My 2018 car lease was coming to an end this year and I had a big decision to make; buy the car I was leasing or look into a new vehicle to either buy or lease. Luckily Seth Ringstad was there to help. He laid out all my options so that I could make the best informed decision. Seth was great but sadly due to current inventory shortages, there were not a lot of great financing options when it came to buying or leasing a new car, so the best option was to ultimately buy the car I already had.

I was in about a week ago. A gentleman helped me at first, I was unable to catch his name before he disappeared. A couple mechanics also came out to take a quick look at my car, as I was a last minute walk in just before close. Mark ended up helping me out with one of the mechanics, and honestly they were fantastic. They were honest with me about what I should do and took the extra time to explain some things, the mechanic quickly fixed a piece on the outside of my trunk. They were all super awesome. 10/10.I do have another note however about an experience from a couple months ago though. I had received a quote to get a part replaced and the quote was over $700. So I wanted to look at other options. When I couldn’t find other options, I called them back to just bit the bullet. When I called back they charged me $300 less for labor……. Which very much confuses me. Why were they going to charge over $300 for labor when I first inquired. I’m not mad I was able to get it done for less, just confused why they would charge that in the first place?Otherwise, my experience with them has been pretty great every time.
Quick with being able to test drive!Easy access off highway.Kyle was so great and would work with him again! He kept it really fun and car shopping can always take a full day but with him it wasn’t a burden at all. He keeps you smiling and really understands the process. I posted earlier that my purchase was great, the follow-up service is not so great. I left my new Kona at Arapahoe Hyundai Friday morning for the Seat Treatments and to get roof racks installed. I was provided a loaner. I called Friday evening to check on the status. They said the racks hadnt arrived yet, and also mentioned they needed the loaner vehicle back. (Nothing about the seat service) I said I could return the vehicle that evening, and come back another time for the racks. My salesperson, Devon, called and said hell make sure the racks can be installed first thing Saturday. I arrive Saturday when Arapahoe Hyundai opened. My car was parked in the SAME SPOT, it had not been touched. No roof racks, no seat treatment, nothing. I got a hold of Devon and he personally installed the roof racks. (that was good but I felt like a criminal as I was told I had to pay for the roof racks before they would lift a finger.) I mentioned the lack of seat treatment, he touched that up too. If Devon hadnt been there, nothing would have been done.
I got the car I wanted at a fair price. The deal did not take all day and was short and sweet. The sales associate was very helpful and showing me everything about the car and also show me multiple cars of the same type. I would highly recommend Arapahoe Hyundai to anybody. It was a pleasant experience.

I recently purchased a used car from Arapahoe Hyundai after car troubles with another car I have that drastically impacted my ability to go to work and take my son to school without spending all my money on Uber. I walked away feeling relieved that Arapahoe Hyundai had a car in my price range and that they represented that I was being taken care of, and my worries would be no more. I even bought an extended warranty from them for $3000 extra dollars just wanting to make sure my bases were covered. Not even a day after I drove it off the light the tire pressure light was on, the check engine light was on, I found out the AC didnt work, the brakes were squeaky, the speed odometer was broke, and the check engine light was on. Before buying the car I did a test drive and even had others check it out and none of these issues existed. Nevertheless I took my car to a shop and they said they could not honor the warranty because I didnt drive a certain # of miles (this was not stated in negotiations). So I brought it to Hyundais service department where I was once again reassured everything would be fixed and okay. I was without transportation for about a week during the repairs when I called Hyundai and was told that they hadnt even started working on my car yet. After more discussions my car was taken into service, I was given a loaner, and I waited an additional two weeks for the repairs to conclude. After I got my car back there were no service lights on so I assumed everything was fine. Just a few days ago my check engine light is back on and my brakes are squealing. I took my car to a brake place today and was quoted $2250, nearly the price of the warranty, for brakes, a very bad axle bend and leak, amongst other deficiencies. This was AFTER Hyundai claimed to fix everything and couldnt even get me a service repair sheet listing the repairs. The only reason I went to Hyundai is because my grandparents are long time customers and have spent THOUSANDS with them and have been getting new cars every couple of years for at least the past six. My grandpa has called repeatedly to assist me in getting this rectified only to be dismissed and hung up on. Not only will AH be losing one of their best customers as a result of all of this but I will be pursing all legal options against them.
I was in the area for vacation when my car threw a check engine light. The service center was able to get me in right away to diagnose the problem. They determined my car was safe to drive home and gave me some detailed information so the issue could be resolved when I got home.
This was the easiest dealership I have worked with.The process was stress free and pleasant. Grady found the exact car I wanted at a fair price with excellent customer service and attention-to-detail. I would highly recommend Arapahoe Hyundai as a place to purchase or lease a Hyundai.

Kyle was hands down the best! Kyle reached out after I inquired about a vehicle online. When we spoke I laid down ground rules I was willing to play by... and Kyle ran with it. He kept a smile on his face and a chuckle Im his voice. We did most of the process via phone and text messages. He would send me videos, and was very responsive. When we were ready to make a deal, I drove to the dealership where Kyle worked his magic. He helped me move my stuff from my older car to the new one, he showed me all the features to my car and away I went. It didnt stop there... I took my Santa Fe in for a recalled canister. The intake was super fast and Mark was very friendly and explained everything. There was a great place to wait although I wasnt there long. They even washed my car and did a check of everything! Great experience.
Had a pretty good experience. Kyle took good care of me helping me find the right car. He even was helping detail the car because they only had one detail guy in on a Saturday. The finance people were good as well.I was a little disappointed that the gas in the car was almost empty when I went to drive it off the lot and I had to schedule an appointment to bring the car back already because the Navigation system was not working right before I took it off the lot. You could also tell they rushed the detailing and found food stuck in the seats and stains on the seats.
I just purchased my 3rd car through this dealership and Ive always worked with Phillip Porras. He is by far the best car sales guy weve ever worked with. He is very knowledgeable, personable and most importantly, easy to deal with. Many car salesmen make you feel uncomfortable and stressed out, but not Phillip. Recently bought a new Kona and had the pleasure/luck of getting Moses Solomon. After visiting a few times in an attempt to make a sale, Moses understood our family needs. We had a quick and easy experience trading in a car for an SUV for our growing family! Brian Wheeler and the finance manager Bill were great, super friendly and helpful. The only flaws I’ve encountered are a seatbelt I need to take back in for repair, which is fine, it’s an 8 year old vehicle, and the car interior was quite dirty, which I am perfectly capable and did clean it out really well myself today, I would have just rather not have and had the whole “new, clean car look and smell” but all is well and it was a great experience, thank you guys!

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They are completely overbooked and so employees will take it out on you, today I had a female employee Alex yell at me until I cried after she made multiple negligent mistakes. I all in front of one of her managers who allowed for the crass behavior. My car was misplaced for three days without anyone checking on it or the keys and I would not wish that for anyone else. Employees will blame the new owners, and I’m hoping the new owners can do something about such inappropriate customer service. Any other Denver-metro Hyundai dealership with treat you different.

The overall experience was not enjoyable, it took over 2 hours to get paperwork done after Drake hustled and got everything done quickly.

One star for the nice, upfront kid that helped take me for a test drive. Zero stars for differences in pricing online in vs. in the dealership. People are busy. Please do not waste our time by advertising one price online for a particular car and then asking several thousand over in person. I get that the car shortage allows you to overcharge like crazy, but it’s disrespectful to your customers to not be forthcoming.

I love the car. I did not like the experience at Arapahoe Hyundai AT ALL. I came in to buy the car I found on their website. It was not received from the factory yet. This was okay because I wanted the limited package and they did not have any others in stock. The salesman would not tell me an out the door price. Huh? You cant tell me? Why? The sales manager told me that they cant say because it might come in with extra option. Huh? Build sheets are not deviated from. They gave me a copy of the build sheet with the price. Good. Now how much do I write a check for? Oh. The sales manager says we do not accept payment in full. We require you to take out a loan to pay for part of it. Okay.? Huh? I agreed to all of their requrements and said okay. Huh? It took another hour and a half to get into the finance office to sign papers for 10 minutes before leaving. I was at Arapahoe Hyundai for over 4 hours waiting to buy a car by writing a check and driving away. I understood right away that I was not going to drive it away but the rest took toooooooooo long. It was like they were trying everything they could do to get me to walk away from the deal. The only good part of my visit was talking to the salesman. Grady. Very nice guy. Very cordial.I did get my new Santa Cruz and I absolutely love it but I do not plan to set foot in Arapahoe Hyundai again.

Very bustling dealer, lots going on all the time. Moses Solomon was our sales associate. It was a new experience. there was no high pressure, no coercion.He either answered our questions or found out the answers for every question we had. When we test drove the car, he just dropped the keys in my hand and let us test drive the car without him in it...that was a first. He let us fall in love with the car in a very subtle way. He just stood back and let us fall in love with the car without inserting himself into the process. Look for Moses at this dealership.

Everyone employee, except for the finance manager (to be expected), was very respectful and never made me feel pressured. I honestly went in with a pretty set plan so I didnt have too many questions needing answers. I feel that I got a fair/good deal on a used car which is hard to do in the current market due to the semi-conductor shortage. Im not sure that any dealership has customers best interest in mind with a commission sales structure but if you go in with a plan and stick to it, this is a good dealership to do business with. Maybe shop financing options before hand because I got a pretty bad interest rate for the quality of my credit score but paying car off quickly so wont matter much in my case.

I highly recommend the Service Dept at this delearship (Ive not bought a car thru them. Ive only experienced the Service Dept). The staff is friendly, they explain thoroughly what needs to be done & they (& the mechanics) dont try to oversell you to fix things that arent necessary. AND they always wash my vehicle before I pick it up.

This is a good dealership to buy your car from.. I was able to get most of the price information over the phone and then went in to drive that specific car and buy it. They were able to make that happen and Lander went as far as delivering the vehicle really far from the dealership that same night!!! The only suggestion is if you want to make it quick, avoid the weekends. They sell a lot of cars, so that might save you some time.

Kyle the salesmen was great got us more then we were asking for, got us more on our trade in then we thought we would get and got our price where we wanted it, he was never pushy like you would think salesmen are. We changed our minds several times and he was patient the whole way through, unlike another dealership that was trying to pinch us for everything Kyle never made us feel like we had to haggle, if we said we wanted more he got us more!!! Ended up getting $400 more for our trade in!!! He even make my kids have a good time during all the paperwork. I will definitely buy my next car here aswel!

I sent in an inquiry in the morning, got a response pretty quickly, went to take a look and test drive the car I inquired about, and left the dealership with the car! Im always pleased with my service I received from Arapahoe Hyundai. There was a gentleman that greeted me this time I believe his name was Brian that guaranteed me I would be out of there in 30 minutes.I had made my appointment through the reservation line and I was not very pleased with them. They told me that it would take all day to do a 30 minute oil change and tire rotation. I had to reserve a car which meant, my car went over by 5000 miles before I could get my oil changed! Needless to say I was not very happy😠Thank you Brian and thank you Arapahoe Hyundai for making this experience much better I will be back for my next 3000 miles service!!🙂

They listened to what I wanted and helped me find the car of my dreams, the process was seamless and easy. Even the finance part was a breeze (when do you hear that regarding an auto dealer). When the car was delivered, the knowledgeable staff went over all the features of the car with me (and believe me, the features are out of this world). Honestly I cant believe I was able to get into a car that is top of the line with all the coolest technology standard. They have continued to check in with me to make sur everything is going well and even offered to do another tutorial if need be. And the warranty is the best Ive seen. Excellent customer service, got my 2021 Sante Fe calligraphy yesterday. It was nice working with Jevion the sales person very good and excellent person to work with. Helped me in test drive and explained the features of the vehicle, right from to test drive and taking delivery of the vehicle, he helped and made sure am satisfied. And the finance manager was good enough in completing the paper work faster as well and made sure that is not taking much time to complete it. Overall good experience for me. Got a good deal on the car after negotiating. However, there has been a lot of issues dealing with this dealership. I still have not received my registration card to take to the DMV. I have called, emailed, and texted several times for a temp, and no response. I can only imagine what it is going to be like to take the car in to be serviced...already planning on going elsewhere for that.
