation Toyota and people were so friendly and helpful. They got me into my vehicle! Im so thankful I stopped by here. Thank you! ❤
Bought a car from their used car department for my daughter and have had nothing but problems, major issues. The transmission went out within 10,000 miles for instance. We have gotten the oil changed every 3,000 miles and the car is now at 105000and sounds like it will die in a day. There is no doubt they sold us a lemon. Also, extremely high pressure sales staff.Id avoid these guys at all costs.
When we first walked in the door, the service was very poor and unfriendly. We stood waiting for a greeting for about 15 minutes until WE had to go approach someone ourselves. We tried to trade in our paid off 2013 vehicle that has been well maintained but they wouldn’t even factor that into our deal as well as our down payment, and labeled our credit with one single credit blemish, as extremely challenged credit. My parents had a bad experience here years before me as well. If you have A+++ credit, this place will work for you, but don’t expect friendly service. And if you have anything less that then save yourself time and energy.
Luis was amazing to work with! I would highly recommend him! He was honest, reliable, easy to work with, friendly and very helpful. I needed to come back in once or twice and he made sure he was available to help me even though the last time I came in did not fall under his perview; he made sure I was taken care of. Im so thankful for such a positive experience!
The salesman was great I wish I could give him five stars. But then when we got our final numbers for the price of the vehicle and they had thrown in multiple options that we had not asked for. One of them was a non removable option. Therefore that is not an option, so it should have been included in the price of the vehicle from the beginning not just thrown in at the last moment hoping you dont notice. I am not the only family member who has had a similar situation like that at that dealership.
Really nice people, clean facility and convenient location. However, waited 5 weeks for the 5k mile service appointment which includes a tire rotation and fluid check. The appointment took 1.5 hours, which seems excessive for the scope of work and having a scheduled appointment.
I had a part missing on my new Toyota TRD Pro and wanted to see if it was covered. Basically was blown off. I was in the service department and they told me I would have to come back to determine if it was covered. It is a plastic plate on the front if the car. Anyone could see it in minutes. They told me it probably wouldnt be covered since warranties are near impossible at Toyota. Next car wont be a Toyota at least not from this dealership.
Ive gone to Bill Grubb for years to get my Land Cruiser serviced. The people are what make the shop, and my commitment to coming back is the result of Bills ongoing commitment to me and my family, his attention to detail, and honesty of what I need and dont need at different checkpoints. They do good work over there.
Great place to purchase a vehicle. We had a good experience with the no pressure environment that they provided. Vlad was our salesman and he patiently answered any questions/concerns that we had throughout the buying process.Thank you.
I dropped my vehicle off early and Hunter got me in and finished my vehicle before my appointment was even due. All my services were completed to my satisfaction. Great job!
I wish I could give ZERO stars. DO NOT BUY their refundable extended warranty. They kept our money for over a year and continuously blame COIVD for their problems. We submitted the paperwork a total of FOUR TIMES now and still have nothing to show for it other than a lot of time and effort put into getting something cancelled. To add insult to injury they are trying to blame US for not submitting in time and even threatened to prorate our refund to todays date instead of the original date of sale which was JULY of 2020 to scam us out of money. But thats not even the best part. Their finance director left me a voicemail telling me how I had until the end of the week or else he will submit to cancel the whole process. I have been on orders for the Navy and havent had the time to sign MORE paperwork so my wife was graciously running it down since she was a buyer too and he proceeded to yell at her and demean her on the phone. Telling her he didnt care because I was the one listed first and that it was our fault in the first place. However, they had all the information from the sale of the car because on the paperwork they provided us it showed the EXACT mileage and date of sale but still claimed we never provided them with the proof of sale?! Absolutely WORST dealership.... excuse me this place actually deserves the title STEALERSHIP that I have ever dealt with. I will never do business with them again and I will ensure none of my friends or family ever has the misfortune of dealing with them or especially Paul the finance director. Dont be fooled and check out their BBB complaints if you dont believe me.
Bought a new 2021 Tacoma. Experience was ok. Needed to have a few things finished, like the “Colorado package “ that is included in the price of the truck, but they forgot to apply. Just a lot of calls to finally get it done. Then my gas tank started overflowing and a possible bad USB port. I was informed that it was $50 for each thing to be investigated, then if it was found to be under warranty I would not be charged. I will find a different dealership next time. Lifelong Toyota fan, but charging to check out a warranty issue, it’s obvious they are trying to get you to NOT bring your vehicles in for new car problems. What happened to Toyota reliability?!
Best car buying experience I have ever had. The staff there were responsive, helpful, upfront and honest. They responded to my questions, concerns and needs to get us a great car at a great value. Usually you leave a used car buying experience feeling dirty and somehow swindled - but I left excited for the new car, pleased with the service and flexibility of the folks there, and confident we got just the car we needed. Thanks AutoNation!
I was helping my dad find a car and Michael (Mike) Elario made it a very pleasant experience. He was responsive, friendly, and most importantly, he wasnt pushy in the slightest. It was definitely one of the best car buying experiences ever! If you are looking for a Toyota, go see Mike!
AutoNation Toyota offers fantastic service. When I puled into the service garage I was offered assistance right away. The waiting room and staff was very pleasant.
Cade was amazing! Very helpful, fast and responsive. Very excited about my new car!
Jeremy S. is the best customer service rep that I have ever dealt with at AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe! He was very professional and friendly. He went over all of my add-on options to my 40,000 mile service, told me that it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours to complete (service was done in 1 hr 15 minutes), sent me a text when my cars service began and also when it was completed. He explained all service performed and even offered to show me where my car was parked. I highly recommend seeking out Jeremy if you need to take your car in. Excellent customer service!!!
I was originally working with mountain state Toyota dealership and they were awesome! They were willing to help me trade my vehicle in and worked out a great deal for me. The regretfully told me they did not have the car I was looking for in stock and told me AutoNation did have it. I was going in today not expecting to be able to trade my car in, but went in just in case. The sale rep was super nice but when it was time to figure out the financing the manager spoke to me very rudely and assuming I would not be able to afford the car. At that point I didn’t even try to negotiate I just walked out. I 10/10 DO NOT recommend this place go to mountain sates they were much friendlier!
Amazing customer service. In particular, Michael Meis went above and beyond in helping us find the perfect car. The process was quick and all the staff was friendly and helpful. We would absolutely recommend this dealership over the other Autonation locations.
My experience at this dealership was terrible to say the least! The complete lies and dribble the car salesman (Uzi) was spewing out of his mouth was astonishing. Myself and anyone else I know will not ever purchase a vehicle from that dealership again!!!
I went in to look at trucks, wasnt really expecting to find anything Id want but I did. Got paired up with a last minute salesman named Tony. Now Tony was expecting a client to return within the hour so I knew hed try to make it as quick as possible. What I did not expect was the lack of effort, the lack of knowledge and just completely being dismissive of me and my company. Not only that but he denied me an opportunity to purchase the truck. First time trying to purchase from a lot. Good credit, and 20% down on the vehicle I assumed I was a shoein. Hes comes back asking if I could do 40% down or have a cosigner. Absolutely not. Theres no issue with my credit. My girlfriend just purchased from a sister lot and Im pretty sure my credit exceeds hers, and the vehicles cheaper. So I ask what are my options here Tony? Should I take out a loan, if so can I get the full price on the vehicle so I know how much to take out? He simply denied me gave me no options and sent me on my merry way. Well this was several days ago come to find out my credit was never even ran through AutoNation. Now I wont slander the companys name but that single employee just made me have a terrible experience and embarrass me in front of my company.
Brought my vehicle if for a coolant flush 7/6/2021. Was told on the phone when I scheduled the coolant flush, the flush would take about an hour. With that information I went ahead and scheduled my day with an appointment 3 1/2 hours later after the coolant flush appointment. I got to the dealership 20 minutes early to allow processing time for the coolant flush. I informed the service personnel of the appointment. At 1 hour into the appointment, inquired about the vehicle. I was told another 20 minutes. I handed the vehicle over to the service department at 0816 hours. I finally got the vehicle back at 1145 hours. Needless to say, I missed my appointment. The appointment after the service was important, and difficult to schedule in the first place, now I had to reschedule, and thank goodness the did not charge me for the missed appointment.NOT HAPPY!!!
All went well at Auto Nation with Jeremey as my representative He was very professional in the whole process. He was patient with all the paperwork. In all everything went very well.
Jason (with the service department) was incredible. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. He gave us the advice we needed, and did not pressure us. In all, he was phenomenal and made our experience!
So glad I purchased my vehicle here! The customer service has been amazing since the very beginning. The purchase of my vehicle was very smooth and the service department is always great when I take it in.
I had an appointment for a 15,000 mile checkup for my 2020 Corolla. That is to say, Toyota Service knew that I was coming and should have been prepared to service my vehicle quickly. The 15,000 mile service basically rotates tires, checks fluids and brake wear and little else. This service usually takes less than an hour. This time I had to wait 140 minutes for this service to be completed! In addition, the service manager, Anthony, offered no reason for waiting more than 2 hours for this very routine service and was rudely indifferent to my situation.Ive purchased 4 vehicles at Toyota Arapahoe in the past and I believe that if you have an appointment for service you should be treated expeditiously on time and with a smile. This was a very bad experience which Toyota Arapahoe Management should be very concerned about!
Great review of my Tacoma identifying some issues. They called me to review and completed the work in plenty of time. They also gave my a 10 % discount. I also took advantage of their free ride home, the driver was very friendly and had some great storys
The people are great. We walked in, we looked at the car we wanted, we test drove it We loved it! Then the waiting.... It took us 5 hours. 1 hour was looking and test driving and the rest of the time was waiting. So if you only have a couple of hours wait to go until you have more time!
Was promised a rear bumper scratch to be repaired/touched up. Scheduled an appointment with a Brent. Arrived on time, sat there for 90 minutes with the vehicle never being moved. Left with not so much as a sorry or attempt to re-book. Horrible follow up as there was none but Im sure someone might try to reconcile this 1 star review. Sorry, but I drove an 90 minutes form Lyons to Centennial. Will not waste my time with a re-do. thanks but NO THANKS.
Bought a a car that needed work and was in the shop for 5 days. Could not test drive because of the brakes. Asked multiple times on the timing belt and was told it was fine. Would have no issues paying to get it done. However, wanted it done when it was in the shop for the five days. Got the car home and checked the timing belt had a 110k miles on it. Now I have to bring it to the shop for 1.5 days. Was also told can’t return because the time in the shop counts for the 5 day return policy. When I brought up the timing belt to the sales person responded with a thumbs up text. Solid work auto nation.Update called on4/26/21 at 930 am and 330pm. Sent to voicemail no return call.4/27/21 450pm sent to voicemail no return call.
Purchase a vehicle from these folks in 2016 February. It was my first time financing a vehicle. The salesman Jafar led me to one vehicle in particular, and it ended up being the vehicle I liked most. Jafar allowed me to leave after sitting right in front of me watching me purchase $68 insurance. I did not know I needed full coverage, and he was not concerned about informing me of this information. months down the line I got two grand or so tacked on to my total car purchase because I failed to have the wrong insurance from the get-go. That was problem one. The second problem is that they sold me a vehicle that had a warranty on it at the time because the o-rings dont fit correctly and the engine leaks and burns oil. I put 2 quarts in a week at this point, but the point is is that Im stuck with the vehicle because its now past the time for the warranty, its expired. it could have been fixed when I bought the vehicle but they failed in for me of any of this information. Now my Toyota which would normally last a long life, Im only going to be able to rely on it for a couple more miles here. thanks guys. Appreciate you not replying to my calls to settle this up either.
My experience with the salesperson Cristo was great. He was prepared to meet with me, knew what i was looking for, and thorough. Once we met with the finance person, our experience was terrible. We were told papers were being prepared to sign, waited an hour only to have the finance person come back and ask if we had a down payment. Mind you we were trading 2 Toyota’s with value that were in great shape. When asked why the financing papers were not ready we were given the run around, etc. After making it very clear that we would be leaving without purchasing a car, the financing was magically worked out. Cristo was great, management and finance not so much.
Fast and painless service. This was my first time buying a car and having quick paced service without hassle was very important to me. Erin Gafford did a phenomenal job of this and ensured an enjoyable experience.
I thought there might be something wrong with my key faab so I had it checked it out. There was nothing wrong and they also looked over my entire vehicle and did not charge me anything. I will definitely take my vehicle there again.
I first started my journey with the car buying at Toyota Arapaho and was very disappointed. Toyota Arapaho had me there for 4 hours, were clearly trying to take advantage of me (as is common with dealerships). It was not until the last 30 min that they even offered me water. And even though I was there for four hours, I felt rushed everytime I spoke to a human. Additionally, when they reviewed my trade in car, they attempted to tell me my air conditioning was broken in this hot 100 deg Colorado summer weather. I have taken my vehicle to Toyota Arapaho for EVERY SINGLE MAINTENANCE. The staff quickly reassessed but still incredibly unprofessional that the customer even has to say something.I have since then taken my business to Toyota groove and was incredibly pleased with my experience and drove off the lot with a brand new car. I have left a 5 star review for Toyota groove - Toyota Arapaho, take note.
Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Had to rewrite my contract 3 times over months to get it right. Took my car in for a warranty repair (glass) and had to take it in 3 times to get is done right. Trying to drop the extended warranty since March, because I dont want to have to deal with them anymore, and it still has not happened. Good car but horrible customer service! Do not purchase a car from them. Still having issues with them, now they forgot to put a filter in my car. Still living up the to the worst dealership I have ever had contact with.
Bill at Arapahoe Toyota has kept my Sequoia serviced for several years now and I trust his judgement and advice on maintenance or repairs. Best service manager I’ve ever worked with.-Trevor
The best place to find and buy a car. No pressure. Care about your finances. Great team.
Dishonest dealership!!!!! Went there with pre authorized loan. They ran my credit through other banks without my permission. I reached out asking them what banks they applied and they won’t tell me. Called multiple times asking that simple question and they all tell me they will call back and they don’t. Stay away. If I could give zero I would!!!
Came in to look at a Subaru Impreza- the first guy I worked with almost made me walk out as he was too busy with whatever he had going on. But I got with a rep named Uzi who absolutely killed it. From start to finish he walked me through the car, got me more money on my trade in, had the exterior detailed, filled the tank, and even got me down to the monthly payment I wanted. If you are looking for triple A service ask for Uzi. Carlton in finance also really helped me understand everything to a T. Very happy with my experience and purchase
It was fine for my highlander oil change, but for my sienna I was there from 9:30 to 4:30, besides oil change and rotate tires had to replace 2 parts at no cost, they were not planned. Thank you.
I guess I cant say that Rafael, my salesman or Roberto V in finance were rude but they really couldnt have cared less about the transaction. I bought a 2019 Corolla at AutoNation never they have a zillion of them and it was convenient in that regard but it is very obvious they are understaffed or just not staffed up for the surge in auto purchases. When I pulled the car off the lot it was on Empty with no gas, had an extremely low tire and then two days later the maintenance light came on. All of this amounted to small stuff and the service dept was actually awesome in that they reset the maintenance notification for me and they were professional about it. From a sales perspective, it definitely did not feel like the transaction of the past where you were offered a coke and smile. Also, I asked about obtaining gap coverage and was told it wasnt possible which wasnt true it turns out. The guy just wanted me out of his office because there was a line in back of me. So my current insurance with Geico doesnt offer gap coverage so now I dont know what to do. Thank you AutoNation. I wont be back. That in fact solidified the fact that Ill most likely never buy a car again. At least from a dealership.
Took my 2011 Toyota Prius in to get an oil change. When I looked at the receipt it said Pennzoil high mileage oil. I’ve only had my Prius serviced at Toyota since I bought it is a Certified Pre Owned. This is the first time that I had brought it to AutoNation Toyota. They charged me $95 put in nonsynthetic 5W 30 and on the oil cap and the owners manual Toyota specifies 0-20 is the only oil to put in the Prius. When I called the service advisor said oh you can put in 5W-30 and it doesn’t require synthetic. I followed up with the owners manual and the oil cap specify that and Toyota specifies that. They did offer if I want to bring back the car they’ll put 0-20 in it synthetic that’s gonna be $10 more. My car takes 4 1/2 quarts of oil and they wanna charge me more which is fine if they would’ve specified that from the start. I have every service documented in Toyota database showing what oil and what viscosity was used. It blows my mind the Toyota them self doesn’t want to use the correct oil and non-synthetic and charge $100 for 4 1/2 quarts of an oil change and nothing else. I would not get your vehicle serviced here especially if you’re hoping for them to use correct parts for your vehicle. I still haven’t looked to see if they even use the Toyota OEM filter if they just use the cheap one.
Brought in my Tundra for the fuel pump recall, Bill Grubb was great to work with and let me know as soon as the vehicle was ready for pick-up. Great service and will return for any other service needs
Worst customer service I have experienced. The entire process of purchasing my car was unprofessional and the salesman Uzi is absolutely the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. They convinced me to make a deposit over the phone to hold the car since I was out of state. Later I found out the car was never held by the deposit and they would not refund me even if the car had sold. The sales person Uzi was rude and arrogant, the attitude of a teenage boy and a take it or leave it I dont care mentality .When I asked to work with someone else because of this, the sales manager took over the call and said to come in and he would work with me personally. All he did was greet me when I walked in the door and then sat me down at a desk with Uzi to deal with his ridiculous attitude more. I wanted to walk away but since they had my deposit and would not refund it I was stuck. At that point they knew they had me and my money and took every chance they had to burn me more. Sold me the car well over MSRP and there was no explaining as to why. When I asked about why there was a massive mark up, all they could say is that it was the only one in Colorado and there were apparently other people interested in it and ready to purchase. They lied to me when I asked about a missing upgrade package that was priced in on the window sticker but not installed on the car. When I got in to finance it didnt stop. They keep pushing Toyota extended warranties on you and wont let up no matter how many times you say no. They will quote you a higher payment and APR to give themselves room to add the warranties later and it will match what they gave you. I found this out later after talking directly with Toyota Finance. They try to project this sense they are helping you, but really they are just trying to find another way to upcharge you and build the total commissions for everyone front to back.Once you buy the car and drive off the lot they could care less about you. A couple weeks later I called to get my window sticker sent to me since I was out of state, they took it off during window tinting and didnt put it in the car. I was transferred to Finance who said they couldnt help and I should ask my sales person, then they transferred me to Uzi who hung up on me multiple times. I will never buy from an Autonation store again after this, avoid Uzi and this location at all cost. I had no choice but to purchase the car after they held my 3K deposit hostage. Every month I have to make a payment now I regret even walking in to this place.
My experience at AutoNation Toyota Denver service center was great. They got my car in promptly. My car stopped doing what I brought it in for them to check out a few days before my appointment. I brought it in anyway and they checked everything out and found nothing. But suggested that I get a front end ailment because the problem was a noise in the front end. They just charged me for the ailment and not the inspection. I’ll use them again.Eric
I give 3 1/2 stars. It would be nice if dealers learned how to practice what they preach. The website proclaims that you will be done with your purchase in 90 minutes. Well that statement should go out the window. I knew that the clock truly begins when you tell your sales person you are ready to buy, not before when test driving. Truly, I did the clock countdown too. I began at 1:00 and finished at 3:30. I even told my salesperson I needed to be in north Thornton by 4 and I was told that if I had to back out at this point there were no guarantees on the car my daughter and I selected. So I had to stick it out because I was not going to make time another day to go through this again. Cmon guys, somehow you really need to speed up this dreadful process.Besides this I like the selection ANTA offers on used cars, esp. with cars under the $10 k price tag. This allows for first time buyers, college or high school kids or so on to actually afford their first or second car when their budgets are tight or money is hard to come by.
Great experience once again. This is my third card purchased at AN for a reason. The sales people are no pressure and helpful. Vlad made the process easy.
I came into the dealership with a personal emergency. My gas cap would not open and I was almost out of gas. The technicians got it opened and replaced the screws for me. Excellent service and I highly recommend this staff!!!
AutoNation was easy to deal with. Quickly got back to us on every question we had. When it was all said and done we feel AutoNation treated us right on price for our 2021 4Runner. Definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thanks Vassil for all your time!
2007 Toyoto 4Runner, about 180,000 milesService Advisor – I called Auto Nation Toyota Arapahoe (Centennial, CO) and said a bunch of the brake safety lights (VSCTRAC, ABS, VSCOFF, TC) were on and had been going on and off. They had a multi-week wait for an appointment. Wife said the car was dangerous to drive and called. Fortunately, there had been a cancellation for the following morning. Service advisor called later and said it would hopefully be done the afternoon of the next day. Also told me it needed a new cabin air filter, which I declined since I had replaced it myself 2 weeks before. Called the day after the car was supposed to be ready since I hadn’t heard anything and left a message that wasn’t returned. Went and picked up the car via a different advisor a few business days later when I got back from a trip. Later the morning after pick-up I got a phone message (had asked for a text) from the original advisor responding to my now-old phone message telling me my car was ready.Mechanics – The problem description was that the lights were coming on more and more often but would go off for a while after going through a puddle or being washed. YouTube videos indicated that this was often caused by a dirty sensor. Was told the front right wheel speed sensor was bad and the part was $373.70. Rock Auto has this part for, from low-cost to their most expensive manufacturer, $16 to $119. Was also told the wire needed to be replaced and the part cost was $120.88. This tells me that they either broke the connector off when taking the wheel sensor out or were shotgunning the problem. Still, it seems a lot of money for a couple of wires with a connector at each end. Then there was the labor of $342.95. I suspect it was mostly running the wire. Total: $870.91. This is in addition to the $4,000+ for a new control board in the transfer case a few weeks ago. They had to take the transfer case on and off three times to get that right.Other – After the service runner had delivered the car to me in the parking lot I climbed in and discovered the tire pressure light was on. Since the car hadn’t been turned off I assume it was lit when delivered. Also, no request to review them has been received as was promised (and none last time either).Update 10/16/2021: Have gotten a few requests to contact Arapahoe Toyota to make it right. I have not responded to the requests because it is what it is. Keith
The overall experience purchasing our used truck was positive, the one negative was only receiving one key. It will cost hundreds to get a second. The sales people were great and the truck was well prepared. The closing took too long but these things take time. The credit manager was excellent.
I recently had to quickly buy a new car, after I unexpectedly had to give my car to my stepson. I was offered a fair amount for another car I had, and this dealership had the exact car I wanted which no other nearby place had in stock. After a week, I discovered that the car needed an adjustment to meet my medical needs (I have a hearing issue, and the sporty car I chose for the look had a sporty exhaust system that was a little too loud for my permanently injured ears). I did not realize this when I test drove the car. Uzi, my salesperson, promised to take care of me - and he did. And Tony in service was excellent. The car seems to be perfect now. This is our 3rd Toyota from this dealership; 2 new, 1 used. I dont foresee us going any place else for our vehicles.
Great experience on a recall issue. Brandy called me about the recall, set up appointment, offered rental car. Everything on time, done right! Trenton was my service tech and kept me up to date. Very pleased with experience!
When your steering wheel is shaking, thats definitely time to get into a service appointment! Jason was fantastic about meeting my concerns and getting me in. From start to finish they were communicative and helpful. AutoNation Arapahoe fixed the problem and I was in and out of there in half a day! I highly recommend AutoNation Arapahoe for their expertise and outstanding customer service.
Everyone is so nice and accommodating. They figured out both problems with my car and fixed them so fast while keeping me in the loop every step of the way. I would definitely suggest getting all of your Toyota needs taken care of here.
Excellent experience!!! I worked with Christo and he was great to work with! He Always kept me informed of any changes in the buying process! Ask for Christo if you have any questions about the inventory and he will help you make the right decision!
Jeremy Sittner was my service manager. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional! My car was well cared for and service was completed in a timely manner.
I find it ironic that I am being asked to comment on a service that I never ended up getting. My service appointment was for 1:45pm on a Thursday. At 3:04, I was called while I was waiting, at the dealership, to be told they were running behind and it would be at least another 60 minutes. My car had not even started service yet an hour and 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I was offered a discounted oil change (-$12 since I had a $24.99 oil change coupon) for my troubles. I have left the GM a message to talk about my experience, but have not received a call back yet. Unfortunately, my work schedule requires me to take time off to complete appointments such as these. I lost half a day of work, waiting for a service that never got completed, because waiting another hour was not reasonable, when guests were arriving at my home later that afternoon. Had they been honest about running behind when I arrived, I would have rescheduled and gone about my day. Instead, my time was disrespected, I lost hours of work, and was treated dismissively. I am in the market for a new 4Runner, but it won’t be purchased from there.
Buyer beware. Purchased a used vehicle and obtained a used car inspection through my local dealership next day. There was 7k worth of work needed for major leaks in multiple systems along with front end steering issues that were not disclosed on their inspection report. Returned the car within the 5 day window but was taken back as excuses were made vs. apologies/concern about inaccuracy of the inspection. Our salesman became super argumentative and ultimately walked away in the middle of our conversation and did not escalate appropriately. Not an issue that a used car has things that need repair but if those issues were disclosed I wouldn’t have bought the vehicle. Waste of my time x2 days! Seriously questioning the accuracy of their inspections as the issues were “obvious” per our second opinion. Car is reposted next day and assuming next buyer will not have these issues disclosed and not enough time passed to fix any of them. Escalated to Sales director. Left messages x2 with no response. Horrible customer service!!!! Once you purchase that goes out the window. Unfortunate because I have purchased multiple vehicles from them in the past and they just lost a loyal customer.
Terrible experience. The service issue was a recall notice. Arrived at scheduled appointment and about 45 minutes later, I was informed that they were behind and had to keep my car overnight per the service rep. I contacted the service manager because service should have know when I dropped the car off that they were behind and should have told me so I could reschedule. The service manager put me on hold, came back later and said that the service rep was incorrect that they couldnt complete my recall that day; that my car was being worked on and would be ready that day. I receive a call 15 minutes later that there isnt a recall for the car I brought in but for another car we own. (Obviously, a mistake on my part for not double checking VIN). If the mechanic was already working on the car, as the service manager stated, then wouldnt he know that the recall wasnt for the car he was supposedly working on? I dont want to take my car to a dealership where the service manager blatantly lies to the customer and, worse, throws his employee under the bus as the scapegoat.
Best place to shop for a new Toyota, Aaron Wright went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Great customer focus and overall top notch Service. Aaron came in to deliver the truck and close the deal on his day off. Thank you Aaron.
