It was simple, fast, and easy. Made an oil change appointment online and got in the next day. Robert was at the front desk ready to help. Showed me the price of the oil change prior to doing the work. Called me during the work and informed me that the air filter was a bit dirty and is recommended to be changed. Small waiting room but there was a Walmart nearby that I walked to to grab some groceries. In and out in about an hour.

If I could give a zero rating I would. What a fraudulent way of doing business. Specifically, Meineke location at 10667 E. Briarwood, Centennial Colorado. Told them my ac is not cooling, asked to check the compressor. Tech told that they had to do an AC recharge first to determine the problem, which is $155. Then got a call that found a leak and it will be additional $66 to fix. The following day I got a call from tech to tell me that the AC is not working, the issue is the compressor with some other parts and quoted me an additional cost of $1640 to fix. Paid $230 jut to be told that compressor needs to be changed.They charge you diagnostic cost as a base and then run up the cost with different minor fixes, just to tell you at the end that the problem is the whole part. Now you paying diagnostic cost + fixing a part that does not solve anything and at the end the car is still having the same issue. Not a very good way of doing business. Make sure when you go there, get a full quote, or you will end up paying twice the amount and still dont have your issue fixed. The business model that I encountered is that we dont know how much it will cost, we will keep calling you with different problem and fixes, run up your bill until we figure out what is wrong with it. When you walk- in they have a poster 100% satisfaction guarantee. They don’t guarantee anything, but to run up your bill and provide very bad customer service. Will never take my car to Meineke again and would not recommend it for anybody. I will make sure everyone I speak with about this knows that Meineke is not the place to take the vehicle for repairs.

The guys up here were moving quickly and efficiently they had my car in and out in about 30 minutes let me know about other things they could do for a leak I already knew I had. Let me know where my brake pads were and about how long till I needed to replace them. And Cameron was fantastic! Overall it was a great visit.

Im writing this review as a helpful advice for the next woman that walks into this shop needing car repairs.I may not work in the shop, but I know how this business work. Went into Meineke knowing whats going on with my Jeep, but needed to get a quote and was hoping they would be fair on replacing a rear break system. In my case I had drum brakes. These guys were trying to tell me that this a $1000 job for just my rear brake replacement. The most expensive part on these system are the drums themselves which a pair runs around 80-100. What I do give them is that their technicians are knowledgeable, the inspection was correct, but take my advice these guys are sharks. They were trying to rip me off over $600 for a $300-$400 job. Be careful out there!!

They charged an elderly mentally disabled woman twice for installing a part they didnt do right the first time. Ethically challenged management. I had to talk to them on my mother in laws behalf to ensure she wasnt charged the THIRD time the defected part was installed in a short time. When they told me the part would be more expensive the third time I had to tell them that sounds like thats their problem since she wont pay another dime.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! If I could give negative stars I would. The shop seen an opportunity to take advantage of a customer and that what they did. They even charged me $26 for gasoline is MY car w/o my permission. I have no clue what gas they put in, no receipt and my car was still on 1/8 of a tank when I drove away. They completely ripped me off. I live 1.5 miles away from shop, so there would have been no need to put $26 in my car (because they didn’t). My car had enough gasoline to get to shop and return home with no issue. They also told me it would take 10 hours of labor to diagnose the problem! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Went in for oil lube and oil service and to check brake. On completion found that fluid levels were not checked. Went back the manage said they were checked. Showed him the levels he stated that the break fluid had fluid and radiator had fluid. I showed him that the brake fluid was below add level and radiator had water level was low under the cap.The manager Robert was all about excuses and not about getting things right. Safety doesn’t seem to be a concern. Low water level could case the engine to over heat and low breakfast fluid cannot be safe. Also, explain to Robert what lube means.

I made an appointment to get an oil change every place Ive been to will get you in and out within 30 to 40 minutes thats why I made the appointment to begin with. I was told it would take when I got there 30 minutes to an hour they did advise me to get a metal oil cap I agreed but the one thing they should have said was we have to order the part and its going to take another 25 minutes or so will that be okay well that did not happen they went ahead and just called for a part which prolonged my waiting time and I didnt have time for all that, so I was there for an hour and 45 minutes needless to say I was not happy at all. My suggestion is when that situation arises they need to communicate with the customer that it will take longer to order a part before just assuming they have the time to just wait. I will not go back, it was a very bad experience.

I brought my BMW in as I was in the area and noticed my car was acting up, and the check engine light came on. That’s where I meet Robert the Manager and Josh the Head master mechanic.The ran diagnostics on my BMW. and they found that there were a lot of issues going on with the car due to where I had previously gotten my oil changed. This was all overwhelming for me as I have no idea about (Car Talk!) my late husband did all this stuff. All I heard was how much all of this was going to cost and I’ll be carless for a few weeks. Robert was so kind and professional and offered a free rental for me and told me not to worry. He will provide all the paper work to send it over to break plus for them to pay and all will be okay. There was something about Robert that I just knew I could trust. So I took the rental and gave him my keys and they started the process to work on my car. Robert called me everyday with updates are you showing me that everything’s going smoothly. Fast forward 2 weeks… and I just got my BMW back yesterday and she rides beautifully!! I live in Thornton and I have to say.. I will NEVER bring my car anywhere but to Robert! He is what makes this Shop!!! Josh is the only one I would recommend touching your vehicle! PERIOD!!!!Robert… Thank you so much for providing the best costumer service and just being who you are! I’m so grateful for you!!! You need to be a regional trainer for how management should be within your company!Josh… my car drives like she’s brand new! Great experience! Came in end of April for a brake check, got rear brakes replaced in a morning. Had a noise start in one of my front brakes, made a new appointment not quite two weeks later and brought the car in. Robert and the team looked at it, realized something was slightly off and causing the noise, and took care of it a no charge to me! Kept me apprised of the situation, and did excellent work!

Hmm, I wont go too far down the rabbit hole, but brought it in for a diagnostic.Im an experienced mechanic, but I asked them to try to isolate if a problem was a motor mount, or a broken exhaust stud since its tricky to get at the rear of my motor.Without doing much more than shaking a stick at the thing, they hand me a quote for a new resonator ($1200+) which isnt busted, and quite a lot to replace the motor mounts (think it was like $2000).After finding some time in my busy schedule to isolate the actual problem, I replaced one motor mount at a cost of $114 dollars and about 45 minutes in work; which completely resolved the issue I brought it in for. Add in the crows foot wrenches and some sweat equity I did investigating the problem myself, my car runs like brand new after NOT using Meineke at nearly 5% of the price quoted.There is a remaining issue with the accessory belt needing service, but the quoted price for that is tremendous too. I get the need to include labor hours, but even the parts quotes are way more expensive than the actual parts cost.Fair enough, and easy enough to just not use Meineke in the future. Im pretty intimate with these cars and just wanted a second eye on the thing.

Told the tech my ac compressor was not turning on. Asked that they check the compressor. Tech told me had to do an ac recharge first. I told him to just run a diagnostic on the compressor. He convinced me he had to do an ac recharge first. After the recharge he told me the ac compressor was out. Weird. Paid $150 for a service that I didnt need.

These guys just quoted me $350-400 to get my rear break pads replaced &rotors turned. That was the most hilarious thing Ive heard all day. Please no one get their brakes done here and litterally go anywhere else for $200 to $240.

MEINEKE did me right. Needed my muffler welded back onto the exhaust. Got me in 30 min before closing. Job done, I am happy, wifes car happy, therefore wife happy. Life good!

Made an appointment for an oil change online. Upon arrival, the check-in process required the employee to collect all of the information I had already given when making the appointment online.The service itself was fast, however they did not give me any information as to when I would need my next oil change (mileage or date) with either a sticker on my windshield or printed on my receipt.Lastly, my tire pressure light was on when I arrived. I expected they would fill my low tire as it is listed as part of their 23-point inspection but they did not, and only told me I need to replace my windshield wipers.Overall, “meh”. Fine in a pinch, but I wouldn’t use them for anything beyond an oil change.

They said I had break problems. The front brakes would cost me over 1000 dollars. But that wouldnt be safe, the back tires are real bad news. Real bad stuff back there. They couldnt remove the rear tires, but those breaks look real bad back there. We are looking at at at least 2000 or so. And thats just for beginners.... I declined further service. I paid the 48 dollar diagnostic fee and got a second opinion. Nearby was a place with brakes in their first name, so I clicked on them. The estimate was free. The grand total for the front and back breaks was 382 dollars. Do not go to Meineke is what I will now tell everyone in every conversation I have. Total RIP off artists!

Found some broken exhaust bolts that were beyond my ability to repair. First time trying this shop and they did a GREAT job repairing my exhaust and in record time. Thanks for the great work and highly recommended shop.

Come here if you want to deal with a lying, anti-masker manager, hi again Robert! It’s me Rebecca. And I rarely Google review. But today I really didn’t appreciate you one bit. My business will be further directed elsewhere after we take care of the problem created by this shop ourself. The second star on the review was earned by the technician with the wits to stop what he was doing.So. Here is what happened. I bring my 2005 Corolla in for an oil changes to only this location since living in the area. This time around I’m told the drain plug cannot be hand twisted out & was at risk for messing up the threads. So the tech stopped here & let Robert know. Robert explains this to me & that potentially even the oil pan would need to be replaced. So my $40 oil change turns into a $500 quote. I ask Robert a simple question. Why would this plug not want to come out like it should? He proceeds to give me the most bogus explanation. His reasoning for this issue was that the car has 185k miles on it. If my car was 50k miles that would be one thing. That’s my closest recap of his explanation. I ask for my car keys back. Little does Robert know I am close with a Toyota/Lexus mechanic. After speaking with my mechanic friend, my thoughts on all of this is confirmed. Mileage has nothing to do with this, the quality of care is the reason for this issue. If you don’t hand tighten the piece that was seemingly stuck, you can’t get it back out by hand. So. The last person that did my oil change here, did a little more tightening than necessary, making me have to deal with their mistake. Instead of being capable of owning up to this I’m hit with a quote that includes $350 of labor. LOL. Y’all aren’t worth 40 of my dollars. Better. Luck. Next. Time. Put a mask on your face Robert it might help you with your lying and trying to take advantage of a female in your shop.

Save your MONEY, GRIEF, TIME and MOST IMPORTANT SAVE YOUR CAR!!!The absolute worst experience I have ever had, a waste of 6 months’ time and a loss of $1,000.00My car was misdiagnosed with various issues which none of them fixed the reason I brought my car in for. MEINEKE replaced my brakes, my brake pads twice, discs, rotors, and bearings. These were unnecessary repairs my car did not need.The store manager (Kevin Rohrman) said all cars make noise, deal with it, and turn on your radio. He then said it could be your transmission and we can never figure this out.I reached out to the district manager (Perry Kline) and explained my situation. He said he will investigate it and call me back in a couple of days, he never did. The district manager ignored my phone calls for 6 weeks, I left at least 30 messages on his office phone and cell phone, he never returned anyone of my calls.I finally was able to speak to the district manager due to a co-worker in my office that knew him.MEINEKE took my car for the weekend, the district manager washed his hands on the situation and said nothing is wrong with the repairs MEINEKE did, take it to Volks Wagon and have them figure it out. I told the district manager I want to take him on a drive and point out the problem. He said he will call me after the new year. He never called me back, we last spoke in December 2020, I have left numerous messages again.The store manager and district manager did not do anything to fix the problem or refund me my money. MEINEKE never figured out the problem with my car and did unnecessary repairs it did not need. I am out $1,000.00, I have lost 6 months of my time and had a lot of grief dealing with management, and my car is NOT FIXED!I filled a complaint with MEINEKE corporate office and have disputed the MEINEKE charges with my credit card company, which is under investigation.

Kevin and his team of mechanics do great work. It took longer for the ac part to come from the local parts store than it did to repair the ac. They did a great job, I highly recommend them.

Needed an overall checkup inspection. Before a long trip with trailer. Had fantastic and quick service. Going to bring my car herw for all oil changes and tune ups.

The guys were able to help me out in a pinch and I really appreciate it! Needed right side exhaust pipe realigned on a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee and they were able to fit me in and get the job done right.I will be back!

I love this place. I work about a half a mile down the street and bringing my car in for service is always so easy and the staff are as personable as can be. The Manager, Tim, is always the one working the counter when I come and I enjoy a few laughs with him each time I visit. The best thing is I never feel like I’m getting swindled out of money for the sake of business. When I ask questions to see what I need I feel like Tim makes sure I understand what I’m getting and why, or he will tell me I don’t need. This place operates like a ma and pa auto shop, I love it. Went in because my AC wasnt working. They charged me 140 dollars to recharge the system and it still doesnt work because the compressor isnt kicking on.... He said the first thing they need to do is recharge the system to see if thats why the compressor wont turn on but every mechanic with half a brain knows to check the compressor to see if its even engaged and from there if it isnt to hot wire the low side pressure sensor to see if that makes the clutch engage. I would have been fine paying 140 for a diagnosis but for them to charge me for a recharge and still not know what the problem is.... Is so whack! The reason behind this is because in order to fix my problem I have to evacuate the system no to replace the sensor and or compressor depending on the problem... Then Im going to have to pay again to get my system recharged!!! Straight scam....

I will be taking another family auto into this shop for new brakes this week.Update: Brought an older car in for new brakes. The car hadnt been driven for almost two years and I wanted to get it running *safely* for my daughter. They did a fantastic job on the brakes and my daughter has been driving the car in all types of weather conditions on and off the highway since we got the car back. The customer service I received from Tim and the team was once again top shelf.

This location was kind enough to fit me in their exceedingly busy schedule yesterday and put in a new headlight for me. They handled it quickly and got me on my way efficiently. I know where to go if my other headlight goes out now. You should look at them rather than the dealer for this service.

These guys are so awesome! I had my breaks done at this location last year and the service was great and the price was super reasonable. They have also helped me TWICE in the last two days, because I get in fights with parking barriers and almost ripped my bumper clear off. They are all so easy to talk to and willing to help. Its refreshing! Definitely recommend this location!

Tim, the manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made time to get my car in during my time of need, and when it turned out to be a much bigger fix than I had anticipated, he didnt charge me for the time. He also explained the situation very well. It was a really positive experience here. I will definitely be going back, and highly recommend this shop in particular! The customer service was the cherry on top of an excellent work ethic.

Tim was fantastic! I came in today asking for a potential problem with my rear right tire. He told me to come back an hour later because he had some time to squeeze it in. He found the source of my problem, explained what can cause it, and gave all available options to consider for repair. My Customer Service experience with Tim was stellar! There needs to be more Tims out there!

Third time in three years they have worked on my brakes. Bought premium pads with Lifetime guarantee, only covers the cost of the pad, not the labor, paid over $800 each time. Owner was polite and professional, but I dont trust the workmanship there.

My car had to be jumped more than once and from a safety standpoint I was relieved that Meineke was able to repair and service the car the same day. Took the car in mid afternoon.Had to have the battery & alternator replaced. The service was great. I will have to go back and get my key fobs reprogrammed as well as the radio and headlight icon on dash panel. The alternator just killed it all!

Just got home from the location and I couldnt be happier with my experience. I made a call to the location on Friday morning and it was answered very promptly by Mitchell, who was able to get me a 1030 appointment today, which fit perfectly with my schedule. The guys were very friendly and laid back, which helped me feel better about my decision to bring my vehicle there. They fixed my tail light issue right up, and were very receptive to any questions I had about the work that was done. The price was also great, I went in there expecting to spend at least 150 bucks but walked out with a 60 dollar receipt. I will definitely get work done here again.

I recently had an oil change here and I started seeing the windshield liquid light flashing. I waited for few days to see if it goes away and it didnt. Since I refilled the windshield liquid very recently, I thought something might have gone wrong during oil change so I took my car to Meineke to get it checked.They checked for leakages and didnt find any. So they refilled the windshield liquid and the light went away, It was my mistake that I didnt check properly before taking here yet they refilled the liquid for free, I offered to pay which they declined.I forgot to ask the name of the manager and another person who helped me but I had a very good experience here. I will definitely come to this location for my car maintenance.

I have been using this location to do all of my oil changes since moving to the Denver Tech area and have always been happy with the speed and service I received. Recently, my vehicle started acting up and I brought it in without an appointment. Still, they were able to diagnose the problem and get the car done within a day. They also worked with me to make the large job as affordable as possible. Definitely recoded from a simple oil change to more involved needs.

Zero stars would be better. With a family to support and the guy at the front desk knowing this, I took my car into this shop for possible rotor and brake pad replacement a while ago and forgot to write a review. To this day I dont trust shops because of THIS EXPERIENCE. I was told my rotors were fine and brake pads needed replaced, I asked how much it was going to be and I paid more than $600 JUST FOR CERAMIC PADS! When I called a different Meineke WHILE I WAS THERE and asked what they charged for my car model and just ceramic pads they gave me a price about $200 lower. The guy at the front told me he would knock about $70 off the almost $700 price but thats all he could do because Ceramic pads are the best. After leaving this shop I had spoken with many people who to this day say I was ripped off. I was taken advantage of here. Please go in with someone who knows about cars and pricing or do not go at all. When I left my brake light came on and thats never happened before, THEY FORGOT TO PUT BRAKE FLUID IN MY CAR and told me to bring it back.

These guys are great. They are my go-to place for all things vehicles, old or new. Recently asked them to weld a shock bracket on an older vehicle that had been hacked-up by a previous owner. Art is a true craftsman as a welder and made the bracket look like it just rolled off the factory floor in Germany in 1969! Tim, the GM, runs a tight ship... er... shop.

Lance and crew are super and honorable! They fix what you need done, dont try to con you into extra work (like some shops) and charge a good price for their services! Love this place and they have my business!

Yesterday morning I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change for noon today. Noon was an option and I received online and I received multiple conformations of this appointment once I booked it. Showed up at 11:45 and there was a few employees standing around in an open bay. I walked inside and had to wait for someone to come to the desk, ok it’s a business. While waiting I was going through my email and at 9 am today I received an email with the title appointment confirmation. I almost didn’t open it. Thought they were just being efficient and reminding me of my appointment again. I did open it and it was a note saying my appointment was not available as they were closed from noon till one for lunch and to click on the link to reschedule. An employee and I assume another customer were in the waiting area as well so I asked if this was for real? The customer went looking for who I assume is the manager and the employee said, we should be able to get it done, we aren’t busy. The manager comes in and I question, if my appointment was cancelled why didn’t someone call me? He said, it wasn’t exactly cancelled and email is the main technology used now a days and everyone communicates via email.. This may be true but I don’t live attached to my phone and I don’t know many who do. I asked why I was allowed to schedule if you are closed during this time. I really didn’t get an answer or an apology. I scheduled an appointment because my time is valuable. When I got the attitude from the manager I said well that is all I need to know and I walked out. I will not be back. To bad, I needed brakes done soon too.

I needed new brakes on my F150, and was on a tight budget. I had called various places for pricing and really felt like I was getting the run around, until I called Meineke. They were awesome! I made my appointment and when I got there and we discussed specifically what type of brakes they were going to use, the gentleman I had been talking with, I believe his name is Mitchell, had a truck like mine, and had put on a type of brakes he really liked, they were a bit more than I had planned on, but they have been worth every penny.In addition, the service they provided was far and above what I have had in my past dealing with vehicle repairs of any kind. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. I am going back, for my oil change in the next week or two, just because they took such good care of me for my brakesThanks guys!! I appreciate all you did for me!!!!

I brought my vehicle in with a bad gasket on my water pump. The guys not only repaired it very fast, the price was amazingly low and the customer service was great. I will come back for future services!

This was a great place! I took in my car because it was making a funny noise whenever we would start it up first thing in the morning. Brandon was great to listen to what we had to say and to help us narrow down the problem. He really knew what he was talking about! We figured we were in good hands. He was great to keep in contact with us about what he found out with our engine. He made sure we knew all the info before he ordered parts or did any repairs that we didnt originally talk about. Him and his team did great and efficient work. I live pretty far out of the way but still only trust to bring my car back here again. Thanks Brandon and Meineke!

Useless to me

This place is awful. Same owner as the Iliff location and they both have the same problems. Only take your vehicle here if you know exactly what needs to be done. Dont expect them to diagnose and fix anything as they have a trial and error method. We had a jeep that was overheating and had to return it to them 3 times (4 if you count the time they said to drop it off for 2 days and then had us pick it up without actually working on it!!). They will replace things that arent broken and then when you get it back and continue having the same problems, they guess and keep replacing random things at your expense. Also, their loaner vehicles are not safe to be driving. The fact they cant even maintain their own vehicles should be a huge red flag.

I have been into visit Brandon many times on a vast number of issues having to do with my car. Every time I have been in, the crew has been respectful and courteous. I love bringing my car here because they care about my car like I care about my car.

Brought my car in for a funny smell, they not only figured out which line was leaking but what caused it to leak. Normally not happy when the fix winds up being 3x the quoted price, but always glad to get the root of the problem fixed instead of just covering up symptoms.
