We had an awesome first experience at bottles and cans! We just moved here and wanted to check out a local, dog friendly spot. The bartender was so accommodating and friendly. We had a complimentary wine tasting and we’re able to bring our sweet pup inside with us. They had a great selection of unique wines for purchase as well. We will definitely be returning!

Great bottle shop and bar with a wide variety and they also place beer together so its easy to see them compared against each category. Also beer in fridge to take and drink at home is a nice touch. Nice help when needed and quick checkout process.

Holy MOLY - get the Hard Latte if you like chocolate milk. Its delicious! The guy working was friendly and quick. The only reason Im giving this place 4 stars is because when we first walked in, there was a STRONG smell of trash. Not sure what that was about. But other than that, its the cutest beer and wine shop with a bar built in. Little, cozy lounge area as well! Cant wait to come back.

They charge $4 extra to open the wine bottle, plus their bar tenders doesnt even have any good knowledge about wines. We brought the wine they suggested and it was horrible.

Have been here a few times and always enjoyed it, but this was our first time during the pandemic. Have to say, am upset and disappointed that the bartender did not wear a mask the entire time we were there (about an hour) and also did not ask other customers in the store to wear a mask. We were quite uncomfortable and only stayed for one drink, which we had outside. I do like this place— they have a great selection and nice places to hang out— but I won’t be coming back during the pandemic.

This has been a wonderful place for me to meet people as well as to enjoy some great beer in the shop as well as at home. Steve the owner and the trio of bartenders Ashley, Rob and Roberto are extremely polite and welcoming. On top of all that they have a great collection of local and outstation brews on tap. Be sure to give them a visit!

There are a zillion choices for beer and wine in the area, so why go here? Its a great atmosphere. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are competitive. I like the location as well. I live about a mile from here and its nice to have such a good store in the neighborhood.

First time here. Awesome place to chill and enjoy a fresh brewski on the patio outside!! Took a break from climbing at TRC morrisville a couple minutes away for a beer and this place is what’s up!!!!!

I have visited this shop twice. Both times I was looking for a low sulfate wine for my mother. I was guided to a very well priced wine both times. The setup inside is very good, bright and well labeled. So if you are in the Cary, NC area stop by and check it out.

No masks! I thought after the negative review a month ago that the employees would be required to wear masks....but no. On my first visit this afternoon, the bartender did not wear a mask the entire time, even when checking me out. Made me very uncomfortable. Wont be coming back!

Good selection of craft beer that has beers you wont find many other places in the triangle.

Nice lighting, board/card games to play, very friendly staff, decent selection of beer as well as bottles of wine. The other patrons were having such a good time, they hung around after close. The staff didnt say anything, no last call. Very welcoming. You can also bring your own food in, which is perfect for hanging out to drink. We will definitely be back!!

My last visit was during a big event they hosted where they had live music inside, a pop-up tent outside and a lot of patrons. It was a fun event! I also appreciate the dog-friendly atmosphere. From what I remember, this bottle shop is in a convenient location and is well stocked with a fun variety of beer and a decent selection of games. Furthermore, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.I would appreciate if they remove the surcharge for serving a canned/bottled beer and to add a few more chairs/tables outside when the weather is nice. Overall, the experience was great. I like the place and would recommend to anybody in the area.

I was in town visiting my cousin and I stopped in here when I was working from home for the day. The selection was beyond what I expected and the service was incredible. I got the education on what I was buying and looking for and I also got the friendly discussion of a local tavern - two really great things to experience from a local wine/beer shop. Definitely worth a little trip.

Lot of local craft beers. You can buy 6pk/4pk or single can/bottle... they also have a small bar with rotating beer on tap with daily specials...

Wonderful staff and excellent selection. Its a small shop, but its packed with a large variety of beers, wines, cider and mead to try. Lots of single cans and bottles in case you dont want to try a whole pack. There is a small bar and it is very dog friendly. They have a wide variety of events, including a dog costume contest for Halloween, bands once a week, food truck Tuesday, and regular visits from wineries and breweries. The drinks on tap change regularly, as does the selection throughout the store, but they do keep popular items in stock.

The best hangout spot in the area. The Owners and those that work there are great people and make you feel like your at Cheers :-)

We frequent the Pharmacy in Cary, but recently found this place. Very similar concept with comparable selection. This place also features many wines on draft which is great. Prices bit higher, but par for the course with the area. Overall, a great hangout place! They are also dog friendly inside.

Great place in a perfect NW Cary location to get some great wine and beer. Cozy and they pour by the pint or glass too. Owners knowledgeable and cool. Just picked up a highly rated red blend aged in a bourbon barrel for around $20.

I’ve been to this place several times. And while I love the selection and service is great, this place never starts their events on time. It’s not only by a few mins but usually an hour+. So while I may still go here to grab a bottle every once in a while I doubt I’ll attempt to participate in events.

The owner was super friendly. They have an awesome selection of beers and wines. You can also order food from one of the resturaunts in the same lot and have it brought to you. They are also dog friendly, and have nice outdoor seating.

My favorite thing is being able to buy individual cans or bottles so I can try a new beer without having to buy a whole 4 or 6-pack!

Only 4 for now but surely a 5 on the way. Intelligent staff not afraid to hand out healthy sized samples of beer prior to a pour. Nice walnut bar top and cool feel .Check it out !!!

This place was brand new, with an amazing setup. They have wine on tap! Never seen this in the states before, only in Europe. Will definitely keep coming back.

Awesome beer, awesome vibe, awesome staff. A cool spot, with great beer. I loved the Blonde Ale Sour (I think its the only sour on the menu), and the White Ale.

My husband and I love this place! We can literally walk to it from our townhome. Steve and Amy are laid-back and knowledgable business owners that make their guests feel like family. They have good deals and an impressive selection of DELICIOUS beer and wine. The drinks on tap get switched out regularly so its nice to have the opportunity to sample unique flavors everytime we go. They have an industrial and rustic styled interior with a bar/lounge vibe. In addition to the drinks available at the bar, they also sell a wide variety of bottles and cans (hence their name) in house. We love supporting this up-and-coming business in Cary, and are always looking forward to our next visit!
