Great price, replace my ring and pinion, spider gear, all wheel bearing and seal, redid my brake hardware, center bearing on the drive line, and wheels studs on the rear axle. Went in for a simple timing belt replacement, standard maintenance. Car ran amazing before I brought it to them. The Owner even said it drove great into the shop. After the timing belt was installed I got a call saying the car won’t start. Somehow they blamed me for this and still made me pay and threw my car out of the shop and told me it was my problem now. Do not recommend this place in the slightest.

Ive been going to Frank and Mike at Precision for years. Absolutely one of the most honest auto repair shops hand down! Fixes only what you tell him you want done and if his shop sees something not right they let you know. Frank explains everything wrong with your vehicle and even goes above and beyond by taking you out to your car while its on the lift to show you whats wrong. Now how many shops do that lol. My truck had a leak from the differential seal so the shop I use for oil changes gave me a estimate and I told them to fix it. After a few hours they told me they couldnt do it because they didnt have the right tool and suggested Precision. Boy am I glad they did! It was done in 3 hours and WAY cheaper than the other shops estimate. Since they are a complete repair they will be the shop I go to now for services.

I was referred to Precision by a satisfied customer from OReilly Auto Parts. The chemistry with owner Frank was instant! That continued once I met Frank and his wife. He was much more transparent than the 2 other shops I got quotes from. His shop did repairs today with positive, more affordable results! Think Ive found my new auto repair shop!! Thank you, Precision! As a senior single female, I couldnt feel more comfortable and its so important!

We were passing through and lost a CV Joint. I called Autozone and asked who they would have repair their car - said to all Frank at Precision. That was great advice. The local Honda dealer needed 5 days just to get the parts. Frank had factory parts on hand the next morning at 7 am and installed by 9:30 am so we could get back on the road. They offered to drop us at a rental car or hotel. Frank is courteous and fair, and a pleasure to do business with - I recommend them without hesitation.

Brought my car in for oil pressure dip. I was informed the oil pressure sending unit needs replacing and I authorized it. I was also told that the spark plugs needs replacement and I authorized it. I drove the car home and right back the next day for the same issue. I was told it isnt a problem. I drove it to a shop after work in Minden and was told the motor needs to be replaced because there is a rod knock because the oil pump was bad. I tried calling Frank after I drove it home the second time and was told nah its ok. It wasnt and isnt ok. Maybe it was a fluke on there part, but now I have a 95 Jeep Lawn ornament.

These guys are great. They are honest and fair. I was in jam and came to these guys 30 minutes before closing. They took my Jeep in and stayed late to fix my issue. I will definitely come back to them.

They gave me the most thorough answer I could ever ask for, gave me a recommendation of another shop that could inspect components, and ensured me that if the car passed alignment that it wasnt a serious enough issue to warrant a repair.

Originally I gave this business five stars and had nothing but nice words to say. However, I have decided that I needed to update my review and then pubic can decide if they wish to take their vehicles here. First, and foremost the first time I did business here they cut me a fair deal 60 dollars to put in a sensor. That was in my opinion very fair! The same sensor went out so I decided to use them again brought in the part just as last time and they tried charging me a $140 dollars telling me all of sudden they are going by a book which tells them how long it should take. So if the book says it takes 90 minutes and the mechanic does it in 10 minutes you get charged up the ying yang. Even though the first time I was charged $60 dollars originally. As a business you do not change prices on a customer that is the first rule of thumb especially if your a mechanic they should know better. I sent so far two friends to this shop and my girlfriends company business to have work done on all the companies mini vans bringing this shop tons of revenue. Guess what they charged my friends less and my Girlfriends company more. The real kicker is that I bought brake pads at OReillys as I like certain brands and ones. They charged me $200 dollars to put the pads on which is technically a job I can do from home as you take one bolt off the caliper lift it up pop the new pads on and pow your done. Most shops will charge you half that if you bring your own pads in seriously! What is even more hilarious is they charged my friend half what they charged me therefore the place is a scam and a swindler. Do not take your vehicle to this place and either will others I know after I tell them this PERIOD! Therefore, they are going to lose out on allot of money from me because I own three vehicles, personal friends and a business. I also inquired about having a blower motor put in. This part is under the passenger seat held by merely two screws and its very accessible. They want to charge me nearly $700 when most shops will do it for $50. This part takes minutes to put in go to youtube type in blower motor installation on a Jeep Cherokee. I get the feeling that this shop is not making an effort to do good business or repeat business. Yeah they are friendly but wouldnt you be friendly if you were pulling in thousands of dollars a day and living the lavish lifestyle because you think your customers are stupid. I am somewhat a backyard mechanic generally I do my own work therefore you cant bullshit me. Only reason why I paid this shop is my arthritis has gotten bad therefore its hard to work with my hands. This shop lost my trust and they lost a customer ENOUGH SAID! I am a business owner we would NEVER treat a paying customer this way we would be fair in price and not show favoritism. My friend gets charged half for all four brakes while I get charged double COME ON! Therefore, they get 1 star and more then likely will lose thousands over this! I just cant use them with a good conscious the owner should be aware that this is going on and address the issue then again it sounds like to me they just do not care!

We took our truck to this shop just over 2 years ago and were told we needed to totally rebuild our engine. We were charged well over 4,500.00. Now my truck is having issues and I had to take it to another mechanic who discovered that they used spark plug sleeves in so tight they broke and came out with the spark plugs, also they milled the head wrong, sent it out to be re-milled, taking another week to do the job. Now we are having multiple problems with this engine and found out from another mechanic that we were over charged by nearly 1,500.00. Never going here again!

Frank and his team really got me out of a jam. I went to Craigslist to find a cheap mechanic and thats what I got... Frank took the time and repaired my mothers car at a discounted rate because I had already paid the Craigslist guy... I will NEVER use anyone but Precision Driveline & Auto Repair again!!!!
