Very bad service.Service Advisor Justin really needs to look at corporate to get some training on how to take care of customers.Had me running all over the place and honestly it turned out that the shoddy work that they did was the cause of it all.Im not used to receiving bad service from a dealership. I appreciate when people are straight shooters. I would never again visit this location.Definitely, will not recommend anyone to work with Justin.The work that I was charged $900 plus two more estimates of $5k and $600. But it turn out to be a $600 total. How do I get from 6k plus to just a $600 fix???...Once again Justin Service Advisor. That shouldnt even be his title.Over tightened Broken spark plugs were the problem.
Palm Springs Nissan is always very nice the employees there a wonderful theyre very hopeful and they do their best to help you with whatever you want thank you employees you make it a wonderful experience every time I come💞

A service that should have been only 4 hrs. with dia. and replace of part. is still ongoing 6 hr. later. I think the technician should not get distracted. other people were waiting shorter times but were not happy with the service.

They do not offer you transportation service and in the Nissan tower they even offered me a crane to go x the car and they lent me a rental car, I left them at their discretion
