All I can say is WOW, everything went really smooth from start to finish. The communication was fluid, and the turn around time was much faster than anticipated.My service advisor was George, very punctual, funny and he takes care of his customers. Every time there is something wrong with my truck it takes them a week to get things figured out even minor stuff. I have brought my truck in for fixes that weren’t even addressed or fixed. One example of many was My 4x4 was out, they had my truck for a week just to tell me my 4x4 was fine, I took it to glamis and got stuck instantly with my 4x4 not working at all. Brought it back to them and they said yeah your right your 4x4 is not working. they had it for another week. Picked up my truck on a completely different service and now my truck is acting up and throwing engine lights etc. my service rep is fantastic and it’s not his fault it’s the service department and manager. I have submitted complaints, I have emailed, I have called and nobody seems to care. I even went as far as emailing the president or ceo of the dealership so he can know what’s going on In his dealership with no response. Pathetic. I take my companies Ford fleet to gosch Ford because I don’t trust Palm Springs. Sad. They obviously don’t care about their customers. Even the ones who spend 100s of thousands of dollars with them. Not to mention I can never get a loaner from them even pre pandemic. Gosch Ford in Temecula or hemet have never treated me like this. I suggest taking your business somewhere else.

Excellent!I was almost in front of the dealership, when I heard a couple of chimes. I looked at the read out, Annas is said Low Tire Pressure.I turned in, a very nice young lady immediately helped me.They took the car and inspected all tires, there was no problem, it was probably caused by temperature change and returned in 10 mins.Then two attendants helped me with operation of a couples of features.There was no charge and I pulled a happy Lincoln owner!

Went here to negotiate on a new Mustang Mach E EV car they are adding well over $10,000 to the MSRP (48,000.00) and saying that this what the market will bare due to low supply and high demand. I am reporting this to Ford Motor Company on Monday. They also told me that they will add this even if I buy one from the factory since you need to list a dealer for destination etc. to build one with Ford. Ford has a great product but can not control the corrupt dealer network. They also own Fiesta Ford and informed me that they will do the same even though they said they would not. I asked why they would lie to me and the salesperson said so they can control where you shop and buy but when car arrives they will jack up the price so we are just more transparent about our intentions. I am appalled by their tactics and need to alert potential customers about them. A news story needs to be published about this but since they are big advertisers might not ever happen

I always take my Ford Transit Connect to Palm Springs Motors Ford for maintenance service.The service is on time, and the service agents addresses your concerns, writes them down and discusses them with the maintenance workers and they resolve it!As a female customer, who is a novice with car maintenance and car parts etc., it is reassuring to go to a dealership and trust that your cars maintenence is also their priority. I want to thank the Allen Landon and his Palm Springs Motors team for making an experience I dreaded into a pleasant learning and buying event.I recently had the misfortune of getting in and accident that totaled my car. I need transportation and decided that I did not wish to deal with a private owner. I really needed the security of having a history on the car and since I was buying a used car, I wanted an extended warranty and also wanted someone I could contact in the event of complications with my purchase.I did my homework, considering on-line dealers and local dealerships and I looked at a lot of them. I finally dialed it down to one dealer which I ended up purchasing my car from, Palm Springs Motors.What impressed me about this team was their ability to listen to me and their willingness to work with me on my specific needs within my price range. Never trying to oversell me or lead me into another direction. They made looking and purchasing a car very comfortable and took a process I was not looking forward to into an enjoyable experience.Allen Landon was my main contact, and was very knowledgeable, courteous and never aggressive. If Allen was busy I spent a little time with both Justin and JZ, who were equally helpful and courteous.It is always good to shop around, we all want the best price at the best terms.If you are shopping for a car, I learned it doesn’t always have to be a haggle over price, just make sure one of your stops is Palm Springs Motors, if possible ask for Allen and tell him Armando sent you.Thanks Allen and thank you team for all their efforts.

I dropped my car off due to a check engine light. The code thrown was Fords cash-cow code (P0171), which is engineered to allow the dealers to milk the consumer for a litany of potential causes. I was charged a $165 diagnostic fee, which should have been named a guessing fee. The service writer told me that the problem was an upstream O2 sensor which I had already changed earlier in the year. They also wanted to charge me for two hours of labor to change the sensor, when the Ford book says the job should take 0.6 hours (36 minutes), and they wanted to charge me $179 for an O2 sensor that I had purchased from a national parts house (it had a Ford OEM part number) for $55. So, ultimately, I ended-up with a $165 complimentary car wash after they had my auto for an entire week. Avoid this service department like it was the plague.

I always am treated with a smile and a good morning. They listen to you and understand any situation you may have and give you recommendations. I work specifically with Nander but have had dealings with the other customer service representatives there. I have a small fleet of vehicles I manage for the Behavioral Health Center in Palm Springs. He works within the time constraints I have to make my mission of transportation streamline and not have any issues with delays in picking up any of my vans. He is professional and courteous at all time and a pleasure to work with! He is a great reflection of the team there at the Quick Lane section of the Ford Motor Dealership!!

Palm Springs ford has exceptional service and production flow. You follow the arrows into their covered drop off location. A person meets you at your car, checks you in, and you finalize what you want done just a few steps away. The operational flow process is superb. Nonetheless, I gave them fours stars because the price. You will pay a premium on labor and parts. I dont normally go to Ford, I have a much cheaper mechanic. However, in larger projects like A/C repair, transmission, or engine diagnostics, I trust Ford will back their craftsmanship. When it comes down to it...TRUST is what I am paying a higher price for. Trust, that the car carrying my family is going to safely get them from point A to Point B. I cant put a price on that.

After my 3rd attempt to have a blinker light bulb changed I was able to make that happen. I was the only person having a car worked on at 1:30 in the afternoon .The computer system was down so a hand written work order had to be prepared.At 2:50 the car was completed but the person manning the desk was talking about basketball with a new client until I asked at 3:15 if I could pay and go. I was told the computer system was still down but I could pay in cash and go... And was promised a receipt would be e-mailed the next day...4 days later still no receipt. We had an oil change service and thorough inspection performed on our vehicle and an issue was discovered that could have been very bad if not detected. I wasnt satisfied at all. My truck was kept for 3 weeks and once I got the truck back, after paying $2600, my AC would blow cold air for a few minutes then go back hot. I just wanted it done right the first time. Now I have to hope I can take it back and have it looked at and fixed. Such a inconvenience for me to have to double back. The technician shouldve made sure my truck was completely ready before releasing a half way complete service. Im very disappointed 😞

Brought my 2016 Mustang in for routine oil change and a check of all systems. Technician noted that everything was OK, making special note that the battery checked out fine. Imagine my surprise three days later to find that I had a dead battery! The AAA guy from whom I bought a new battery, said that it was unlikely that anybody at Ford had even looked at the battery, because it was so badly corroded that he couldnt make a connection with the jumper cables. He said that if Ford did, indeed, look at the battery, they should have cleaned the terminals. The battery was the original (!) and at 5 years old, I was concerned about its condition, so their assessment that everything was OK was a shocker. Oh, well, I love my convertible, and Ford (usually) takes good care of it/me.

We felt the MKC was the best one for our needs and we found the perfect color. My 2020 Explorer was not due tor service until August, but when I received a message from PS Motors service suggesting an appointment I decided to help them out with a quick appointment. When I arrived at the usual service location there were a lot of cars many with out of state licenses. The guy in the office told me to go to the β€œExpress Lube” location across the street. I thought: great! I love fast service! At that office the guy told us we had to leave the car, and it would take three hours at least to complete. Express? So I cancelled the appointment. This is a car that I leased at PS Motors. When I buy or lease a car at a dealership I expect to receive excellent service, if not I do NOT acquire the next car at that dealer! So, perhaps PS Motors is going through their post-COVID recovery. I will give them another chance to make me happy. If that one is bad, they are history! William, Rancho Mirage

I arrived on time for my appointment at 8:30 a.m. to have an oil change, etc. regular servicing of my contract. I have not driven as much as the attendant would like...I only drive 2 miles to work, 4 days a week...I have a beautiful 2020 Energi Fusion. So, they still needed to do work. I needed to be gone, if possible at 10:00 a.m., so at 9:45 I talked with the attendant and he said lets get you you an Uber to take you to work on time. The dealership overrode the engine light on the vehicle. I drove the car for 2 days (25 miles) when the check engine light came on. The code P020 and P030 addressed catalytic converters. That means that the car could not have been smoked prior to registration in Ca. I called the dealership and they said that the car had no warranty. But it’s a bigger issue than no warranty. It means that The Ford Dealership bypassed emission requirements in Ca and sold a car that they knew needed catalytic work. And illegally erased the the engine codes in order to register and sell the vehicle. Be very careful when buying a car from Palm Springs Ford.

Took car to Palm Springs Motors for oil change and tire inspection & rotation. I let service dept know that 1 tire was sounding like a rock was in the tread. They said they inspect the tires when they rotate them & will take care of it. I was first customer and waited for about 40-45 minutes. Next morning I had windows down & heard the same sound. They hadn’t addressed the issue. Said they were busy & I have to wait until everyone ahead of me was taken care of. They didn’t do the job right the day before which made me have to return so they would do it right this time. And wait hours??? I decided to go to America’s Tires & they saw me right away patched it inside & plugged it on outside too. NO CHARGE!!! I won’t ever use PS Motors Quick Lane again & will not recommend it to others due to their poor customer service.

Took my car in for 2nd time because it turned off on me in the middle of the road. Auto start message came on my screen telling me to put my truck in park and restart! I took a picture of the alert. They say they can’t duplicate the problem and when they plug the truck into their machine, that message doesn’t come up! WTH! So they can’t do anything about it. Not really happy with this outcome. Are they waiting for something bad to happen!!! Ugh! So frustrating!

When I bought the truck had the service put on the contract so when I picked up the truck I expected to drive out of the service dept. with out being charged, I found out the contract did not have the service on it,so I had to use the points that I got when I pick up the truck to pay for the service.I was told to go to financing to see what had happened, They said that they would check on It and call me. Pushy sales staff sit outside like vultures, waiting for their prey to show up (the customer).This dealership has zero cars available, only SUVs (and few of those). Poorly trained staff (they are not salespeople) try to guide you into something you did not ask for; a Mazda or used car.I was shown one vehicle that smelled like cherries. I found a scent packet on the back floor. They quickly changed their tune, telling me proudly that this car has a smoking package installed (they were trying to hide that fact). Why is that a feature when I have asthma, and wanted a NEW vehicle, not a USED one.I did not ask for this!This was my very first time in a Ford dealership and I really wanted to see what Ford was all about. I wanted to buy and gave them every opportunity to impress me. Now I understand why Fords stock price hovers around 10.00 per share. Lack of ethics, experience, training, communication skills and product.I voted with my feet and got out of there fast. If you go, I wish you better luck. Our appointment was for 8am. We were given a 3 hour wait time for what was needed on our SUV. George, our service man was nice and fun. He kept us updated on the progress.Update: So in a total of nine hours of waiting time with 4 new brake pads and 2 rotors, we finally got out of there. My husband said this was the worst Ford Center of them all. (4 stars to 1)So here it goes so hold on to your seat. While we waited in the lounge area mechanic (Osvaldo Delagado) walks in and some of the the guys behind the counter greet him. He greets them back very loudly. They ask why he was there and he tells them he stopped over in the service office and said hi to the guys over there and now hes over here getting ready to work on replacing rotors. Immediately, this caught my attention because I was wondering if he was our mechanic. He then laughs outloud how hes going to make a lot of money doing it. Then he tells them that the car hes working on is from out of state and the people are most likely vacationing. Then he yells out WELCOME TO PALM SPRINGS and laughs with his arms stretched out above him and everyone behind the counter starts laughing. I thought my husband heard all of this but he was sleeping.Later I told my husband what I heard, not knowing that he was getting mad. He wanted to confront this mechanic or a manager but decided I should since it may go down hill if he had to. So George, the nice service man mentioned above, drops off our car and I proceed to tell him what I heard. First I asked him the name of our mechanic and if he actually worked at that Palm Springs Ford Center. George smiled and looked at me surprisingly and I could tell that he didnt. I told him that he did this in the lounge not knowing that we were the owners of the car. George reassured me that he would take care of the matter. I hope he will stick to his promise.This mechanic had very bad customer service skills and never should have voiced his opinion to the other staff so that anyone in the lounge could hear it. He should have kept his mouth shut because you never know who might be listening and report it or do reviews like I do.

We needed to bring in our 2013 Fusion for a Recall Inspection, and all of the services previously performed were found to be in order. In addition, the Service Consultant, George Keith, was most helpful, courteous, and informative. Altogether, another very pleasant experience as is the norm with this Dealership!

Terrible experience. We made an appointment on the phone directly with a representative from this department. He offered 1:00, this worked for us so we set it. When we arrived we were told 1:00 was everyones lunch and would have to wait an hour. My husband asked why we were not told this when we set the appointment, the man just shrugged with no reasonable response. It took them 3 and half hours to change the oil. Our biggest regret is purchasing the warranty that offers oil change. We are very far from being satisfied with Palm Springs Ford. At this moment we would discourage any we know from buying a car there.

Met Mr. Wally at Ford in Palm Springs and he escorted me to a comfotable area while I waited for the maintenance work to be completed.At end of work I was given a paper showing that work was completed and all Ok.I had no problem with the wait or with the explanation of work done in the service dept.A top notch experience. AND...I love my Ford Escape 2019! Joan James

Im interested in getting a car and Im very close in walking distance of Palm springs Ford and I had spoken to someone online who was very Helpful his name was Ben Villarreal, who properly directed me to another gentleman who could assist me better Who was Bradley, but when I walked up to the Lincoln side of the dealership I was greeted by a gentleman right away and he was very polite as I asked for Mr.Bradley he told me Ill go and look for him with out any hesitation . Then I was properly invited in to the Office lobby where I noticed everything was Beautifully Neat and very maintained Mr.Bradley was very Helpful in every aspect, he provided me very good guidance and intel on all of my questions overall I had a good experience at The Palm Springs Ford .

Called up made an appointment to go there told them my truck was a 2003 f350 . When I got there they refused and said it was to old. They wanted my time I drove 70 miles to get there wasted my time gas money . Horrible customer service bot- phone and lot go to Indo instead. Bad staff and bad facility.

The dealership is fine. The service department needs to get their act together. Ford notified me of two factory defects/recalls. I made an appointment and asked if the parts were in stock. They assured me they were. I was on time for my 7AM (!) appointment only to be told they didnt have the parts.Update - theyve redeemed themselves! I was called when the parts for both recalls came in. They made all the repairs, changed my oil and washed my car in one day, and paid for Lyft to drive me back home while I waited. Very professional and courteous. Thanks, Nick and Palm Springs Ford.

I had the worse experience at Palm Springs Ford. I left my car with them for 8 days I had received two recall notices from Ford. I finally called them on the 8th day only to find out my car was parked on the lot - no work done. I decided to go and pick up the car only to discover the battery was dead and I had to have a jump. Never will I go to this facility again.

Worst dealership to purchase from, go elsewhere! I have always tried to stay away from this dealership as family members advised me to but decided to give it a try as they had a used vehicle that caught my attention. The brakes on this vehicle started to squeak the day after the purchase, not only that but the alignment was way off. The steering wheel shifted to one side. When I took it in for them to FIX it according to the used cars manager it is normal of the brakes to sound like that and the alignment was fixed but now it shifts to the opposite side. The used car manager at the dealership is PATHETIC. After spending over 30k on a vehicle they cant fix their issues, not even a week has passed by with this car and I already have to invest money into it. Really wish I could rate it 5 stars as the salesmen was awesome!

My name is Michael and I’ve been driving Ford pickups for the past 20 years. Initially it was a Sport trac and now for the past nine years a 5 literF-150 Lariat. I’m fairly sure that those sales people at the time did a fine job .....after all they both closed the deal. But, I met them each just the one time so I don’t think it was the sales experience that makes me a loyal customer. I think you already can guess where I’m headed.For the entire time I’ve owned my trucks I’ve come to Palm Springs Ford for all my service needs. Many, many more times than those original two sales experiences. There are several reasons I prefer dealer services ....obviously a dealer has the edge on equipment and documentation, but to me there is a much more important attribute ...It’s the service people....... and that is my motivation for this message.The care and consideration displayed by your front line service people hold the customer experience totally in their hands. In my opinion it is the single greatest component of competitive advantage that exists between all businesses.I recently brought my truck to Ignacio Cazares in your service department. The warranty coverage of this failure could have gone either way. Ignacio took the time to listen to my long term issue with my Sync system. Then he asked the head of the service department, Brian Buckley to get involved as to how best remedy my dilemma. Their exemplary concern for the customer was immediately evident. I really felt like I had an advocate to make my case with Ford. To the credit of these gentlemen they took the time and made the extra effort to facilitate a very successful and happy ending to my situation.I’m sure you are already well aware of the importance and value added by your Service Department. I can assure you it is this type of care and concern for the support of your customers that will bring me back next year to purchase my next F-150. Please take a moment to acknowledge these two fine representatives of Palm Springs Motors. I’ll be sharing this experience with friends for months to come because loyalty should be reciprocated.Thank you Ignacio and Brian...And thanks to Palm Springs Ford.

Needed a turn signal bulb replaced on our 2002 T-Bird. Made an appointment and was only charged for the part. AND they washed the car! All done in less than an hour. Great service, they have handled all maintenance issues successfully plus a great deal on new tires.

I would like to take this opportunity to offer my compliments to the professionalism of Service Advisor Raphael. Guzman at Palm Springs Ford-Lincoln.Wednesday, May 26th, while waiting in the Customer Lounge at Palm Springs Motors QuickLane, I observed him as he interacted with a most difficult customer.The customer was inconsiderate, rude, belligerent, unkind and pretty much an all around shrew.Β  He addressed her professionally, patiently explaining the mask requirements in the facility, advising her that she had cut in line in front of other customers, and needed to please move her car that she had parked in a fire lane blocking the entrance/exit to the building.Β  (I observed her park in the fire lane in front of the door across from 20 empty parking spaces).Raphaels patient, firm and magnanamous approach towards the cretinous customer was a lesson in diplomacy; and his de - escalation of the situation is to be commended.Β  Kudos for having such an individual on your team.In addition, he was most thorough as a service advisor explaining recall notices and other issues regarding my 2013 Ford Flex.Β  I will gladly seek out Palm Springs Ford for future service needs (and car purchase when the time comes) and will recommend the dealership to friends.

My Ford Escapes battery died with a year and half left on the warranty. Ignacio took care of it no problem. My wife and I have been coming to Palm Springs Motors since 2012, and their outstanding customer service is why we continue to come back. We have purchased our last three vehicles from PSM, and will continue to do so.
