No test drive cars available so hard to know how they feel. The staff was friendly though and helpful. Like the straightforward sales model.
I would give them a negative rating if I could. After being a customer for over 3.5 years with two Tesla cars, you would think the customer service team would offer solutions to a problem. Instead they wanted to charge $1800 for one wheel that I had to tow at my expense to a wheel repair store that did it it under $140. No options provided by Tesla. Take it or leave it! I hated their noncaring attitude without an iota of caring to offer any other solution. Did I mention that this was the fourth flat in 8 months? None of my other cars- BMW, Porsche or Mercedes had this terrible service attitude. Do your own homework and dont believe everything they say at the service center!
My Model 3 is everything I expected AND more!! Beyond happy with my purchase. The team at the Palm Springs service center has also been great.

Nothing but great things to say! Ash and April both have been amazing! Ash is on top of it from answering all 3000 of my questions to walking me through where my kids will sit. She’s got more patience then most teachers. That’s a rare find! The great ones never last they move on to better things. I just wish others had her passion and care!
Worst seller in the world! Never buy anything from them! My husband and I ordered a Model Y, paid $ 100, waited two months. When the car was finally at the dealers and we applied for a loan in the Tesla system, through which the registration takes place, we saw that the loan for the purchase of this car was denied to us. The spouse canceled the order after he saw that we were refused. An hour after that we got a call from the bank, asked for our information and approved the loan! Today we called the seller and asked to reopen our order. The seller said that this is not possible and that we again have to pay $ 100 and wait 2 months !!! The automatic system of the seller misled us, and the seller just makes a helpless gesture! You are the worst!

It was a great experience at the end because of Alain and Jair. Also because of Samuel H of Tesla Brea Mall. Should I buy another EV car I will definitely go back to Tesla of Palm Springs and look for Alain L and Jair T both are great operations advisors. They both have a huge patience in dealing and aiming to win a customers confidence in buying their new EV car. They both helped me and my husband finalized the sale and take home our new 2021 Tesla Model Y. Alain is so thorough, promt, clear in his explanations and he really goes extra mile in helping customer with their concerns/questions. He was not the usual Yes or No answer on a questions and say a big capital AFTER that lead to a customer to turn their back and not trust the advisor that they landed too. Alain and Jair are both the go team when you have concerns/questions with your purchase at Tesla Palm Springs. Very nice Operation Advisors and very helpful. Thank you so much for helping us. Before and after we got our car both of your are still willing to help and answers questions we may have. That is really a great customer service. You both are an asset to the company. The staff at the Cathedral City Service Center were wonderful, especially Damian (service advisor) along with his assistant manager. They went beyond my expectations to resolve a matter with the dashboard, backup camera, hardware upgrade and wheel alignment. Damian was very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. He personally inspected my vehicle to make sure all repairs were done correctly and charged to 90% before I picked it up. Thank you again Damian and Cathedral City Tesla Service Center staff.

To whom it may concern,I arrived at the service depart at 1:45pm for my 2:00pm appointment. I set in the waiting room until 2:45pm before getting up and asking an associate what was going on. Where I was explained that no one communicated that I was in the waiting area. My vehicle still had not even been looked at so I asked for them to pull my car out of line and I would be going home. Worst service ever experienced since owning my tesla and super irritated with the entire situation thank you for wasting 2 hours of my time.Larry Rhodes

Following the purchase of new Tesla Model 3, I made a service appointment to have an annoying chirpy squeak resolved, a scratched headlight assembly replaced, and a performance spoiler installed on the rear. At first, I was told the car would have to be kept for 4 days and I expressed concern not only about the length of time but that I wanted the car kept inside at night. First response by text was that this was unlikely, that they were extremely busy and short-staffed, and there was limited space inside to keep the car. I pursued by phone and text, allowed it to be held overnight and then went to the service center the next morning. I cannot speak highly enough about my service rep, DAMIEN NUNEZ, who was immediately pleasant, polite, and professional. He kept an audio file I provided of the squeak and somehow managed to expedite my needs so that I was able to get the car back late that afternoon. Kudos also to the technician that diagnosed and resolved the squeak issue by removing and replacing the inside driver door panel that was not properly aligned at the manufacturing point in Fremont. Tesla service gets a lot of bad raps on social media, I see, so I am pleased to be one new owner who is not only thrilled with my purchase but also glad to have a good first experience in the service department. Poor service I wanted to purchase a model Y today. But everyone was busy chatting together.I was profiled imho because I was wearing jeans and a t-shirt.Whats worse is this location seems to be the only service close to Palm Desert. Meaning if I need service where do I go besides this place?

Terrible Service! Has dealt with this service center three times, and every time, below average. First I could not get through to service center for the longest time, then they provided an extension.Brought the car in the first time and advisor was not personable and outright standoffish.I was given the car back some issues sustaining and never communicated. I had to call back to reschedule.Second time, dropped off the car and 7-hours later when I picked up the car - literally nothing was done on the car, I mean they didn’t even touch it, and I was given the car back as if they had fixed it and nothing was communicated to me, upon checking issue was still there. I sent an email to Associate manager, on Jan 3rd (same day I picked up the car) and no response for 4 days, and I had to call back to remind her to check her email and call back with a resolution. My car issue is still on-going - and there is no resolution in sight. I will update my experience once I get a resolution. But so far I have been very disappointed with my experience.
The experience was so easy. I walked in, signed and document and drove away 5 minutes later.
My experience at Tesla was great up until the delivery part they were so unorganized when it came to my delivery date and time there were delays that wasnt communicating to me till the last minute after arriving so I wasnt too happy about that.

Stopped in to give the Model 3 another look. It is so much more pleasant to go into a Tesla showroom versus traditional car dealers. Why oh why didnt they make the model Y before the 3?

You cant even get ahold of them for service. Their voicemail says use your app to set up the appointment, but I had questions regarding the part and installation before I drive an hour to their service center. Had to go to a different Tesla service center.

I have been going there for over a year and service is exceptional. Hector Reynoda Service Advisor ..always greets you with a smile and always keeps you informed on status of my service. I have reservations in for the Model X. SUV just knowing service is done right the first time every time.
My service advisor was Nin Garcia. Dont assume she will return your voicemails or texts. Car was returned later than promised and I was not updated. Never happened to me before with any other car maker. Car was not washed or vacuumed either. Who does that? Not to mention, my Model S was not charged either-had only 85 miles to go when I picked it up.

Super friendly and attentive dedicated employees. Hector the service manager spent an hour with us to check out the model3 (delivery car,was just allowed to walk around). Even its not a sales shop i was treated as as a potential buyer, they understood that people wanna see the model 3 before ordering,knowing that almost no sales store has one to look at. Hector answered all the questions and after we left were generated a preorder that day! Thanks tesla for changing the future!Update year2020:I am a Tesla owner and went to the cathedral service center for my first service spring 2020. I was talking to the manager Kelly, the foreman Chris and the technician Adrian. I received exceptional service and was treated like a family member. They are scheduled to be open on Saturdays. I had an emergency situation where I needed a new key fob battery. I called and stopped by during business hours and there was no one to help me. Really disappointed.
By other reports, sounds like a great service center. But the chargers there are not high speed (48A, 18mi/ hr)
My Model S was in a body shop nearby. It was supposed to go to the service center for alignment. I requested Hector for a service that was due and prepaid when it came for alignment. He promised to call me when the car came in. My car came in and underwent realignment but never got serviced. Never got a call from Hector either. I called them repeatedly-always got a voicemail. Wrote them an e-mail-never got a reply. Hopefully my car has been to this service center for the last time.

We are purchasing a tesla here and getting screwed!! At first they are friendly and great customer service than you get shafted!!!!Let me explain..So my husband has been looking for a tesla specific model and finally found the one he wanted.We where going to trade our audi q5 hybrid and our porscha 911 for it. They gave us great quotes at first and then after he puts his 2,500 deposit down they gave him a low appraisal for the audi! Before the deposit the appraisal was sitting at 25,000 then after appraisal they said 15,000 I was like how the hell did it drop 10 thousand dollars!?????So then I took the audi to carmax which I got appraised at 24,000 so there you go tesla!!!You suck at appraisals and keeping your word all you want is peoples money and then tell them screw you in their face after.Then either you go through the purchase or get screwed 2,500!!!!!!
