Found out yesterday from Apple that our phone had a non Apple battery in it. Someone has glued, (permanently) a generic battery into our I phone 6 plus and it cannot be removed.The only place we have ever taken our phone is to this business 6 mos. ago to replace the SCREEN And LCD light. Appears they kept the Apple battery and gave us a generic battery that died . We’ve been told there are other Apple parts exchanged out. Check your phones! Do not LEAVE YOUR PHONE with this business! We’re sending letter to Better Business Bureau. Our phone is useless now.

I have been coming to Fix Fonez Fast for a couple years now with MANY repairs. Almost every time I have been In a hurry and every time they have completed my screen repairs within 20-30 min. (One time we were even on the way to the airport and my daughter cracked her screen, I decided to run over to see how fast they could fix it and he he took it and fixed it in less than 15min).I love this place, when I started coming here they were the best price in town, I bet they still are, however even if they were not the cost has always been well worth the excellent service that they provide!

Took my iPhone XR to have the screen fixed. It had cracked pretty bad but Fix Fonez Fast had it repaired and out the door in 20 minutes. They even threw in a tempered glass screen cover for $10! I highly recommend them.

Dont use this guy. He is not helpful to making things right. I was in here a few months ago to fix a cell phone screen. I picked it up and didnt do a good enough check on it, as soon as I left I noticed there was a bubble in the glass at top by the ear piece. I went back in 5 minutes later and the guy was trying to tell me it wasnt broken when I left 5 minutes ago. How am I going to cause a bubble in the glass in 5 min? He told me he could get another screen to repair, after 2 weeks of calls and him not getting a replacement screen in, I decided to dispute the charge. $100 for a still broken screen. Sending in my final paperwork to my credit card company this week, with documentation from another repair specialist on what happened and I will get my money back. If you want honesty or someone helpful, dont go here.

I have come to this location several times over the past few years and have generally enjoyed my experience. I enjoyed my experience so much that I gave them one of my old phones because I appreciated the service I received.However, my last experience with them was very poor. I have been using an iPhone 5s up until this past Christmas season when a friend gave me an iPhone 7. My iPhone 7 started to have minor problems with the lightning port connection. I would have to wiggle the charging cable a little bit to get it to connect correctly. Not that big of a deal, but I decided I wanted to fix it. So, I brought it to Fix Fonex and was told I needed a new port. Upon receiving my phone back I was told that the haptic feedback wasn’t working properly and that I would have to bring it back the next day to get it fully repaired. We scheduled an appointment time at 10 AM. After leaving I found out that many other vital functions on my phone we’re not working properly. Essentially, my phone was pretty useless as a communications device. I work for myself and rely on communicating with customers, so this was a big problem. I arrived at the their store the next day at 10 AM and was told that no one was there that could fix my phone. I needed to get my phone fixed as fast as possible so I asked for a refund so I can go somewhere else. I was refused the refund and was told that I need to bring back my phone later that day to do more repairs. This wasn’t possible for me due to work, and I eventually gave up on the refund and just took my phone to another repair location. The other location could not figure out what the problem was, so I took it to Apple. Apple spent about 45 minutes running various test to diagnose the problem. Apparently my new issues were caused by a lot of new problems from the repair and would cost around $200 to fix. So, I decided to just go back to my iPhone 5s for now.Had it not been for my previous experience with Fix Fonez, I would be giving them a one star review. I spoke with the owner several times throughout this process. He created a huge problem for me, but was not willing to take necessary efforts to fix that problem. Having problems come up is a part of life, but what I don’t appreciate was his lack of effort in trying to take care of the issue. The fact is that he messed up, but would only work to resolve this issue when it was convenient for him despite it being very inconvenient for me. So, now he has my money, and I have a useless phone.

Fixed an iphone camera for me. They were very knowledgeable with fast and friendly service. The price was great as well compared to other stores that I called.

Went here to get my screen fixed on my iPhone 6 and he told me exactly what was wrong with it and replaced the screen in less than 20 minutes and it was fixed just right. Over a week or so, i realized that my screen was slightly popping up in the top right corner of my phone so I called this place and they said that it was only the screen and to just bring it back up to the store to fix it because I was still under the 30 day warranty that was given to me so I did, and my phone works like new.

These folks are AWESOME. Called to get wifes G2 screen replaced. Took 20 mins, they charged me $10 less than they quoted me on the phone...and gave us a FREE case to protect her G2! Saved us the hassle of swapping out device! Would recommend them to anyone. Will ship any further broken devices to them for repair all the way from Florida!Great good Guys! Both times were due to my daughters Iphone.. once for a shattered screen, replaced under 30 minutes at a very reasonable price ( has been atleast 9 months ago, no problems with the replacement) the last time was for replacing the battery..met with same great service and priced right. Im looking to bring in my laptop for repair as well.

IPhone screen had literally fallen out of my phone after a bad drop and was just barely hanging by a wire. I thought the whole phone was busted. They were able to repair it in less than an hour for a very fair price. I would definitely use them again.

Ive been to many stores and I believe they offered one of cheapest prices. The guy at this store is not only knowledgeable but also honest.Went to ask questions and hear recommendations for two phones (S8 and iPhone). He told me I could go to BestBuy and fix the S8 for $100 cheaper.Moreover, he actually fixes phones at the location so it doesnt take a long time unlike other stores - whatever your problem might be.

My google nexus 5 screen broke and these guys fixed my phone in 30 min and I was back on my track with my normal life. :) They also provided me with free screen protector which other businesses would normally charge. I am completely satisfied with the outcome.

Beware! Bought an iPhone 6s from them. Right away noticed it would use the battery up quickly. They said it needed to be used a few weeks to cycle the battery. A few weeks later it wouldnt charge at all. Took it back & they said its charging with no problem. Took it home and it was dead in an hour without use. Took it back the next day and they said it needed a new battery and charged me for it! Took it home & it wouldnt charge again. Took it back & they said it needed a new charging port and charged me for that! Took it home and charged it...dead in an hour without use. Took it back, waited a week for a phone to exchange. Asked for a fefurr for the repairs to the first phone and they said no & that I damaged the phone with the charger I was using! What!? I use that same charger on 2 iPods, 3 iPads and my wifes iPhone 6 without any problems. Poor customer service!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY USE USED/DEFECTIVE PARTS!!!THEY DONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES THAT OCCUR DURING REPAIR!!!I brought my iPad in to have the battery replaced. It took them a WEEK to get the work completed. They BROKE my screen while replacing the battery and acted as though they were doing me a favor by replacing the screen they BROKE. When I went to pick it up, the iPad case I had on there was MISSING. I was told it was at their other location, I assume for sale. It took them 2 days to get it back to me. A few weeks later the screen is not responding to my touch, so I bring it back to them. They question me and insinuate that it is my doing. Eventually they agree to repair the issue as a courtesy. I pick it up next day and immediately notice there are issues with the screen display LCD. I spoke directly to the owner about the issue and his exact words were, Ive never seen anything like this in 3 years, I dont know whats wrong with it. Im tired of going out of my way to fix your issues. Honestly, Id like to refund you your money and be done with you. He proceeded to tell me that replacing the screen they broke and fixing the unresponsive screen they put on was above and beyond his normal protocol. His defense was, Were NOT RESPONSIBLE for damages that occur while repairing your device. He happily offered to fix it for $80. I guess this is how they get more business, by screwing the customer.

Brought in my Iphone to fix the home button, and they ended up breaking it. After 4 weeks holding on to my phone, I was stuck with a broken Iphone with more damage to the phone than when I first gave it to him. Yasser refused to give me back the money I paid him for the repair and finally said he would be nice and refund 30 dollars of the 80 that I originally paid him. Wow how nice of him.

WARNING BEWARE! Fix Fonez Fast, They sell stolen cell phones. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S5 for T-Mobile, 6 weeks after purchasing the phone from Fix Fonez Fast I was unable to make calls. I called T-Mobile, they told me the phone was stolen and they have blocked the ESN number on T-Mobile network. I called Fix Fonez Fast, they told me wait a week and they would take care of it. nothing. I called a couple of time and get more lies and stories.

I took my note 2 to get the screen and Lcd screen fixed on Saturday and when I called to pick it up the guy told me he was waiting on his manager to take a look at it bc the phone was not connecting to the computer, so I told him I would pick it up the next day. He said fine just call before u come we open at 1 and close at 4 on Sundays. When I called Sunday at 1:30 the person who answered said they were not open that Sunday. I wish they would have told me that before.So I sent my friend to pick it up on Monday for me and when I got it I noticed that the screen they put was not even new, it has a lot of scratches, so I called and let them know and he never offered to replace it all he said was that he could refund me $30 and we would call it a day. I accepted because I cant be going back and forth to their store its pretty far. They did a very sloppy job with it. The home button is not centered correctly you can see the sides of the screen opening where it was not put together correctly. They shouldnt be dealing with phones if they dont know how to do a good job. They should be up straight with customers and let them know that the phones might not be the same after they fix them. Im never going back there again.Lol! I was never offered $50 and you know it. I was never offered to ship back at your expense either. You did give me a phone to use while mine was repaired but that was all.

Yasser worked with me to find a price and solution that met my needs and then when I came back to retrieve my fixed phone, it had a complimentary case on it. Awesome, quick service, 10 out of 10 will come back when I inevitably ruin my screen again.
