An honest business. No hidden charges or worries about getting ripped off. Thats hard to find nowadays in my opinion. Ill never bring my Toyota anywhere else while I am l living in the Denver area. Shout out to Brett and Marshall at the front desk for their professionalism.
This is the best auto repair shop I have ever used. They actually thoroughly inspect my vehicle every time I bring it in and make repair recommendations based on the actual condition of the vehicle not just the year and mileage. This is the only place I trust to bring my Toyota for repairs and absolutely recommend this repair facility for anyone that owns a Toyota or Lexus.
Good people, solid communication, and honest recommendations. They tell it like it is and make it easy to understand not only what *needs* to be done now vs later, but also what *makes the most sense* to take care of now vs later. Ill be coming back!
Quality & warrantied work without the hassle of going through the stealership. As with all things in life, you get what you pay for; In terms of reliability & peace of mind, the dollar goes a bit farther than normal here.Shoutout to Marshal for always having a positive, can-do attitude!
Was quoted $122 when I made my appointment (amazing price for the brake and starter replacement I asked for). Was requoted $122 when I dropped off my car. Came to pick my car up the next day and was told it would be over $500 and they didn’t even touch the starter. I’m currently waiting in the lobby for them to take off the supposedly $400 brakes. Needless to say I will not be coming back.
Nice waiting area with water, coffee and tv.
I took in my vehicle for a wheel bearing replacement. After the pre-installation check of the car, I received a call from Mitch stating that there is a part that has had a service advisory to replace for years. I had been taking my vehicle to Stevinson and Kuni Lexus in Denver for years and neither told me about this issue- so I was skeptical about what Mitch was saying. Turns out is could be catastrophic if the part leaks. Got it replaced immediately. So, not only did they possibly save my engine from catastrophic failure but the wheel bearing replacement ended up being under the estimate by over $100 dollars because they were able to save the hub. I will definitely be going to this shop from now on. Thank you!
Great Service, no upsell or unwanted work. Super friendly.
We love this place! It is a long drive from our house to get there but worth every minute. I wont take out Toyota van anywhere else.
So far I’m happy the way they treated my Toyota
I am always well taken care of here. Better than the dealership.
Great techs, great service. Lots of knowledge And fast
Ive been taking my vehicles here since 2004. Always top notch service and expertise.
About a month ago i went to a different Auto shop in LIttleton area for an Oil Change, they came back and told me I needed over $3,500 worth of repairs (from hoses, to shocks and struts, spark plugs etc). I decided to only have them do the oil change and took it to Toy Car Care instead. They basically laughed at the quote I got from the other place. I did NOT need hoses, I did NOT need shocks and struts, after it was all said and done my 2012 FJ Cruiser drives like its new again (it has 256,000 miles on it) and it was only $699 to get what needed to be done fixed. I appreciate the professionalism, honesty and transparency when they looked at my FJ. I will definitely be making the longer drive to bring my FJ to Toy Care Care from now on.
Received great service the couple of times I have used them.
Love this shop! They have been my mechanics forever and you never have to worry that they will recommend services you dont need or fail to notice what you do need. The work is always top quality and done in a timely manner.
I used to take my Lexus(s) to the dealership. Then I heard Dave Logan recommend Toy Car Care.20-plus-years & 3 Lexus cars later. I still trust Toy Car Care....in fact my current ES330 has 262,000 miles (I drive a lot) on it & it still runs like a Champ, Thanks Marshall & staff !
Amazing, professional environment, without the non car guys that try to sell you on things you don’t need. They are friendly and efficient.I can’t believe I wasted tome going to the dealerMy 2018 GS got treated right, and I will definitely come back as my pocked was also treated properly. Highly recommend them
Excellent service and workmanship.
Did awesome work on my Lexus at an expected price. No surprises tacked on! Thanks!!!
We had an emergency repair to do before a road trip and toy car care was amazing!!! They got us in, got the parts, did the repairs as fast as possible and it was reasonably priced with all by great staff!!
Weve taken two Lexus SUVs to them over the years, an RX and a GX, after each was past the factory warranty period. I do almost all general maintenance myself at home but whatever I cant or dont want to do, gets done at Toy Car Care. I trust their advice and ability implicitly.Heres an example of their honesty. Our GX developed a water pump leak last year. I called TCC for a quote but when they heard the cars age and mileage, they told me they would gladly take my money but I shouldnt spent any; the job would be covered by Lexus new car warranty if done at the dealership. The dealer didnt think the warranty covers it but then looked into it and confirmed it would. TCC however, knew it right away.Trust them with your Lexus and Toyota maintenance and repair jobs. You will be in good hands.
I have gone to these people for about 5 years now. I have a Lexus, and want it taken cafe of to ensure it lasts forever like they’re supposed to.They always tell me how it is, what to fix, what to consider fixing, and give sweet checklists for service you can expect down the road.Highly recommend for Toyota/Lexus.
They keep good records of previous recommendations to consider with the current servicing. My car is road safe, my engine and transmission are running smooth.
Outstanding service and prices. Ive taken my Prius and my Land Cruiser. Very fast and friendly.
I came in to get a second opinion on a leaking radiator. They looked at it for free and the radiator was fine. They seem very trustworthy and I’ll definitely be back when I need an oil change or other services. Thanks, Toy Car Care!
Finding a reliable, trustworthy mechanic can be impossible. I have driven Japanese cars my whole life in Denver, and I have yet to find a solid auto shop ... UNTIL NOW!!! My interaction started by me calling them and simply asking some questions about some of the oddities I was experiencing with my Lexus. They kindly and patiently answered my questions, and it was during this interaction that I first realized that these guys were different. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. After being unable to fix it myself, I ended up having to get my car towed to their shop. They diagnosed an extremely unique problem, and they fixed it, promptly. Was it inexpensive? No, but car repairs never are. That said, there is absolutely NO DOUBT in my mind that the price was fair. Furthermore, I am confident that the work was done right. The problem was fixed and my Lexus is back on the road. I will NEVER go anywhere else. NEVER!!!
Just a heads up for anyone looking to get work done here because it’s “cheaper” per hour, they charge nearly double time for hours as a dealership. So although you think you’re getting a better deal, be sure to shop around at dealerships before coming here.
Their services advisers are unenthusiastic, negative and show complete lack of interest in helping you. They seemed to be burnt out and uninterested to go the extra mile to help you. As a service adviser, I know how we can get over the years...It might be time for a refresh. OR a kick in the pants.Ive given them 4 tries. At one point I was going to have the timing belt service done, but theyre not worth it. I dont want to contribute my money to their pockets. Very sad that their service manager/director would allow these kinds of service advisers to work for them. Not that they care, but theyve lost me and several other Toyota owners business because of it.
Absolutely amazing and stellar service coupled with honesty puts this place above the Toyota stealerships up and down Arapahoe Road. Cant say enough about their honesty and transparency. AutoNation had originally told me that I needed a new front struts for my Sienna, which they claimed were. leaking. The price they quoted me for one side was astronomical. Since they recommended both be replaced at the same time, the price for two fronts would have been enough to fly a Toyota engineer from Princeton, Indiana in a first class cabin, stay at a Four Seasons eating Wagu steaks while privately tending to my vehicle. No thanks.Enter Toy Care. The gentleman, Marshall who should be nominated for service manager of the year, took my call and got me an appointment at my convenience. First time having used them I told Marshall that if the front struts were indeed leaking, then I wanted evidence with a picture texted to my cell phone. I also asked him to check the brakes for me as that were making a squeal at low speed. No issue with any of that from him. Dropped the car off at 8 am, by 10:30 am I received a call stating that the suspension on the car was fine, passed their bounce and ride tests without any issues. A very small spot was detected on the strut but nothing of concern and certainly nothing to be replaced at this time. I was blown away by their honesty. As native of NYC, Im familiar with many of the scams repair shops pull, Ive been tested and subjected by the best of them with no success. No tricks or scams here. Marshall was super honest and very helpful to the point of stating that my brake pads had glazing and the rotors were warped. As a cross country roadtrip vehicle that sees continuous speeds and braking on lots of grade, this corroborated with my driving habits. Authorized the repair and by 1:30 pm the car was ready for me to retrieve.Ill be returning because of their HONESTY, TRANSPARENCY and INTEGRITY. They will get all of my maintenance and service now. Ask for Marshall, he will take care of you.As for another poster who said they lack basic customer service skills, I did not experience one iota of that and if I did, I would have complained to management about that employee. The entrance was also CoVID aware with signs on the door requiring masks and a red Tensa barrier keeping distance from the plexiglass windows to speak with their service advisors. No issues with the sanitation or awareness.Five star rating.
Toy Car Care is our trusted place for all servicing on our Toyota Sienna van. These guys are trustworthy and do good work. The work is done on time and as promised. They don’t sell tires! But they do everything else that is needed including regular maintenance and repairs.
This is an awesome service alternative to going into a dealership! Their expertise is every bit as good, but without the dealership hassle and jacked-up costs. I’ve been taking my 2004 Lexus GX470 to Toy Car Care for years. And have had everything done there from regular oil changes to having them fix/replace the suspension system, and they always do an amazing job. Fortunately, Toyota’s and Lexus’ don’t often have issues - but to have a “go-to” when you do need something is such a blessing. Thanks TCC team.
Tried to do business this this company as an alternative to using a dealer. I set up an appointment last Saturday for a 7:00 AM appointment on the following Wednesday. Cool, I dropped my truck off and left the keys in the drop box. Walked to work. After waiting all day for a call I finally reached out to them to ask how it was coming along. He asked for my name and didnt have any work order or appointment for me. Told him my truck was in his parking lot and he told me he didnt have any trucks in his parking lot. I reassured him I did and to walk outside and check the parking lot or the drop box. He quickly realized I wasnt lying after he opened the drop box. I could hear more then one key so I assume there may have been others. So I asked if there was a way to diagnose my rig tonight to order parts for tomorrow. He said no way, they would need to keep my truck overnight. Well that isnt an option considering I have a 30 minute commute. Well, I guess you can drop it off tomorrow and well take a look at it then. So, I went over to pick up my rig and I got the excuse that my key must of fallen back into the box undetected and the person didnt realize what had happen...right. A word of advice, dont assume everyone is an idiot. If you make a mistake own it, apologize, and provide a solution that works for your customer. OWN IT. Im a customer with integrity and high standards. Your company doesnt display those values so I must take my business elsewhere. Recap: Didnt record my appointment, missed my keys in drop box, didnt question the odd truck in the parking lot, didnt believe me that you had my truck, made up a lame excuse for mishandling my appointment: Solution: Lets start over tomorrow. Me: Lets not.
Ive used Toy Car Care for all of my needs on my 98 and 2011 4Runners. Their repair prices are generally lower than what Ive experienced elsewhere (Timing belt and water pump were hundreds less than dealer quote) and their maintenance services are competitively priced. I love having Toyota specialists, intimately familiar with my Toys, rather than generalists. No pressure, just expert advise and outstanding service delivery... On several occasions, they identified and corrected minor issues at no additional charge, which is greatly appreciated and helps to illustrate them caring for my vehicle like it was their own. Thanks to Toy Car Care Ive enjoyed 280k and 115k worry free miles and counting!
Very upfront and honest. I trust them after several visits there with an older Lexus that needed some love and towards the end some honesty about how to move forward with the vehicle.
Top notch! These guys listen very well to whatever issue you may have with your car, and are great about prioritizing what needs to be done and what can wait. They are not cheap but they are not overpriced either, and they treat my *97 4Runner!!!* like it was one of their own. I ONLY go here, after trying 3 other mechanics in the area. I wish they worked on Jeeps, too!
Quality work at reasonable prices. They always seem to be able to fix it the first time every time. I have known Steve, Rod, and Marshall for too many years to count and have always been able to trust them. Its a quality shop that does great work on any Lexus, Toyota, or Scion.
I would give 5 stars except for the curt attitude of the guys I met while here. They were impatient with me and couldnt even spare a smile during my entire 25 minutes. They made me feel like I shouldnt be there. It was uncomfortable, really...lol. Im new in Denver and just when I thought I had found the perfect place to get my car serviced
Called about getting some lower control arms replaced. They said they were hesitant to work on my suspension because of a steering rack bolt that was loose one time I brought it in before even asking if it had been taken care of. Will take my business elsewhere
I went to Merrill Auto Electric 1st they completely ripped me off they charged me $600 to try and diagnose the truck. It took them three days to do the work and they broke prices like the battery holder and the battery cable connectors. They could not diagnose the electrical issue. so I took my truck to Toy Car Care and they diagnosed the issue and fixed it in one day they charged me $116 for diagnostic and the total to fix it was $808. These guys are awesome!!!!!
Had both my Toyotas here. Excellent service and great prices. The oil change is cheaper than grease monkey and I have more faith in the service.
I needed some technical data for my Tacoma in order to do the repairs myself to save money. Toyota wanted 125 dollars for three pages of data. Marshall one of the service writers was more than helpful. He got me what I needed. I recommend this shop to anyone I talk to with a Toyota/Lexus. Outstanding customer service.
Customer Service is amazing.
Just recently got my toyota solara timing belt done and this guys just did a very good job for a very good price. Will definitely come back to have my toyota service here from now on.
I made an appointment for a simple oil change. Upon arrival, I asked what kind of oil they used, and - having learned that they use the cheapest variety - ran to Walmart and bought the highest grade available. Still overall cheaper than if they used their oil.My truck takes 6.6 quarts so I brought them two cans 5 quarts each. An hour later, I was told that my truck has non-Toyota coolant. Now, a couple of relevant details: I am an Automotive Engineer with nearly 20 years of experience as an Independent Mechanical Breakdown Inspector working with numerous clients including Toyota. Also, bought the truck new 13K mi ago so I know for a fact that nobody did anything with the cooling system. They also told me that they had pulled the skid plate to do the oil change to avoid mess. I did oil change on my truck myself, and I know for a fact that openings in the skid plate are in the right places, and I had not spilled a drop of oil...When they brought the truck back, I inquired about coolant, and the tech - a Chinese guy with no English degree - finally managed to deliver the point - there was an aftermarket TRANSMISSION COOLER, NOT COOLANT. You may wonder how trans cooler is relevant to oil change? I do as well but they just made a note.I took off, stopped at a store about 20 mi away, and then noticed that they had returned a can with 1 quart of oil. From my school years, I remember that 10 quarts (I supplied) minus 6.6 quarts (the engine takes) = 3.4 quarts. So I checked oil level, and - sure enough - it was WAY over max. I called them, and was told that the tech mightve accidentally overfilled it and then sucked extra out. The first part may be true but the second one is not. So they advised that I brought the truck back. I live out of state, and work in Denver so I dont have a garage here, and thats the only reason I let them touch my truck. To make the long story short, I drove all the way back, and a gentleman attempted to convince me that its perfectly fine to have more oil in the engine because when its running, oil is distributed throughout the engine, and the level is lower. No kidding. Tired of his pseudo-technical rants, I finally told him that I had received my first ASE certificate in 1991, and I know for a fact that it is NOT OK to overfill crankcase because it will cause an array of issues including but not limited to blown oil seals. To which he responded that his certification goes back to 1990. I did not see his drivers license but he looks like 30-35 yo so obviously he confused ASE certificate with birth certificate. It took me awhile to convince him to suck extra oil out but I finally succeeded.Once again, I confirmed that NOBODY should EVER come close to my truck.
Mitch was extremely helpful on the phone this morning! He answered all my questions and gave me prompt service. This was my first experience with Toyota Car Care and will not be the last. Thank you Mitch for all of your reassurance.
They are always great. Good customer service. Friendly and helpful!
Good service
Went there thinking the alternator might be dying, they said it was the battery. Time will tell. They got us in quickly as we were on a trip and trying to get home to what turned out to be out dying (not just sick) dog... And with their fast service we made it back before he passed.
All the oil leaked out of my 2009 Toyota Highlander so I had my car towed to Toy Car Care on a Sunday evening. Before I even arrived there Monday morning they thought they knew what the problem was (oil cooler pipe went out) and researched it and found out the repairs would be covered under an extended warranty. They refilled it with oil so I could have it towed to the dealer for repair. This was all done before I was even a customer! I have since had my car repaired there and was very happy with the level of customer service and quality work they do. Thank you Toy Car Care!
I have been taking my Toyota Corolla to Toy Car Car for almost 10 years. As a single woman who doesn’t know much about cars I have been duped by many mechanics over the years. About 10 years ago I discovered Toy Car Care and will go no where else. I just recently had to replace my Corolla that was totaled with another used Corolla and immediately took it to Toy Car Care to check out for me. They are honest and I know they will keep good watch over the mechanics of my ‘new’ 11 year old Corolla!!
This is a really clean and friendly shop. Everyone was nice and seemed very competent. No hard-selling, which I really appreciate. Not the cheapest in town but probably the best.
I just bought a 2008 Lexus ES 350 with 145k miles. I needed to get the transmission fluid serviced just for piece of mind. They had a good deal of 350 dollars to do a full transmission service. I left it for the day, than they gave me a call, We inspected the whole car. It looks great, your spark plugs are past due by 25k miles though. I had pulled the front plugs myself a day or 2 before and can confirm they were overdue. When they offered to change them for around 300 I thought might as well since on the 3.5 it is a bear to get to the rear plugs. So far so good, quoted 690 out the door. I was happy with the price, especially since I wasnt the one who needed to get dirty changing everything... Until I got another call, We broke a few clips in your engine bay, out the door now is 850 dollars. Immediately I was like what in the actual heck did you guys do to destroy them that badly?? It felt as if they hemmed and hawed, ohh they break all the time blah, blah. So I sat there for a minute and decided to call back to talk to a manager. When I called he was gruff but straight forward, I can remove the labor costs of installing those clips. After that was said and done I was looking at about 786 dollars. You know, it was still 100$ over what I was originally quoted, but once I got back into the car and felt how smooth it runs now I decided that Im not too annoyed anymore. In the future I will come back here when I need car repair. They did thorough work, I just wish that they didnt charge me for something they broke. At least they didnt charge me labor.
Just had my 1997 4Runner in for timing belt, valve cover gasket repair, alternator among a couple of other small things. I had taken the car in on Sunday to get the timing belt done. Sadly last night the alternator went. We limped it to the shop before it closed and they got it done first thing this morning. I had my truck done by noon, and they were up front with what was wrong, and professional. I would definitely use them again, although Im moving to GA, so I know she can make it another 100k easily(she has 318k on her now!) As a woman, I never feel condescended to or ‘good ole boy’ mentality at this shop.Addendum: I’ve used Toy Car Care for various mechanical jobs(and thus dumping thousands into my “baby”). I still can’t recommend highly enough. I am now at 334k and just moved to Atlanta last month. Took her into another Toyo only shop and they remarked at how mechanically clean she is. I still stand by my previous review—that they do quality work. If you care about your Yota, take her here— you know she will be in good hands
The guys are the best for your Toyota or Lexus. They are honest and charge a fair price. When they do scheduled service, they only do what is needed. I would NEVER go to a dealer and get ripped off.
Thorough service, reasonable prices. Staff is proactive to look for issues
I called Toy Car Care because my Lexus GX470 was having ignition key trouble. Instead of having me bring the car in, they referred me to The Key Man, who they said they use for problems like this. I called the Key Man, who charged an extremely reasonable price to come and rebuild the ignition lock cylinder, at my house -- even though I was still able to drive my car. Nice of Toy Car Care to help me out without having to make money on something.
Great place to to take your Toyota
Been going here for more than 5 years. I trust them completely. I trust their opinions more than the Toyota dealer. Prices are reasonable, but trustworthy, skilled mechanics are literally priceless.
Ive been going here for years, and feel like they do a good job of letting you know what is needed when. I did have one issue with my battery where I felt like they did not recommend the correct service. Would have been 5 stars if it was not for that last trip.
I could not be more impressed with them! They take customer service and honesty to a whole new level. I have never before had someone advise me that certain repairs would not be worth the cost and that the car would be fine without them. They advised what was required and advised me on what didnt need to be done. There was no bullsh!t dealing with them, just straight answers and fair prices. After finding this shop I am confidant that they will keep my 20 year old Avalon running for another 210,000 miles!
Work solid but service sucks!!! This place is slipping. I have used them for a couple of years and had no complaints until the last couple of visits. Scheduled appointment for 4Runner at 65K after 60k visit showed pad wear. Showed up and told appointment was brake inspection and they could not do scheduled work even though I had scheduled based on my last visit to them and told the front desk this when scheduling. Also oil change would taken1/2 a day since they were busy and I would be add on-this too had clearly been requested when I was scheduling. Went elsewhere for oil and rotation with that shop confirming need for new brake pads.Hesitantly got rescheduled for brakes, struts and rear shocks, but figured recent visit an aberration. Nope-most work got done but these Toyota experts ordered wrong rear shocks and could not get them that day-I would have to come back. Not happening and to top it off they called at 530 PM and when I got there through rush hour traffic at 607 PM they were gone except for a lone employee who said he could not help. I had my wife pick up the car the next day. I will not be going back nor will friends or family who drive Toyotas.
This company is a bunch of con artists. I brought in a used car i just purchased on a Sat afternoon for a multi point inspection. They called me around 4 pm to tell me my inspection is done and to give me a laundry list of issues with my car from needing new breaks, rotors and drums ($975) to needing a 180k service ($870 after 10% off). Then they told me i had the original spark plugs and they need to be replaced. They also wanted to charge 97 bucks to replace an air filter.I told them im not going to pay that. So i came in on Monday to pick up my after my friend dropped me off. They told me the car was still up on the rack and paperwork wasnt done and the mechanic wasnt in so i had to come back another day. I told them no. I also asked to see my car and it was about a foot off the ground with the wheels still on. After waiting another 30 minutes, i got my car back.I had someone else look at it and found out that they never took the wheels off to check the breaks and they never checked the spark plugs. Im just glad i got out with only giving them 80 bucks of my money. What a bunch of jerks!
This is the only place I take my Toyota for service. Honest and trustworthy business.
Excellent customer service. I will not be taking my tundra or 4 Runner anywhere but here.
I take both my Scion and Lexus here.A++ service at a fair price. If you need to pay triple $$$ for a nice lounge and free bottled water, Kuni is just down the street...
This is the place to get your Toyota serviced. Very friendly and receptive front desk. Always greet me when I walk in. Comfortable waiting area with wifi. And I have yet to be upsold which is always the fear if youre going to the dealership. Great place.
They specialize in Toyota and Lexis. Better pricing than dealer.
They’ve done good work on A/C lines for me, though, my last experience there has turned my mind on going back here. Was having issues with a transfer case actuator not engaging 4wd and rather than try to mess with it myself, I bring it to them. After them having my vehicle for a day, I’m told that the transfer case on my vehicle is not the right kind and their techs and parts guys couldn’t figure out what the transfer case is. They said something about it missing a 3rd pin connector which would make sense if my Sequoia was an 01-04 model. 05-07 have a different transmission and transfer case set-up with only a pin connector on the actuator and a pin connecter near the output shaft. Ended up with being told that there’s no used or reman transfer cases for my vehicle on the market and that the only option is to go with a brand new transfer case and an estimate at over $6k. Within an hour of being told that, I had a used transfer case ordered for around $500, an exact match off of another 2007 Sequoia. Between two jobs, I don’t always have the most free time to do my automotive work and give the business to local shops so I can enjoy the time I do have. In this case, I took 6 hours and did the job myself; all 4wd gears engaging and functioning properly. I’m left between 3 conclusions after this last visit: 1.) The techs and parts guys didn’t know what they were looking at and didn’t bother to do any research on variances between models in a generation 2.) They saw an opportunity to make a lot of money and gave a try at doing so or 3.) They just flat out didn’t want to do the job and rather than be straight up on that, decided to quote something very high to get me out of their hair.
Ok. Good value for Lexus over dealer.
If you own a Lexus or Toyota, this is the place to go to save a lot of money. They are Toyota certified, but dont charge the dealership prices. I paid those for years until I was referred here. Trust me, there is no difference in quality, but a big difference in price.
I have taken my 2011 Toyota Sienna to them twice now based on recommendations from family and friends. My first time was in February of 2016 at 55k miles. They recommended I get my rear brakes replaced and I did. Over the year I forgot that it had been done and took the car back to them in February of 2017 with 65k miles on the car and they recommended rear brakes again. They are such scammers. They didnt have it in their system that I already did it with them last time? They just wanted money because I was only getting an oil change. Never use them!! I wont ever again!!
Amazing Customer Service! Looking forward to becoming a regular customer here in the future :) Super Fast and very friendly.
These guys are amazing, professional and stand behind their service. Great Toyota shop and very competitive.
Ive been taking my 4Runner here for over three years now and have gotten reliable and trustworthy service. I wouldnt trust my car with anyone but them at this point. Wish I could bring my non-Toyota vehicles here for service as well.
Went in for a scheduled oil change today. Guy behind the counter said there was no record of this. I said obviously, someone fd up. Guy behind the counter says I dont appreciate your language. We have no appointment for you. No attempt on his part to reschedule or get to the bottom of why the mistake was made. If you go, please dont swear in their presence. Theyre rather precious about this apparently.
When I made the appointment, I tried to be clear that the vehicle had tens of thousands of miles on it, yet it had never been tuned up, so I figured it would cost a chunk of change. The appointment maker said hed sign me up for their basic and quoted me a silly price like $58. The tune up was quite extensive and (appropriately) costly. My point is that at first, I didnt feel listened to. However, the service people were VERY helpful and kept me fully informed. I did get my moneys worth, the Tacoma runs like a champ now. A less aware person might be upset that the original quote was so low but the final bill high (again, as expected). I do intend to use them again, and feel that the cost was appropriate.
Always considerate of you needs. And gives good time frame with updates on progress of the task at hand.
The business is clearly centered around customer satisfaction. Quick service, fair prices and competent staff. That about sums it up.
Ts nice to have an auto shop that I trust and can depend on for tires, maintenance and repairs!
These guys did a great job on my 92 Landcruiser. It drives like new. They did what they said theyd do, when they said theyd do it, and the price was as expected and very fair.
I had an appt and was running 12 minutes late because of unusual traffic. I called as a courtesy to let them know. They wouldnt adjust for the unforseen circumstances even though I was letting them know in advance and said I would need to reschedule. Seems like bad business. I cant afford to leave work early to do that again to be turned away. Ill go somewhere else from now on.
This review was originally a 3 star, my repair was complex and took longer than expected, however, toycar care took care of the problems, resolved my concerns and did excellent work in getting my car back on the road in the fastest manner they could. Excellent service, excellent mechanics, really great work.
I have been coming here for years . Would not trust my Lexus to anyone else . Simply the most honest and qualified mechanics for Lexus .
These guys seem legitimate. They also dont bombard you with service reminder emails and snail mail
The best service I ever have received from any shop. Toy Car Care has earned my loyalty.
Ive used these guys three times for repair on my Prius. They do good work, communicate timely and have hours of service that work for me. 7 AM to 6PM
Had our car break down on a saturday as we were driving through, and these guys were not only extremely helpful but were the only ones in the Denver area to get us in immediately, diagnosed our issue and got the part in and fixed before the end of the day. They saved us from hours of headaches and having to wait until Monday. Highly recommend them for fast service, courtesy, and reliability.
Very knowledgeable mechanics, decent waiting area and priced well. Good group of people that communicate well and have earned my trust over the years.
Always great
Great service and fair pricing
If you have a toyota i highly recommend taking your vehicle here, you wont be disappointed . They are honest, professional and have very reasonable prices.
Since I bought my 4Runner 1 year ago, it has had a hard starting issue. The engine would crank for 6-8 seconds before finally firing. I wish I would have known about Toy Car Care a year ago...Over the course of a very frustrating year, I had the 4Runner in 5 auto shops (two Toyota Dealerships) who kept the vehicle for 49 days. Nobody could figure out what was wrong with it, and after diagnostic fees, labor, parts, rental cars, etc I was up over $3,000. I had given up and was going to sell it when a coworker referred me to Toy Car Care. Not only did they correctly diagnose the issue (multiple leaky fuel injectors), but they took the time to show me what was happening while the engine was dismantled before replacing anything. They replaced the injectors at a very reasonable price.I will never take my Toyota anywhere else, I wish they could work on my wifes Ford.
Great service. Quality work.
The customer is the most important part of any business. Without that customer there is not a business.I paid a premium price for less than average service. Charged for work that was never done correctly. As a Local business owner and loyal customer for over 5 years, and the last 2 spending near 8K in service and repairs. Owning 2 Toyotas and a Lexus.I returned from being in Mexico solo for 14 months and this morning went in to schedule a brake service and address the issue that happened before I left. 1.5 Years earlier The Rav 4 was brought in having excessive pressure in the fuel tank when filling up with gas I would remove the gas cap and the tank would vent forcefully for 2-3 min making a bunch of ugly noises. The check engine light would pop on and off when fuel level was low. I know this was not normal.1 attempt at repair was told purchase a Toyota fuel cap $35 at the dealer, the new $20 Napa cap is the problem most likely.New Toyota cap but same issue2 weeks later returned and let them know it feels like it going to explode when I go to fill up on gas. They advised all cars do this when they get hot. My wife now would no longer use this vehicle at this point.3rd attempt I made an appointment to drop the car off and have it inspected.Toyota Car Care said they Would put it up on a lift for inspection of the fuel system and evaporative system. plus the computer diagnostic.A day later told no problems with the car everything is fine $75.00 for inspection labor. Paid bill and let the car sit not being driven. My local tire shop thankful for our business for many years allowed a spot for me to inspect it. Able to use the car lift on a Sunday when they were normally closed I fixed the problem with 5 minutes of time.1 minute into the inspection I see a fuel vent line that was hanging not connected then a couple inches away on the fuel tank a connector with a rubber plug on it? Remove the plug attach the vent line problem solved under 5 minutes tipped the guys $50 and on my way. No business or person is perfect every time. I understand things happen sometimes. This morning went in to drop off the Lexus for front brakes I informed them they must have made a mistake or failed to inspect May I get credited the $75 labor towards my brakes. I dont believe an inspection was preformed if it was it was a bad one. Im no mechanic but in 5 min was able to find and fix. Not upset for making the mistake but disappointed how they charged me for it.
Being relatively new to the country and unsure where to get my RAV4 serviced, I tried a number of places which I found to be from poor to reasonably good. I recently had a problem with my 4WD and was recommended to take it to Toy Car Care. I rang them this morning and was told to bring it in this afternoon. They looked at it while I waited, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. I was also given recommendations of what to do should the problem occur again. This was the best experience I have had with vehicle service since being in the country. I will certainly use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
Do not bring your car here if you have an insurance claim! The shop is willing to engage in criminal behavior with the insurance company. We have an ongoing investigation with the state on an insurance provider who fraudently denied a claim and this shop did not diagnose the cause of an engine connecting rod failure and wrote exactly what the insurance company told them. I have it on record that they did not examine the vehicle.
