Ive been taking my car here for several years now, and the staff is always so helpful and honest. I recently had to have maintenance work done on my car, and Adam explained everything in detail and they got all of the work done within a few hours. Adam was the one who helped me this time, but all of the employees are friendly and awesome, and I would highly recommend this place. They go above and beyond every time!

Went in for what I thought would be a patch/plug for a nail in my tire. Turned out the nail was actually pretty small and hadnt punctured the tire at all. A lot of other places mightve tried to sell me some sort of service or charge me for something anyways, but they showed me the screw and sent me on my way. Really appreciate the honesty and will be back when I actually need something done!

My sister had to get a new tire from you guys today Nov, 5th 2021, as she had gotten a puncture the day prior. From what she told me your salesman refused to sell just one single tire and that she needed 2 as it wasnt safe. As someone who has sold tires, and has several certs related to car repair, I am appalled at this predatory sales approach. 2/32nds in tire wear difference is NOT going going to destroy components on the car. You need to stop with these absolutely bogus claims regarding uneven drivetrain.This is a woman who is struggling financially, and you made her buy a 2nd unneeded tire. Pathetic.

This is the best Big O Tires in the area!! I made the mistake of going to the Big O Tires in Highlands Ranch (Town Center) and my car made a scraping noise after new tires were put on. They said they couldn’t fix it if they couldn’t replicate it. Then I went to the Big O Tires at Univ & County Line and they fixed it within 15 minutes. They are professional and I won’t go to any other Big O Tires from now on!!

My husband took our Jeep Grand Cherokee down the morning of 06/25 as we noticed a nail had punctured the front tire. Absolutely amazing and prompt - thank you for taking care of us so quickly! Highly recommended business with friendly service.

Very honest and great customer service! The work they do here is top notch and the prices are extremely fair. I recently had a mechanic tell me I needed over $5k in work done and the mechanics here found that I needed less than $2k done. I really appreciate that they didnt try to get the extra money out of me that I didnt need to spend.

Getting tires for my 2nd vehicle right now. Got for the first one a couple of years ago and had a very positive experience. I have tried this place for new tires, tire rotation, brakes and other small stuff also. The owner is very friendly and so are the employees. They have a great selection of tires for all price ranges and i picked ours based on Colorados weather and the typical miles that we are expecting to drive in time to come. The waiting area has TV, free coffee and a couple of vending machine. I like their integrity and commitment to customers and really have nothing to complain about! I wish if i could give more than 5 Stars on this review 😊

I got some new all-season tires from these guys today. Well-rated and at a good price. I had some other repairs done to my car as well. There was a stripped bolt that made replacing a motor mount impossible, but I wasnt charged for the work the technician had done and I appreciated that.

Get your tires and other routine maintenance done at this Big-O. The staff is knowledgeable about vehicles inside and out. I always leave having learned something new and who doesnt love free education? There is zero pressure to sell or upsell. The staff truly is interested in how well our vehicles are maintained and that they are operating safely. I enjoy hearing customers greeted by name and that is a testament to how many returning customers they have. We will be moving from the neighborhood next to Arapahoe High School to Elizabeth in May, but this Big-O will remain our tire and service center. Great job today as always, and Thank you!

The guys at Big O on University are first rate. I got a flat on the HWY, and limped into their shop after Google sent me to Brakes Plus (they dont do tires) and Discount Tire (they were closed). I barely made it to Big O, and they immediately took care of the truck and got me back on my way. The interior was super clean, they were quick and friendly. When it comes time to buy new tires, Ill drive a bit out of my way to come back to these guys.

This review is long overdue. Ive been a customer of this shop for over a decade. They have worked on seven different cars for me. This your one-stop shop for all of your car needs. Of course they know tires, but they are also highly skilled and detailed oriented mechanics. Corey and Adam have made their careers here and take great pride in what they do. Quality work, professionalism and honesty. You really cant ask for more.

This is my second time coming to this Big O shop and I am now a loyal customer. Cory greeted me warmly and kept me informed throughout the repairs done. I told him that there was no hurry in completing the work but he ensured that all was done in a very short time and the costs were VERY reasonable. This shop is here to serve its customers and they are extremely good at it.

Big O Tires have been taking care of our cars needs for decades now.The men there are always friendly, courteous & respectful. They will explain in detail what you need and why and then perform the recommended service promptly and efficiently.The LORD led me to discover a nail in my rear tire the other day, on tires that were practically brand new. Rob explained to me that the nail was in the sidewall and showed me the wheel with the offending nail in it. Rob said that this placement in effect destroys the integrity of the tire and a new tire would be needed. He did not have the same tire in his inventory and I told him I needed to be on the road the next day. He recommended I go to the dealer where I bought the new car because they sometimes have the tires in stock. They didnt. Rob assured me that he could get the tire and have it done the next day. His warehouse had the tire but it would take until 1 PM the next day before he could get it.Rob called around 5 PM the same day saying the car was READY!Clearly, Big O Tires went the extra mile to get my tire and then install it.Do yourself and your family a favor and start using Big O Tires if you dont already!

I have been going to Big O Tires on University for more than twenty years! I used to hang wallpaper all over Highlands Ranch, when builders were on every corner. So were the nails! I got flat tires once a year for a while. These days, I can go four or five years without a flat. But, Big O Tires fixed EVERY flat I ever had-- for FREE. They are always kind, patient, funny, and fast. Today, it took less than 40 min from the minute I entered the store to the minute I left. There are three other tire stores closer to my home; I will ALWAYS go the extra mile to have Big O Tires service my car. Great service!

Helpful and nice, just cant quite seen to get things right the 1st time.living in Vail Colorado the options for automobile service and especially tires is always limited. Ive gone to these guys at several times because the service is quick and its nicely located, however they cant seem to get the order slip right the first time around and I generally have to go back or double check the work myself.

I took my car into just have my brakes checked and replaced with an oil change and an alignment check. They went above and beyond to help me; not only did they perform all the services I requested, they did the alignment for free and replaced my front rotors without a charge. Their customer service is top-notch and I highly recommend them to anyone. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

If I could give more than five stars I would! After driving to several different shops on a flat tire on a snowy icy day, just to be told to make an appointment for after the weekend I finally made it to these guys! They didnt even hesitate to help me on a Saturday close to closing time. I was in and out quickly. I only wish that I went there first, but this location will always be my first choice from here on out!

I took my car into the shop for an oil change. They offered a free balance and rotation which I took them up on. I mostly drive my old car around neighborhoods. It has always driven very well on the highway up until I had them do the balance/rotation. The front tires shook and vibrated.I took it back to them and they redid the balance and rotation. I left and again had the same problems. I went back a third time and explained that I was having the same problems. The guy at the counter told me his machines that balance the tires are very good and true. I explained I never had this problem prior to them doing the balance and rotation. The guy at the counter then said he could try again if I could leave it for 4 hours or bring it back in a few days. Lastly, he said there is no guarantee if they did it again that it would fix my problem. A tire shop that caused the problem cant fix the problem and make it a priority. What a shame. I really liked going there and thought I would get exceptional service being a smaller shop. Back to Discount Tire I go.

I selected tires that were not at the store, they were picked up from another location and put on the car while my daughter waited- I have been a long time customer at Big O Castle Rock location. I moved to Highlands Ranch recently and made a purchase at Discount they changed price quotes so I wont be going back. Customer service at Big O is the best!! Big O treated my teenage daughter amazing and charges what they quote-thank you for another great company to do business with!!

I will never bring any of my vehicles to this location. I have been back mult times for the same issue. I had my front end fix by Big O not big deal my experience was good. Well that was the only good experience. I had gone to another company to get four new sets of tires and an alignment done and was told by that company they were not able to do it due to the front end issues. This is what was supposedly had done earlier. I went back to Big O and met with one of the managers on site manager on site. Hen told me I was lying or either the other company was but they always fix their problems. 30 minutes later the manager came out and told me the original mechanic did not replace anything from the original work that was supposed to be done the manager offered to fix it and wanted to still charge for the labor. I agreed with the manager under the understanding that possibly the mechanic was disgruntle. Now I am getting a set of new tires because I’m continuing to still have front end issues. The video and report from the new mechanic indicates the work the manager was supposedly doing was still not done and my front end was still not rebuilt like They promised it was. I’m now in the process of contacting their corporate office for my money back this is absolutely ridiculous that you cannot fix an issue when you owned up to the issue not being fixed before. So the fix that the big O did now has cost me twice as much than it would if they would’ve done it the first time around.

Excellent service! I stopped by to get a flat tire fixed and reinstalled. They were courteous, thorough, and quick! And when I walked up to pay for the services, they didnt charge me, but only recommended new tires for my car before winter starts due to normal wear. I was pleasantly surprised, and for that experience, I am leaving this review.

I came in to get a tire fix but also asked about new tires. Well these guys are amazing they took my car fast start working it letting me know what needs to be done and walked me threw. Than it came to I had to pick up my kids and they told me go get them and come back and we will finish up. They love we put cartoons on! The best part they have the kids tire gage to check air and walked us out with opening the doors. Very polite and generous and caring. Customer service isnt bad, but they broke my center caps without telling me, they left bead lube all over the tires, and the tack weights are an eyesore because they have hammer marks all over them and arent even hammered down all the way. That sort of workmanship makes me question whether they torqued my lug nuts correctly...

I took my car in because one of my tires kept going flat, my husband had to work and normally when I go into tires stores alone they just try to sell me the whole time. These guys were really quick, I waited probably 20 minutes or so and they were able to fix the leak for free. I asked for prices on four new tires and the guy (I’m terrible with names and don’t remember his) printed out three difference options for me, with different prices and explained the perks of each one. I mentioned an issue a previous mechanic had brought up about my car at another store, and said that the price they gave me seemed high. The employee pulled up their quote so that I could compare and at least have an accurate ball park idea. I never felt like I was being sold or had to buy anything. I didn’t end up spending any money yesterday but I will definitely be buying tires from these guys in the future!Update: I had my car towed from Denver to this location after a flat, they were able to get my tires but said it would be “later in the day” (on Saturday) and they STILL had my car ready for me by noon! The employees were just as pleasant as the first time I was there. 10/10!

Big O tires took me in right away on a Friday morning and within an hour pretty much my car was already done. I woke up Friday morning and I had a complete flat tire on the driver side and my boyfriend pumped it up with air enough for me to get it to big O tires and they were nice quick and Efficent best company ever

Ive bought tires for both of my vehicles here and never had a problem with the quality. Recently I had a bad valve stem. It was cracked and snapped when I was putting air in the tire. The guys here replaced it free of charge and had my on my way in 10 minutes. Great service. I recommend them for sure.

Although less than a quarter mile from my house, I will not be returning.I understand how excited an oil change shop must become when females enter the facility, with high hopes that they can persuade her to repair the battery and all things under the cars hood that do not need any repairing in the first place. And be sure to use words like erosion, build up, and flush out to add onto the confusion and skepticism of the female.I went in, naturally, for an oil change and tire rotation. Once the employee at Big O began to list a large amount of issues with my car, (I went to my jeep place two months ago to replace my break pads so I know they would have said something then if there were any issues) I called bullshit on that. After realizing the irritated tone in my voice, the employee told me that I at least need to replace my battery and get my engine oil flushed out that day, costing $250 with the oil change. I got a new battery two years ago, so I also knew that was a honk of crap.My boyfriend took my car to his work today, where a mechanic opened my hood to examine the many issues the employee at Big O tires mentioned in the long list. My battery is fine, nothing needs to be flushed out, and there is no build up of any kind. I basically have some corroded ports that connect to my battery. Just things to be mindful of, not to jump on getting repaired immediately and spending big bucks on a shop that specializes in rotating tires and changing oil.Dont try and fool me because of my gender, Big O.

I have used the Big O store on South University for many years and have always had an excellent experience. They have provided tires on all my vehicles and I have always been happy with the tires that they recommend. Their recommendations have given me the best value for money on every tire change. They are always extremely courteous and quick in performing rotations and free flat repairs. I have moved since I first started using this particular Big O, but I still go back again and again, driving the extra distance, because of the superior service at this location.

The only reason I rate everything as 5 is because you dont have a 10+. The Manager is extremely knowledgeable in that even with my feeble attempt(s) at explaining a problem, he narrows it down in a minute. He is furthermore conscientious in making sure we understand and provides excellent advice as to solving the problems. The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable and courteous at all times, as well as having patience in explaining anything to us non-mechanics of the world. Thank you for being here for us.

Purchased tires from here a couple of years ago and they are nothing but great. The individuals that work at this location are kind, they are willing to stick within your budget and while they do charge to balance and rotate the tires you just purchased, (which i think is crazy) they were still very kind and friendly!

Terrible attention to detail and overlooks obvious issues. I took my car in after I discovered a nail in my tire. I could hear the air escaping through the puncture hole and when I put my finger over it I could feel air. Long story short, they take it in and tell me that they can not find a puncture or nail and that the tire is perfectly fine, but my opposite rear tire needs to be replaced. So after replaced all my tires for $800 I asked for the good condition, old tires to be placed in my car. Once home I examined the tires and found the exact nail I was talking about. It doesn’t take a magnifying glass or a genius to see this one. I will not be trusting them with my car in the future.

I took my ex-wife’s car into Big-0 for new tire. Rob offered a look at better and more expensive tire which I took him up on. I was offered the option for a alignment .. I agreed, Later that day they Rob called couldn’t align the rear tire control arms were seized. At that point I asked them if they use lubricating oil, heat or at worst cut them off and replace them w/new bolts. Rob said they don’t do that .. And if he did there were additional labor cost .. The cost to replace the control arms was going to be an additional $800. I was told by Rob if I didn’t have the problem fixed the tires (that were already mounted on my car) the warranty/guarantee would no longer be valid. And we had to pay upfront (per-Rob) So reluctantly.. I agreed. Repairs were to take two days, then three days. Returned and repairs were not done .. parts did not come in Rob, said they’d be in the next day soon my ex-wife took a 2nd morning off work .. parts were still not in. Rob said he would overnight the parts. My-ex asked for a discount price.. Rob said “NO”. So we went back a 3rd time the following morning, parts still not in... we’re going on 2 weeks now.At this point we said just forget it .. refund our money we’ll go else where.Here’s where it gets interesting.. I spoke to a mechanic up the the street, Xpress Lube, Goodyear and the Big-O that I normally do business with. My Big-O was between mechanics and referred me to Midas. (All said they do use heat to free the bolts and would cut bolts off if need be .. w/no additional cost). I had it done at Midas for $90 They used heat release the bolts and all work was done under an hour... Be careful with Rob.

Horrible place. They used every trick in the book, including lieing, to squeeze me for extra money. The price kept increasing as they worked. I paid for 4 rotors and they only replaced 2.

Asked for a quote on the phone before going in and he included mount and balance. Helped me choose between 3 different types of tires for my 02 Outback. Ended up getting the Coopers which werent the most expensive. Checked the alignment for free, and werent pushy. The thing that stood out was the salesmans confidence and knowledge of tires. It was nice to go somewhere and actually get recommendations based on driving style vs price. highly recommended.

I am sorry to report that the last two experiences I had with Big O Tires were so terrible that I had to update my review. It seems like the experience I had last October was the exception rather than the rule. If you would like to be put down and insulted when you go in to get new tires or to have your car repaired, this is the shop for you. If you would like to go to a company that respects you, I recommend going to Discount Tire. Big O, you have lost my business.I went in to purchase a set of summer tires and wasnt treated terribly, but it wasnt an experience I would prefer to repeat. Recently, I called because they didnt properly balance my tires and I have had an issue with one or more of my tire pressure sensors since they installed my new tires. I told the person that I think something might be wrong and they should look at them when I bring in my car. His response - yelling at me and telling me they could only be broken if they are completely broken off and bouncing around inside the tire. He told me the tires just need more air. The same person at Big O proceeded to argue with my husband when he brought my vehicle in. Unfortunately, my husband had to deal with them because I do not feel comfortable returning there. Amazingly, something was wrong with the tire pressure sensors. Did they apologize? Of course not. Did they fix the problem? That remains to be seen. Please, take your business elsewhere.Old Review -So sorry it took so long to post this review!! I, like hundreds of my closest friends, waited until the snow and ice we got this October to replace our almost bald tires. Big O was the only place I called that happily worked me in that day. What was truly amazing was that they were able to get me in and out (I had 3 kids and was pregnant at the time...crazy schedule!) and gave me excellent attention and service. They even tried to talk me into cheaper tires, but I insisted on Blizzaks. Almost 4 months later and I am still very happy with the service I received at Big O Tires and the amazing winter tires I bought! Thank you for providing my family with safety and peace of mind.

I have typically had a positive experience with Big O Tires, but today felt different. I purchased tires for over $1,000 dollars from them a month ago and have experienced issues with one of them losing air throughout this week. Called them today and booked an appointment and showed up and they claimed they called me to tell me they couldn’t get me in unless I could leave it for 4 hours and they were sorry! Frustrated about their communication and unwillingness to help with a tire that they should be taking care of. Bummer!

The absolute WORST place my husband and I have ever taken our cars to. Big O is our go to for our cars however not anymore. This is the first time we have been to this location and unfortunately made it so we will no longer go to another big o again. We needed a new wheel for our tire after crashing into the curb during a snow storm. We immediately talked to these guys and brought it in. They said they would have a new wheel for us Monday (this was Friday) Monday rolls around and the man says sorry it will be in tomorrow. So now it’s Tuesday and there’s another snow storm so once again we are told that the wheel will now be in tomorrow, meaning Wednesday. Wednesday morning we call and are told that it will be in between 12-2 and we will get a call. 1pm hits and no call yet so I decide to call crossing my fingers that they have the wheel because the next day is thanksgiving and I have to drive this car to Colorado Springs. Well guess what... the wheel they got in is also bent. Not only is the wheel bent but these guys didn’t even give us a call to keep us updated... I had to call to figure out what was going on. A little while later they spoke with my husband and told him that they would have a new one Friday. Shortly after this my husband spoke with them again but to a different man than we were originally working with. He told us the wheel they had for us on Friday was actually also bent so they would have to get back to us on Friday after the holiday. NEVER received a phone call Friday. We call them Saturday to ask if they are still looking for a wheel for us just for them to say the wheel they told us would be available Friday was actually good to go and they would have it Monday now (unsure why that shipment came in late as well.) So why on Wednesday were we told that this wheel was also bad? Leaving us to believe that we were still in search of a wheel. Monday they call us to say they have the wheel. Yay finally! With it being a Monday we were both already at work and told them that we would be there at 7 the next morning and it needed to be fixed then. There were no issues with that when we spoke with them about that Monday and were told they would see us in the A.M. Just to come in Tuesday morning at 7 and them to tell us they will TRY to get it in. This is unacceptable. We are people and understand that things don’t always go as planned so yes it was frustrating how long it took to get a wheel, however, this wasn’t our issue with the service. The issue is the lack of professionalism as a whole. Robb was rude on the phone and in person when he spoke to us. We were not kept informed on what was going on with the services we had requested AND on top of it they put the tire on the wheel but not on my car! They charged me for a mount and balance when mounting is specifically defined as “putting the tires on the wheels and then putting the wheels on the axle.” We were not difficult customers and we did not have a difficult fix on our car. There was no reason for us to be disrespected the way we were. So now it’s almost two weeks later I’m still driving on a donut and now I have to find someone else to put the wheel on the car, rotate my tires, and check the alignment (all things big o said they would do) If you want good customer service definitely don’t go to this place but if your looking for unfulfilled promises, lack of communication, as well as bitter grumpy mechanics then this is the place for you.

Always great service at this place! Fast, friendly, fair, and more thorough in their explanation and prioritization of problems than anywhere else Ive been. Impressive customer service from Cory, Adam, and anyone Ive ever seen there! Thank you!

I thought I had scheduled an appt for an oil change but guess I didnt complete the process because I was not in their system when I arirved. It was not a problem though! They added me in and got my car back right away. I had other questions about my vehicle so they were happy to check everything out and were very informative. I dont know a whole lot about cars so they dumbed it down for me to make sure I understood what was going on. They were very friendly with my duaghter and myself and I was grateful for the excellent customer service experience from the whole staff! Thanks again. I will definitely be visiting this location in the future.

Awesome experience. I just needed a tire repaired. Very good service and personable. I didnt even get charged. In and out in 30 minutes.

A friend recommended this Big O to me and I couldnt be more satisfied. Adam is a rock star at this location and goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I really appreciated how they treated my daughter when she brought her car in to check out an oil leak. It turned out to be much worse of an issue than what the car was worth, but he they did the best they could and explained everything to us.Its so hard to find a mechanic that you can trust to have your best interests at heart and they have proven to me that they do care more about the customer than their own agenda. They dont push for things that are not critical but will inform you of things they find wrong and help you prioritize what to fix if you have a limited budget. Invaluable service!I recommend these guys to anyone.

This location has some negative reviews, but my experience was great ! helpful and insightful staff.. timely service even when busy. the recommendations were just that recommendations no hard sales tactics . Just honest information about my car and how to take care of it. Thanks Big O Ill be back!

The customer service here has always been good. They know their stuff and the pricing is very clear and competitive. They do good work.
