Called and asked if they could fit me in on a busy schedule they had, luckily they fit me right in!Very professional and great work on my tinted windows. Definitely recommend!

I found them initially for advice acquiring running board steps for my truck that would come a little bit lower for ease of entry. After talking to Lynn who fully understood my predicament. She suggested the amp power steps for my truck. In fact she didn’t suggest necessarily that I purchased them from truck specialties but that I do the research to see if that would fill the bill for what I needed. She shared that her family had some on their vehicles and we’re very happy.I did the research and considering the fact that there was absolutely no pressure and this was a family owned business, I decided to use truck specialties for the installation.The new running boards look great and operate smoothly. They provide the solution to the challenge I was looking solve.I will definitely check out Truck Specialties LLC first for my next upgrade.

I got my truck windows tinted on my brand new truck and had the spray in bed liner done. Got it back and they dented and scratched my drivers rear door then denied it and said that they would show video that they were no where near where the scratch was and has yet to provide video. They also said that he would get it taken care of and never called me back. Will not use them again and I will be takin my wife’s Jeep somewhere else to get the windows tinted.

When I don’t know something about a product I rely on the people at the place I choose to shop to tell and advise me about the product! I know that bed covers are not 100% waterproof (the tri-fold kind) but the one I had on my previous truck never leaked!! When I went in I had a young man help me and advise me that the cover I got would be the best to protect my samples! Fast forward I got it and the cover leaked! I called and they answered the phone on a Sunday (which is a positive) and explained my situation she asked who helped me then proceeded to tell me that was the spray-in Bed-liner guy, then he should not have been advising about stuff he knew nothing about! But bring the truck back and they would adjust the cover! When I got there today I was upset and they didn’t seem to care but did adjust my cover! However while I was in the waiting room I had calmed down but then could Over hear the negative conservation about me! I worked in retail for 20 yrs and gave Great customer service and understand policy but I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and will tell all who willListen my story........you can wait and talk bad about me after I have lef!!!!!!!

I was recommended to go here by a friend to get a Roll-n-lock Series A cover put on my GMC Sierra. Lynn, the owner was extremely nice and helpful. Lynn explained the difference between the A and the M series Roll-N-Locks. It took almost 2 hours to put the cover on. They explained how everything worked and did a great job on the installation. I live 1/2 hour south, but it was worth the drive.

This company is by far the best company i have ever shopped at. They are helpful, kind, and treat you like you are family. They did all they could to help me get exactly what i want for my truck and the customer service was amazing. There is no other truck company that i would shop at. low prices, kind people, and a fresh pot of coffee in the morning while you are waiting on your truck. What more could you ask for.

What a truly disappointing experience. We always try to support local businesses but we will never use Truck Specialties again. Over numerous encounters to take care of a small issue, we were constantly met with attitudes of disrespect and unprofessionalism from both the ladies at the front counter and the servicemen. No one there seems to be concerned with whether or not the customer experience is satisfactory. Will be taking our business elsewhere and would encourage others to do the same.

Got my windows tinited 6 months ago and wasn’t dark enough for me so I called to see how much it would be and she wouldn’t even let me talk, every word I said she cut me off. Not to mention the horrible tint job that I got and I couldn’t even get my money back. They want me to pay $15 a window to fix it.

I bought my 2015 Chevy back in May 2015 and I got my windows tinted and got a spray in bed liner put in. I had some bubbling happen with the tent and they where more then willing to replace it under warranty. Lynn and everyone at the shop are amazing and always wanting to help make the customer happy.

They just put a bed liner in my 2014 gmc 1500 and it looks like it came from the factory. Flawless. Excellent work. Friendly people. I would highly recommend.

Went to have tint put on my 2018 Jeep. we called and they advised us to drop it off at 9 am so we did so. Passed by a couple hrs later our vehicle was still out there around 12 pm. Finally received a call around 3pm and told me it was finished. (Husband picked it up and dropped it off to me and rushed back to work) I was inspecting it and first thing I seen was a razor mark inside my vehicle by the passenger window, on another window the tint was cut too short and it wasn’t completely covering one the window, on the rear window the tint isn’t completely flat has a noticeable crease and left pieces of tint or Trash in the rear cargo area, and has spray and water marks all under the rear windows on the interior part. I called back all she said was I would have to talk to Bryan on Monday at 1030. So I’ll have to wait and see. I felt disrespected for the mess they left and felt they were rushing. (The lady who answered by the way did advise me he was being rushed) if that was the case Why not schedule for another day when your not being rushed. Would of gave no stars but 1 was the minimum. Should of went to suntamers.

1 star because there is not a negative star! Had retrax installed, tint, fender well liners and strobe lights installed ! Worst place ever something wrong with everything they did! Worst electrical work I ever saw! Red ground wires! Black hot wires nothing heat shrinked crappy tape job! 5 wires crammed into the wrong size connector! Wires run across battery! Then when they get a bad review want to why I didn’t say anything or bring it back! Cheapest strobe lights were installed on the front and skrewed into my grill on a brand new F 250 ! Stay far away!

Poor customer service. If I could give them a negative star I would. Went in a couple of weeks back because my Tonnue cover busted where the lift mechanism attaches. I asked if they could help me with the company and they said no, would not even call. Today I went in because the tailgate cover they installed blew off going down the road. Asked if they could glue it back on. No. Said he would have to walk upstair and get the stuff when I could go do it myself.
