I recently bought a new Volvo from this dealership. Unfortunately there was an issue with the car that I couldnt take delivery of the car on the day I signed the contract. However, this dealership went above and beyond to get the issue resolved. I think they really put the customers satisfaction as their #1 priority. I really appreciated their help on the purchasing process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Volvo.

This dealership is the most organized that I have ever dealt with. They answered all of the questions that we had and didn’t play games with the price of the automobile. Our salesman, Michael Deeb, was fantastic. Even after we purchased the car, he was checking with us to ask how we liked the car, did we have any questions, was there anything that we needed. Eric the finance manager was so easy to deal with. No surprises and very easy transaction. We love our new XC40 Recharge SUV. This dealership deserves a five + star review.

These guys made the process of buying a car the best experience I have EVER had and I’ve bought many. Tony was our first contact (via telephone). We were looking at a car they had on-line and within 30 mins, Tony had put together an offer, financing and had us ready to go before we set foot on their lot. Scheduling service appointments is not easy as the Service Department apparently doesnt check voice messages. Normally takes 2 or 3 calls to get hold of someone. When service was done and they were doing the car wash, no one came to get me when it was ready . I think I ended up waiting an extra 20 - 30 minutes and ended up checking with service myself to find out my car was ready.

From start to finish our salesman, Steve, was great! He kept us informed about each step of the way. He was courteous, friendly and professional. Everyone there was very friendly. Steves follow up is great!

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle at INFINITI Palm Springs in September 2021 and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. This was my first time buying a car in thirty years and going in, I was beyond anxious. Sales Associate Davina Lessor-Salinas was always on time, authentic, professional and knowledgable in walking me through my purchase. She calmly and confidently answered all the questions I had, even when I asked them twice. She went out of her way to accommodate me and get me through the process. Her follow-up call after I had the car a few days was greatly appreciated, and part of her down to earth manner in dealing with customers. Finance Manager Erik Nielson was expert at registering my car, breaking down the multiple forms I had to sign and explaining the dollars and cents of my purchase in a way I could understand. What I thought would be a tortuous and time consuming enterprise turned out to be not only fun, but I got a great car, thanks to Davina and Erik.

My xc40 lease expires this summer. I have vigorously searched for another vehicle and have returned to Volvo Palm Springs for another xc40. Due to the economic uncertainty at this time and supply and demand there was very little options this summer shopping for a new vehicle. The main reason to return to Volvo Palm Springs was the wonderful service department managed by Rob and the excellent and professional skills of Marissa in the sales department.I am currently setting up all the bells and whistles on my new xc40. I am having a problem with the engine start and stop I have disabled the function but the car continues to stop at a light as does the air conditioning - not good in Palm Springs area. Any advice is this a maintenance issue or a software update issue?

The service department provides excellent customer service. The service manager is extremely helpful and actually cares about his customer. In this time, it is hard to find people who cares about their customers, Robert does.

The salesperson was very nice. He explained a lot about the functions of the car. Didnt put any pressure on us.

They have a great service department with awesome customer service, even the sales associate was very nice! Unfortunately purchasing a car through them was not a smooth transaction. The team they have working once your done with the sale associate was not very friendly which made an exciting purchase feel just frustrating and unpleasant.

I had one of the best car buying experiences Ive had at VOLVO Cars Palm Springs. I was hesitant to make a switch after having a Mercedes for 7 years. My salesman Tony was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. He helped me make an informed decision for a car that is a good fit for me at a fair price within my budget. I am now very happy with my purchase. The rest of the team was also a pleasure to work with. They were very friendly and helped answer all of my questions. They made my car buying experience very quick and straightforward unlike other dealerships I have been to in the past. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone purchasing a new or used car.

Worked with Lewis over the last month as we were considering replacing our Mercedes. Lewis answered all the questions and provided some valuable insight to the Volvo line. Lewis showed great patience in this long process and I never felt pressured. When we finally made the drive out to Volvo Cars Palm Springs we discovered that the same excellent customer service and the inventory had plenty to choose from. Color, Options Etc..We originally were interested in the XC90 but drove off in the V90, Blistering Blue R Design. Truly one of a kind thanks to how it was ordered by the General Manager. They were fair on the price and finance was able to meet terms. I cant say enough on how we were treated and what a great buying experience it was. The only thing that could top this is driving the V90 everyday.Thanks to everyone at Volvo Cars Palm Springs.

We purchased our certified used V90 Cross Country on May 23, 2020. We had 2 very different experiences. One prior to purchasing the vehicle and the other after. The bad experiences are remembered far better than the good. Steven was great! He showed us the car and helped us with financing. He was definitely 5 star worthy. Davina (the tech specialist/salesperson) took over from Steven. She had great communication, tended to our needs, answered questions, and even delivered the vehicle to Upland. Three days later we reached out to Davina regarding a defect in the car. We sent pictures and video at her request. She was going to discuss it with the parts and service manager. We heard nothing back from her for three days so we reached out again. She said shed get back to us. One week later, still no response so we contacted her again. The following day she responded and told us the service manager Rob would get back to us. Nine days later we still had not heard from Rob so we contacted Davina again. She let us know that the part had been ordered and that theyd be calling us shortly to schedule service. On June 30th (2 weeks later) she updated us that the part was in and it was sent off to paint in order to match our vehicles color. That was the last update. Its been over 6 weeks! What was supposed to be a quick fix has taken nearly 3 months. Davina went out of her way to get the sale but dropped the ball when that commission was made. Very poor customer service.

We live in Colorado and bought our car from Volvo in Palm Springs! They had the exact car we were looking to buy so I called the dealership. They were so helpful in completing an out of state purchase! Tony was our sales representative and he was so helpful in answering all of our questions and facilitating the sale. When we flew to get the car we met their friendly staff and buying our car was so effortless!

Edit: and as I said Youre shady sales tactics are unwelcome and the way you handle customers is just bad. Coming back to a review MONTHS later to make a comment is only proof that I was right to walk away from your shop. Good luck with your garage/storage lot.I came in four times when they dropped the price on a Vehicle (57k to 56.5k to 55k, etc...) and each time got the same out the door price.Sales Manager cant keep his story straight and refuses to honor deals.They must be in the business of holding on to Trucks because that dude is running an absolute professional garage.On my way to buy a Truck at a muchHigher Markup and it is 100% the fault of this Garage Manager you keep in sales.

They had the part I needed in stock that was a plus. Easy in and out also.

I emailed them about a car that I found on cars.com, then went to their site to do more research. Got a response back that the car is no longer available. But Steve Starbuck emailed me other options. Became interested in one of the options he sent over. He said they would discount it an additional $3500 to help with the negative equity in my trade. I wanted to do as much as possible before driving out from LA. Went back and fourth over the monthly payment because they kept coming up higher. When I started doing their numbers in an auto calculator it was coming out without the discount of $3500. Brought this to Steve’s attention and he said the discount was a computer error despite him specifically saying in an email that the manager gave the discount of $3500 (see picture). Not sure if this is specific to Steve, dealer or both. But we had emailed over 3 days and on the third day the car that was no longer available was still listed on cars.com and their website (screenshot attached).***replying to their response***I’m sure you do prefer to talk ok the phone. That way there’s no documentation of what you’re saying. Your slogan should be, If you’re not impressed with our bait and switch, we will blow you away with our tricks and bullsh!t.

Everything, from the valet pickup service to making sure my car was washed to the detailed review of service completed, was excellent! I have never felt so comfortable with a service done on a vehicle nor as taken care of as I do with Volvo service! TOP NOTCH!!

I highly recommend Volvo of Palm Springs. I had been shopping around for a car for a few months, mostly on CarGurus. When I did go to a dealer I was left feeling that they were running a scam, they were dishonest and the pricing was not what it was advertised. A friend of a friend recommended Volvo of Palm Springs so i reached out to them. Steve Starbuck contacted me back within a half hour and we agreed on a time to meet. The car was beautiful and exactly the price they said it would be, no upcharges! They gave me a really fair trade in price for my old Volvo and the whole thing was done in a couple of hours. I love my new car and I feel like I got a great price for it, even 6 weeks later. Steve still checks in with me to see if Im happy. This is a no bs dealer and they deliver what they say. Just had a wonderful experience here. We phoned the Service Department on Monday with a concern and Rob managed to get us an appointment the next day. We took our vehicle in and in a very short time they had the problem solved. The lounge facilities were excellent and all the staff were friendly and professional. Thanks in particular to Rob for his outstanding customer relations skills. He made our service experience a pleasure. We highly recommend Volvo Palm Springs.

I have gone to other Volvo service centers for work and felt like I might as well been at a 3rd rate tire shop with how I was treated. Rob in the Palm Springs service center is the best you could ever ask for! this man is at the top of his game and has always gone out of his way to make sure my family and I are well taken care of. I honestly dont understand why this man hasnt been promoted yet. Myself as a Manager is constantly looking for people like Rob that I could move up in the hopes that his infectious attitude, superior knowledge, and work ethic could be used to train the next generation of service staff members. Talked to Elias about purchasing a car found through Autotrader on 8/4. I accepted his offer on 8/6 pending inspection by an independent agent. Dealer rescheduled my inspector 5 times over two weeks. If you dont want to sell a car dont list it.

Rob and the entire staff are always very pleasant. I usually book routine maintenance online which is easy and convenient, or call to set up appointment if something else is going on. Whoever I am dealing with always does a great job of communicating what’s going on, how much it will cost, how long it will take and if there is any changes to the plan. Great waiting area with coffee bar and snacks.

Tried to schedule service on the site. When I get to picking a date the site crashes and I get the hour glass forever. When I call, its impossible to get a live person in the service department.As far as buying, I test drove one model one time. I indicated to the salesman that I was interested in autopilot feature of the S90. He kept me waiting to find a car with that feature. Later on I found out that ALL S90s have that feature.We went on the road, but he was clueless of what buttons do what functions. I watched a Youtube video before coming and I figured how to work the car on my own...Not my favorite dealership

Time to update this review. Previous experience with this dealer was not good. More recently I have received excellent service from the Volvo service department and had a good experience when my car was at the end of its lease and I purchased the car through the dealer. The showroom is still a little funky being shared with Infinti which is not an obviously compatible brand for Volvo. Had good a experience with sales staff recently so things have definitely improved here.

So they moved, good job in transition. Service dept. kept it together. Rob is nothing short of a miracle. I purchased an extended warranty pkg, with my wagon. Best investment Ive made. but you need someone reliable to administer it. I love my wagon, the Sleeping Beast. up and down our mountain constantly. NOT freeway miles. Regardless, any time theres been an issue. not a problem, Consider it fixed. Ive never been to a dealership like this one. Five stars, not enough. BEST service ever

I have now been here three times.. and every time you go in you get different rates for the same car and the same model.. first time the visit was ok.. the second time I went in the regular sales rep was not there and the sales person who took me out didnt know much about the car. The Third time I went in they went up over $300 dollars a month for the same car I came in for 20 days before.. they said it was interest rates..the showroom needs help, there is no sense of privacy what so ever.. and the cars are lined up in a line, no sense of design what so ever.. looks like they just put up a wall and threw some desk in there..

Came I to look at a car advertised on Auto Trader. Was told by the salesperson that the car I was looking for was the owners personal vehicle. When I asked when the car would be on site, the salesman said, we never know, he’s the owner. Terrible answer. Don’t list the car if it’s not really for sale.

Great purchase experience - easy to work with, very satisified.We were in the market for the 2019 XC40 and while not close to us, Volvo Cars Palm Springs had the colour we were seeking, with all the features (plus a few extra). We initially contacted the onsite manager by phone, Lewis McDonald. I explained that we were serious but didnt want to make the drive without solid numbers on the new car and the probable value of our trade in. He immediately quoted me a price on the new car that I knew was fair and competitive, and after about 15 mins got back to me on my trade in (solely based off VIN, features, and a fair description by myself). The trade in quote was also very fair, though clearly subject to change on arrival. Since this was getting late on a Saturday and they arent open on Sunday, we committed to driving out, and Lewis and his team committed to staying late. On arrival we were met by Lewis and one of the sales associates, Michael Fontana. Both were very personable and easy to work with. Quickly the trade in was reviewed in person and the estimated price was firmed up - no games. While Michael showed us the car, paperwork was prepared. Knowing that Michaels staying late caused him to miss some time with his family that he was set to visit gave us mixed emotions. We were thrilled with the level of service but felt guilty for keeping him late. The only feedback I would give to this team is that the finance manager is very young and lacks some of the interpersonal skills that the rest of the team has. He was also too salesy trying to add numerous insurance add-ons to the cost of the car. I would be concerned for younger, inexperienced buyers who may agree to many of these items because of the sales managers lack of full disclosure or pro/con debate and their lack of confidence to say no. Aside from that, I was very impressed with this dealer and team - primarily for their openness on pricing, fair dealing on the trade in and willingness to go the extra bit (stay late). No regrets - now two weeks later.

I took my Volvo in for oil change and they said I need a few things fixed I called to get a quote and 4 times I called and every time they going to call me and nothing and when they transferred me to service they pick up hang up and still never got a call Wichita ks Volvo is so awesome just love them miss them they helped me with everything they go beyond and over for there customer service Volvo here is the worst ever I do not recommended them to no one Wichita ks Volvo is the one I recommend to every one
