Worst Sephora I have ever gone to. Shelves were completely empty, not sure why this place is here there is nothing in it. Also the workers were very unhelpful just standing around and did not say hello or help at all. I hate to have to leave bad reviews but this place was horrible...

If I could give zero stars I would. I walked in and two associates were on their phones and talking. I walked around and walked up to the counter and asked a question and the associate didn’t even look up. I asked again louder and she didn’t even look up again.

I got an acne clearing set that was advertised there for 30 . I paid 42 so I looked it up on the Sephora website and it was 21. I didn’t have a problem exchanging it but check prices online first because they aren’t honoring Sephora sales.

Lots of parking, super helpful sales associate helped me select a great birthday gift for my sister in law. Sister in law was very happy with products.

I loved it it was an amazing experience and this one Particular worker that I really loved she really helped what I needed ❤️

Basically heaven in a store. You walk in feeling like you have a vague idea of what you want, and leave feeling like a goddess who is about to slay with some Stilla eyeliner and lay von D liquid lipstick. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and go out of their way to make sure your makeup questions are answered!

Went in on a Thursday so of course they were not busy, there were 2 employees standing at register. Took them 20 minutes for them to acknowledge me and realize I needed help. I asked if they would help color match me to a foundation and she said well Im I dont know how to eyeball it and my response was I dont need you to eyeball it I need you to pick a few colors and match me to one after the crappy service I still ended up with a product way to dark for my skin. Its all about the customer experience and they provided me with a bad one.

Customer service was bad. Felt like I was being looked down at.
