Good service. Flexible times. Good communication. I enjoyed the service Frank and his team at Gerber Collision provided. I felt like they were honest whenever we had questions. Went through Gerber because of my AAA insurance; I would work with them again.

Hands down the best communication Ive ever experienced, I received timely text updates without being annoying, I only had to call twice and both times Olivia was able to help me quickly and pleasantly. The car looks great!

Our paint work was sub par, meaning not prepped at all, just repainted. So now I have a new paint job over all the old imperfections. Love that. And broke prior body work removing parts that didnt even require repair, so that was more cash out of pocket. Hundreds of dollars wasted. Very disappointed.

Very good staff, great communication, faster than predicted to repair. Great job. The repair was finished 4 days ahead of schedule. Would definitely recommend and if needed WILL use them again.

I just want to thank everyone at Gerber Collision particularly the Cartersville location. I work for an electrical contractor and chose this location a few years ago. They do a wonderful job not only with the body work but also communication. It has always been a pleasant experience and this is the best Gerber Collision that I have found. Better service, excellent body work, and awesome office staff. I bring our vehicles from Atlanta to this shop passing other locations.

We had a great experience with these guys. My car was broken into and we had damage that was more extensive than we realized. I have use the shop on a couple of occasions. Peggy is always friendly and greet you with a smile. Olivia is very nice and thorough with the inspection of your vehicle and gets you a estimate very promptly. She keeps you updated throughout your repair.The quality of the repair was great as well. I had no issues with any of the services received 😊

Originally I was going to take my car to the Rome location to get my fender fixed from a wreck that happened a couple of weeks ago. Due to the virus they were temporarily closed. With the insurance claim and the appointment set I had to drive to the Cartersville location. I must say I was highly impressed and highly satisfied with the service. Olivia came out and had me sign a few papers regarding my car. At her great professional level she discussed to me she would keep me posted on the status of my car in which she did. My car was finished and ready on the same day. The technicians did an absolute fantastic job on my fender. They also detailed my car inside and out. Also special thanks to Peggy for taking my call and setting up my appointment. I would definitely recommend the location to others. My car was originally taken to the midtown location for autobody work where the customer service was subpar.However, my car was redirected to the Cartersville location where I had a much better experience. Olivia was my primary point of contact. She was incredibly helpful, courteous, and professional. She always kept me updated on the progress and addressed all of my concerns! If possible I highly recommend working with Olivia.

Some jack wagon broke into my wigwam while in theAtl. My man Franklin at Gerber collision fixed me up right. He communicated with me what was going down and got me back rollin right on time.

They are great they help you as best they can. They do amazing work on car or trucks. Even if your not get your car or truck back they will give your things out of the vehicle.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I had my 2011 Honda CR/V repaired. They were extremely courteous and kept me informed as to the progress. These guys are truly professions in every way.Another reason I have been here twice is because of the service writer, Ashley. She makes sure you are completely satisfied and she is very knowledgeable about collision repair. I highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass.

I had a really good and professional service here. It took some time, but i am happy with results. My situation was not regular one. I live in a different state 750 miles away. Weve got into an accident in Atlanta on vocation time and left our car at this shop. And Michelle was good on updates, shop manager Leo is a great guy. He showed me every step of the process, fixing the car. Everything was documented, taken photos. My car looks great, i couldnt believe. Did not fine a little mistake. And also picking up from the ATL early morning, driving 120 miles. And full tank of gas. What else do i need. Thank you guys for your great job everyone from Cartersville Gerber.Not happy with Atlanta Police Department arrived for accident in 1 hour and 40 min. While they were arriving the person took of from accident place.

Id just gotten my car Feb 28, 2015. March 6, 2015, I hit the gate turning into my apartment complex. Its a hairpin turn. I was devastated. I brought my baby to Gerber Collision. The staff was so friendly. They took care of everything with the insurance, and eased my mind. A week later, I had my car back looking BRAND NEW. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and the job they did restoring my baby. If I need any other work done (hopefully I wont), Ill be bringing my car to Gerber. :-D

A situation happened yesterday with myself and Kim Devens who works for this particular location. I felt that the way she went about the situation was uncalled for and completely unprofessional. If there was an issue it should of been handled between the two of us, and not 60+ people that got involved. When you work for a company, you are the one who represents it. How she represented Gerber Collision speaks volumes. Treat others with respect, and others will respect you. ETA: Yes, Leo called me. He advised that Kim wasnt an employee at that location yet her email states she is (and I pointed that out to him). I ended up sending an email to corporate about her and the entire situation. Total joke.

We went in for an estimate on repairs, quick, very efficient. They took a lot of pictures and wrote up the estimate for us.

Wasted time trying to set up a windshield replacement through my insurance company based upon the company website that says they replace windshields. Finally talked to someone who said they dont actually replace glass in Cartersville. Have to start the whole process over again with my insurance company.
