Don’t do business here: first they charge a diagnostic fee for every time you can come in even though it’s for the same reason and then they charge you again for the part And replacement had two phones done hereAnd after spending over $300 in repairs they still refuse to warrant their work. Bad business model classic fix one thing and break another type business. Not a satisfied customer

Ask for Wafi! My iPhone caught a little water at the ocean, and my phone got locked up and wouldn’t open. Wafi diagnosed the problem in seconds and fixed it in minutes. All other so called “We Fix it” stores tell you that you have to go through Apple. Don’t! Go see Wafi at FixTronics- fast service and great prices with daily specials!

Came here this past weekend for the first. I must say the staff, efficiency, and safe environment. Got my laptop fixed, took a few days and got it done right. I will definitely be coming back for anything to do with all my electronics and my families! Great work keep it up.

Very similar experience as Omar. Took IPad to Fixtronics for screen repair for $200+. They replaced the screen, but did not align it properly with the “home” button. When returned to me, they pointed out that the Home button was partially blocked but insisted it worked. It worked less than 24 hours.When I took it back to Fixtronics, the they first wanted to charge me another $90 + tax, but when I protested, they Refused to repair it at all.Bottom line: Shoddy Work, No Integrity. Do not recommend.Re: Owner Response. (1) I did not demand that you fix your shoddy work for free; I offered a compromise at $75. (2) No one’s phone was “slammed.” If you assert that I caused property damage, send photos of the damage & your cost of repairs. You are absolutely correct that I do not trust your work because you blocked the Home button in your repair and refuse to own your mistake, regardless of when it was committed. As w Omar, you are blaming me for something I could not have caused.

They repaired my iPhone 11 Pro Max, and it stopped working after 2 days the screen turned black, and they said they don’t give any warranty for physical damage, I didn’t drop it or anything it just turned black on it’s own the lady said because I had it charging and I was using it at the same time, so I said ok what type of screen did you sell me that would break down for charging and using it at the same time. They charged me $200 dollars supposedly with a deal and their best quality what I think happened is that they sold me a cheap screen for a lot I would not come back to the store ever in my life.

Friendly staff but they weren’t able to fix my headphones. No problem until they sold me headphones saying they are worth 100 for 69 dollars. I looked up the headphones and saw the JBL 500BT LIVE was worth 150 so i figured great deal! No. They were selling me the JBL 500 BT thats worth 30 dollars. After tax i paid over 40 dollars for headphones. I didn’t give one star because the woman was nice and seemed to be getting the price from her boss.They have a no return and no refund policy so im stuck with these headphones. Oh well.

Excellent customer service and very quick repairs!!Update: The screen they provided worked wonderfully for the first month, after that the LCD started peeling off of the housing and when I took the device back and told them it did this on its own they tried to tell me my phone was warped, when I said that’s not warping it’s clearly the camera bump they tried to pin it on ME like I dropped it and broke it even though there were no clear signs of damage done to the display. Very disappointed in the quality of the materials used, and the aggressive tone they spoke in.

This place is just a scam I took my old iPhone 6 plus to fix the screen and when i got it back the home bottom wasnt working and the screen didnt work as well they took my money and my phone is worse now.

New in town, saw this store and went to get a new phone. the girl behind the counter was absolutely clueless, rude and passive aggressive towards me for no reason. she had an attitude and tried pretending that it was me who was rude, when in fact I was nothing but patient. i ended up taking an uber down the street to a different store with prices that were seriously, 2/3 of what this store was trying to charge for literally the exact same item.Im seeing all these other reviews here and they all seem utterly fake. The fact that 99% of these reviews are glowing 5 star reviews with replies from the store make this whole review section seem utterly fake. There are virtually no 2,3,4 star reviews, its only a bunch of 1-star (real reviews) and nearly all 5-star fake reviews... this doesnt happen in real life. If the store wanted to make their fake reviews seem more real, they would put some of them as 3 and 4 star, not all 5-star. someone should report these people to google.

I recently went to Fixtronics repair to have my iphone home button replaced. I called beforehand and got a quote to have it replaced. The gentleman there when i arrived was very courteous and helpful and informed me with more information regarding the replacement. When i went to pick up my phone the young lady there was very friendly and sweet and made sure I was taken care of. Cost was reasonable and was close to home.
