My Tech, Ozzy helped me get my repairs done and I had another issue with my sensors and my extended warranty didn’t cover it but he contacted Nissan for assistance with covering the cost of the repair. He really went above and beyond to get everything fixed with my car. He gave me a loaner and communicated with me throughout the process to keep me updated. He was very transparent, courteous, and overall helpful. He also was able to get everything repaired with minimal out of pocket expenses. I am grateful especially since I hadn’t had the car over a year.
Everyone was so helpful. All staff members made sure that I was being taken care of as soon as I arrived to the time of me leaving.

Very disorganized. I purchased a used vehicle here which in itself took over 5 hours. Yes we were here on Sunday, but I have great credit and was approved right away so most of the time was spent on sales agent chatting with manager and getting us the price that was advertised on the their site. We still did t get exact price but whatever. Then when time came for the vehicle hand over, 30 min was wasted to look for the second key which was supposed to be in the car but wasn’t. We left with a promise that a second key will be sent to us. Well, two months later I’m still waiting. Managers never call back. I’ve been calling and even drove one hour to come back to the location myself. Yet another 30 min wasted just for them to find what is going on and where my key is. Yet I’m still waiting. I’m giving two stars for the sales man Luis because he was at the very least respectful and nice to us. Don’t shop here. Go to other dealerships that at least communicate between each other.

Completely unprofessional. When I bought a used car from them it took over 3 months to get my new plates. When I called 2 months later to ask where they were they told me that I had to come back in because they needed to do VIN verification since they forgot to do it before selling the car to me. I was then told that I would receive confirmation that the documents would be sent off to the DMV because they lost my trust and never received the confirmation. Their attention to detail and lack of professionalism is alarming and I will make sure to never recommend this business to anyone. Totally unprofessional and untrustworthy.
I came in for a battery replacement and work was completely promptly and to my satisfaction. The mechanic Chung was excellent and very thorough. The other representatives were very courteous and professional.
Maria Perez was my service advisor and she made sure To keep me updated throughout the entire wait . She was thorough in her explanation on what my car needed. I love my car!My only issue is you DO NOT need the warranty for AMS theft patrol. It’s unnecessary. It’s an extra $1995.ALSO they incorrectly input my phone number and email on that contract so I can’t even use it. I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for 2 weeks now. They said they’d fix it but they haven’t. They haven’t even called me back I’ve called 4 times.You also don’t need the PermaPlate but they add it anyways. It literally says optional on the contract but whatever.I’ll be asking for a refund so hopefully they can do something about it or fix it.I also didn’t get an automatic key. Just a valet key.

Not very familiar with dealerships, but I know that if I have an appointment, someone is going to be there to assist me. I had an appointment and when I got there the person had already left for the day. The employees seemed so confused at first and later they sent someone else to help me. I DID NOT hear any apology the whole time or anything about the weird incident . I didn’t buy anything because I felt rushed by this person (of course I wasn’t on his schedule he wanted to finish with me soon). The person I had spoken first on the phone said they’re willing to negotiate prices, but when I got there I was told that that isn’t possible moreover, the add a list of sketchy fees to the vehicle that added $8000 more. I understand it’s a business but I was told something different over the phone and it made me mad, In addition to the fact that the person left for the day before my appointment which I considered very very unprofessional. I feel disappointed because I didn’t feel they were willing to help in any sense.

I received the worst customer service from the regenal manager Alex Gonzalez. He completely ignored my reasonable appeal for a refund after the repurchase of our limon car. He finally called me 2 months later once I expressed how upset I was when I didnt hear back. Only to be disrespected and hanged up over the phone. He even answered asking who I was and what it was about when I had left so many messages to reach out. That was very upsetting. When we signed our repurchase he was physically present and avoided us sending his coworkers to talk to us. Which is very sad to experience in comparison to when we first got the car he welcomed us to his office and tried to make a sale. He even tried offering our money back out of his pocket after he hung up to avoid dealing with the issue. But he didnt even take the time to consider the truth of why we deserved the refund.
Terrible experience. Took my vehicle for a diagnostics and did not clearly communicate the issue. Sent over the diagnostic and quoted me $5606. I went to get my car, paid $180 and noticed that when I got home, the brake light was out and the sensors on my dashboard were lit. Called and got no response see from the service dept. The sales dept was very quick to call me to offer to purchase the vehicle. I went in to get car appraised and they said I needed forms from the DMV. As I was walking out, the sales manager whispered he would email me a quote. My boyfriend went back into the dealership with my diagnostic paperwork and the next thing I know, the sales manager, salesperson and my boyfriend were all yelling at each other. Sales manager cussed him out and called police. All because we questioned the validity of the diagnostic. No one has followed up or responded to any messages or emails.
Jonn Nguyen continues to provide exceptional service. I set up the appointment over the phone and sent my daughter to the dealership with the car. She was in and out quickly with no problems. Thank you.

Great ride share service however I recommend that customers ask what is covered in special services. I paid for service with fluids checked and topped off as stated in deal just to find that they do not replenish all fluids such as brake and transmission fluids to push for extra service. Not good business and paid an extra amount just for washer fluid top off.
I came there at 7:30 and it was packed but the staff was quick and took care of everyone promptly. Even after the staff was yelled at by another customer they calmly explained they are working as fast as they can. They were very professional and friendly.

I get it for $24.95 Each plus $100.00 for Programming. $128.00 Total. The guy In Nissan Parts was Very Sarcastic and even Laughing about it.I was very disappointed with Nissan Carson they switched my Original Battery from my Rogue and put an Old one with leak on the post. Just check the pics and video. They want me to bought a new Battery. No one touch that car only me and Dealer. Just put extra care when you going to service. To me thats very Dishonest

I bought my Nissan Frontier here at Carson Nissan and it was my very first purchase of a brand new vehicle. They were helpful, nice, and willing to negotiate. Will I buy another vehicle from here? Yes, maybe in the near future. The customer service is good. Every time I go for a maintenance job they are helpful they keep me updated and upon check out the girl behind the counter are nice. They wash my truck and take care of my interior haven’t had a problem with them for almost 6 years.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: ANDRES MEJIA WAS JUST HORRIBLE.Today I went to check out a used vehicle on their lot. 2016 Audi. The car was beautiful and I honestly wanted the car. But, the breaks were making a horrible sound. All tires were different, the rotors were rusted, the back (left) taillight was broken. At one point the sales manager, Andres Mejia, came to talk to us about the possible sale. Immediately his arrogance and cocky attitude was noticed by my mother and I. I simply asked what any customer would ask, Would the dealership be willing to fix these issues or some? Especially the breaks. He immediately shut us down and put up every roadblock one could imagine. At that point, I didnt know he was the manager. I said, Is it possible to ask the manager if they would be willing to fix any of these issues? He quickly said, I am the sales manager, I am the big boss, no one is higher than me. Gross response. Such a turn off. Definitely lacks character and the ability to make people feel welcomed. I immediately felt all of my trust and confidence in the dealership go out of the window. There was no way I could trust such an important purchase with someone that does not value the customer. I even told him, All I want is to feel as a customer is valued, heard, and appreciated. He finally said hed be back. He left us outside in the hot sun (didnt invite us in) for about 20 minutes -- never came back out. He sent a salesman to relay his message. I could buy a car anywhere, but I chose to stop by your dealership to give you the opportunity to earn my business and you chose to present this pretentious and ugly attitude. Of course we left after that. I hope his management sends him to customer service training -- but then again, its tough to teach people how to value others. Some things you cannot teach, some people are just inherently ugly inside. Never again.
The staff was very professional and interpersonal. We were treated like people and not like numbers coming in the facility. Great place to look for a vehicle and the staff also took the time to walk and talk with you and explained each vehicle as well as the quality. Good staff!!

Folks - If your car is off warranty - go to an INDEPENDENT AUTO MECHANIC!!!I took my vehicle in, at 41,000 plus miles, after having driven it around 3500 all of 2020, due to pandemic. My main concern was the rear lift gate - which stopped opening and closing automatically. The service advisor Alberto said it would cost $169 for an electric diagnostic - no repairs....just to see what is wrong. I thought that was high, and said no. They did the usual oil/filter change, tire rotation, new wipers and inspection.During my wait at home, I get text messages from Alberto - need cabin filter replace in-cabin filter for $79.99 (had it done 15,000 miles ago), change automatic transmission fluid, based on mileage for $269.99 (Nissan recommends at 60,000 miles), and a complete fuel system service at $299.99 based on mileage (I had it done at 28,673 miles) - I DECLINED EVERYONE OF HIS RECOMMENDATIONS!After picking up my vehicle and getting home, I went on the internet to find out about the rear lift gate problem. I found out there is an on/off switch in the glove compartment for the power of the rear lift gate. I went and opened the glove compartment and the switch was off!!! I flipped it on and the gate worked! Alberto DID NOT HAVE THE COMMON SENSE TO SPEND 10 SECONDS TO TELL ME AND SHOW ME THAT SWITCH WHEN I BROUGHT MY VEHICLE IN!! WELL NISSAN - YOU JUST NOW LOST A CUSTOMER. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER NISSAN AND WILL ALWAYS TELL PEOPLE - NEVER GO TO CARSON NISSAN SERVICE DEPT AS THEY WILL TRY TO SELL YOU SOME HIGH PRICE SERVICE THAT YOU DO NOT NEED OR THEY WONT TELL YOU A SIMPLE SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM YOU ARE HAVING!Find a good AAA Mechanic - there are plenty of them that will NOT rip you off!

It wasn’t a bad experience but it wasn’t a really good one either. I waited for five hours and then they send me a link on my phone to confirm what else should be done to my car but no one came out to explain it to me. I don’t want to confirm if no one explains it to me. Then I went to one of the guys in the front and he just told me to click on what you want. As a customer who has bought their car from Carson Nissan and has been going to Carson Nisson for 4 years for routine service that shouldn’t have happened. It would have been best if someone came out and explained the extra services needed rather than me having to try to find someone to do that.
The reason I gave a low rating is I had to wait for a long time, (don’t get me wrong I love this dealership) but I came in expecting a rental and didn’t get it although it was promised to me days earlier. I had to wait over 4hrs just to get a diagnosis, and that messed up my total day, irritated to say the least. I feel I should receive a substantial discount next time I come in for my ruined day. Note: the work completed was great, but that time warp really messed me up for the day. A grateful client!!!!!!

I was not expecting to pay that much more for a used damaged car. Wish there prices were more transparent since it was quite a drive. Wouldnt consider them again after that.
I was very impressed at the outcome when I went in for a wheel alignment at this particular dealership. Due to the fact that my alignment was just a hair off, the mechanic didnt try to say otherwise. Nice to see a bit of honesty these days.

On May 11 we turned down all offers from our local Nissan dealerships in San Diego and drove up 2 hours to purchase a beautiful 2019 Rogue from Carson Nissan thanks to salesman Joshs kindness to work with me on the phone and got us the price we could afford.. However, the experience with the finance person Jonathan was all about rushing thru singing the contract without giving us any brief summary. We ended purchasing a $1200 quoted extended service contract but were charged $1800 on the contract on which we later found out and were also assigned to a very high interest loan company without choice..June update: The dealership customer relation manager has reached out to me and another finance manager named Freddy has since refunded the $600 difference to our auto loan creditors account. Thank you very much!

Every time I go to Carson Nissan they exceed my expectations. Whether it is for an oil change or something else, they treat me like I am a valued customer. This last time Albert just went above and beyond. I have been having problems with my bluetooth system in my Rogue the entire year I have had it. Other reps have assisted and helped. This was the first time I met Albert and he did above what was expected. He contacted people higher up the ladder immediately to assist me. I feel like I will get this fixed soon. Thanks Albert!!!!!!!
I brought my car in for an oil change. When I picked it up, the car would not start. The rep noted that a Nissan staff left the Hazard lights on. They gave me a jump and I drove home. The next morning, I tried to start my car and it would not start. Moreso, my battery is in great condition, you can check the diagnostic, and I did not have this problem before dropping it off. I called Nissan and spoke to an Albert but he mentioned Id have to pay for a diagnostic for a problem that was created at Nissan. No way. I am highly disappointed especially since I frequent this place for routine maintenance. I will not pay for a problem that was created at Nissan. I will escalate this to upper management if this matter is not resolved without charge.It is March 11, 2021

Fabian is always amazing and so helpful. Now nissan as a whole Im disappointed. Not even 2 to 3 years and parts seem to have been made so cheaply that needs replacement and they are so expensive.
Becareful when buying here. They will try to force you to take products that are clearly optional when signing loan contract. How about trying to actually sell the products not forcing people to take them. Its a bad practice to have. I will report to the bbb. Also I have went in 2x trying to buy a car and they will not let me move forward solely because I will not take there extra add ons, and I am already approved for my own financingUpdate after purchasing a vehicle. Company still forced me to take theft patrol at a discounted price even though it clearly stated was optional. I was charged 995$ Instead of 1995$. I have bee. Trying to call them to cancel the service that i dont want. I was told by the company with the service that i need to call the dealership and they dont want to give me a refund. I will submit complaint with bbb. I will also submit complaint with CFPB if I am not givin a refund for something i did not want from the beginning

The service rep was informative and kept to his word. He let me know that my suv usually needs the synthetic blend and the price might be a bit more than the printed price on the email. I was given an accurate estimate on price and timing. Good work.
Service notes are ignored when we schedule an appointment. I called to confirm that I would be OK to drop off my car for 100k mile service. No notes were taken because this was a surprise when I dropped off my car. The service center may be understaffed. Something is wrong because customer service seems like a low priority and a hassle for the workers. It took almost an hour for me to return my rental and pick up my car. I first had to wait for someone to accept my rental return. Then I had to prove to someone I had paid for my service to request for someone to please bring me my car. Also, every time I come here theres usually a condescending service rep. Im not sure if they think women can be spoken down to about vehicles or if they speak to all customers this way, but either way I have the worst experiences here.
I made an appointment of an oil change. I was greeted right away by a friendly person. I was promptly notified of any additional things that I needed taken care of on my car that I wasnt aware of. Everything went smoothly and everyone was very helpful and friendly. I will be back in the future and I will recommend Carson Nissan to my family and friends.

Went cause my car braked out of no where and it was so violent I hit the steering wheel and I was only about to go over a speed bump, thank God I didnt have my kids with me or that it didnt happen on the freeway. Ive had the front sensor changed once already when the car was less then a year old. I love nissan but there just not safe anymore even the transmission is slipping and they wont do anything without charging me cause Im at 41k miles.. theyve had a recall for this part already and wont fix it. Just gonna have to call consumer affairs see what they have to say about this...
I came in to pick up my reward and I got treated like I was begging for change.The receptionists told me oh you don’t have to get an appraisal we can just give you the gift card. Now I had the exact numbers for this prize situation and I was willing to go get an appraisal in hopes of a new car and was told I was up for the 25000$. Not only was I discriminated against I was treated as if I was not good enough the be there. I asked to speak the the manager (Alberto) in regulates to questions I had he wouldn’t answer my questions and after explaining to him he didn’t answer them she shrugged his shoulder and walked away. They connected me with a sales rep who acted as if he did not understand what it was I was telling him instead he told me your going to get this car and you make it work for you. Not at all taking into consideration what I had told him. We walked around the parking lot he showed me 4 cars I told him what I liked and explained to him these are car I had all considered minus one. So when speaking with the employees they explained well our manager feels your only worth this and handed me a 5$ gift card. I was applaud the humiliation of someone telling you your only worth 5$. So when I asked can I speak to your general manager I was told no and they refused to even call him. They all shrugged there shoulders and dismissed me as if my money wasn’t good enough and or my presence was no longer welcomed. I’ve never felt so ashamed to go to a place of business and be treated like a third class nothing by a room full of professionals.

Buyer Beware, went to dealership for advertised car of $13k When went to discuss financing was told the price is actually $23k they added accessories not needed and refused to honor the price on the window. Bait and Switch be careful don’t fall for the scam. Was told all dealerships are doing this now, nope not true went to another dealership and they did not try to pull the scam. Sales man tried convincing me that they werent able to remove ANY of the OPTIONAL EXTRAS before we could continue review numbers. This after allegedly going back to his management for advice. Ive purchased 5 dealership vehicles, why do they assume I will allow them to sell me $6K in stuff I dont want and probably wont need throughout my ownership of vehicle I want, such as scratch and dent repair @ almost 2k which is part of MY insurance coverage anyway. I many times wonder if they tend to do this over the fact that Im a female and Im there shopping alone. Im so discouraged to even return any of their communication attempts after such bad waste of my time. They arent there to negotiate at all, none the less to remove any of the extras (which is how dealerships make $$) they want to sell their products (nothing to do with vehicle you are there to buy)

Carson Nissan is NOT the closest Nissan dealership; in fact it is about 300 miles away from me. But because I have taken 2 of my previous trucks there they have always treated me very well. So I was in the area and the took my appointment and solved some of my issues and are able to get the work done that other Nissan Dealerships were unable to get done. Ozvaldo was able to answer all my questions and tends to go above and beyond the call of duty to get the job done. If he doesnt know the answer he will find the answer. Awesome!!!
Always so helpful with me trying to understand what is needed in my car, and go above an beyond to inspect what the problems are to help me solve them.
Was treated like a valued customer. The service workers were thought and attentive. I will continue to take my vehicle to Carson Nissan.
The personal who works there are very nice
This place sure loves to scam unsuspecting customers. From their overpriced used vehicles to bait and switch on sticker prices to inflated maintenance costs and bad service. This place is so bad when it was time to purchase a second vehicle i went to the carson honda next door and had an infinitely better experience, and I dont even like hondas!Bought a used vehicle from here with no supposed maintenance issues but a week after driving off the lot i noticed:The right front and rear turn signals were outThe back right speaker was blown outThe aux port is loose and can only play music out of one side of the speakersThe tires tread was mostly worn outDid i mention the electrical problems? I had to change the battery three times in a year because something is draining the electricity on it even when the car is completely shut off with the radio and electronics shut off as well.The car didnt even have floor mats when I drove off the lot, they offered to provide me some for no cost, wow what a deal 🙄Long story short i am never going to buy a Nissan vehicle from either this or another dealership. Youve lost a customer for life.
I went in just to “look” as my current car lease will expire in three months. I had zero intention of buying a car, but everyone was so great and Professional that I drove away with a new Rouge sport and ended up turning my lease in early.No pressure sales staff, no pressure financing. Really worked to get my business. I’m new to Nissan, but after my first experience, I would recommend to anyone looking for a great dealership!Update edit: I’m still waiting on my lease buyout check. Have reached out multiple times and keep getting told it’s been requested and I will get a follow-up email with tracking details. Then nothing until I follow up AGAIN!This has been almost a month and a half with zero effort from Nissan. It feels like they got my business and then dropped the ball.It’s too bad, as they took a perfectly wonderful five star experience and soured me on their service.Buyer beware!!!Final edit - was able to get check (finally after over two months) and all is good in the world.I will bump the rating up to four stars -
