Service is ok but the advisor should be re-trained on how to understand and explain the job order breakdown as it lists the parts/services done with the corresponding charges. Seems unfamiliar with maintenance scheduling and the likes.

I wish I could give zero star. Always have to wait 4hours for oil change on Saturdays even with appointments. I could have changed the oil myself if not for warranty. Look at the waiting list in my picture

I had a great experience today. I arrived at approximately 3:40 p.m. without an appointment. I was given prompt attention and every aspect of the process was thoroughly explained to me, I was also immediately dropped off at a restaurant upon my request. After my car was inspected I was reminded of a major repair that had been mentioned during my previous service encounter. My response was, Not today. I was introduced to a program that allowed me to get the repair done, make monthly payments after a small down payment and drive home in a beautiful, brand new SUV (rental),free of charge. Im a Happy Camper.

That is the worse place any body can go to get service or to buy a car I would never in my life will recommend anybody to that place, let me give a small story on that place its been over a month that supposedly they order a part to be change on my car an on top of that they told me that it take a one week to get the part an then after it took them a bit over a month to contact me an on top of it wen you ask them why did ya took to long to let me know if the part was in an to bring my car they have the courage still to lie about it that supposedly they have been calling you an they still lie about it but ok an believe me I will never buy or go back to Carson nissan...........

The thieves at Carson Toyota tried to sell my sister a Camry for $5000.00 over retail. They tried to justify the additional cost due to the fact that the vehicle had a sought after red entire. Purchased the same vehicle fully loaded for $4000.00 under under sticker at Westminster Toyota.

When to the holiday event was going on but didnt even consider to have a handicap line in wheelchairs and myself we didnt have a wheelchair that could not stand in the line so I had to leave so my kids cannot partake in the event to see Santa Claus

We brought my girlfriends car to the Carson Toyota Dealership to have an oil change done before going to work. They understood we wanted that service alongside a tire rotation as well. They didnt mention once the cost of the service(s) before leaving. Upon our return to pick up the vehicle, thats when we greatest to several fees that were not mentioned before. Our total was $123 w/ tax. Apparently we were charged $65 for the oil change, $40 for the tire rotation and $25 to top off fluids.I understand their fees went up in 2020, however they didnt mention at all that the tire rotation is not included with the oil change, let alone there was a fee to top off the fluids (brake fluid, coolant, etc.) I know when I take my car to a Ford dealership for that same $65 I get all three services. Im not sure if these practices are across all Toyota dealerships, but I do know this experience makes me rethink ever buying a Toyota as my next car.

Its been 3 weeks still can get my part. Simple plastic clips to hold up a panel all 10 clips broke and went in to order it and still have not gotten them. The part department never called me back i had to call them and check on the order.

I had shopped around and dealt with rude, disappointing, and massively unprofessional people that made me feel like garbage. Needless to say that they would not get my business if they paid me. Jake made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer all of my questions while doing everything he could to get me into a new quality vehicle that was reasonably priced and would work perfectly for my job. I will be taking my business to him once I have acquired the very simple paperwork that is needed to get the car that I really want.
