Roadside services are the best roadside assistance company Ive ever used. ... I had an emergency tire blowout and it was really late. Despite the time and all else they came and changed my tire amd were extremely polite... I tried to call many companies that nite and with no answer I was very worried I was gonna have to ditch my car and start walking... However Roadmaster made themselves available to assist me and went above and beyond to assist me.. it was greatly appreciated from me and of course my wife as it was her car.. I would highly recommend this company amd will always use them for any future automotive or emergency assistance in the future... thank u again...

They have great pricing and theyll come to you if you need them to. Friendly and willing to stay late for you. We only did not end up using them because they opened late and we were terrified to turn off the car and not get it to start again.

We had a tire blow out on a Saturday while driving on 75. I was worried that being the weekend we were going to be stranded for awhile. Luckily that was not the case. Roadmaster responded quickly and got us back on the road in no time.

We got stuck in Carterville with a flat tire and no spare and Roadmaster came out in under 30 min to service it. And charged us a fair price (we were stuck, they could have raked us over the coals). Great service and super nice people.

I had a tale of a time with my box truck while on a long haul for the 1st time with it! Low and behold my fuel pump started giving me issues 1100 into a 1400 mile trip. LARRY and his wife were extremely helpful and patient. Which is truly what one needs at such a tense moment when stranded. My wife and I broke down on the side of the highway..... It was a terrible experience with Good Sam road service. The only good thing that happened was when we called a tow truck driver ourselves and he brought us to Roadmaster. We got there 30 minutes prior to them closing and they stayed hours after to get us fixed and on the road again. They gave us a great deal on the new alternator and we still talk about how great these people were. The husband and wife were great! God bless you!

Service was excellent

Drove 5 hrs to Georgia for a tournament. The battery light came on 15 miles from the hotel. To make a long story short, the alternator went bad. Dave the mechanic, came to our hotel and replaced the part in the parking lot! When finished, Dave double checked his work and did a diagnostic, (to make sure the new part was working properly). It was a little pricey, but at least we are able to get to the tournament, and then back home. Thank you Dave!!

The timing belt in my van broke and tore my engine all to pieces. I didnt have a trusted mechanic and went out on a limb and called Roadmaster On Site so they could come to my house to at least diagnose the issue. It was an expensive fix, but David towed my car to his shop for no extra cost, credited back the service call fee towards my balance. He has showed me everything that was broke and walked me through everything he fixed. The van is running better than ever. He found a few additional issues and didnt charge me more labor to fix them. I know 100% that my van has been returned to me in the best shape it can be in. Im so happy to have someone fair and trustworthy work in my cars now. David knows his stuff and I highly recommend this company.

My boyfriend and I (this is his girlfriend) just got two flat tires on the side of the road after hitting a massive pothole right before merging onto the highway. We are traveling from Tampa, Florida to Nashville, Tennessee so needless to say we were far from anyone we knew that could help us. They helped us get two new tires for my Pontiac and put them on the car for us. I cried like a baby when they pulled up and told us we would need two new tires, but they did everything they could and helped us get back on the road. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for us. They are amazing! If you need anything, please call them! ❤️❤️

The team and service at roadmaster is top notch. I am here in cartersville on buisness and my fuel pump went out. I called pep boys for a tow and they hosed everthing up. Roadmaster came in after pep boys refused my tow and picked my truck up after hrs. They charged me a fair price and had it fixed the next day. Will use them again for sure. They went above and beyond to make a bad situation better. Highly recommend you do the same if your in the same position.

Way overpriced I have had several estimates and they are always the highest, some places will just look at something and give you an opinion they will charge you for an opinion. Its not any more convenient and it is extremely overpriced to do business with Roadmaster onsite

Before I start with MY story, I would like to discredit Ben Butlers review. Ben, why did you use Roadmaster if you did, in fact, receive several lower estimates? Sounds a bit foolish to me. If your review is based solely on Roadmasters price, then shame on you! Id also like to say something brief about Neil Huggins review. Seriously Neil?? Do you honestly believe that Larry just happens to have a canister of battery acid laying around and then actually put it in your gas tank? Its obvious Larry has been around for quite some time. Im certain he knows what hes doing! Tell me this, Neil: Is that where YOU want to be when Jesus comes around? Shame on you, too!I had the pleasure of meeting Larry and Jeanette this past Fathers Day. My car broke down on I-75N when I was driving home from Tallahassee to Chicago. It just completely shut OFF. NOTHING worked. Because it was a Sunday AND Fathers Day, I knew the odds of me finding a company that could tow my car immediately were slim. I called several places before calling Roadmaster. Larry answered the phone and he and Jeanette were at my car (dead on the left shoulder) within a reasonable time. The arrived first in a box truck with equipment in it with the hopes of getting me up and running and back on the road (I had a 10.5 hour drive ahead of me). Larry tried a few tricks but because I was on the left shoulder and cars were flying past us, I asked Larry to please stop risking his life and go get his tow truck. He did just that. I wasnt alone, though. I had my Norwegian Elkhound pup with me and I had no air and no way to open the windows. Norwegians love subzero temps so you can only imagine how hot my poor girl was. Larry and Jeanette offered to take us back with them so we can sit in his air conditioned shop while he went back for my car but I simply couldnt leave my car abandoned on the wrong shoulder. Larry came back with his tow truck where my pup and I sat (in the air condition) while he hooked my car up. He drove us back to his shop and Larry, Jeanette, Molly (my pup) and I chit chatted for a bit. Jeanette THEN drove Molly and I to a close motel where we could stay while Larry tried to figure out what was wrong with my car. Unfortunately, he couldnt fix it. He did his damndest to get it running because taking it to Ford was my only other option and he was trying to save me some money. On Monday he towed my car to Ford (no charge) and I was told they wouldnt even look at it until Tuesday. On Tuesday afternoon, Jeanette came to the motel, picked up Molly and I and drove us to Ford so I could pick up my car and get back on the road. Even though Larry worked on my car for several hours, he only charged me for ONE tow and ONE hour of service! I wasnt charged for Jeanette dropping me off at the motel OR picking me up and driving me all the way out to Ford, either. Larry and Jeanette were the kindest southerners Ive ever met! Thank you both so much! Youre certainly the type of people most folks should aspire to be!!

I WAS BROKE DOWN ON I-75 I CALLED ROADMASTER THEY WERE THERE TO ME IN MINUTES,THEY DID A DIAGNOSTIC, AND REPLACED MY ALTERNATOR,AND HAD ME BACK ON THE ROAD,MY INSURANCE PAID FOR THE SERVICE FEE AND LABOR.THANKS TO ROADMASTER, I WAS NOT STRANED ALL NIGHT ON THE INTERSTATE.AND THE PRICE WAS NOT BAD AT ALL! I WOULD RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS AUTO REPAIR!
