James is very helpful and friendly. I will be using this location for all my car problems now. It’s an Audi and he was very knowledgeable about parts and things it needed so I felt comfortable dropping it off during lunch and picking it up later. It was great and affordable

Scheduled a appointment for a Saturday. They were really busy but still got the wheel bearing changed in my daughters car .Always nice and pleasant to us . James and the mechanic always do good work. Been coming there for several years now. Will continue to use them for repairs and oil changes.

I’m new to the area, so I chose a shop I was familiar with. I took my new to me 2011 Chrysler 200 to get checked out for any issues that I may not have been told about or noticed when purchasing my car. James made it a point to explain all the issues he had found during my cars inspection. He was also able to answer all of my questions with enough detail when I was trying to prioritize what needed to be fixed first vs. what could wait because I’m on a tight budget. There aren’t very many automotive repair shops that will actually shoot you straight like that and help you get by with what you can realistically afford on your budget! I would have given 5 stars, but there are only 2 guys working there right now so it’s taking them a little longer to get stuff done until they get more help hired in. Other than that, I am completely satisfied with picking this local meineke shop to help keep my new to me car on the road in my new home town! Thanks for such a warm welcome to a new place!! I will see y’all soon to get the rest of what’s needed done.

James very knowledgeable and helpful when diagnosing my brake problem. He was very polite and helpful with customers even though there were only two mechanics working that day. He was working the front desk and working on cars. Got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely go back for brakes and oil changes.
It was hard to get in touch with them so I call again the next day. The same thing happen but later that afternoon I got in touch with them and brought my car to them and got my oil change. Felt really good my car was so happy because I was happy. Thank you meineke.

Even though he was alone, running the front desk and handling multiple customers at once AND on the phone James replaced my starter really fast and correctly. A full staff at that location would be tremendous for the already excellent customer service James gave me. 10/10 would come again.

The service was great, the mechanics kept me informed on all problem they came across. I like how they took care of all the customers that came into the shop, I witness them checking over one customer car for an air conditioner issue when they discovered it was a blown fuse they changed it and didnt charge the customer for the labor they put in. I recommend their service to everyone.
James is a fantastic manager/mechanic as he quickly helped me out while also taking care of 4 other customers. All of which time kept a very professional manner. Will be back.

I took my car intoday to find out as to why my AC was not working. Manager n me have the same name James. Really cool guy. Found the issue with out any issues n had it fixed n no time. I normally go here to get breaks installed its just super quick fa me to get them put on then put em on myself. Great place. Friendly staff. Go here if u got any repairs n questions or concerns. Im a repeat customer n have been for 5 or more years. The AC getting fixed definitely made my day so much better.

The drain tube for my car’s AC unit had become clogged. The mechanics cleaned out the debris, and now it works like a charm.

Im a little average when it comes to cars, but this place is the BEST. Their focus is fixing your car at a price that fits your pockets. Not like some other places that wants your MONEY rather than future business.
Their hours state that they open at 7:30. I was there at 7:30, hoping to get an oil change before I had to be at work at 9 AM. I waited until 7:50, and no one was there. Had to leave and go down the road to Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube doesnt open until 8, but at least they open when they say they will.
Wonderful staff. They kept me in the loop on my vehicle’s progress while they were working on AC and Radiator leak.
I have been to your Cartersville location at least 3 times in the past year for oil changes. Normally they have done satisfactorily but this last time they didnt fill up my crankcase with new oil to proper levels. I called Keith and he said I could come in to get it topped off, which I intend to do as soon as possible.

I have used this facility a number of times . James and Keith are always professional and do exactly what I ask them to do. I have also appreciated the times when they topped off a fluid without adding another $10 on the bill.
My car apparently has a mind of its own. Lol. I received great customer service and wasnt even charged for the entire time my car was being checked out since the actual problem couldnt be found or resolved. I will definitely be going there for all of my car needs!
I called in on a Saturday looking to do an oil change and spoke with James. He said they had a lot of appointments already being a Saturday but asked me to bring car and he would make sure he squeezed it in between appts. I dropped off and within a few hours car was ready to go. I use this location for all my cars and have always had great service.

I was more than pleased with the service I received at the Cartersville location! I brought my new vehicle in as a walk-in service to have it looked over and have my oil changed before a road trip. James and Keith were polite, knowledgeable, and helpful - I will be using them for all my future services and highly recommend them!

Made an appointment to have some work done on my car. I scheduled it on the Meineke website for 730am. Arrived at 725am and sat in the parking lot until 8am. Tried calling and the voice mail is full. Called later at noon and asked if it would be possible to get the work done on my car. Was told by Keith that sometimes they get there at 730, but its usually 8 AM. Id have to schedule with some one in the shop to make an appointment because they dont go by the website. I could drop my car off but theres no telling how long it would take because repair work takes time.Ill just use some one else and I suggest you do too.
The store was supposed to open at 7:30am and they didn’t open until 8:15am. Another customer told me this isn’t the first time they arrived late. They kept trying to push a break change. They brought it up 5 times. Very unprofessional and I’m definitely not going there again

In and out quickly, they are straight forward and honest. Ive only ever had my oil changed and tires rotated here but I wouldnt hesitate to trust these guys with something more serious. Keith Perry, the manager, was very helpful.
Yeah I only put 5 starts so this can be seen. I scheduled a appointment for a oil change, online two hours in advance, just be told they didn’t see it until I got there and they had already scheduled two walk-ins for that time. Then the employee asked me if I “would like for us to squeeze you in?” Well sense I drove 15 mins there and I desperately needed a oil change, I said yes. I was given no estimate time of completion and no one answered the phone for a whole hour and a half, but thankful they were done when I go back to the shop. Not only was customer service bad but my car is making noises and doing things that a “HIGH MILEAGE OIL CHANGE” should of fixed or prevented. Plus my car wasn’t doing this before. I don’t recommend going here for oil change, my first and last time. Cartersville location. But at least Scheduling a appointment online was a easy process!

I had made an appointment on there website for 0730 no one shows up till 0815. No other customers where there when i left it is now 1400 (they close at 1600) I give them a call to see what is needing to be done or what all has been done. I qas told they have been busy and they have not yet gotten to my vehicle, but I was going to be the next. From the two different gentleman that I had talked to I dont see how they got awarded great customer service for 2020. I know 2020 has been tuff but apparently people also dropped there standards for customers services. When and if my vehicle gets fix today I definitely am not coming back and I recommend that no one, goes here for anything.

Keith at Meinike in Cartersville Georgia is always very helpful and thorough and things he works on for me. He replaced the motor mount on my Honda Element because it come damage from some power steering fluid.
I purchased brakes and rotors for my car and they put them on for me in record time and at a reasonable price

Keith Perry, the Manager at the Cartersville, GA Meineke, at 701 Joe Frank Harris Parkway (Hwy 41), did a great job for me on my Ford Flex. It had engine problems and the check engine light wouldnt go out no matter what we did. Diagnostics from several places were inconclusive according to them.It was misfiring, vibrating, and losing power, and had a fuel/gas sensor out. It also needed an ignition coil. The six spark plugs were shot.The other shop I routinely use for oil changes that is close to my house wanted $200 MORE for HALF the work. Thats right. $200 more without doing the ignition coil or the plugs, which are a pain on this vehicle since the back three are covered by the manifold. Keith properly diagnosed a problem that the other shop MISSED entirely.Keith delivered the car completed the same day it was promised, for exactly the promised price. I got out of there without losing my shirt. He had even driven the finished vehicle ten miles himself to make sure everything was working properly. He stayed a half hour late to deliver the vehicle because I couldnt make it in before closing. The light is out and its running great! Thanks, Keith!I cannot recommend him highly enough as a capable mechanic who will treat you fairly. Go see Keith and tell him I sent you.

Do not go here! There a scam!!!I wouldnt give one star if I had the choiceI first came up here for a simple oil change, I now have a tick in my motor that its never done before.Other mechanics said it could be from going to full synthetic.This store manager just installed 2 front tires on my truck and I have a fresh dent from where the balance weight was removed. Hes denying any role in it saying that it was there before when you can clearly see that it was done from removing the weight. Theres an 1/8 gap from where the weight was to where the dent is. There is a small dent on the other side in the same exact way, right below the old weight. He still denies any involvement.There is also no new balance weight added to that rim for the mount and balance that I had paid for.Keith says hes done this work for years and there is no way he made that dent! And then demands me to leave his store!He says there is no one higher than him I can talk to about the issue.If anyone had the owners information I need help to find out what can be done to resolve this issueSo there is a reason the owner replies to all negative reviews saying call the customer serviceBecause the customer service calls the store asks them what happened... all they do is lie about what happened and then your screwed... just like me and gouged rims
Got tire checked on our travels for Spring Break. I was nervous to go somewhere being 5 hours from home. Friendly and quick service. Very pleased and thankful.

Made an Appointment to bring my FJ Cruiser in for both front Struts to be replaced. My wife followed me in her car, as I had planned to drop the vehicle off. While I was waiting in the lobby, an employee approached my wifes car, and demanded to know why she was sitting in THEIR parking lot ! He acted extremely RUDE towards her.I then dropped off the vehicle there and left. About an hour later, I received a call from them, stating that they were unable to do the job because they didnt have the right equipment. Something about they wouldnt be able to compress the new struts enough to install them, and something about it wouldnt fit onto their alignment rack. Sounded like pure BS to me. I think they got pissed because they couldnt gouge me for the struts. I bought my own and took them in.Also, the shop area is very sloppy, dirty, and disorganized. Every time Ive went there, I had to stand in the lobby for a LONG time before anyone even bothered to come in and find out what I needed.EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ! My advice, take your business elsewhere !
