I took my phone in to the store in a bag, :( for a battery replacement. The technician replace it in minutes. there was some confusion on the cracked class and back cover, but everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone.

I got my screen replaced and after a month my phone started over heating and powering off by itself. On top of that the colors changed after two weeks so now instead of blue my phone shows purple but I cant do anything because my screen cracked through the screen protector they gave me.

Girlfriend had issues with her phone this morning where it didn’t want to work anymore. Did a walk in at The Phone Box to see if we could get it working again. The guy fixed it on the spot also was nice enough not to charge us. Gave us advice on how to prevent the issue from happening again. Really great experience!

My experience in phone box was very good because they are very friendly and do a very good job.

Was talking to a guy on Facebook named Muhammad Motiwala. He claimed he worked for the phone box company and sent a link asking for personal details such as income and SSN. Then I got a message from Acima credit and he claimed I had to verify by clicking the message. Luckily I didn’t click the message. I told him that I would rather do the process in person and he claimed that he had to do something else and he wouldn’t be at the store. So when I told him I was bringing my lawyer, he blocked me. Idk if he actually works for the company or preying off of clueless customers but I’m giving a 1 star to shine light on a shady individual. I’m speaking with my lawyer to possibly convict him and any other associates within the company who is playing a part of this scam. Be aware of shady reviews!

Great customer service. I bought a samsung 21 ultra over the phone. I waited an hour then it was ready. I was having a issue with my sim card from my carrier. I went back to the store and JT fixed my problem while waited

If I could review lower I would I offered 600$ down on a Xbox and pay the rest of the 850$ off and instead they said I would need to pay 400$ more to make it total to 1000$ what a rip off. I wouldnt recommend this place at all

I brought in a well worn Galaxy S8 that needed front and back glass repair. Was satisfied with repair, but 3 days later device would not boot. Brought it back and they diagnosed a faulty part, and replaced the screen again free of charge. Great service, thank you - will recommend and will be a loyal customer based on this experience!

Please do not go here to get your phone fixed. They don’t know what they are doing. Took my iPhone 11 to get fixed because of cracks and my screen was literally coming off after they fixed it. You could look inside the phone at that point. I brought it back to them and the person at the front obviously didn’t know what they were doing because they said it was because of a small shallow crack . When really they never put the screen on right. I ended up going somewhere to have my phone fixed. So do not go here unless you want to waste your money .

The owner of this store (you can see the storefront in his profile picture) attempted to purchase a PS5 from me on Facebook and was not only late to our meeting but lowballed me upon showing up...he acted clueless/stand offish and quickly drove off after wasting my time. I would not do business with this man whether personally or through his storefront. Super shady and I’d be wary of the “good reviews” he has on here.

!!!DO NOT GO HERE FOR IPHONE SCREEN FIXES!!! The people are nice but my phone button no longer works. I have a four year old iPhone se and the original screen shattered but the phone and buttons still worked 100% and you could still see the screen. The Phone Box put a new screen in but did it incorrectly and the top of the screen was sticking up still and the home button did not work, I took it back and they fixed it again but nothing had changed so he took to the back another time and after a while they made the screen level but the home button no longer works. I cant close out of any apps unless I mess with the button for a few minutes and get lucky. My touch ID is now non existent. I will have to take it somewhere else.

Poor communication with this business since this Past Saturday. Prices arent reasonable they are hundreds of dollars over retail price. One of the current items the Xbox series X which I understand if they are hard to get or limited in supply to go up some on the retail price but 2 1/2 times over retail price is ridiculous. Watching how they operate first hand Saturday on how they dont explain to the customer how there financing option really works. Especially for the first time buyers that believe they are getting a good deal are going to be very surprised how much they really going to be paying in the end. Future customers please read the contract before signing and taking possession of anything from this store.In reply to the owner, that is incorrect the financing company has there set rate and isnt the issue or problem. The store or owner who is selling the merchandise is the one that sets the actual price that will be submitted to the financing company. Ive used and purchased products from big name stores like Best Buy using the same financing company and never was over priced like this store has tried to do to me 1200$ for a product that is retailed at 499$. Their prices are fair, and they will diagnose your device and ask if you want the repair. I have used them several times and will use them again.I gave 4 stars because they repaired my Note5 motherboard with a Galaxy which crapped out some functionality and when doing the repair they cracked the back (which they told me might happen), but then said it was cracked before. Its minor stuff. They got my phone working at a reasonable price.

Ive had nothing but excellent experiences here. The employees are always very nice, and they have repaired my cell phone two times now. They also have a decent selection of accessories, and if you are a repeat customer, they will give you a discount for returning to them for business.

My phone was pretty much outta there, screen had huge cracks in the LCD and screen curtain was enabled and God knows I didnt know what that even was. Every other phone repair shop couldnt figure it out. As a last effort to get it fixed I brought it to the phone box and they was able to disable curtain feature and my is back to out of the box new look, Im very grateful for the service I received. Awesome!!!!!

You people must be high like his prices. I spent over 400 on a phone from this guy during the pandemic when we were quarantined. The touchscreen barely works and Im charging battery 2 sometimes 3 times a day. Due to quarantining and isolation i came back 4 days after 30 day warranty and he said too bad its expired. Offered a discount on his services and what Im sure would be more used parts. I say we dont need this type of retailer in our community.

Fast and affordable service. Only we recently had a an iPhone 7 plus screen changed. You can tell a slight difference in quality of the screen. My phones speaker did stop working a couple days after we changed it though.

Excellent customer service and work done on my daughters phone. She got water in it from the water park and they did an excellent job in showing me where the water actually was and what they recommended me to replace to avoid future damage. Went in to get the screen replaced on my Google Pixel XL, which is not the most common phone. They replaced the screen and the led, which looks fantastic. A small issue occurred where the back speaker stopped working though. When I called and informed them of the issue they went out of there way to make it right and kept me informed during the whole process. I firmly believe that how a business responds when something goes wrong is what makes or breaks a business and these guys were great.

My husband and I visited The Phone Box Cell Phone Company to purchase a note because of the great advertisements. Upon entering the Phone Box, we were greated with a smile and had great conversations from Enio and his manager, Yuself.I returned with my cell within 2 days because of the volume. The manager, was able to correct the issue, but offered me another cell to ensure he was rendering great customer service. Prior to leaving, my husband purchased a cell for himself because of the honesty and great customer service. In fact, we were in the market to purchase another Iphone for my son, but, was advised by the manager it was cheaper to repair the Iphone. Great Customer Service.

Went here to check out about financing a note 9.Came inside saw the salesman talking to a customer told him Ill wait when he was done so I did sat down. Then I was listening to their conversation the customer was trying to activate a note 8 he bought but was having trouble he called his cellphone provider only to find out that the note 8 was listed stolen, the customer wanted to get his money back but the salesman wouldnt until the customer fixes the problem. so thats when I left didnt want to deal with something like that.So if youre looking for a phone make sure to check the imei of the phone at the store, online on Google just type imei and check to see if its blacklisted or stolen.
