They dont carry anything good anymore. You have to pay for a bag when you checkout and apparently they cant unsubscribe from numerous emails.

Bought hair extensions and a day later they fell apart sallys would only offer me in store credit and I don’t want to buy their janky extensions again.

This store has really gone downhill since jasper the old manager left. I used to come in here every week for my salon products and now I’ll go to any of the other supply stores. The manager is so extremely rude to her staff. I’ve come in and heard her yelling at them in the back room. Kate and Toby who still work there are awesome. They are the only reason I’d come back to this location. The new manager is an absolute terror to that location and I will be taking my business to the Twix town one.

Absolutely terrible experience. Wouldn’t take my coupon even though it wasn’t expired or used and was in my app. I’ll drive the extra drive to coralville for my products. Manager is an absolute beast of a human. So rude to her staff and customers. Berated her employee right in front of me!! Disgusting.

The previous sales team seemed genuinely nice. This current sales team seem to be out for a sale. Lack the sincerity. Either way I like the products dont care to be the wing it answers.

Manager and staff very rude and talk down to customers

I bought a toner for the blind color, it turned my hair purple. When I went to the store to show them the problem the have me another color and a lot of attitude telling me we dont know what you do with this stuff at home, really what do you think were doing with it. Never again will I be back.
