George and his team are great! Very professional and experienced mechanics. I have been a customer for over 4 years and I have no complaints. Once a repair is completed I have never had to go back for “rework”. The team is thorough and do the job right the first time.

George at Valley Wagon is great. They have serviced my 74 beetle a number of times. Most recently, I had trouble with turn signals not working . After I checked all the obvious remedys, to no avail, George said to check the 4 way flasher switch & bingo. Did not cost me a dime. Thanks George.

Great place for your European cars. They have been very helpful for all of my Audis and Mercedes. Im sure if my Porsches were up here they would be helpful with those as well. I have been a mechanic in the past and its not easy for me to let someone else work on my cars but truth be told I dont have the time anymore so finding the shop has been a big relief to me. I recommend them to anyone who asks me about European repair and maintenance.

I found Valley Wagon because of a huge disappointment with my local Porsche dealership. My son suggested that I look for a VW mechanic instead, for regular services. George specializes in German cars. He is honest, reliable, professional, and prices are reasonable.

Ive taken my vw passat to Valley Wagon a couple times, and George is always professional.He has a lot of knowledge and always gives the information I need to understand the repairs that need to be done .I definitely recommend this auto repair shop.

One of the worst shops I have ever left my car at. I brought it in for an oil leak and it sat there for two and a half weeks before they even touched it. Still had the same issue when I got it back and they admitted months after me paying that it was too big of a job for them and they couldnt fix it.

I discovered Valley Wagon 2 years ago when my 1987 VW Van broke down outside of Reno and Ive gone back to him anytime I need mechanic work. George has been a pleasure to work with from day one. Not only can you count on him to do top notch work and buff out any problems with your vehicle, he is as friendly and helpful as mechanics come. Hes honest and takes the time to thoroughly explain any issues or work performed on my vehicle. Hes very fair on prices and never jacks up what he originally quotes me. He even helped me find a local auto body shop to do work on my van. I live 3 hours away South of Carson and still bring my van up to have George because I know its going into good hands. Well worth the travel. I highly recommend Valley Wagon!

Valley wagon did exactly what they said they would do. The quoted price was lower than the actual cost, but they explained why and it was an acceptable reason. I will only take my Mercedes to these guys in the future.

Valley Wagon helped me out big time, on short notice, and in a tough situation (long distance trip from out of state), in my vintage air-cooled Porsche!!! very fair and reasonable - highly recommended!!!

Whoever answered the phone shocked me. I started giving him the part number he rudly interrupted me - in like yelling - and told me to give him the numbers the way BMW writes them. I told him I dont know how your system works so why dont you just write them down and put them in your system the way you know it works? He started mumbling about the phones connection..I am shocked. Either an arrogant owner, or an employee who doesnt give a crap about the business.

Looking for foreign part that are hard to get, this a good place.

Worst mechanic experience of my life, first off they could not find the part I needed for my vw beatle and strung me along for a week and a half about leads on the part so I took matters into my own hands and found it online within 30 min of searching, everytime I called it was the same thing more excuses why he couldnt get anything done in the end he was only able to complete 1 of the 3 jobs that needed to be done and that was only because I found the part, he messed up the my rear seat which doesnt fit lIke it used to the back right interior panel which was installed is now out of place the sunroof which he said was complete and would not leak leaked water which thank god he refuneed my money on but overall the most unprofessional shop I have ever dealt with whatever you do, do not go here I promise you will have a horrible experience and the work will be done improperly or to a very very poor standard
