The pharmacy is not willing to work with the doctor or insurance to make sure meds are fulfilled. Its not my problem thats the answer you will receive.

Worst customer service EVER!!! Dropped off disposable cameras from my wedding to get developed in June... Was told it would probably be a long time to get them back. I said just call me when they get done it wasnt a big deal how long it took. October 4th I get a phone call while I was at work from them with a snarky voicemail asking if I wanted the pictures or if I wanted them to throw them away. I called back 40 mins later when I got off of work saying that this was the first I heard from them saying they were done and YES I want my pictures from my wedding. Walked in today to pick them up... they said they destroyed them because they called me 4 times and I didnt respond to them saying I wanted them. No apology, no nothing....I pulled up my call history to show them I only had one call from them on October 4th... they continued to push blame to me for not responding to the phone calls they said they made. The girl made excuses as to the phone calls not showing up on my call history..she said my phone was disconnected, my voicemail was full, etcetera... they didnt have a note saying I called back and wanted them... My phone has always been in service. My voicemail is not or has ever been full...completely disgusted with the way this was handled on their end. My wedding memories are lost now thanks to the incompetence of the staff here. I understand mistakes happen... but to not take responsibility for their mistakes and BLAME me nonetheless ... unbelievable.

Slow!! Had a scrip for pain meds after major surgery. Doc called it in 12 hours ago!!!They didn’t bother to fill it. Now got to wait until tomorrow morning!!Lazy. Inexcusable!! Uncaring!

Christmas Eve I got a flat tire and rolled in to the nearest parking lot, this Walgreens. I told the checker the situation and that, it being Christmas, might be a few days before any tire places would be open. She was really sweet and said it would be fine! It took about 5 days to get it fixed, but Im very pleased that no one had my car towed, though it looked ugly in their parking lot!

Completely unacceptable service. Cancel a prescription and not notify the customer? What if this was a matter of life and death? When I asked for a root cause corrective action I was told thats just the system.

Abysmal and frankly insulting customer service. Left disgusted and their response after the fact was even worse. Do business with literaaly any other pharmacy / convenience business before Id go back.

I have been here a few times over the last few weeks. I have bought a couple of tall boys to find out they charge .05 bottle deposit and then again a .75 bottle deposit. So a total of .80 in bottle deposits. I was told 3 weeks ago it is a glitch in the system. But it continues. I get tired of going back for a refund.

If you want to be annoyed with horrible staff who doesn’t know what they are doing and extremely rude managers, come here. There is a manager called “Thomas” who is extremely rude and will not listen to what you say. There is no such thing in this store such as “customer satisfaction”. It is the complete opposite.

Do not spend your money at this store, staff are unfriendly, and cashiers are trained not to have common sense, a gray hair, and beard man walks in to buy a cigarette and the cashier ask for id, really!

My wife always drive to this store to do purchases..... She made a mistake and purchases a calling card for the wrong service provider. When she asked the manager to please change the calling card to the correct provider, she told her no she will have to buy another one ..... well I dont think this is they way to handle a consumer mistake and we will just in the future drive to a different shop !! Poor service and unwillingness to assist will cost you customers !!!!

Very poor service. I had a $10 coupon that came out of a product purchased there that the cashier couldnt get to scan. They got the manager who was very rude and refused to honor it even though I had the receipt for the item I bought. I called the manufacturer who told me they should have as they were a preferred vendor.

I called the pharmacy to have a simple question answered, the woman was rude and completely stopped talking to me until hanging up on me a few minutes later. That is ridiculous service, I will not be going back to this Walgreens again.

I was impressed with the service at this location and overall cleanliness of the store. Although I didnt purchase anything, the staff was great and friendly.

The staff is very nice. I work close to this location so its nice to drop in. Plus, they have a rebox outside that I use time to time.

Friendly staff. I use the western union service a lot and I know its annoying and tedious, but they always help me out, even when low on cash.
