I shop here about once a week since my daughters cheer gym is close by. Typically everyone is friendly and willing to help which is why I enjoy coming to this store. However, today I noticed something unpleasant as I was checking out. I went into Ms. Lana’s line to check out and that’s my first time seeing her there (I only shop here once a week so I’m not sure if she’s new or not. I’m fairly new myself) I witnessed her speak to the customer in front of me and once I was leaving I overheard her speaking to the customer behind me. For whatever reason when she started scanning my items, she never acknowledge me. I let it go but typically when the cashier is done scanning the items they will tell you your final price. She didn’t do so and as I’m waiting to swipe my card she’s just standing there. Finally she says “It’s ready”. In return I let her know that she never said anything which is why I haven’t swiped yet. She says that “Well you can swipe when we get done scanning items it will still go through.” I’m assuming she noticed the disappointment on my face and took it upon herself to give me the bogus excuse of she being “Out of it” at the time…No matter the age or what someone may look like, you should treat all of your customers fairly. I still enjoy this store but I would hope that everyone is treating the customers with the same respect as I do the employees.

Just moved to the area and I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the store. Stephen at the sushi counter was happy to make me fresh roll due to a good allergy. Store layout was easy to navigate and Bryce & Michael were fast and friendly at checkout.

First time there. Everything was nice and neat. Liked the meat counters. Isles were wide enough for 2 carts to get down comfortably with no issues. Will be going back there. Beautiful store.

I have never been to a store like Publix. I mean it when I say every employee was incredibly nice, professional and responsive. I felt like a Disney Princess with how much the staff was attentive,courteous and involved in my shopping experience. I will definitely visit this Publix in the future. This store made my day.

This is my go to supermarket. Always clean and staff is friendly. I go here because of the bread is baked like actual bread with a nice crust and soft middle. Great for sandwiches and pasta dishes.

At one point Publix was my go to store and I highly recommended it to everyone. However their customer service has taken a complete nosedive and I can no longer in good conscience shop there or recommend that other people do this

Great store with exceptional offerings on meat cuts and fresh produce. The butcher trimmed my sirloin roll cuts to perfection as I asked with no issue. The sales are always chocked with things that are beneficial to a budget conscious person. Store neat as a pin though it was storming a monsoon.

Everyone is always nice! Special shout out to DeJuan in seafood. He was so nice and friendly. He even wished me a great day after wrapping my seafood, which is above and beyond the usually courteous staff.

I absolutely love this store. First off, you dont have to even have a loyalty card to get discounts. The hot bar is reasonably priced, much much lower than Wegmans and the same quality. The bakery has a nice selections of sweets (I was trying to stay away but...eh...why not a cake slice was only $3).Cant wait for the one in Raleigh (Peace Street) to open. Until then I dont mind going out of my way for this store when in Cary.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. This is our main food store with great prices and selections. The breads in the bakery department are wonderful.

Publix has a good selection. It’s right down the street from us. Staff is friendly and helpful in finding things. They have a good selection of hot sauces, sadly no Marie Sharpes though

Coming from Florida where Publix is pretty much in any major plaza and the grocery store I only go to moving to North Carolina they have super exceeded my expectations with Publix everyone at this location is happy and more than happy to help you find some thing if it’s not on the shelf they will go back and look for it if they know that they have the inventory they will even walk you to the item you were looking for if you can’t find it the bakery has been amazing with a custom Request this is the only grocery store I go to in the area

I greatly appreciate Alan Armstrong (Wine specialist), he went above and beyond helping me locate a specific wine I was looking for. He is a great example of great customer service.

We love this store and Publix in general. Yes, the meats are excellent. The Publix-brand diary products as good or better than equivalent nane brand products. Bakery is good. But really, its all about the people that work here. Courteous, helpful and welcoming, each and every one. We drive past three other grocery stores to get to this Publix.

I discovered Publix almost two years ago, at this location. I normally dont like grocery shopping, and avoid it until I have to go. But this store really makes your shopping experience enjoyable! You actually feel guided through your shopping trip. The staff is very friendly and attentive, checks on you while you are shopping, and helps in any way they can. They really seem like they enjoy working there, so they must be receiving great treatment as employees. They sell the best products too, and even help you to make a decision on what to buy, if youre not sure.

Its a Publix, and thats a great thing. Modern, clean, and convenient. Not unlike any other Publix, but again, thats good.

Publix supermarkets has wheel chairs, electric wheelchairs, adaptable booster chair *(child handicap seating) carts as well.For moms with toddlers: There are 3 race car carts which seat 2 children. Publix offers a free fruit item on a stand in the produce section for small kids. There different selections in each store, this one had bananas and tangerines. They also provide a free bakery cookie for kids 10 & under. Usually there are chocolate chip or sugar cookies with sprinkles. * Due to COVID, the free cookies are not served but fruit items readily available. *My trip to this Publix was divine. Staff was friendly, helpful and well-trained. Employees are always easy to locate and ask for help. There is literally an employee every couple aisles or walking around throughout the store. In the seafood department, I was offered assisance by 2 employees in under 2 minutes. Unheard of... When I arrived to the front, my cashier was Ethan. He saw that I had my hands full with my bossy 2 year old and my ancy 3 year old. He was super helpful in getting my transactions through with coupons and my 2 gas card promotions. This young man was a saint. I did not grab the flyer coupons from the front for the gas coups but he was well prepared and had one at the register for customers like me. He rang up my items and kept my kids entertained all at the same time. Delaney was my bagger. She was quick and careful she managed to prep all my cold stuff in paper and all my other items in plastic. Nothing crushed or ruined. She was a pro. Ethan and Delaney made the checkout process seamless and quick. Ethan was kind enough to warn me of the limit on one of the bogo deals. *(There are a few limits in place due to COVID). He knew all the sales. Gosh that was helpful! There are some outside table seats available if you want to eat there but they are temporarily closed due to COVID restrictions.Publix is my go-to store for groceries because they have bogo deals, accept competitor coupons, offer rain check for sale items which are sold out, & allow store coups to be combined with manufacturer coups. Their gas card promotion is the best. Buy $50 of groceries and pay $40 for a $50 gas card! They are insanely hygienic and create a shopping environment which is condusive for all ages and for those with a few extra physical hurdles. They also seem to provide masks for their employees as well. Will definitely be back soon. Thank you, Publix for making grocery shopping great again!The Kim Family

This is a fantastic supermarket! ❤️❤️❤️ The feeling you get when you walk into this place is unsurpassable. It feels very fresh and clean. They have a great selection of fresh produce, quality meats, and a pharmacy. You also do not need a loyalty card to get a deal.

I love when I save a whole lot of money on groceries, publix was the place for that today! I looked everywhere for Bone-in steak, no grocery store had it for a reasonable price. I happened to be in Cary, I looked up Publix ad and boom they had what I wanted at a phenomenal price!! Also got some premium juicy crab cakes. And service is always top notch shout out to Charles in the meat department! Wish we had in Chapel Hill instead of Wegmans 🙄

I wrote to Publix with a praise, but decided to write one here as well. You have an amazing young employee at this location and I cannot thank him enough. I rarely shop at Publix, maybe once a year, but after today I will be coming back more often.I was kind of lost in the store and was having issues finding items I needed, I had my small child with me and was overwhelmed. Ethan noticed this and came over and asked what I needed to find, he walked me to everything I needed. Thank you again for the amazing assistance, best customer service I have had at a grocery store ever.

It was about a week ago. All I remember was it was cold, so cold. I went to my local Publix needing a kick. Just a little to get me by.Blueberries I cannot get enough. This month alone Ive spent $125.49 on blueberries. The story of my dependency is long and treacherous. I walk in and quickly scan the usual fruit isle for blueberries to find there were none. The fear was first as it washed over my face I let out a strange yell of sorts. It seems my last outing had took all the blueberries off of the shelves, I swore i left some but there are other customers. I felt the anger rising as a employee named Connor approached me. He must have seen the panic in my eyes or heard the yell. I felt woozy. I squeaked out the question of when the blueberries will be back. He slowly informed me that the blueberries will be back tomorrow and told me i could probably use blackberries instead for my issue. I bought my blackberries and left. The blackberries were good but not blueberry good. Returning the next day after a restless night where the blackberries did not help sadly. The blueberries were back thank you Connor or else i would have made quite a scene.

Small beer selection. This stuff is really good for slushie drinks. But it looks like they may not continue carrying it.

I dont really shop there but I do use their pharmacy and the pharmacy is great! They seem to know exactly who I am every time I come in.

Saturday, June 19 was my 70th Birthday. We went to Publix on Wednesday the 16th of June and spent over half an hour placing a very specific order for three cakes. A large family gathering was happening at a restaurant for lunch. You can imagine how upset we were when we went to pick up the cakes and they were nothing like we ordered. NEVER depend on this bakery at this location in Cary for any important bakery order. They could not have got it more wrong if they tried. What a total nightmare.

We had a very good experience with Publix till now, looks like their costumer service is going down every day, and taste of their food too. We had cater some food for the party we had to deal with worse lady and then when we pick up the food it was cold frozen fortunately we pick up the food an hr early so I had timw to warm it otherwise I would be doomed.

Best produce at affordable prices. I am never disappointed in the choices. Staff is willing to tell you where items are located. They even ask to escort you to the items or help you to your car. Never disappointed and will always return.

This particular store is in a convenient location yet it can be a slightly busy commute depending on the time of day that you are going here. I enjoy this store so much. The deli is A1 and everything is delicious. Their birthday cakes taste amazing. The store is well organized and is clean. I’ve always gotten such nice assistance from the employees here. The store is nestled in with quite a few restaurants so the ambiance is quite nice.

And the lady who was working the self-checkout yesterday afternoon (1/23/21) who fixed a price error for me when the chicken drumsticks didnt ring up with the right price.

Best customer service EVER! I was shopping with my oldest son and I fainted, fell hard on my head and suffered a seizure and a concussion. The staff heard my sons call for help and they quickly acted. He said you could tell they had training and knew exactly what to do. When my husband and middle son arrived, they were super friendly, offered to buy the groceries I had in the cart, watched over my boys while my husband cleaned up, helped one of my sons who was starting to feel sick. The next day, they called my husband to check up on me and then they drove to the next town to hand deliver flowers, dinner and cookie to us.. NO ONE tops the customer service from Publix! Thank you, Bradford store, for taking care of myself and my family. Your card was the sweetest and your gesture does not go unnoticed.

Got this amazing cake from publix bakery for my moms bday. The people were awesome and i ended up getting it for free due to some delays but they were super understanding.. props to the bakery team! As well to Sondra she was amazing!

Went to this Publix a few moments ago and after picking up my few items, I proceeded to self checkout. There are four machines, and two other customers were in the process of using their machines while the store attendant stood by a third machine, I went to the fourth one that was empty. I am very familiar with using these machines and started to process my purchase. As I finished up, the attendant assigned to that area approaches me from behind and stands within 2feet of me watching me while I bag my items ignoring the same two other customers who are also at self checkout machines. When I turn to address her, she tries to make a joke about how confusing cashing out produce can be, even though I never asked for her help and had no issue completing the transaction. It might have been better if she just bluntly told me she thought the black girl might steal. This is perhaps the second or third time I’ve had an encounter like this with this store attendant.Please talk to your store workers about these types of actions towards minority customers. type of behavior, even from one person, can run away loyal customers.

All the employees are always friendly and seem quite happy to be working at Publix. They remember us, say hello, and most of the time already know what Ill be ordering from the deli and seafood counters. Bakery is great and the checkout help is wonderful. For most things the price seems about the same as other groceries, but Id still go out of my way to do business with a place that treats employees good.

HELLO,IM VISITING NORTH CAROLINA, HERE IN CARY WHICH HAS A PUBLIX STORE HERE, FIND THAT THEIR PRICES ARE MORE EXPENSIVE LIKE TWO DOLLARS MORE THAN WE I ORIGINALLY COME FROM, WHICH IS NEW JERSEY, WHERE WE USE SHOP RITE FOR ALL OF OUR FOOD NEEDS.THEIR BAKERY IS SO SO, THEY SOME REASON DONT HAVE TOO MANY ROTISSERIECHICKENS, THEIR THREE DOLLARS MORE THAN UP NORTH.AT LEAST WERE LUCKY TO HAVE PUBLIX HERE IN N.C. BECAUSE HARRIS TEETER IS REALLY OUT OF LINE WITH THEIR PRICING.

Good Prices and shopping experience here. Always has very good fresh bakery selection. The person managing the Self Scan wipes down the Self Scan Register after each customer. Social Distance clearly marked at this store.
