We recently purchased a 2021 Genesis GV80 at Genesis of Arapaho. This is our third vehicle purchase from Hyundai/Genesis of Arapahoe. While they don’t have a big expensive show room they do have a huge selection of vehicles and many friendly and knowledgeable sales representatives that are excited for all there products. I believe they sell more cars than any other dealership in the area. I would highly recommend working with Seth Ringstad. Seth has worked with us our past purchases and most recently on our GV80 which we had to wait for several months. This as we wanted a specific vehicle with certain features. Throughout the process Seth was always available on his work or cell phone and always responded to text and e mail immediately. I also feel that the experience at Hyundai/Genesis of Arapahoe is less high pressure than other dealerships. There sales people know they sell a great product. They are as excited to educate you on there lowest cost vehicle as they are the top of the line and are invested in getting you the car that’s right for you.

Brian responded to my initial inquiry rapidly about the availability of the car, and helped us purchase it sight unseen by patiently sending us photos and videos as we requested. We have never purchased a new car from a distance, but Brian and the dealership made everything from signing the paperwork to shipping the car to California go perfectly. Love the car but needs to be fully seperate from Hyundai and they need to lock down the luxury experience in service.

My sales representative, Brian Wheeler, was exceptionably knowledgeable about the vehicle product line and and encyclopedia of information. No pressure sales tactics, fully transparent transaction and confidence that I made the correct decision. I am not the biggest fan of car sales transactions but this was a very different and pleasant experience. Extremely pleased with Brian and his Sales Manager, Leo Zombek. Leo went the extra mile to satisfy me and that isnt easy to do. Together, Brian and Leo made this an excellent experience and my new Genesis GV80 is a reality that now lives in my garage.

Must say I’m pretty disappointed with this dealership. Went in on a weekend to test drive a Genesis g70 and fell in love. We couldn’t purchase that day due to privately selling another car in two days. We explained this to the sales person and said we did want to purchase something that week though. Little did we know how rare the G70 we test drove was and it was sold within a few days. The salesperson let us know, but surprisingly didn’t bring any other cars to our attention to test drive, especially given that we had said we were open to a variety of trims. We ended up looking nationally and finding a car we wanted in Indiana where we finalized the deal within a day. So if you are looking for a really good deal we paid about 4K under what Arapahoe was asking check out Genesis of Evansville in Indiana and ask for John Allen. Such a smooth car buying experience.

Complete rip off. They blatantly charge more than msrp for a new Genesis when down the street you can buy one at sticker price. Duston was rude and impolite, he refused to negotiate. He kept saying if you dont buy it the next person will. Well I bought a new GV70 at another dealership the same day and paid MSRP. Do your homework and buy elsewhere

Both of the Stars are for the sales department and finance. I bought a blue Genesis G80, and they did everything they could to get in my price range. Devin was awesome and it took less time than any other car buying experience Ive had. I got to test drive the car for as long as I wanted with no pressure.The service department however is completely lackluster especially for a luxury brand.Not only did my blown tire not qualify for valet service for whatever reason. But then I had to speak to 3 Separate people to get anything figured out when I called. At the end all I got was that I has to come in for a drop in appointment. I came today and now Im told that I should multiple new tires even though I have the insurance itll still cost me money. Not only that but the tires dont come in until Tuesday and I basically have a barely drivable able car until then because I have multiple places I need to drive that are all highway. Then Im told there are no loaner vehicles available either. I even asked about a downgrade loaner, literally any car on the lot and was told no. My parents have had high end Lexus and Ive had Acuras and I can safely say I have never had such a bad service experience without a resolution that actually works for me.Finally on Monday my tire was replace. I told them before I came in that my car was making a creaking sound underneath and was brushed off and told they didnt have any time to look at it.Today I tried to schedule an appointment for the creak (and my newly found lack of AC) and now have to wait until June 7th for an appointment. This means that I have 2 solid months with a car that may or may not be dangerous to drive.To sum up my review, if you are looking an easy and quick Car buying experience definitely come here and see Devin. If you are looking for long term support on your Car make sure you have another place to take it that seems to car about you past your purchase.

Great experience buying a sedan out of state, over the phone. Brian Wilson and Brian Wheeler have been very accommodating and patient with my questions. They were able to arrange delivery quickly, no issues, and for a great price. I never saw the car in person, but their professionalism and assurance of quality let me move forward with the purchase. While the lot is cramped and parking is tough, the overall experience with a service we had was exceptional chad ( I beleive the service supervisor) was great with customer service follow ups and an eye for detail to make sure I was pleased.
