This is a great place to go! They are very professional, well priced, and they go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Matt was great and was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend taking your vehicle here for any problems you may be having. They were able to get my 2006 Nissan Pathfinder in and out the same day and gave me their honest opinions on what needed to be done even if it meant them losing money on some services that I requested. They even cleared the dash lights that had been on since I bought the vehicle without me asking.

We had a flat tire and went to another shop first. They gave us 3 quotes to replace all 4 tires, the lowest was $850. They refused to repair the tire. Then we tried Pride who were able to repair the tire for $30 and also provided fast service!

Pride Auto Care is top notch!! Took my truck here to get looked at for several issues. They were knowledgeable, communicative through the whole process, and repaired all the issues on my vehicle for a very reasonable price. They explained everything the whole way through the process and gave me options on what was necessary/unnecessary to address, never pressuring me into anything. Ive been taking my vehicles to Pride Auto for quite a few years now and recently had my check engine light come on in my Toyota Tacoma. After reviewing the error code I was told that my catalytic converter was not working and needed to be replaced. I had discussed repair options with Kermit and was prepared to have to pay for a significant repair but after leaving the shop I received a call and Kermit had realized that the part may still be under manufacturer warranty from Toyota. He got me in touch with a Toyota dealership and after they inspected my vehicle they confirmed that the part was still under manufacturer warranty. Kermit and the Pride Auto staff had the ability to charge me for the replacement part and labor but instead were able to get my catalytic converter replaced for free from Toyota. I truly appreciated Kermit and crews honesty and effort to do what is best for me.

Over the past 20 or 30 years, I’ve spent a huge amount of money at Pride—maybe $60,000? I have three kids around the same age, and when they were in high school and college, I owned five high mileage cars (my wife and I also buy used cars and drive them forever). Keeping five high mileage cars running costs money.For decades, I had zero complaints. I worked with the same three or four guys every time (were they the Pridemore brothers?), the shop did excellent work, and work was completed on time. I recommended them to lots of friends and neighbors.Over the past several years, the shop has gone way downhill. The original people are no longer there. We schedule work far ahead of time, then it doesn’t get completed as scheduled. My family has occasionally gotten questionable advice.Months ago, while replacing a brake light, the shop broke the plastic cover. They assured me it would be fixed when the part came in, then never called me. The first three times I stopped by to ask, I was told they were awaiting a part. When I inquired a few days ago, they had no idea what I was talking about. If I can’t trust them with something trivial and visible, how can I believe what they say about my engine or transmission?A few years ago, I would have given the shop five stars without question. Now it’s a 1 or a 2.

I’m so grateful for the guys and Kermit at pride auto care! My a/c wasn’t working properly and having two kids, this was not going over well with them. They were able to get me in within a very reasonable time frame and got the a/c fixed at an affordable cost! I highly recommend going to them for all your car needs!! They are the best!

What an outstanding company, out of all the companies that I have ever taken my car to this one was top notch and the best! I have never felt so good after leaving a shop. Pride Auto took care of me and my van. I had just got done taking my van to the Chrysler dealership off of sixth, in Golden Colorado, where they supposedly did a 125 car inspection including checking the oil.. Needless to say they charged me for an inspection that was not done /done poorly. After Pride Auto inspected my car including the oil they found that my oil was a quart low. Thank you Pride Auto for taking the time to keep my engine safe. I highly recommend Pride Auto for all of your car care needs.

Pride performed an elaborate inspection of a used car we were considering for purchase. They inspected and test drove the car and delivered a 12 page report on all facets of the inspection and photos showing items requiring attention. The seller of the vehicle corrected all items - which fully offset the cost of the inspection.

Have a 2004 MDX which the VSA dash light came on after a sudden stop after being cut off on the highway. Pull over, put it into park, and turned it off to reset the VSA light. The gear shift was stuck in park and would not move. Contacted AAA for the tow and alerted Kermit that the MDX was in route to them. The guys jumped on it and had it diagnosed within a short period of time. Kermit called me with the news that it was a blown VSA module fuse. A pretty easy and inexpensive fix.These guys are the best!

I cannot speak highly enough of these folks. They were patient and flexible, talked me through everything and did a phenomenal job at a totally reasonable price. I can honestly say it was the best experience with a mechanic I have ever had!

My oil change was easy to schedule. I waited in their small, comfortable, clean waiting area, and they completed the working an hour. Pride techs checked fluids, etc., and I feel confident my car is well maintained.

Every time I go for high reviewed places I get the shaft! This one didn’t even want to take my money. He just wanted to pawn me off to someone else. Do I have to be white? They took the time to figure out what was going on with my car. Once they were able to determine the problem, they were honest and fair with their price. Will be back for other maintenance needs!

Long story short, my van was idling rough. Pride performed diagnostics and zeroed in on a #2 cylinder misfire. They replaced plugs, replaced a coil and cleaned the fuel injection parts. I picked the car up and it still had a rough idle. I was very upset after spending all that money and the problem wasnt resolved. Kermit the manager remained extremely calm the entire time and said he wanted to keep the vehicle there to figure out what was wrong, that they wanted to retain my trust. They probably spent 10 more hours doing additional diagnostics, free of charge, and stated that it may be an inherent issue with the cylinder head. But that meant ripping the entire engine apart and even then it may be something else since this particular engine had known issues. I told them that I would prefer to take the car to the dealership to see if there was a possible warranty issue. Kermit refunded me for a big percentage of what I paid so I ended up paying for just the spark plug replacement. So although they didnt ultimately get the opportunity to dig further, they were kind enough to refund me a good chunk of my money and they showed their commitment to great customer service. 5 stars from me.

The Centennial Location is close so I thought I would give them a chance. The guys that worked there were very nice. I explained that my HID bulbs were not as bright as they used to be and I thought they needed to be replaced. I explained that I had researched and this was possible. The called me a few hours later to tell me that they found replacement bulbs and the total cost was going to be over $800. I was shocked but also frustrated because I had tried to remove the bracket holding in the bulb myself and was not successful. My son is going to get the car so I told them to go ahead. I did ask them what the labor would be and what the cost of the bulbs was. They quoted about $300/bulb plus labor. When I went in to pick up the car they said they did find bulbs that were brighter and sent me on my way with over $800 in their till. When they emailed me the invoice they just said replaced working headlight bulbs and labor and the total dollar amount. There was also a note that said HID bulbs do not dim and that the customer requested bulbs be replaced any way. While I did request this and the new bulbs are indeed different, I can find nothing anywhere that says HID bulbs do not dim. There are numerous articles that in fact they do dim towards the end of their life span. You would think if I was wrong here I could find something that says that the dimming HID is a myth... but I couldnt. I also could never find a retail price for the most high end HID build that was $175 or more. In addition, when I emailed them back and asked for a detailed breakdown of the cost of the parts and labor and the specs on the item they installed, they disappeared. Never followed up at all. So I am left to assume that they gouged me on the price and knew it. I agreed to pay for the work and Old the expense so ultimately I am to blame here. But I will never use them again and will certainly tell friends and neighbors to avoid them as well. I am sure they are fine for many things but if you get burned it is on you. I tried to warn you. It is very disappointing to know that I tried to support a local independent business and this is how they responded.

They arranged for a Uber ride home and back when my car was ready. They also figured out what three other mechanics and a dealership couldnt. Also their prices were reasonable.

I’d like to start this review by being fully transparent in disclosing that I have not had any of my vehicles worked on here and cannot comment on the quality of their work.I can, however, attest to their customer service and business practices based off first-hand personal experience.My first and last interaction with the guys at Pride occurred this week when I took my Jeep in due to a check engine light coming on. I had scanned the codes prior to contacting them (twice, to confirm) which reported a misfire on cylinders 4 and 8. I initially called in and told them all of this information over the phone, and asked for a quote to replace these two specific spark plugs, as well as another quote to replace all eight as a comparison. They said they were unable to do this over the phone and I would have to come in for a “free estimate” that would only take 15 minutes. The best they could give me on the phone, only after I pressed, was that they charged between $77 and $154 per hour for labor. I was annoyed because I knew a simple quote to replace two spark plugs was totally doable over the phone, but I live close enough that I just took it over anyway. When I got there not 20 minutes later, they now said it would probably have to stay overnight (which it did) and that IF the “free estimate” went over 15 minutes they would call me to discuss the cost. Again, I just wanted the two spark plugs replaced (and made that clear). They wanted to find every opportunity to bill me.Well, sure enough the next morning I get a call that they would like to charge me $154 for an hours worth of work to “diagnose” the misfires, and that the free estimate only included a test drive to confirm what I had told them from very the beginning. Keep in mind that this is the very top of their hourly labor “range” that I was given over the phone, just to check the plugs/coils/cables - something that takes me less than 30 minutes with the proper tools and should take even their most inexperienced tech half that… When it was all said and done, they lied about being able (or willing) to check the plugs for me - both in terms of the timing and cost - in order to get me to drop the truck off with them. What could have been a simple request (that I would have been happy to give them my money for) ended up being a big ordeal that wasted my time, left me frustrated, and them without the cash. Maybe these tactics work to pressure other people into this scheme, but not me. I truly do not mind paying for quality work, but I will not stand for dishonesty.Judging by other critical reviews (and how the guy on the phone wanted to argue), it wouldnt surprise me if the owner responds to this accurate evaluation by denying my word. Instead of taking accountability and doing things the right way as advertised, they have proven to me already they would rather bow up and show their true colors.If cost and ethics are of no concern to you then by my estimation Pride Auto is probably a fine shop. But, if you’re like me and are conscience of your finances - and can’t stand dishonest people taking advantage of them - then there are plenty of other options in the area.

I had my oil changed by the Honda dealer 6 months ago. They tightened a screw holding the splash cover so tight that I couldnt remove it. While I was trying to remove it, I stripped the screw. I went to Pride to see if they could help. Not only did they manage to get the screw removed... they did it at no cost. This was my first time visiting this company and they took care of me like I was a long time customer.What great customer service. Next time I need something done, Ill be coming back to Pride.

I had a great experience here! Went to the dealership to get a quote on an electrical issue and was less than pleased with their 800 dollar quote. Came to these guys and got it done for less than half with an oil change. I’ll be bringing my cars here for the foreseeable future if issues arise. Matt was great and professional. Professional people here. These guys know what are doing here. They diagnosed my 2001 Honda Accord properly and let me know of the issues. So, I had a car acceleration problem and window problem.The acceleration might be a temporary thing which I noticed on steep slopes on I-70 interstate. The window was not closing properly earlier, but these guys called me prior to fixing and let me know that they will perform a Tier 1 diagnosis on it, and told me the cost beforehand. And they fixed the window gap after aligning it properly. It was a nice service overall.I would deduct 1 star only because I feel that the repairs could have been done under $100. Else, it was a good experience and I would recommend Pride Auto Care to other people.

I was in the market for a new mechanic after being constantly disappointed, especially with the nationwide brands, and stumbled upon this shop. I first took in my 2010 Honda Civic and dropped off my car later in the afternoon for an oil change the next day just to test them out and see if these guys really did live up to their rating. The guys were polite and fast and didnt attempt to up sell me on any extra services (always a good sign). The next day they had completed the oil change and called to inform me about a slight leak in the transmission. Before any prompting THEY told ME there was nothing to worry about right now and that I should just keep an eye on it for any major changes like drips or full on puddles. THAT is the sign of a great mechanic that is not just out to take money from you. Their invoice system is one of the best Ive seen including their full list of checked items as well as pictures to go along with fixed/potential issues they had worked on or seen while under the car. Next I dropped of my 2013.5 Mini Cooper S for another normal oil change and to check out a few things I was worried about since it is a BMW with normal BMW issues. Just like my Civic I dropped off the car in the afternoon for a pick up the next day. The guys completed the work and after checking everything out gave the car a clean bill of health without charging anything for the requested inspection. Again that is a sign of a great mechanic shop. Just like with my Civic I feel confident they would not do any work without prior approval nor would they fix something just to drive up the cost. They clearly have your best interest in mind so if you are in the market for a new mechanic I dont think there is anyone else in the Centennial area that does this good of a job while maintaining moral and fair business practices that seem lacking at so many other shops. A well deserved 5 stars and expect to see both of my cars for all future repairs.

I drive a good 30 minutes to get my car oil change done here. They have friendly staff, I always wait first thing in the morning to get my car worked on and they are always timely. When my tires need to be changed they let me know and give me estimates which they are very competitive as far as pricing goes. The quality of product they use is excellent and better priced than most. They let me know when my brakes needed work but that it wasnt an emergency (they said it would be safe for me to wait until my next paycheck which eased my mind). I have been a customer for 3 years now and I will always recommend their centennial location, I like this location so much that I havent even tried their Littleton location even though I live in Littleton for the past 2 years. I highly recommend Pride Auto!

I have been talking my cars to Pride Auto for 15 years. They have always treated me fairly and do an excellent job explaining the work that was performed.Several times they have told me that I could spend my money to get something fixed but if I don’t mind a little rattle or noise that it was not a safety issue so I could just leave the mechanical complaint alone and save my money.

While no one ever wants to take their car in to solve big issues, the team at Pride Auto Care made the process as painless as possible. I bought a sweet old Subaru that has needed a bit of love. Our first visit was due to issues with my A/C - and instead of taking the shortcut of scrapping the whole compressor, they took the time to find the ACTUAL problem... a broken sensor! Replacing this one piece, instead of the whole unit, saved us hundreds of dollars. Through the whole process, they kept me updated with photos from their tests and phone calls to explain the details (in laymans terms) so I knew exactly what the issue was and my options moving forward. Shoutout to Dan for making sure I stayed cool this summer in my car!More recently, I was concerned about my brakes (old car maintenance that apparently never happened previously)- we dropped it off in the morning, they scoped it out, gave me a quote, and replaced the necessary pieces all in time to be picked up right after work.These guys are legit career mechanics that actually do take Pride in their work. No corners cut, no excuses. Exceptionally professional in every way, with each person still having a great sense of humor and humanity. This is my 5 star review for my Honda repair 3 months ago:Price was a little higher than others, but worth it! Diagnosis was thorough, correct and they fixed the problem, when two others places had failed. Very prompt and professional, and during the pandemic, exceptionally sensitive to sanitation procedures, wiping down keys and car before I took possession. Highly recommend.UPDATE!!! 3 months, 1 star experience with our Audi later...First, I have to say I used Pride a couple months ago because of their great reviews. I had hit a pothole and taken my Honda to another repair place who had not been able to fix it. Pride did, although it was pricey in comparison.Jump forward a couple of months to our Audi experience. My son had taken it up to the mountains. It was having absolutely no problems prior, (which I told Pride) but then wouldnt start after a couple hours of sitting. It showed a little under a half tank of gas. It would crank, but not start. We had it towed to Pride because it was closer than our usual Audi guy, plus they had done a good job on my Honda and they offered a free diagnostic, which Audi charges $120 to do. Pride called later to say it was definitely fuel pump related and that they needed to do a much more complicated diagnostic on the system which would take 3-4 hours, require a very expensive Audi tool and his guys 18 years of experience- for a cost of $472! I told them I thought we had recently replaced the fuel pump so it might be under warranty. I did give the go ahead, as it had already been towed a long way and I assumed the diagnostic would apply to the fuel pump replacement- like most places. They called a few hours later to say it definitely needed a new fuel pump, which would cost... wait for it...$1396, plus the diagnostic, for a total of $1960.00!!! I googled the average price for a fuel pump on this car, $701! I called our regular Audi guy (Martin at Aurora Audi). He said he had just had just replaced less than 18 months prior and it was under warranty. He had only charged us $600, including the diagnostic!I had it towed over to him, after paying the $422 to Pride (they gave me a $50 coupon, whoopee!). Martin was appalled at what they charged for the diagnostic, telling me it took about 20-45 minutes, not 3.5 hours to do, and that the very expensive tool, cost a little over $100. In other words, it should have been included in the free diagnostic Pride offers. Martin questioned how much they were trying to charge for a fuel pump, $2000?! I said yes, exactly. He said it was robbery! He called me back after having it for less than an hour. He said, looking at their diagnostic, it was clear the engine wasnt getting any fuel, so he put a gallon of gas in it. Fuel gauge was stuck and it was just out of gas. He did charge me his $120, one hour diagnostic, which was fair- seeing how his many years of experience actually contributed to the diagnosis. I drove it across the street and filled the very empty tank up. Fuel gauge and the car are still running perfectly a month and a couple of tanks of gas later.It took some heated arguing and about 10 days before Pride refunded my money- after predicting doom and gloom on what is still a perfectly functioning fuel pump.Lesson? 18 years of experience does not mean beans. Pride said someone else had been in with the exact same diagnostic report a week prior and theyd had to replace the fuel pump. Poor guy, hope he enjoyed his $2000 tank of gas.

My car was inspected while getting an oil change. Service advisor Scott recommended a small maintenance procedure that is scheduled next week. I was able to get an appointment right away. My friend recommended Pride Auto for their honesty and the quality of their work. For a woman who nothing about cars, I am so grateful to find a mechanic who could have taken advantage but who chose to be honest. I trust Pride.

I just moved to Denver from Georgia with my 1997 Honda CRV. Died in the middle of driving it on my way to work. Towed it to Pride and within 2 business days I had a proper diagnosis and within 3 business days I approved the repair and picked up my car. It was a tough diagnosis, but they looked at it as a challenge instead of having frustration.Extremely professional, Honest & clearly experts at all kinds of car repairs including complex diagnosis on old cars. Very highly recommended and extremely satisfied.

I was impressed with Pride Auto from the moment they answered the phone. Everyone was kind and accommodating. They fixed my car to perfection and I never felt that they were trying to sell me more than what my car actually needed.I recommend them without reservation and will bring my car to them with any future problems.

Everyone has been awesome. Not only do they do great work but they are so conscientious they hunted all over the United States to find a part for my car. They kept in touch with me throughout the entire process with pictures of the problems and kept me verbally updated throughout the process.In short -- they are great.

I was referred to Pride Auto from my brother in law due to us visiting from Oceanside, CA. I called them because the family minivan was vibrating when coming into town from the I-70. The reason for the 5 star review was how kind and detail oriented my auto advisor, Scott, was. Additionally, I know they are an honest repair shop because they could have EASILY sold me on a rear brake job even though I only needed front brakes and rotors.
