I needed a specific cable for the audio system in my 2013 Azera. And, Chuck Evans in the parts department came through with flying colors. Not only did they have the hard-to-find part in stock, he gave me a great deal on it because they don’t sell many of them anymore. He was kind and courteous. Would gladly do business with him again!
Parts department hung up on me once I told them I was asking for quotes. The funny part is they had a better quote. Ill rather pay $10 extra and get quality customer service
Norman, was the worst sales team member ever. Not only was my name written wrong, I was also addressed by a completely wrong name. The prices advertised are complete bait and switch. So glad I asked to work out a price before driving all the way there. Be wary of the almost $2,000 protection package the put on the vehicles (but dont list in their prices). He would have also rather argued about wording than about finding common ground for a price. Not the best sales tactic. Based on the exchanges I had with Norman, I would NOT recommend this dealer at all.
Came in with my daughter apparently they had a deal going on and wanted to trade cars they were low in inventory. Well the sales representative Dominique Dennis was very patient and made us deal that was hard to resist,my daughter and I came out with brand new cars. I have purchased 8 cars in my life, and this has been the BEST car buying experience by far. Let’s begin with that.I reached out to 6 nearby Hyundai dealerships for their best quote on a 2020 Ioniq Electric. I knew that it was an outgoing model and attractive incentives and rebates were available, but I did not want to spend the time demanding every one. Not only did EDGAR CASTELLANOS at Win Hyundai in Carson reach out to me first, he had the best price out of all the other dealers. He then made it completely easy and professional from setting the appointment to test driving the car and signing the contract. He gave me respect and knew I wasn’t there to waste time or talk about things I did not want. He consistently made sure I was comfortable and satisfied while I was waiting for my car. He didn’t try to upsell me or make me feel I was abandoned. It was such a smooth and easy buying experience; I feel like I just got lucky. There’s no way this can happen to every car buyer, right? And as a cherry on top, I got another positive surprise from the financing office right as I was about to drive off the lot. I probably shouldn’t disclose what that was since it’s probably not available on every vehicle, but it was a very good financial incentive that came completely unexpected. To top that off, when I noticed a pin-sized (barely noticeable) scratch on the front bumper, Edgar offered to fix it if I made an appointment and came back. All in all, I left with NO jaded feeling, and all the negative memories of car buying experiences prior were wiped clean. Go see my review of Cerritos Kia, and you’ll see the difference.
I was looking for a specific car, specific trim and color. I tried their online service through email and asked for the out the door numbers and was emailing with internet salesmen Sang, I got a basic quote saying it was the “best offer.” The offer includes their WIN PKG, and a $667 “Government Fee.” When I ask them what’s the government fee was I was told it was the DMV/Registration fee. I was confused because there was already a doc fee of $85 which is for the DMV registration. When negotiating out the WIN PKG and questioning the $667 fee and their dealer mark up. All of a sudden “we can’t fit your needs” he wouldn’t explain what exactly was the government fee and they would not take out the PKG. On top of that they didn’t even send counter offer from them! Taking my business to another dealer with more transparent and honest pricing. Be smart with car buying don’t let them believe that you HAVE TO get their package. It’s called an “add on” for a reason. Pay for the car, doc fees, down payment. Current found 3 other dealers with honest pricing. I guess they don’t want your money when you call out the BS they try to sell you.
Having read the very positive review, which mentioned my salesman, Edgar Catellanos, I completely agree. Edgar and Nevin Son took great care of me at WIN Hyundai. The deal was made with a minimum of standard car dealership BS and I left happy and excited with my new car, not wondering how much got squeezed out of me.I returned a couple of times for minor problems and Edgar handled everything quickly and competently. I would definitely recommend buying or leasing here.

Things have changed a lot since I first got my car 3 years ago. I got it as a lease because it was the best option then and now that it’s been 3 years my husband and I went in over a month ago to purchase the vehicle and things are very different. The place is not as clean as it once was and there was hardly anyone there when we went. One of the 3 employees that were there told us that apparently things weren’t done right back then and that they cleaned out the place but I had a way better experience back then than now. Aside from all the waiting and long process, we signed documents with finance dept. employee and closed the deal to then get a text message from the financing company that the precious loan was never paid off and that now the car payment was late. This is as well a month after we were there. I had to call and see what was going on and because they put incorrect zip code, the deal never went through by the bank and they never cared to contact us and let us know about coming in and fixing whatever was wrong. I was told that we now had to pay the precious amount left and still get the same amount from bank so I told them that I wanted something stating that I would get that money back plus the late fee. I was and am very upset because never had I been late on my payments and now that was going to affect my credit. The guy said he would print out the contract again with correct information and send it via ups next day and when we went through it the amount on total amount and monthly payment was higher than what we paid for. I tried to contact him and so did my husband and we were told he would contact us back and he didn’t. We had to both email and keep following up. Horrible experience we are still dealing with. Back then I would definitely recommend to ppl,.. now I will never recommend to anyone.
Be careful with this dealer as when I purchased my car from them back in 2019 I had a great experience now that I went back I see that they are marking up cars by almost 10k for what they call a wheel package. When reality they probably purchased those wheels for about $600-$700 and then charge you 3k extra for that plus they have and additional 3k for mark up purposes, so a 2021 Elantra which should be 21k is about 29k which makes no sense I get the pandemic hurt business but damn thats just ridiculous overall I like Hyundai just not the stunts this dealership[ is pulling.

I always come here to have my car serviced. I stopped going to other shops (Jiffy Lube, EZ Lube, etc) years ago because these places couldnt be trusted. I like to come here because I know they are using the correct parts and suggesting the proper recommendations for my car. I usually see Barry and hes one of the most personable and honest service advisors Ive interacted with. I know my car is in great hands when I come here. All of the staff members - from the salesmen, advisors, checkout counter personnel, servicemen, etc are so welcoming and they always smile and say hello. Even when its busy they always ask me how Im doing and say its good to see me. Thank you for taking care of my car throughout the years!

I have been driving the same old truck for many years, and I had never had good experiences with dealerships in the past. I always felt overly pressured and frankly, new cars were a little complicated compared to my old 2001 vehicle. When I visited WIN Hyundai Carson, I felt comfortable in a dealership for the first time. Carlos Olmedo (CJ), the floor manager, took me on a test drive and helped me out by taking the wheel first and showing me all of the features of the vehicle I wanted and also how to manage the safety features so I wouldn’t be overwhelmed initially. Norman Johnston (internet sales manager) and Shawn Gibson (sales manager), were very responsive to all my emails. Additionally, Norman was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions in-person or hunted down answers for me about the pricing of the vehicle. Norman also ran all of the lease and purchase schedules with all the information I requested without complaining once (and I requested a lot of scenarios). After deciding on the payment plan I wanted, Norman showed me to Tim Kamotto (finance manager) who guided me through the lease paperwork while providing me with a clear understanding of what I was signing. After this, Norman took me outside and walked me through some of his favorite features of the vehicle so I would have a head start understanding my own vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership! I called 9 times before I got in touch with a sales rep bec after being transferred, it would be silent and a few times heard the phone rustling as they hung up the phone. Called for a white elantra, said they have it, I asked for photos and said to give him a second, phone hangs up. Called back and asked again, now they suddenly dont have it. So far so good, at least I didnt waste my time and money to drive close to an hour over there.

Call to order part and talk to Jimmy he told me part was order and was going to be delivered to me. I own a repair facility here in Harbor city they normally deliver to us. After a few days and the part was not deliver I call back and talk to Chuck a very rude sales person. Told me that it had just got there and that it was going to be delivered the next day. The part was not delivered the next day. Call back and got to talk to our rude salesman agian ( Chuck) and he told me that the delivery drive quit and that they were not delivering parts. But this was a week after he told me that it was going to be delivered. So I just ask why they are not calling people to let us know. Chuck didnt handle that well. Remember Chuck you work with customers and if you dont want to deal with us look for another job. Call management and they didnt even care.
So apparently this place doesn’t check for proof of residency because I am constantly getting advertisements sent to my house in the mail for a LYLE ALAN GIST who does not live in my house and never has.I will personally be dropping this off at the dealership.
I was helped by Daniel the fleet manager. He was helpful and willing to assist me over the phone. When I arrived Daniel greeted me and introduced me to Andrew in sales. He took care of me and Daniel was outstanding, knowledgeable and kind. My car buying experience was top notch and amazing. Andrew even helped remove my belongings from my trunk into my new car.He was throughout and willing to take his time to answer all of my concerns. Even after purchasing my vehicle he was helpful to answer my questions via text message.Daniel told me he was going to give me a better deal than Westbrook of Anaheim! He sure did!!! I went in for a recall and I went 2 time, waited 3 hours each time for them to tell me that they dont have the part. I gave a bad review so the third time they kept my car and lent me a car to drive in the mean time. The car had a bag of weed in the back. I could have gotten in serious trouble for their mistake. They did a terrible job, installed the part wrong, according to another mechanic. Humidity is getting into the fuse box, and now other fuses are malfunctioning. I feel as though it was done on purpose and dont feel comfortable going back. I retracted my earlier review but feel i shouldnt have so here is another bad review.
Looking at the reviews, there doesn’t seem to be any middle ground. Either people had a 5star experience or they didn’t. Personally, I love Hyundai & have had nothing but good luck w/the brand...I think their cars & service are exceptional. They have upped their style/design game in a huge way & their their vehicles are the most fuel efficient, easy turn wheel & smoothest ride in town. I brought our 2019 Ioniq in a couple of times & love that it’s under warranty and everything is covered. The service department does their best to get u in & out, communicated w/me clearly & delivered the vehicle on a date as promised. Try 4urself & take a test drive. Hyundai is the way❤️🚗

Salesperson says hell honor the advertised price (as if hes doing something exceptional) but will not sell the car without a $2,000 bogus, useless, and needless protection package. Its no wonder Win Hyundai has the lowest rating of 3.4 among 15 dealerships in the Los Angeles area. Just pathetic and the management and ownership should be ashamed to do business this way.
I just bought a car from the Hyundai dealers. The salesman, Edgar, assured me that I could download my app using my iPhone to listen to Sirius radio. This was very important to me and I asked him several times before I bought the car if I could listen to Sirius radio. However, once I bought the car this turned out not to be true. Edgar said he would come over to my house at 7:00 pm to fix it. He never showed and didn’t even have the courtesy to call me. I texted him the next day and demanded that he pay for a serious radio device and installation. He said he needed to talk to the manager and would call me on Monday. He never did. Do not go to this Hyundai dealership. All they care about is getting your money and then ignoring you when you have a problem.

They tried to steal my money the store manager is a crook do not trust him at all. I got no car gave them a down payment and when I told him I didnt want the car any more after I still didnt have a car for a whole week he told me he would hold my money up in court and that i would never see it. I told him this was illegal and he replied he didnt care and he would do it just because he could. Please beware if you go to this location....

All of my encounters since my initial encounter have been horrible. They ordered a part I needed and called me to come back and get it installed. I came back and an hour and a half later they told me it was the wrong part and they would order the correct part and call me back. I wrote a review on this bad experience so the service manager (Sam) called me to apologize and to tell me he would make it right and order the part and come pick up my car or give me a loaner. That was 4 weeks ago. Never heard from him again. They lost the sale of my next vehicle over this. I dont trust them anymore

Most horrendous lease agreement experience I’ve ever had.TLDR: You may save money, but you will waste lot of your time.We saw the great deal on the internet and called Hyundai Carson. Mr.L was the sales and he asked us to fill out the forms ahead of time at Hyundai website. Cool. But then, following the link provided, it didn’t work. Multiple times, it wasn’t submit. I tried 3 different web browsers and still didn’t go. And finally I googled Hyundai website and tried to go from there, and it worked. So his link was not working. Oh well, I can’t blame him, since he’s not the one who created the website.Then we went to the dealer next day. We thought this would be 30-60 min paper works since we got preapproved and sent all the DL and insurance info ahead, but there were 3-4 customers ahead of us. Oh well, we didn’t expect that so okay let’s wait. But then Mr.L brining out the paper forms and asking us to fill out the forms that we filled out yesterday via online. Why? His answer was because his office only work by paper form so he can’t use online information. Wow. We didn’t complain but filled out the forms again. We told them we need to go to work soon so if you can hurry things up we would appreciate it. Then a guy showed up and gave me some papers to sign. We were doing lease and doing it for our father-in-law and I was signing papers. Felt weird. I thought my F-I-L also should sign it. But then he took the paper and gone. Waited about 1.5 hrs then we hears “your paper is filled out wrong.” What? Waited another hour. Later telling us that the guy who helped us messed up(yes he supposed get signatures from both of us) Mr.L told us, “It’s better to just wait, huh? Cuz you told us to hurry up.” Wow. You guys messed up the paper works and blaming us? I didn’t yell, nor argue with Mr.L.Now the manager showed up and saying, “give me your DL and insurance info.” We gave you all the info, ah, why did I even bother? He didn’t even fret. He was literally saying, “I don’t have time. Do you wanna make this lease happen today?” The manager now sits at the computer and making so many errors and I had to fix every portion of the info (I didn’t even know why I filled out those papers when he is gonna mess up everything in the screen lol)We finally got the car. Cool. Elantra itself was great. One month later. Lease bill didn’t come. So I went to Hyundai website to creat my account, but it says information does not match. So I called support and they are saying there is no info under my name, nor under the VIN, and advised me to call the dealership. Omg. So I called the Hyundai Carson dealer and they told me, “I don’t know if there was a glitch or something. The lease didn’t go thru. Come to our dealer to pay the lease. You should get bill normally from next month.”I never had this much trouble just getting a leased car. I rarely complain about anything, but this was just too much. And I didn’t even put all the complaints here. Never coming back to Hyundai Carson.P.SI don’t expect great things. Just make things smooth. We are all humans and we make errors If things don’t go as planned, just say, ”sorry, it didn’t go as planned.” But I never heard such kind words from any of the staff. Everyone is mighty and high, “ we didn’t do anything wrong.” attitude. Live like how you feel. I’ll bring my business to where I feel comfortable.
Went to visit the dealership to look around. Wasn’t too sure what I wanted. A salesman named Darren Hickman I believe, was extremely helpful. He’s a very knowledgeable young man. He made my experience great. I most definitely will be back to make purchase. Thank you Win for hiring awesome people with great customer service. The incompetence of this place is truly appalling. We visited on a Wednesday, signed the paperwork for a lease for my husband, picked up the car on a Friday...its now almost 1.5 weeks since we originally signed the paperwork but Im still getting requests to unlock my credit. In 2020, my identity was stolen and I submitted a Fraud Alert and documentation to Experian (my understanding is that the bureaus communicate and share lock/alerts with each other). In any case, I was told originally Hyundai needed Experian unlocked so that was an easy enough ask. First unlock was temporary and for 48 hours. Second unlock was also for 48 hours. Third request I was annoyed and unlocked almost a week (Tuesday-Monday). I (personally vs my husband) got a text today for a FOURTH request to unlock, but this time for TransUnion and that I had to act ASAP on THEIR schedule or face issues with the banks? But this sat for almost a week with no communication to me until the very last minute? I have work and other priorities to do today but theyre expecting me to drop everything to call and resolve today instead of this weekend when I had time?When we picked up the car, they knew when we were coming yet the car wasnt ready and still needed to be re-washed? Obviously they dont value customers time. Wasnt disclosed that we would only get one car key at time of lease signing, so they needed to reprocess paperwork for a second key. Once again, wasting time!In addition, while my husband and I thought the sales rep was nice...he is a typical salesman/fast-talker, etc. but the dropping of sporadic profanity is definitely not professional.Take your business elsewhere...so much headache from this! Never had any issues when I purchased my cars from high-brow dealers (e.g., Audi Beverly Hills, BMW of Buena Park). If this wasnt my husbands first car just after getting his license, we definitely would go European or with a Tesla.

We bought the 2020 Hyundai Palisade from the Carson dealership on June 29, 2020. We originally had a 2018 Dodge Durango lease that they bought out from us so that we could get the Palisade. We want to give a shout out to Edgar and Carlos for going above and beyond helping us get the best Palisade they had on the lot. We also want to thank Tim for the smooth transition of paperwork. The GM, Nima was also very helpful and kind. Another reason why we were attracted to Hyundai was the 5 year warranty (most dealerships only offer 3 years) including roadside assistance. I doubt we will ever need it but it is comforting knowing that I have that at my disposal plus it saves me money as I no longer need my AAA.On another note, we had our 19 month daughter, Emma with us and everyone was so kind to her and helping to keep an eye on her when we were busy with paperwork. Also they take covid very seriously so we felt safe, especially with our daughter.Thank you again to everyone at Hyundai Carson. We feel that we are in good hands and that our Palisade will be well taken care of.

Long over due, I recently leased a vehicle from WIN Hyundai Carson. From the very beginning Jim was attentive and responsive to my request for a quote. By far WIN Hyundai offered the best deal within 50 miles. Upon arriving to sign and pick up the car as usual with car dealerships bumps occurred. Throughout the process Jim worked with me and I truly feel like it was a mutual transaction. The finance department was smooth. Didnt try to offer me extra protection packages which sped up the process and appreciated. Overall, positive experience.

Made an appointment to take a test drive in a hybrid Ioniq. My first visit to this Hyundai dealership was great. There was friendly associates outside greeting at entry. Met with Catharine and David in Internet sales. David was very professional and very helpful on hybrid options. David also accepted the corporate Hyundais $50 gift card offer. Recommend a planned visit to this Hyundai dealership to take advantage of great deals on vehicles with the best warranty in the industry. And yes Hyundai currently has lifetime warranties on hybrid/electric batteries.
This was the worst experience of my life at a dealership service facility. My car was there for 6 days for a check engine light, they could not find out what was wrong with the car, and not one time did the service staff call me with updates of my car. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!! If I could give them no stars I would! Their service department is the absolute worst. Getting ahold of these people is a nightmare, if you leave your name and number for them to call back, you can bet your life that they wont! They have zero communication skills! Save yourself the headache.

Went to see Hyundai palisade 2020. No intention of buying the car right away as it was the first visit. The sales person without informing us filled out the loan application and checked the credit. They mislead alot. They did not inform me that they are applying for credit check. It hurt my score. Will definitely challenge there action. Avoid Avoid

He helped me choose the best options that fit within my budget and gave me an estimated time of completion. I received timely updates and when the cars service was finally completed, Barry walked me through the work and any further recommendations. With each step of the process, Barry made sure I understood what was going on. It made me feel like he was fully invested in my cars service needs - and for this, Im greatly appreciative. I was early they took me right in they did everything they said they would do to the car they made it exceptionally nice they complimented me on how well I kept the car they were efficient they did everything they were supposed to do didnt charge me for anything other than what I was supposed to pay for which is very inexpensive I just had a great time it was not but I had to wait a couple hours but it wasnt boring or anything it was very nice
Service department is disappointing...if I hadnt gotten a service contract when I got my vehicle I would go somewhere else

As if the pandemic hasn’t been stressful enough, trying to return my lease turned into a total nightmare. I was getting the run around by several of the dealerships I called before getting in touch with Jerod at the Carson location.Not only was he the only person willing to help me with this, he made sure to make the process as easy as possible for me. It was much appreciated after having to pay an extra month on my lease just so I could find someone to take the car back. Wish I had called this location sooner!When I’m ready to get another car, I’ll definitely be coming back here. Great customer service and a great experience overall.
Service was excellent. The attentiveness and attitude of the Service Rep was great. I do however have an issue with how Win Hyundai handles customer requests. See below:Still getting set at 3,000 miles between oil changes which makes me wonder if I am actually getting synthetic oil like I requested, synthetic blend, or regular oil. The service receipt says SB oil which I take to mean synthetic blend.I understand Hyundai engines may require more maintenance than Toyota or Honda engines but when I got my oil changed at Alexandria Hyundai in Alexandria, VA and requested synthetic oil the maintenance interval was 5,000 miles. If they just dont do pure synthetic oil I wish they would tell me and Ill find a place that does full synthetic oil.Its not that I have anything against synthetic blend oil. Its just that I work a very busy schedule and its much more convenient for me to go 5,000 miles between oil changes instead of 3,000. I have to schedule a whole day off work to get my car serviced so having a longer interval between changes would be immensely helpful for me.In any case Catherine the service rep was great. She was efficient and speedy. I had my car back in two hours. She even had them wash my car. Ask or Catherine if you get your car serviced at Win Hyundai in Carson.
This is a follow up to our previous service with Sam. He and his team were attentive to our needs in replacing the whole carpet flooring on the bottom of our brand new 2021 hyundai tuscon which had huge gashes in the flooring which pierced through the foam.I am still not happy with the support underneath the car and believe for the highest end ultimate thay we bought the sub floor shouldnt be beveled when you put your weight on it. Or is hollow underneath where a heel could pierce through the floor to which we are bringing our concern to corporate.The service here was top notch and helped us greatly
Oscar the fleet internet manager is unprofessional and disrespectful. When I walked away from the deal, he called me on my phone in 5 mins and called out 2 other Hyundai dealerships and their GMs claiming they are shady, and mentioned he spoke to one GM who would never do the deal based on the numbers I had been given by and promised by, and asked me on the phone to come back to Carson because he was giving me the best deal. Such a sudden change and experience of desperation and lowlyness was uncalled for. I had already told Oscar and his GM, Nima Parvin that the offer I had and Oscar went on to say he spoke to others dealers sales managers and GMs and that my numbers werent accurate and Id been lied to.When I asked about him calling other dealerships, he stooped low and said he had called on behalf of his sister, so I had nothing to worry about. That in itself should tell you a lot, and why would I have anything to worry about as a consumer shopping? Did I indicate or say I would have any issue in Oscar following up with other dealerships? It only speaks to Oscars insecurities and how Win Carson does business.Consumers conduct their research and managers engage in due diligence, but there was no need for Oscar to stoop low. I have a good relationship with many sales professionals and dealerships, and am confident in my numbers - no need to involve and use your own family, and no reason to call out other GMs and dealerships when they have not said nor taken part in your nonsense. By calling them liars when they had not lied or miscommunicated, you only bring your own lies into light, make your lies visible and show unprofessional you conduct business.Theres a reason these guys have 3.6 stars. Joel Patterson and team have 4.6 stars for a reason. Jealousy and negativity on part of Nima, Oscar and Win Hyundai Carson is evident — even the ratings were scoffed at, They are bought... In Oscar and Nimas world every franchise hyundai dealer is a liar, crook and cheat apparently.When I got my deal elsewhere, sales professionals and GMs too were surprised by WIN Carson, Oscars lies and conduct.I spoke to Nima Parvin about Oscar and he agreed what Oscar had done was in poor taste. Do not bring your business here.

If I could give them zero stars I would. My father bought a car from them in July then realized they had charged him almost $4000 dollars more than what was originally agreed upon. They added $3000 for HPP Service Contract and $995 For HPP Gap. Neither of these I authorized yet, they sneaked it in into the contract. Went back requested the cancellation. They gave me a receipt that they would be giving me a refund check which they said would take 2 weeks to arrive. It has now been 5 weeks and no check. I have called over and over again. Literally, the 2 employees that handled my case have been fired and the rest never pick up the line. I have now been on hold for over an hour on 4 different occasions only to be told that the dealer needs to send the check to financing so that they can send it to my Dad which as I explained to them this shouldnt be my Dads problem. I have now spoken to at least 6 people about the situation with no concrete answer. Each person says something different and just gives me the runaround. They have been so dishonest and continue to lie one person sending me to another and all refusing to take responsibility for their actions. Dont trust that what you agreed upon on the contract is actually what they are writing on the contract. But better yet, simply dont buy a car from them. You have been warned!

The Hyundai experience was unparallelled- best in the car industry Ive ever experienced. The sheer level of human treatment and care for the customer was unbelievable. I traded in my used BMW 320i for more than I ever could have imagined and was able to get into a smaller SUV/crossover in the most seamless experience. The team put my mind at ease, provided detailed vehicle run-throughs of each part of the fleet prior, and spent quality time alongside me in the process. I would recommend the team there specifically Nevin, Marisa and Nema 110%. Ive already provided a few referrals !
They sold me a used car in June 2019 that was dirty with oil spills everywhere in the car (which I had to go twice to get cleaned but was still dirty), overdue on oil change and filter at the time of purchase, had broken tire pressure sensors that I went back three times to the service department till finally they replaced the sensor, along with a battery that died on me on Monday of this week, even though the sales person promised that they replaced it with a new battery at the time of purchase. They initially said they wouldn’t cover the oil change even though it was less than few weeks of purchase, which is unethical business practice, as how are you going to sell a car with overdue oil change without letting the clients know, but what really tipped me off is the battery. They didn’t deem the battery as part of the warranty because the car is over three years old, even though, they supposedly replaced the car with a new battery only a year ago during the time of purchase. Just a note, their battery warranty is three years. Possible reason, and I quote “they may have replaced the battery during the night and we can’t find any paper work stating that we did replace it”. I don’t really write reviews, especially bad one, but this was EXTREMELY upsetting. This experience was heavily burdening that I will personally for sure avoid this dealership, but definitely a scarring experience towards the Hyundai brands altogether.

Went in for their advertised 60 minute oil change had an appointment and everything. Presented coupon since thats what their website asked of them. 2 and half hours later......oil change was done. I understand normally it takes about that time because of the car wash but keep to your word as advertised.
