Awesome service! We had a flat on our vacation at 8 pm after hours. We called and they promptly met us at the shop and quickly fixed our tire. They could have charged us anything, but extremely reasonable. I would recommend their service to anyone!

Came in to the shop from out of town while traveling looking to replace a blown out tire. They didnt have what I needed in stock, but had one ordered, delivered, and put on my vehicle in 45 minutes. Fantastic service on such short notice. Great guy too, highly recommend.

The only person I would have touch my tires at this place is Stephanie. She is the only hard working person at this establishment. She is honest, straightforward and since she does all of the work, she is going to make sure its done right. Make sure you call and ask for Stephanie. You wont be disappointed!!

He got the car where we needed it to go, but his service was less than acceptable. He was irate, he yelled a lot and he was unwilling to help. He put the car in the wrong spot and refused to help move it. It wasnt his problem. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

My car broke down in the middle of GA in an area with no uber, lyfts, or taxi’s. we frantically brought our car to this shop in NEED to get the car looked at and fixed the same day. The owner went out of his way an hour and a half to get the parts i needed for my car and fixed it in an hour. So happy the tripped was saved, would definitely recommend to everyone!

To Whoever might read this that is broke down on the road and doesnt know anyone....I broke down with my Pickup towing a trailer, on my move from TN back to FL..I broke down at about 730pm on a friday. No one wanted to come help me. I had called Parkway first. They called back in about 5 min. They lady on the phone said she was sending someone right down.About 5 min later Rick showed up. I could tell he was dressed for a Friday Night! HE dropped everythingto get me over to his shop. Instead of waiting for a Monday, realizing I was from out of Town (and very worried about everything!), he started working on my truck to get me home.We soon realized it was going to be a major repair. He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a price that was better than anything I could find back at home and he began the work.I had to get back to FL for work the day after, Rick and Christie from Parkway even got me a ride to the airport in Atlanta. They are amazing!I would refer them to my own kids or family! They are honest, hard-working, and Truly Care about their people!!!They turned a potentially Life-Threatening Situation into a situation that made me relieved and happy it happenned where it did!!!I was also able to survey the bodywork that rick does as well. I buy and restore Classic Cars. I am making arrangements for him to do the work on a couple of my cars. I would prefer driving 700 miles to do business with someone I trust, respect, that does a high level of perfection and professionalism than some local body shop!!!!I would reccommend them to anyone. Thank you so much Rick and Christie for everything that you have done for me!!!
