Staff was very friendly and attentive to any questions you have. The wait was a bit long for the service but thats to be expected. Note to self next will bring better reading material 🙂.

Fast, easy process. I wish there was more color variety. But its not the dealers fault.There is a shortage of vehicles nationwide. On their part I have no complaints. I will recommend them to people I know. And when the time comes to get a new vehicle I will definitely check them out first.

I had to leave my 2018 Toyota Tacoma Trd off-road with these guys because I was having some issues with a sinking braking pedal in my truck. Dropped it off on a late Thursday, so they didn’t start to work on it until the next day. Process took a little longer than expected. Didn’t get my car back until the next week on a Friday I think. None the less issue was resolved and my truck felt amazing. During this whole process Ibrahim,the service advisor I think over at Toyota of the desert did an awesome job of keeping me up to date on what was going on with my truck. Never was i left in the dark about anything. He made sure to call me every single day,even on his days off, to inform me on the status of my truck! I was very impressed by the quality of customer service he provided. He made me feel secure and confident that my situation was being handled. Ibrahim did such an awesome job I will be going back there for any of my Toyota needs! This man brings a lot to this company!

I drove down the hill from Yucca Valley to look at and possibly purchase a beautiful used 2017 Toyota Tacoma.The staff was amazing! I test drove the car and the process was very smooth and pressure free.They were able to finance me at a very decent rate even though I dont have the best credit in the world.I drove out of there with the truck within a couple of hours and I couldnt be happier!

Buying a vehicle under these current circumstances was unusual but Drew L. was extremely helpful through the entire process (which was over a month). He gave weekly updates and informed me immediately when the car was available. My family and I will definitely work with him in the future!

3 hour round-trip... 1/3 a tank of gas.. 2 hours wasted waiting in lobby... problem fixed? No.. solution... rinse repeat the above and cough up an additional $350 bucks for 1 fracking key!!! Yes, you read that correctly.. $350 for 1 toyota tacoma key.. 6 hours round-trip, 2/3 a tank of gas at $4.39 a gallon and 4 hour sitting in a lobby and $350 for yes, 1 key.

I had a great experience today at Toyota of the desert with Drew and Casey! I sent an email last night asking for more information about a car that was coming into stock and I’ve finished the day by purchasing a new Prius Prime. Drew followed up first thing this morning and helped me through the whole process. It’s actually been really cool and incredibly convenient handling almost everything via text. Had to knock two stars off the review because theres a shark in the finance dept who will sign you up for every available option (extended warranties, etc.) without explanation. Had the 150 point inspection for a car I was buying in Palm Springs from out of state. They worked it into their schedule that day and gave me a report later in the day. The report was comprehensive and included exterior and interior inspection. I had total confidence in the results and had the car transported to me out of state. I wouldnt shop here. MSRP web says what the price is then they try to change it when your interested in purchasing. The car l was interested in was marked up by 7k. I actually found the vehicle the same day at a different dealer. This dealer told me the vehicle would be sold in days but, its been sitting on there lot for over 3 weeks. I guess the car isnt hot as they thought. Besides l would never buy something thats not worth that much, especially when you go to sell the item. I only like to spend money where my business is appreciated and I am not ripped off.

It was a long day, but ultimately we left with a great car at a price we believe was fair. All the personnel who assisted us were very friendly and patient. Andre, especially deserves praise for working hard to close a deal that satisfied us. After the sale was complete, he gave us a lot of attention explaining the new technologies in our new Prius Prime. We left relieved to have it completed, as buying a car and doing a trade in is always somewhat stressful. We are happy.

The company run several times my credit. I told the seller ( Viejon), l knew my credit because l pay monthly Experian...anyways they run my credit with their own company (Toyota) twice plus a few other banks and companies. It passed a few days, he called my husband because he got us a refinance bank for us with a better payment and we just go to Palm Dessert to sign, we never as him to assist us with this matter.... We didnt know how, just signed because it will help us to reduce the car payments. Now, l have 9 Inquiries...the service is good 👍but they want to sell a car 🚗no matter what...and l hate to see my credit report worse than ever and l didnt take notice until l checked my Experian report....

Made an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived it was complete chaos. They said they were over booked. They were turning away anyone who didnt have an appointment. But even though I had an appointment, they said it would be 3 hours for an oil change. They would not provide a loaner car. Completely unacceptable. Had to reschedule. Very disappointing with Toyota and this dealership!

The service tech rep Ibrahim was fantastic, and I was very pleased. The wait was as many as nine in line since there were only really two reps. This was the longest time I’ve had to wait and the longest line I’ve seen since being a customer the past 10 years. But once I was waited on by Ibrahim, it was a great experience!!!

Great experience I had some serious issues and they were able to fix the car perfectly. I was on a crazy road trip and thankfully they were able to fix it so there was no need to stop said road trip.

I feel they are extremely under staffed & over booked with appointments. I prefer to take my car there for service however 3 HOUR WAIT for just an Oil Change & Tire Rotation .....RIDICULOUS!Regular wait time is ALWAYS 2 hours for that service 🙄 Still Ridiculous.I had added an Alignment & I was there 4 hours.They also need to work on giving customers updates. I never received them waiting 2, 3, 4 hours....gotta work on the Customers Service Skills Toyota

My friend was planning on getting their family member a vehicle for their birthday. They drove in triple digit heat to test drive the vehicle, only to learn that the car they were planning to test drive was sold, with the keys being handed over and the paperwork signed. They never told my friend that the car was sold before the test drive. They reserved the vehicle only to sell it. The salesperson was shady to my friends family and the sales manager wasnt very kind to them. They said that this sequence of events happens regularly (I have actually never heard of this happening before). The way that my friend was treated was unacceptable and unprofessional. Shame on the staff who behaved this way towards them.

The service appointment was fine. But my radio was broken and the service department did not take the right steps to resolve my issue. Very disappointed with this dealership and Toyota in general.

Would give them 0 stars if possible..... Have gone here for service on my Prius fo 5 + years... I have one more oil change left on the plan I purchased.. will look elsewhere afterwards. and will inspect the vehicle before I leave. The service at the check in desks are mostly pleasant. What happens in the garage another story. Went for oil change...tire rotation and multipoint inspection. I was give the GREEN check mark on all the following when in fact there were issues with all.Windshield wipers--- rubber was torn and flapping ..yet I got a green markAll fluids.....all were at the low level...I was given a Green check ..noone topped them off as promised in the agreement see photos...After the 2 hour wait for an oil change my car sat at work for 3 hours..I came out to a completely flat tire....had to have the tire changed, take it in for repair....was told it was only that the air valve was not tightened.Had I driven on the freeway this could have been dangerous.In the past I have let some little things slide...but this time Im not a happy camper and see no reason to return. :(. I dont think it takes all that much to do routine work.....management does not seem to care.

Unethical disappointment. Used car purchase will automatically cost you an additional $1,200. The sales and finance team dragged out the painful interaction for days. They seem to be inflating reviews online. The car I wanted was gone and time wasted. They should be taken off car guru as they dont want to honor pre-qualified financing by Westlake. If you value your time, dont waste it here.

Update:Is your idea of finding a solution to this issue is to have someone call and inform me that you “somehow” have my plates now and will be same day sending them to an incorrect address? I informed the person of the address error and she said that it will be sent to the correct address and should arrive on Monday or Tuesday. Still no plates and when I call to find out what the issue is this time, I STILL GET THE SAME RUNAROUND. How about instead of offering to correct a service you obviously have ZERO intention of providing, you refund me my money so I can do it myself???Dealing with this company has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. I bought out my lease August 2020 and have spent the last 8 months being largely ignored by their staff. I have places 37 phone calls to various people, from the very friendly and helpful receptionists all the way up to the GM (who hasn’t answered or responded to any messages). All I want is to find out why my license plates have not arrived. After 8 months, I still have NO ANSWER AND NO RESPONSES!!!I’d strongly caution purchasing a vehicle from here if you have any thought of possible service help afterwards.

Great experience here at Toyota. Weve bought 3 cars here in a month. Nate Boule has been great, no pressure and didnt seemed to mind our changing choices of cars. Great experience. Also Andreas was great with our pre-owned purchase.

Our 2019 Camry was recalled for a fuel pump problem that made it hazardous to drive. We had our caretaker take the car to Toyota of the Desert service to fix the recall issue and have a 30,000 mile service done, as we are not in town. Their service liaison told him that, in addition to the roughly $190 in service items, a number of other services needed to be performed if the warranty were to remain valid. According to Toyota national customer service, that is not true, but our agent accepted their word. Moreover, they contended that a failed tail light assembly that was described on their invoice as requires replacement to match passenger side tail light housing was not a warranty item despite the fact that the problem was clearly an original equipment defect. Again however, our agent trusted their word. The bottom line, their self-serving actions jacked a $190 charge to over $1,050, but because our agent accepted the charges since he trusted their word, we have no recourse. Needless to say, I will never again use Toyota of the Desert for work on our car and, as it is our first Toyota, my disappointment at the dealers and national customer services disingenuousness will make it our last.

Every step through purchasing our new vehicle was a dream with the Toyota team! I will purchase again and freely refer them!

Bought a 2018 used Camry LE which had 59099 miles for $22,900 ..even though my credit score is 7:21 I was charged with 4.52% interest rate.The total payment is $ 29,067.84I didn’t get the CARFAX report until I was signing up the paperwork with the finance department. Then when I learned that the car was rental and it had 3 owners before me, and when I asked if I could pick a different car, they said no I cannot.On the top of all of that, the car had no floor mats nor a spare keys.Do you think this is fair ??and they force you to get the Theft Patrol and a $1000 on the top of the sale price, the least you should expect is your spare key and the floor mats of this expensive vehicle, but I drove away from your location with neither!!!P.S. your financial managers when they introduce the CONTRACT CANCELLATION OPTION AGREEMENT CCOA.. they shouldn’t ask the customer just to sign to decline and tell them no one buys it.They should just do their job and introduce it according to the LAW not according to their wish.This agreement was put there for a reason, because people tend to make irrational decisions at times and when they sleep with it they might come to their mind and make the rational decision.I don’t think the way they introduce it is even LEGAL!Terrible experience:(

Charlie, the sales consultant, was very friendly and accommodating in helping begin the buy-back process. Oscar, the finance manager, was also friendly and took the time to make sure I understood the paperwork I was signing. It was a very good experience.

In from out of town and went in for a test drive of the RAV4 Prime (which is not easy to find!). Teo was lovely and low pressure. He understood exactly where we are in the sales cycle. He answered all our questions and made us feel really comfortable.

We made an appointment for right after they opened and drove 2 hours to test drive a Rav4. THEY SOLD THE CAR WHILE WE WERE TEST DRIVING IT to someone who walked in off the street. They treated my daughter and I very unprofessionally and did not take responsibility. Rude and shady is how I describe them. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!The car they sold out from under us is still on their website. They are, by all accounts, very dishonest.

I would not recommend going to this dealership. They called us after signing papers that we had to switch to their bank because we didn’t get approved and that we had to sign again. We came to finance and we waited 3 hours and they took everyone before us. Horrible customer service for paying 70,000 for a Toyota Supra! We came back the next day, we told them what’s in it for us for switching to your bank and they said because we didn’t get approved . We told them we wanted our money back since we had to sign again and they immediately said the deal is done with your bank. I would definitely not come back for a car, I would take my money to Toyota I10

They successfully copied our key fob, which was the service we requested. They then did a complementary inspection, which we did not request, and informed us that the rack and pinion needed replacement, a shocking $1500 repair.To confirm, I had the car looked at by someone else, and he said there was no such issue. This corresponds with the opinion of the mechanic who had looked at the car just a month or so before we took it to Toyota of the Desert. Im not sure if they just made a bad guess or were intentionally making up an issue that did not exist; either way, it makes me not want to return to this business for servicing.Im giving them two stars for the baseline service we requested, but others should be wary of whatever extra repairs are recommended from their free inspection.

Jeffrey Martin is the Best!!! He quickly provided us videos of the cars we were interested in and also made the effort to provide us the most realistic and optimal pricing estimates.
