They were very willing to work with my schedule, as I was traveling across country in my van. Friendly, knowledgeable and caring folks.

They where very nice, helpful and picked my car up for me one day, and had it fix and to me the next. Highly recommend them when other places I called wouldnt help me or work with me on making payments.

Just checking prices for a friend on a simple break job. They are pricey.

Took in my Honda Civic to fix the AC told me it’s $210 dollars diagnostics fee. Then said it was a leaking hose. Get the part in and replaced it. Added an AC recharge fee came out to $699.90 then called and told me that the compressor isn’t working and won’t have the part in for at least a week or longer. So I paid $699.90 for absolutely nothing. The AC still doesn’t work. How do they misdiagnose the compressor the first time and charge me for replacing the hoses? Stay away from this place you’re better off finding some place else.

I brought my car in to be looked at for the brakes. they told me two different things that could be wrong with it and how much it was gonna be I told him that I was just gonna come pick my car up because I didn’t at over $2000 to fix it. After getting back to get my car they still had it completely tore apart hadn’t even put it back together to try to convince me to leave it there. When they finally “diagnosed” the problem they charged me $700 for something that the part alone was only $100 and should have only taken 2 hours at the most. To pick my car up drive it all the way home just to find out that that never even fixed the issue. I called and left several voicemails and no one ever even would call me back. DO NOT take your vehicle here they price gouge you to death and won’t even fix the actual issue that’s wrong with your vehicle.

Purchased a 79 Cadillac El Dorado, took it in to get checked out. Found seals and radiator need replaced. Juan and his crew were very familiar with this front wheel classic car. Repaired in timely manner, fair price and 1 year warranty. I would use them again at Fairway.

Overall experience was good, got us in right away which was big because we are traveling and live out of our van. when we were a little surprised at the total (part was just expensive) owner gave us a discount and gave us a nationwide warranty on the part plus a few miles of free towing! only complaint is no waiting room.

I was way over charged for their services. I brought my truck into Fairway to have my A/C system recharge. My bill for their service came to $312.64. They claimed that it took them 3.5 hours to perform the task. I would have been better off taking my truck to a Chevy dealership.

Super shop to get your vehicle repaired. They towed my truck from the next town to their shop. Made repairs at a fair price and advised me that the other required repairs were under warranty, then helped get the vehicle to the dealership in town. They are fair, honest and quick to complete the work. I highly recommend this shop. Juan & Audra are super courteous, care about their customers & Best of All GITTER DONE. Way over charged prices and not told until after that it would be $130 just for them to tell me what I already knew was wrong. In fact, the dealership was 350 less than their quote and they then tried to say it was because of the cost of the part. I can order a part from the dealer for $30, they say its $250. Dont waste your time with these fly by night price gougers, go to a local shop with ties to the community if you really want good service.

They are excellent auto care. Took my vehicle in with their tow service, repair was prompt and they saved me thousands over a dealership repair. They even offered to take me to my work or motel. They saved my butt!!

Man these dudes are great they fixed everything with my car in a timely fashion and were very helpful and the manager goes out of his way to try and make the price reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Horrible. Steer clear that will rip you off. They replaced a part that I told them I had replaced the day before. When I asked where my part they took off was they said they threw it away. Charged me a lot of money and my vehicle was still not fixed. I was told by the owner one thing and then talked to the mechanic and he said he didn’t have a clue what the owner was talking about that he did not fix anything like that.

Tried to charge 4000$ for changing ball joints, DO NOT go to this place. They will try to cheat you out of money every step of the way!! Its cheaper elsewhere.

They kept my car for four days to replace a battery and a starter for almost $800. On top of that, after they were done, new warning lights were lit up on my dash. They tried to tell me the warning lights were due to the TPMS. My car predates the introduction of TPMS .... Don’t go here.

Well took a 1998 gmc c3500 to fairway to replace transmission I bought from Frazier engines also brought my own parts. Quote$509. Good price right? Keep reading after replacing trans I called them because I haven’t heard from them in two weeks. Well they changed my clutch pedal and slave cylinder without even asking me then replaced my throw out bearing with another new one because it wasn’t bled. So the orders another one that come pre bled. Haha no such thing so I say just get it together plz and thank you. Well finally went to get it after 4 weeks and bill is $1800 and they say well it’s a new tranny so it’s hard to shift just pump the peddle a lot it will be fine. I’m pissed so I bring it to another mechanic where we are taking pics of the throw out my bearing they installed with the keeper missing that molds in the clutch line. And a brand new master cylinder full of debris and trash.

Ive had 2 experiences here one good and one bad, the good one is when I took my old explorer in to get quite a bit of working done, they took care of damn near everything and at a fair price, heater core throttle body brakes fluids etc, however I think theyve gone downhill a little bit, last time I took my other vehicle, an escape. I had to have a manifold replacement and spark plugs taken care of, I had been very busy with my job so I had my mother collaborate with them as well as far as them needing to contact me if any info or actions were needed, well heres where the trouble started, they kept telling both me and my mother very different things and seemed undecisive what they wanted to say sometimes, I had the manifold replaced which the part alone was 1000 dollars ( I couldve bought it somewhere else for half of that and gave it to them) they did well as far as changing my spark plugs however, back to the manifold they had taken off the catalytic converter and replaced it with tubing which I did not give them permission to do, as well as it was a part that was in working order and they didnt even give it back to me, I have no idea what they did with it but I was pretty angry about it, then here comes the outrageous bill of $2700, I know they need to make money and their time is valuable but that is outrageous for the amount of work they did and they didnt even do an inspection or any other maintenience procedures as they had done with my previous vehicle, I wont be coming back here because of that and if you get work done here you better be ready to fork over a pretty big stack of cash and expect to lose parts you dont want taken off in the first place

Horrible, Owner thinks hes the president of the U.S., bad attitude, i went in cause of a transmission fluid leak and he wanted to change my whole radiator and fluid lines after i told him what the problem was, a $10 cooler fitting,i didnt have time to change it nor the tools but after i heard what he wanted to do i was like he wants to rip me off, he wanted to charge me $580, Dont go to this shop, u will regret it, 1 star is to much for this sorry rip_off shop

They quoted me $427 plus tax for a control arm and alignment and when I got the bill is was $575 only for the control arm they didnt even did the alignment. Thats no way to do business!! Highly dont recommend them.

Way over charge tried to charge me 275 dollar in a oil change and fuel filter didn’t tell me till after it was done and the tried to charge another 40$ for a supply charge and 20$ to dispose of oil

They did some work on a vehicle and replaced a part with a used part and the lower ball joint was bad and they still didnt replace it plus they ruined the abs brake sensor and pigtail on the passenger side and wouldnt show me the old parts that came off of the vehicle and they acted like it wasnt their fault about the abs or the ball joint and that is why they had the vehicle was because the ball joint

They only care about the profit nothing else.
