They have went above and beyond to help, I originally went to Latinos tire and sold me really bad tires but I was also having problems with my bearings, it was fixed the same day at a affordable price. Although I had to come back the next week because I was having minor issues the younger guy test drove my car and knew the exact problem and once again fixed it the same day! I would totally recommend this place. I have been back 2x and they have fixed it with no charge! This place has definitely made a turn around! Thanks guys you now have a loyal customer!

Great service always tries to get you back on the road quick. Dewayne and the lady in the office are there to help everyone that comes in. I have been there at least 5 times in the last year even when they are the only two there they do what they can to get you back on the road. The only bad experience I have had is with the Owner she seems more interested in the junk she sells that is not tire related. Several times I have had to deal and she forgets what she tell the customer and does not follow though. She did not write down appointment I made with her and caused a great inconvenience for me. If it was not for the lady in the office I would not have come back. Thanks guys for the Great job you do there are people who appreciate your efforts.

Absolutely amazing service! Mechanics are knowledgeable and show you what the issues actually are. The ladies in the office are WONDERFUL. A local parts shop delivered the wrong part and they PERSONALLY went back and got the right one. They stayed late just to get my truck fixed because I had work the next day. Amazing customer service all around. If you need any work done I highly recommend P&J Tire!

On July 29th while driving thru Cartersville, Ga, off of Interstate 75, I ran a several nails and screws causing 1 flat tires damaging 2 other tires. Unable to continue home to Florida safely, I decided to stay and got a motel to rest until the morning. Upon my awakening At 8am I began to call the local tire service centers for assistance. I called P & J new & used tire service center to see about getting a new tire or used tire. The lady that answered the phone told me that they didn’t have anyone that could sell me the tire nor could anyone put it on for me as they were unloading a load of tires. She said they probably wouldn’t be done till after lunch in which I had to check out of my hotel by 11 AM. I am very disappointed that there was no one to help me with my tires! What kind of service is are they really providing if there’s no one to put a tire on my car so I can get back home to Florida? 🧐🧐🧐🧐 I would not recommend this place as they have no help.To your response, if I sounded rude it was due to the stress of needing to go 500 more miles and desperately needed help with my tire. maybe since your business hours say 8am to 5 pm on Thursday I called you first. Since you had the best reviews and being I’m from another state I thought I couldn’t got wrong. Now you are blaming me for your neglected responsibilities? Hardly any good reason? As I’m sure the public can see it clearly states your business hours are from 8 am to 5 pm on Thursday. If your business isn’t open when it’s posted then change it on google so the misunderstanding won’t happen to another traveler passing through Cartersville, Ga.

My son took his vehicle to have his wheels mounted and balanced. They said they were able to do it and damaged all the wheels. He has rather expensive wheels and when they tried to fix the issue they caused more damage. The owner is not willing to even try to come to a conclusion to settle this matter.

Great prices, great service. I had to stop by because my front end felt like it was going to come apart, the mechanic there was very nice, helpful, and honest. He didn’t try to upsell me, he just told me what I needed to do to get on down the road (which it turned out to be 2 bad tires the belts were separating). I will definitely be going back when I need brakes.

Try to call the shop to find out prices on installation of tires and first person I spoke to said that it cost different prices and didn’t know how much it would be and sounded frustrated that I wanted to talk to somebody that could tell me then when that person came on the phone they hung up on me and right before he hung up said he don’t have time for this….They just lost some money…

Paid 40 dollars for a tire 2 weeks prior to this review . They gave me a side punctured used tire that went flat in 30 minutes . They refused a refund bt insisted that I come back every day for the next week 1/2 . After being rude over the phone I decided to drive there and record my interaction . At that point I was given another tire and was told they don’t want to do business with me anymore . I would not recommend them out of anyone in cartersville

Great place for new and used tires. We needed a spare fast and they had a really good tread heavy duty used tire for a very reasonable price. Staff is fast and friendly as usual and we went ahead and balanced our tires while we there.

You dont find places like this anymore. They do what they say and say what they do. Ive been here three times to get a used or two. Reasonable and dependable. Ive been other places in the past, but if you need a tire or tires, this is definitely the place to come. They will do you right.

I needed some assistance recently when I found a nail in my front tire. I called and was told that I could come on in and they would take care of me, they were true to their word.It was a Saturday afternoon and I was about 10 minutes away, as I drove up I didnt even get out of the vehicle and I was being assisted. I love the attitude and the quickness of their assistance, and I thank them for getting me back on the road so quickly.

I got some used tires here around Christmas time last year. The day before yesterday I had a tire losing air. Pumped it up and went to see them. They looked quickly but didnt see anything in the tire. Thought it was a slow leak. Yesterday the tire was as flat as a pancake. I finally got it changed to the spare. Took it in today and they found a hole and plugged it. Everyone makes mistakes, but overall everything worked out and I have been happy with their services.

They were very polite and quick. Decent priced too. I ended up showing up shortly before close and they were still willing to help and polite great people.

Had a flat along the interstate. They are located right off the exit, excellent customer service from the servicemen. Had my back on road within minutes and I was very satisfied!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Very poor service and customer service! I bought 4 used tires and two days later found that 1 had a slow leak (It was completely flat). I returned the following weekend and asked for a replacement tire but they did not have a similar tire to replace it with. Since the other three tires were still good, I asked for a refund on the 1 bad tire. They refused and became defensive, agitated and hostile towards me for asking for a refund. They said they would provide me a refund if they kept the bad tire back. How can I drive on 3 tires? In conclusion I was forced to leave on 3 good used tires and 1 bad tire. Keith the manager says P&J Tire/Auto Repair has been in business for 15 years. If this is how they conduct business then I dont see how.

I hit something on the interstate and wanted a tire that would get me around for two days until I got paid and could buy new tires. They had the used tire but they couldnt mount it right. I couldnt go over 45 mph and the thing went flat. Im not a happy person because I spent the last bit of money I had. Now Im running g on the little doughnut and its keajing air slowly.

Was once a great place for tires and service but sense old fat guy has been there service and quality has gone down hill quick. Tried to sell a low tread cut tire at not much less then a new one from walmart. When trying to explan my problem with the tire and price was told to leave and never come back. Was a customer for over 7 years. Will never return. Go to Latinos Tires, at 107 e. Felton Rd, instead.

Communication is horrible. I had an appointment for an alignment and oil change. At 2:15 I was informed they werent able to do my alignment because they couldnt get their sensors to work. Thats entirely too much time for an apology. No one even apologized for my wait. The office is filthy. Ok place if you need some tires

Horrible service. My husband and I took multiple vehicles for oil changes at P&J tires for months. Then my husband bought 4 used tires from them. 2 out of 4 tires blew out within a couple weeks and almost caused his truck to roll over. It ruined his rims when the tires blew so he called to ask them to replace them. The manager said he would but never got back with him. The last straw of when I had my oil changed and they poured oil all over my motor and car bumper. When I went to pay their new machine wouldnt read my credit/debit card with a chip. So I had to write a check. They required 2 forms of id, my ssn# and address/phone number. For a $25 bill she got enough information to steal my identity which I found ridiculous. I would not recommend this place to anyone for oil change or tires!

The service was ok but when I went inside a FLEA jumped on me. I wasnt very happy that they have pets inside and dont have the things treated. Customers shouldnt have to deal with the pests related to their animals

The technicians are fine but the old woman that handles money is rude and acts like she doesnt know how to do math.Save the headache and get your tires elsewhere.

The old lady in there was so rude she mad me cry. Don’t get your tires here unless you absolutely have no choice. I’ve never in my customer service experience been talked down on so bad in my life.

I went to get some tires put on, i got a half a mile away and my started to fall off due to them not putting the lugs on properly. Mechanic says why didnt i come right back. I said because you close at 6 which thats not what the hours says. He said only thing he can do is tighten them up

Nope never again! They said they could do an alignment on my car, after he was finished he told me the tires were straight but he couldnt get it all the way in line, I pulled out of there and couldnt keep the car on the road and the tires were constantly screaching!!! I was stranded, been in town all day trying to fix what they messed up!
