I love ordering hand soap and my body wash. I however am not happy on the fact they do not pack their boxes and just threw the products in the box. Plus the fact my boxes were opened when delivered to me. I was missing some products along with some still in package and half empty.I was happy customer service made it wright with me. I just hope it is not a trend.

So B&BW has a most excellent sale going right now. Subsequentially I wont you spending $100. But Im happy bcuz I got what I wanted plus some new items too.

Great place to visit for bath, household needs, it does have a great selection of other items you probably wont find anywhere else.. some as seen on TV items, (which arent poorly placed in fact it fits well) tons of bed items; high quality mattress and bedding and bath selection (obviously) as well as items you will not find anywhere else.. kitchen items, foodstuffs that are unique.. lots of things that are unique and not found anywhere else.. A+

I love this store. I was greeted by an employee who asked what I was looking for. Once I told her she took me right where I wanted to go. The were 3 lines (with the holiday buyers), but they moved right along, and there wasnt an undo wait. I definately recommend this store!

The girls that helped us or very friendly and sweet and put up with me while I was trying to figure out what my friend wanted from there via phone. However, I apologize for all the confusion and the girl said nothing back. I was hoping she would say that was okay but she didnt.
