This place is horrible. They tell you they fix Samsung phones but when you walk in they want to sell you another phone because they say the prices are too high. The business does a lot of post on OfferUp and that is where I found them at. I saw that they had posted a good deal on a phone I was interested in. So I inquired about the phone and I was told the phone was still available. I had also noticed that the price had changed on the phone once Id contacted them even though they said to screenshot it for that deal. Once I told them I would be headed that way they said that the price was incorrect and would not honor the price or give any type of discount between the two. The price that they changed it to that was over $100 more.Edit: After speaking with Asher, he offered a discount on the phone I was inquiring about. I called to let him know I was on the way. However once I got to the store the condition of the phone is not what I expected so I did not purchase it. I could be wrong on it, but when I asked for Asher the employee did not seem to know who I was referring to. After a moment he said oh he is not here. Once I started having more in-depth questions about the conversation between Asher and I the gentleman from the back come out and speak to me who I believe was Asher.

They hooked me and when there was a slight on inconvenience they went out of their way to keep me happy, and even offered a full refund. I tried to give it another shot and they made it work. You can see they are honest and work in good faith.

Went to a shop in Irving on Beltline and Rochelle because of positive feedback but the guy there was clueless and tried to upsell me. I then found The Cell Phone Shoppe ads on Offerup and drove up there. The guy answered my technical questions precisely w/o trying to buffalo me like the shop in Irving.Anyways I was there for a Note9 at a great price in like new condition. He immediately presented one in pristine condition for the best price I could find! I then asked if he had the 8gb ram 512 version and he had one left in perfect condition as well. I wont tell what I paid because it was too good to be true.I took it to Metro and got my sim card switched over and WOW! This Note9 is the best phone Ive ever owned and it didnt cost me $1250. I plan on keeping this phone for a few years but Ill be back when I need to upgrade! Ill also go here if I need any repairs in the future. Mubahir was beyond sincere and as trustworthy as they come which is rare in the cell phone world apparently.If you are looking for a budget, or a great price on a flagship phone, just ask for Mubahir and he will answer all of your questions and concerns to help you decide which phone is right for your needs.

I saw an I-phone 6 for sale on their site for $135.00. The next day around noon I messaged them to inquire if they still had the phone. Their reply was yes. I had to work for a few hours, at 3pm I messaged them again to see if they had the phone. Once again yes was the reply. I arrived at the store at 4pm. I told the guy that I wanted to purchase the I-phone 6 that was on their site for $135. His answer was Oh sorry, I just sold that phone, but I have one that you will like for $160. Folks, this is a classic example of bait and switch. Stay away from this place unless you want to be taken advantage of. Owner replied to this review. He questioned where I was from, because here in Texas we dont act like this. I was born and raised in Texas. Where are you from sir? I just dont like the bait and switch he pulled on me. And on their site the phone was listed for $135. In my opinion this place tried to rip me off. I only write bad reviews If the business tries to screw me, which this place did. Thats one of the great things about this country sir, Freedom of Speech.

Had a cracked phone screen. I took my phone here. Now when I bought it in I could here everything was working totally fine I received my phone back and could no longer talk one it with out it being on speaker phone or a head set. I took it back and was told I signed a waver so and they didnt know if it was working or not. Then I was told I would have to wait two-three hours just for them to check and see what the problem was. I dont think my microphone piece and talk piece was connected back properly.
