Pretty good, had lots of options in the back for parts or body shop. Expensive for some labor but other stuff pretty good price. I bought a pin from parts for like 1.38$ but Definitely overpriced to place that 2 centimeter pin in shifter in my engine bay, “estimated 50-80$” when I even said it takes 2 minutes to install tops. I was just afraid to do it myself…, well I’d be Damn to pay that, so I did it myself and saved 50$.
Hats off to Jeremy in the Parts Dept. for going the extra mile for me! I havent received that kind of customer service in a very long time! Very refreshing..... give this man a raise!

Exhausting! This dealership and the savvy salesmen wasted a lot of my time; only upsold me and wore me out mentally. After 4 hours & 6 go arounds, I was begging to leave. Shame on car dealerships still running their business like it’s 1978. Technology has made zero difference in the average swarmy car dealership and their dealings. 90% of buying a car can be done online, but they insist you come in to their dreadful cubical to get sales numbers. Carmax, Carvana are going to change the way I shop for my cars going forward. I’d rather pay fees than waste my time and be mentally drained, only to make a mediocre deal. No need to be in a car dealership for 4 hours. But thanks for the water!
Robert was incredible. I felt beyond taken care of and if it were to make sense leaving here with 2 cars, I would have sheerly due to the impeccable hospitality and care. Was disappointed with the level of service as the sales person did not want to give pricing because he felt like we werent going to buy a car. Nor did he want to show us used 2020 cars. We ended up going to Redlands and purchasing a new Mazda fully loaded.

I purchased my Mazda 3 2015 at the end of September and I am very happy with my purchase from PS Motors. Allen Landon was very patient and helpful with my car purchase. I was a loyal Toyota Corolla owner for the past ten years and originally went to the Toyota dealership, however, I was disappointed with their service and not willing to work with me to purchase a new new corolla. I decided to check out PS motors in Cathedral City and I had a welcoming experience with Allen. We looked at some options and finally I fell in love with the new Mazda 3 2015 model. Allen was helpful through the paperwork process and honestly, it wasnt too long of a process. I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to negotiate with. Clarence who is the finance manager came along and wanted to work with me and provide the best deal which happened and purchased my first Mazda car. Gotta say this was the most positive experience of buying a car that Ive had. I have always purchased European or Asian autos. I recently rented a car on a trip and thought the Ford auto was great. I had a very small budget for a car lease. I left with all of my goals fulfilled and NOT with a lease payment over budget. Basically the terms we negotiated the terms up front which were the terms that were accepted. I have always considered car buying to be an experience like a root canal or IRS audit.It was a delightful, productive experience and all of the staff were professional. Saw a 2012 F-150 for sale and knew it was for me. I met with Gabe Munoz and had a great experience. He was very informative and answered all my questions. I had reservation about purchasing a used vehicle. This vehicle had a great maintenance record and after some conversation I was confident this would be a very good purchase. I bought the truck. The experience was great all the way through the process even with finance.After getting back home I noticed that there were a few things not working. Last Summer i needed the serpentine belt replaced on my Mazda 2 Sport 2014 They claimed the car was given a 99-point inspection and it checked out fine. Although, when i got the car back, the a/c & heater did not work for almost an entire day!Just last week, i needed a part for my gear shifter as it got stuck in neutral and drive.... $847!! Now, my car rattles which it never did before. Im taking it back to have them correct their sloppy work and Im requesting to talk to the manager.For the amount of money they charge for labor, our cars should come back BETTER than it was before, NOT WORSE!The dealership is suppose to be PREMUIM work, but that isnt the case in the Palm Springs Mazda dealershipThe representative was pleasant when things are good but rude when i voiced my concerns.
I made an appointment based on the estimated purchase price of $49.99. Cool...not cool. Who puts standard oil in their new cars anymore? I had to negotiate then it set in a huge lot for 40 mins with nothing done before I had to ask for my keys back. Yes, I had an appointment. Didnt matter. Very poorly run - from Point of Sale to employees. Sad!

Ive leased 2 vehicles here and Ill likely get a third. Everyone is friendly and nice. The very first time I went, I met with salesman Rick Freeze. I was just asking for some numbers for a lease and he gave them to me, ON PAPER, and let me leave without the usual this deal is only good for today nonsense. I was able to walk out feeling like I wasnt going to be pressured into anything, and I wasnt. I went home, checked the math, it was all good, and called Rick the next day she told him my intention to get the car. It never got any harder than that.

It even has a huge flat screen television in the lounge room that are quite impressive. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Ive gotten my last three cars from this place. They have always treated me fairly. Sometimes they push a little too hard to get you to buy their extended warranties, but overall Ive not had a problem with anyone here. Their service department is also significantly better than what youd get if you just take your vehicle into the local garage. I definitely recommend these guys.

My Service Technician was very professional and honest. I thought I needed new brakes and was told that my brakes were fine. This saved me a lot of money. I also got advice that my tires needed to be replaced which I had done the following day. Keep up the good work!

I purchased a 97 Expedition here and drove it for 13 years -- best car I have ever owned. In 13 downsized to an Escape after spending two days test driving cars in both the Palm Springs and Indio dealerships. Love the car! Have had a few service issues and recalls but each was handled with courtesy and efficiency, providing shuttle or free car rental while working on my car. The owners of this dealership deserve kudos for building such a well run business with employees who are caring and respectful. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

After getting a few recall notices for my CX-7 I finally scheduled a time to bring my car in. I was dreading the whole journey as I live an hour away from the dealership. I let Tim (In charge of Customer Service & Scheduling) know my situation and he was kind and. courteous from start to finish. Due to the work needed to be done Mazda needed to keep my car for the day so he arranged for a rental (paid for by Mazda). He kept me informed of the repairs throughout the day and made the experience really fluid. Great Service!

We purchased a slightly used 2018 Mazda CX-5. We walked in with our own financing in place. Throughout the purchase process it was fine until the end. As we signed paperwork, my partner and I felt they tried to switch loan companies on us constantly tossing in things we were not interested in. We wanted to stay with our bank period. Once we insisted they stopped pressuring us to switch only then did we proceed. I wasnt going to say anything until it was time to bring the vehicle in for a retrofit service that was negotiated. We had an appointment and upon arrival no one new anything about the service. Luckily the service Manager Danielle was there at the time and took charge of the situation. We received a loaner while the service was done which took a couple days. Upon receiving the vehicle back, freshly waxed as agreed, we noticed a new paint chip the next day. Unfortunately we were out of town and could not take the time to get the vehicle back right away. We called Danielle and sent her the pictures. No reply, my partner followed up, and still no reply. I feel this has been swept under the rug. I week later we received a call back and in it went again, loaner was issued.. So our beloved Mazda is back. We are happy. But this experience will definitely have us try Fiesta Ford next time.
I called for an appointment and Tim who has been my service advisor since I purchased my Mazda3 new in 2014, met me at the appointed time was friendly and reviewed the necessary service with me. I waited during the service in the customer waiting room which is the best waiting room I have ever seen as it is clean and comfortable. The dealership also has drivers if you need a ride. The service was performed and my car was ready as promised. Since my car was clean, I skipped the free car wash paid for the service and was on my way. I could have my car serviced close to my home but I trust them and they do good work. If your looking for a car or service I give them my highest recommendation..
The service department is great. Tim Marsh is very helpful and even took time to ride with me and listen to all my concerns before they took my CX-5 in for service on the transmission. They also gave me the use of a great loaner while mine was in the shop. And, when I accidentally left my garage door opener in the loaner car, Tim tracked it down and kept it for me until I could retrieve it a week later. Treated very well there and recommend them.
Purchased a new Mazda mx5 and bring it in regularly for service. Frank my service advisor is a great guy and tries his best to get me in and out of there. BUT, two hours for and oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous and unheard of. I understand there is no money in oil changes but do you want me to come back for brakes and other services. You are missing the boat guys and I’m gonna start filling out the Mazda surveys the way I need to to hopefully wake all of you up. I also want to add that I receive coupons from Mazda corporate days after I get my vehicle serviced. What sense does that make especially when you raise prices and don’t have the courtesy of tell me. Overall, except for the service Frank provides the dealership gets a ZERO.
Went in looking to trade in my car, spoke to Michel Sarge Riley (great guy), a lot of experience. Looked at a couple F-150. I first went in looking for a 3.5 Eco boost or a 5.0 V8. I told Michel I wasnt so sure how I felt on the 2.7 Eco boost. Tested bot the 2.7 ecoboost and 5.0 liter V8. Without question that 2.7`s acceleration is was bought me. There is no comparison when it comes to acceleration. decided the 2.7 was the one for me, since the heaviest thing I will ever pull is a 2000lbs trailer loaded with 2 ATV`s Talked some numbers, Michel is very knowledgeable on the product. drove out on my new F-150 home. Next morning at light of day I noticed a minor scratch on my driver side rear door, called up Michel told him I didnt do it since I went straight home, and into the garage, and the scratch did not seem to be new, Michel told me not to sweat it, to bring it back and they will buff it off free of charge. I will be taking it back this weekend.I love me new truck, and the service the provide at Palm Springs Motors. Will definitely come back to them when ready to buy again.

My dad and I went into the dealership to check out prices on a new truck. Once we were parked, we already had an employee walk up to us to help us out. His name was Louie and he was very nice, he showed us a couple of trucks and then took us out for a test drive. Like with any car dealer, it takes some negotiating to get the right price and payments, but everybody in the dealership was helpful and willing to work around our needs. It was a very smooth process of picking out the truck, negotiating, and signing paperwork, they even threw in some hats [my dad is a huge hat person], a carwash, and a few tanks of gas. I will definitely be returning for my upgrade on my Ford Focus.

I bought a Lincoln MKS 2011 in 2014. I am very happy with the car and its performance. In addition, I went for an oil change recently, and, as usual, the staff were most congenial, helpful and thorough. The oil change and all the things they checked was faster than I expected. The care person in charge of my visit even brought my car keys and car up to the Lincoln Lounge from the repair area. Lincoln Lounge was clean and attractive with TV, coffee and wifi. (OK, Ill stop now because this is beginning to sound like a commercial but its all on the level.)

They both were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the best part was that the first price they gave us (a great deal) never changed. No miscommunications or other slight of hand/smooth talking that brought the price up, and they even threw in a few extra features we didnt originally agree upon! We were definitely impressed, and we will be back.
Gotta say horrible customer service, after being there for about an hour they ran my info tell me what to look for but not right now because were closing soon. I even found a similar model car advertised online cheaper on their web page and they wouldnt even show it to me. My previous experiences with reputable dealerships would work till midnight with you to get a sale.

My first impression was honestly not positive. After having my car serviced I quickly changed my opinion. Rick was attentive and kept me up to date on the status of my car. The lounge was comfortable as well. They washed and vacuumed my car when they were done as well. The little things make a big difference.

This dealership is small, rude, and broke. I made a handsome offer on a new 2014 Mazda s grand touring with technology package. The price I offered was their STICKER PRICE. They then told me that they wouldnt make enough and to go home. They insulted my trade, my down payment and then asked me 15,000 dollars over their sticker price. It is insane. One day later I did 5,000 dollars better than their sticker (and obviously was not insulted by another 15,000 dollars for no reason) at a dealership in Long Beach. Do not go here, the staff does not know anything about car values, trims, trades or equity. They dont even know the meaning of cash! horrible experience.
Good experience and fairly easy decision to buy. Sales team were great and buying process quick and easy. Definitely a business I could recommend to others without hesitation.

Engine overheated in my 12 year old T Bird and had it towed to Palm Springs Motors for repair.Supervisor Lee kept me informed of the progress regularly and in 4 working days the car was returned to me with a new thermostat and running like new.Not a cheap repair - but a confident one.
My experience was great! A young man named Jordan helped me right when I got to the lot. I hate pushy sales guys but he was awesome. He was friendly and funny and showed me a few F150s which is what I was looking for. We found one with everything I wanted AND the color I liked. Jordan made the whole experience smooth and pleasant (not like most car dealers). When we were getting ready to sit down with his sales manager to sign the papers my wife called and she was GOING INTO LABOR!! Before I rushed out of there Jordan told me he would make sure he would have the truck for me when I come back and would still give me the same deal. If you go for body repairs, talk to Art Molina. Hes the manner and awesome at his job. Fir sales, deal with Louie. Hell do anything to make you the best deal and doesnt apply the salesman pressure.

Recently had a roll over accident in a Ford F-150 after a blow out - lucky to be alive but even luckier to have found Palm Springs Motors. After my accident and for the next 10 days my husband did a lot of research of other Ford vehicles as we knew we wanted another Ford (Ford indeed builds tough trucks - Im living proof). When Ford Motor Company heard my story they offered us a special discount which we were not expecting. After all the research my husband did and checking Consumer Reports we headed out to Palm Springs Motors. We are not from this area but after all his research, thats where my husband wanted to start and we were looking for a Ford Escape. Joe Nicholas from sales helped us out and showed us around and my husband test drove a couple of their Escapes. We were sold. So Joe did his magic and when he came back out with an offer that included 0% interest and some additional incentives we were definitely impressed. We didnt have a trade in - I had totaled that F-150 but we did have a little left from the insurance settlement (not much) and yet they were able to put us in a new Ford Escape with everything we could hope for. When we signed the final papers with Max Tallon he explained everything to us and in fact, we went back to him today with a question and he took time to explain it to us. We are very impressed with Joe, Max and the staff of PS Motors and thank you for making what started out to be an awful experience and putting us back into a Ford!

I came in from the Los Angeles area to visit and have been searching different dealerships. I plan to purchase a new vehicle either the end of this year or early next. I told the salesman Louie that I was just looking and he was so nice and patient about it. He didnt seem bothered at all and answered all questions I had. Ive been to other dealerships and the min I mention Im not planning to buy till later in the year, they immediately get impatient. Brought my Vehicle in for service (check engine light)... Unfortunately the gas cap wasnt seating, so it required a new one. Fortunately it wasnt a sensor issue which could have cost much more. Juan Sanchez was my service advisor and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. Although I chose to stay at the dealership, they offered a free shuttle to take me home or to grab a bite to eat while my car was being worked on. They even washed my car and really took care of me. Thank You Palm Springs Motors for a great experience.
My younger brother has been looking for a car for some time now. As you know, finding an affordable car as a full time college student working a part time job can be a rather difficult situation. Taking our due diligence, we found ourselves at Palm Springs Motors. Rick Clark was the guy who approached us and took care of business. Rick was very professional without feeling like it was a high pressured sale. I was very impressed with the organization on how they took care of their customers in general. Regarding the sale of the Mazda 3, its economically sound and it drives like a dream....very beautiful car.
