I personally did not use Keith but my sister did, He completed the work on her car very quickly. Keith stood by the price quoted. Cant thank him enough for getting her car back so fast. Went to Keith to fix a brake issue Firestone mucked up and ripped me off with. Keith took me next day and literally dropped everything to make it right. Around the first of February, 2018 my car started making a bad noise and I was near a well known repair shop so I pulled in. They told me to bring back the nest day. They checked it out and told me I needed a new motor and it would cost $3700. My son Joel called Keith Russel and he had it towed to his shop on 2-6-18. On 2-8-18 Keith called and told me he had my car ready to pick up and I asked him how much it was and he charged me only $152.00. My car did great until the first week of this month and it was skipping a little and my son took back to Keith Russel Automotive and he repaired and only charged me $128.00. It drives great. Had car issues for 2 months, used a couple of different mechanics, and spent money on a few new parts yet the car continued with the same issue. Took it to Keith late one afternoon and called about noon the following day to ask that he let me know the amount to repair it before he actually did the repairs, I was a little nervous since I had already spent a few hundred dollars on repairs before I dropped it off with him, and wanted to make sure that I could cover the bill. At this point he had only had the car for about 7 or 8 business hours, and he answers the phone his self and when I inquired about my car he responded by saying, Ive figured out the problem and was just about to test drive it, he asked that I call back in an hour. I asked if he could go ahead and let me know how much I owed him, he gave me the total. I felt comfortable with the amount, but with me being a female, not knowing for sure what certain parts are and no idea as to what they might cost, I get online and look up the part that he said he had replaced, and what he charged me was less than most of the parts that I had found online! I am very thankful that I was referred to him. Not only did I have my car back in less than 24 hours, I had it back at an affordable amount and with my car finally drivable for the first time in almost 2 months!! I highly recommend Keith Russells automotive! He was efficient, and definitely affordable! Couldnt ask for more!
