This place is a total scam. HORRIBLE and WORST experience!! I wish I could give them 0 star review but 1 star is the lowest. If you want to waste your money, then this place is highly recommended. Make sure you ask for the receipt. No transparency! They don’t believe in resolving the issues that customers have. What is the point of having store if they can’t even be accountable. They own the phones that literally needs to be trashed. They will have “so called” warranty that doesn’t apply. And his wife post the phone in offer up. Don’t even bother to buy from them. When you try to explain what’s wrong with the phone, the owner DOESN’T CARE at all. I gave them the phone to be fixed, they never called me to inform if they fixed it and when I went there, they neither gave the phone back nor refund. The owner said he cannot do anything very easily and that I never gave him any phone to repair. Still he had audacity to call cops on me!!

Took my phone in to repair the screen, the owner said it would take 1 hour . An hour later I come back and it wasn’t even started on. Very unprofessional and non-apologetic. I would not recommend to anyone. Taking my phone to be repaired elsewhere

They are scammers I reach out to them about a I phone and specified the phone in texts and the price they lured me over to the store would not tell me the name of it till I was on the parking lot then I entered the store and he brought out the phone I asked him about and started to be dishonest with me and told me 160 then when I got there he told me 250 and I showed him t he text messages and .he acted like he could not read STAY away from these con man

I got an iPhone 8 almost a month ago from here. The location is central and in the same complex as Walmart . The shop has yellow door so you can’t really miss it 😆Ali is the manager and he is very nice and shows you all the options and let’s u pick whatever is best for you . He let us test the phone before selling and guided us how to get it activated on metro by saying money. He did not care about the sale as much as he cared about us having a good experience. I would definitely be going back and sending my friends. It’s a small family business and they make sure to build repeat customers by selling quality phones at the lowest prices.

Have two Iphone 6’s that I have had since July 17 and have not been able to get either of them to work. I was under the impression that I would have a 30 day warranty as mentioned on the offer up page. However, the 30 days does not start when you get the phone, mines had already started before I touched the phone. I tried to return the phones or trade them out on July 29 and he told me I was 9 days too late. I just bought the phone July 17th and the warranty ended on the 22nd because the warranty started before I got the phone supposedly. So now I’m stuck with two iPhones that do not work. Just be careful is what I’m saying. Now I have to buy two more iPhones.

I went in last minute buying a Christmas gift for my daughter; initially I thought there was an issue with the phone, so without hesitation he replaced that phone at no additional cost and provided warranty on the new device. Later with that new device I was having the same issue. Went back to him, we came to find out it WAS NOT the devices he had, but my carrier’s SIM CARD ! This phone repair company is a fraud! I bought my daughter’s phone mid of December 2019 and by the end of January 2020 the phone stopped working. I went back and have it checked by the owner, Ali and said that it’s repairable but I need to pay him again for another 60$. Did not inform the customer that the warranty was only good for 30 days until the phone was brought back to him with the issue. He refused to refund and He kept the phone for more than 2 weeks without fixing it! I made 2 additional trips and nothing was done. His excuse was his office is under renovation. I ended up getting the phone unrepaired and very dissatisfied! This will be reported and file complaint to Better Business Bureau. Beware of this company.

DONT WAIST YOUR TIME!!! They will bring you in for a cheap price for a new phone. then turn around and try and sell you a used phone for more then what they had told you in the beginning. ***UPDATE phone I got in less than 6 months started acting up or shutting down. I even tried calling before the 30 days and no one would answer my calls. So it finally just shut down so I went to another phone/phone repair to get a diagnostic. Well he showed me the phone and told me whoever I got the phone was completely wrong and also he couldn’t save the phone due to the screw up this place did on it. So beware if you are in dire need of a phone be my guest but if you want a phone that will last seek your phone shopping needs elsewhere...You have been warned.******This place is wonderful. They have an awesome deals on phones and they even bought my damaged iPhone for parts. Staff was exceptionally nice and patient with me. Bought a phone sim wouldnt read. He replaced it with a more expensive phone that I had to pay the difference. That phone had problems every week that I had to pay for him to repair because he said that I must have dropped it. The day before the warranty expires I took it back because it quit reading the sim. He said the phone has been updated and there was nothing he could do. I went to another store called cell phone shoppe in Carrollton on Midway and Trinity Mills Rd he said the phone was rigged that if I got it repaired it might would act up again. So I bought one there the same phone that was new with the box/ charger and receipt with a warranty for $50 cheaper than phone pro. Ive had no issues. Phone pro tried to charge me $20 for the box

SCAM ARTISTS !! Soo many fake reviews its sickly. They sold me a damaged iPhone 6+ that I paid $300 for yes $300!! It was faulty as soon as I got it, I told him the screen was unresponsive he told me it was outdated, I updated it and STILL wasnt functioning properly!! I then called up there to tell him the issues and he told me to come up to the store so he could check it out, I went up there the day I told him and the store was CLOSED!! Purchased a Iphone 6 in July it stopped reading the Sim card two weeks ago. So I went to TMobile to get a new Sim card and the phone would not read the new Sim card. The phone is totally a piece of Junk. Dont waste your money. $175 these people are not honest.

Fixed my IPhone 6 screen but turns out they screwed up one of my mic cables during the repair. Refused to believe that he messed anything up. He calls himself a phone pro but didnt know that phone has 3 mics. Basically called me an idiot for telling him about the mics. Had it repaired elsewhere. Theyre the ones that told me that the cable was all jacked up. So much for his warranty. He is very disrespectful and rude which is typical for a foreigner from a certain part of the world.
