Nice store. If you need some delicious cake any size this is the place. Their fried fish is good. You should try it.

Prices here are very competitive. I seem to get more for my money here than anywhere else. Their shelves are well stocked. Produce is fresh. I love getting lamb chops here! Ask to get them cut fresh. They are very nice and accommodating.

Wonderful place clean staff is courteous Ive gone to Harry Teeters in Food Lion and Im originally from Brooklyn I move to Florida and I deal with Publix there Im not being biased went to heritages and Food Lion getting likes and things especially with the deli to meet Once Upon books they asked me how I liked the Coco cut if it was thin enough if I like to try a slice they also have a market Crown chop meat that they do in-house from the trimmings which is like old school you wont be disappointed and of course the street theres a place called poppies looks like tiny house and does Cuban food really good and a pizzeria from New York or brothers in the Publix Shopping Center thumbs up

Bakery did an AWESOME job with my daughter’s cake 😊 All she asked for for months was a unicorn cake for her birthday, and this was perfect 🙌🏼 And as always, tasted DELICIOUS. She was so excited when she saw it. All of us might’ve had extra slices, too 😂🤤 THANK YOU! 10/10 will be back for future birthdays 😊

What a great Deli Manager! Josh! Very professional and great attitude!! I arrived at the store early because I was in the area and decided to stop in for the very first time. I love any deli in a store! I heard of the Publix food so I wanted to try. It was early so not quite set up, I told the deli manager Josh what I needed as he made sure I was the first to get exactly what I ordered and conveyed that to the other employees. I walked the store and picked up other items as I waited, When my order was finished, it was brought out to me and I was thanked and invited back. This store was extremely Clean, organized and Recovered!!! I have been talking about my experience since that day and have had feedback from friends and family about their visit!! I found my new deli store!!! Can’t wait to try their subs !!!

There are many supermarkets around here, and this is the one I choose. The people are friendly and helpful. It just seems like a happier store to be at than the others.

A little on the high side over all comparable to Harris Teeter. Publix brand Cola is weak in cola flavor in comparison to Coke Pepsi and RC, but their Root Beer is a 5 out of 5. Full bodied, lots of thick foam and not overly sweet. You may be able to tell that I only buy store brand drinks at Publix. Thats all I can really afford, except for their deli sandwiches are very good and reasonably priced.

This is my favorite store. Love the setup, variety, each staff welcomes with a smile and is most welcoming. I also love checking the cooking corner and getting inspiration to cook at home. Great team and experience! And the flowers at the entrance always make my day! What I also find useful is how things are arranged and appropriare rows are labeled. Very helpful.The pharmacist is very helpful. He didn’t wait until I was looking for him, he just appeared next to me in the most natural way and helped replenish my emergency kit with options up to my budget!Appreciate such a corporate culture. Be it a manager or an employee they all seem to operate in the same spirit. Often you’d see their manager helping associates and if there is no staff member, someone would be there to help out.The staff always so attentive and that service with helping get the cart to the car, even in rainy or cold weather, is so special!

Whats not to love about Publix? Great selection. Only Italian bread in town that has the crispy crunchy crust but is so light and not dry on the inside.

I enjoy going to this grocery store. Good prices on most items. Deli and meat area prices are high to me but otherwise a good place to get all types of foods.

Easy to order, shopper communicated well while he was shopping and they brought the order out fast and that person was very friendly. They just messed up on item on my list. I ordered regular Havarti but got Havarti with Dill (yuck) and that cheese isnt cheap, almost $7 so was a little disappointed with that.

This five star review goes to Lisa in the deli this is not a reflection off the store itself and the other employees. When I approach the deli counter and there was a man and a woman far left laughing and having a conversation and there was two other employees slicing meat and cheese they seemed busy and occupied I stood at the counter for a little over five minutes the entire time I stared at the employees that were having a conversation curious and wondering why they kept looking at me yeah it did not take the time to stop and come help me as I stood at the hot bar. One of the employees slicing meat turn her head and said can you please go help The customer waiting at the hot bar he responded to her but I’m not sure what he said but he never came to help me nor did the lady that he was talking to that had a hairnet on. I was been approached by a lady name Lisa will apologize for my wait and was attentive I explain to her that I was very appreciated that she stopped what she was doing just to come help me she did the right thing and I truly believe that she showed what customer service is all about and it’s hard to find that nowadays it seems like a lot of retail businesses are slacking on customer service short on staff which is not in their control but it just doesn’t seem like people care about their jobs anymore these days . Thank you so much Lisa your service was definitely noticed

Extremely well stocked, well organized and clean. Employees are friendly and helpful.Pricing however could be improved as it is not competitive; higher than comparable stores. Customers prefer better pricing rather than overhead intensive items.

Publix always has great food! We tried one of their sheet cakes for our engagement party and it was so delicious.

After experiencing no customer sat at another grocers pharmacy, I moved my prescriptions to Publix. The other place took 3 or 4 days to fill my prescriptions, couldnt fill some of them, and couldnt answer a couple of questions without saying I was taking too much of their time. Publix was the mirror opposite, filling all of my prescriptions the same day, very friendly, and answered all my questions. Whitney was especially helpful, but really everyone at Publix is always very pleasant and helpful. No wonder a google search on best grocery store pharmacies turns up a very high rating for Publix, while the other place I went to didnt even make the list.

Oh your average Publix shop there once or twice a month and find it prices are reasonable for Publix for some things high for others.

Always a great visit to Publix. Good food, service and a value for your money. I enjoy getting a sub from the the deli and it is always fresh hott and tasty. Their soups are flavorful and tasty. A great selection of wines, beer and cheese as well. No discount card needed to shop at Publix as they always give you their best price. Hope you enjoy your visit to Publix.

Such a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in! They have the best chicken wings in the world. The subs we bought were huge and delicious. They have good deals and things I never seen in other stores. The staff were very polite and helpful it made my day. 10/10 best food market around.

* Please like our reviews. * Wheelchair accessible. They have push chairs and electric available. There are also some car seat baby carrier carts as well as the fasten chairs for moms with babes with an easy seat. There is only 1 available *(see photo) so you may want to call ahead to see if it is available.This store was awesome. Cleaaannnnn. Courteous service. To go from Walmart to this shop was like I had died and gone to grocery shopping heaven. There were plenty of circulars with sales announcements at the door, some carts had cup holders! There was free fruit available for kids. If that does not suffice, they are able to receive a bakery cookie. Staff was extremely helpful and available at every turn. This store is much less crowded than Walmart so it makes if perfect for elderly shopping amidst COVID. There is also a plaza of shops which include a Dollar Tree and a few nicer restaurants. The parking has shaded spots as well.There are 4 or 5 self checkout options. If you use digital coups or paper coupons, go through the cashier lines. Self-checkouts are not fun to work with if things go south on coupon deals.Dont forget to swing by the deli and get an infamous Publix fried chicken family meal!! Cut mom some slack and give her a break. *^^*Thank you Publix for making grocery shopping great again!

I just moved to the area and everything that I was looking for from where I used to live was found at Publix and at no other grocery stores that I visited in Cary. Needless to say I will always do my shopping for now on first at Publix to get what I am looking for. Im very happy that I found this grocery store.

Have some northern grocery items that I have been missing for years. Similar to that of harris teeter but just more of a variety.

Excellent customer service shopping at Publix is truly a pleasure. Very consistent in merchandise availability and taste. I travel a distance to this store primarily because of the entire shopping experience.

The lady in the Deli was extremely helpful. They didnt have what I was looking to buy, but she offered a substitute. I liked it, so I bought the substitute. Little on the pricey side. Deli food us ok.

WOW nothing but good things to be said about this Publix and their bakery!! I ordered a cake in advance for my mom and it exceeded all expectations. Not only was it decorated absolutely beautifully but the flavor and consistency was just perfect. They were accommodating and their cake decorators deserve a raise!

If i could give a No star i would.... The deli service was terrible i placed an online order at 720pm. I walked in at 8 which i was told it would be ready by then. Still not ready. I waited an extra 30 mins just for them to finally finish it. I also noticed the employee did not have his face mask on correctly. I am from florida and loveeeee going to publix for their subs so to see one out here i was excited and took my friend. Well i will tell you this place left a sour taste in me and my friends mouth. I will not suggest ever going here for a sub. GO TO A DIFFERENT ONE!!!!!

Publix is a great store but I am very annoyed I always order deli items online ahead of my trip to the store so I avoid the long line. Well this is the 2nd time they forgot or just avoided my order. I got frozen groceries in my cart and Im waiting for deli meat that should have been cut. Greg Spencer whats going on?

Better than HT BUT... the deli department is usually understaffed so plan on waiting. And they are usually out of rotisserie chicken. Otherwise.. it’s a grocery store

I come here just for the pharmacy. The prior pharmacist was absolutely fabulous. Very kind, personable and friendly. The new pharmacist barely makes eye contact, is not helpful when asking questions and always seems too busy to take care of the customers. I will be going elsewhere.

Cookie cake - great decorating, dry cookieWe ordered a custom decorated cookie cake. The decorating was fabulous, with a lot of attention paid to my specific requests on colors, etc. The disappointment was the cookie itself, quite dry and bland, is it supposed to be that way? I ordered for mid-day pickup hoping they would bake it fresh that morning. We have had other cakes from Publix that were quite good. I tried warming a piece in the microwave but it did not help. Unfortunately we will try somewhere else next time.

Wonderful store Great selection

I placed an online order to be ready at 7:50 am. I arrived 10 minutes prior to that time and I noticed the employees (2) were already working on something but my order was not ready since it was not time I waited in front of the section for online order pick up. The two employees never greeted me or acknowledged my presence and forgot to pick up the order ticket for my online order. It is past the time when my order was supposed to be ready 7:52 am ( I was on my way to work and stopped there just to pick up my order thinking it would be ready) so I decide to walk around to engage someone to ask about my order a cashier (who was very nice) she then calls someone a supervisor I guess and tells my issue. She asks me for the order confirmation i showed her the email with the details. We walk over to the deli area and she speaks with one of the employees a girl and tells her to start working on my order at 7:52 am. She then tells me that they were running two minutes behind. If that was true then my sub would have been ready at 7:52 am but not they started making it at that time. She then has the never to tell me that I should walk up to the employees and tell them to make my order. What is the point of doing an online order if your employees are not going to pay attention to the orders printouts that come through? She did not apologize for their oversight nor for them not acknowledging me in the first place. I have shopped here since they opened and everyone is usually very friendly I guess the standard of quality of some employees that are hired is going down. I told her to cancel my order as I did not have the time continue to wait and she just tells the girl to forget about it and walks away. Absolutely no concern nor sense of urgency for the customers valuable time. Very unprofessional and uncaring. She pretty much brushed it off like I was a nobody instead of treating me with respect and as a paying customer.
