I drove there to get a quick photo print. Uploaded the photos through their computer it told me prints would be ready within 30 minutes. Waited 30 minutes and asked the employee about it. The answer was I am unloading a truck. There are only 3 of us. Come in the evening. I tried explain that I was in hurry but only see a sarcastic laugh.. I would never shop here again or a Walgreens in general..

Cannot give 0 star as that option doesnt exist but worst pharmacy ever, longer wait times that fastest you can get through is 30 mins.I would suggest order a meal,wait in line finish your meal,go for a walk and probably by that time your wait ends

Where is the district manager?? This store has had serious customer service problems for several years now and it’s not getting any better. I have been a customer of this pharmacy for 35 years. Because the staff are so consistently rude and lazy, I have moved my account to CVS. The convenience of drive-through no longer matters. No one should be treated so badly. I recommend you call a new pharmacy and transfer your prescriptions.

Called pharmacy twice in two days and was put on hold for over 25 minutes each time before I gave up and hung up the phone. If youre in a hurry, dont pick up your prescriptions after 4pm. Long lines at the drive thru and walk-in. Even when the walk-in line is long, they still allow people to buy groceries at the pharmacy window.

I was there to drop off a script to be filled. Lady working the counter just kept walking by with no acknowledgement and then stood by another lady who was explaining the meds to a customer. She was doing nothing and Im still not acknowledged until the gentlemen who is doing the shots came behind the customer. Disappointing customer service

I had to come on and do a review. Every time I go in to this store the staff have been polite, busy, but polite. The other day I stopped in and overheard another customer giving the cashier a hard time. We tend to forget these are frontline workers. They are exposing themselves to many people everyday. I used to work in retail so I know how customer can get. And reading some of these reviews is just laughable. I love this store, they’re pharmacy has never given me a problem before and sometimes I haven’t been the most patient. And there is a really nice gentleman who works up front who is such a sweetheart.

The pharmacy staff work very slow or dont like to work. I called to fill my sons Rx and I was told that it would be ready in half an hour. I went there three hours later and after waiting in line for 15 minutes, I was told that it wasnt ready because theyve been out of stock for a few days. It was a simple Rx of children multi-vitamins.

Edit: Changed my rating based on a much more positive experience I had on 12/26. Ameer was super friendly and fast. Thank you!****Ordered Same Day Photo Service online and never received a confirmation email that my photos were ready for pick up. I decided to visit the store to check anyway, and a staff member who Im assuming is the manager had the worst customer service skills that Ive seen in a while. She had a rude tone of voice, unfriendly demeanor, and acted like my presence was an inconvenience to her time.The only saving grace to my Walgreens experience was the nice male cashier who checked me out after I dealted with Bitter Betty Mean Manager-pants.He was a pleasant. She sucked eggs.

Worst pharmacy ever, always long lines very rude staff. I have been battling this pharmacy forver and then started going to cvs which is the best pharmacy ever dont have to sit in a long line just to drop off a perscription. Theres 8 people working behind the counter and it took me 20 mins just to drop off a perscription and then another 15 min just to pick it up. I would give zero stars if i could. Took cvs 15 min from drop off to pick up stay away from this pharmacy if you have the chance. This pharmacy is rated the worst in michigan

Best pharmacy I have worked with, staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help me fill my son’s prescription. Dr. Prescribed him new medicine went to Meijer pharmacy first on calling they said it’s not in stock and they don’t have time to help me check if other pharmacy have it. Later I called this Walgreens and they were able to help me with everything and made sure I got medicine in time. Ever since we have transferred all our prescriptions to this pharmacy.

I actually did not come here for the pharmacy as this pharmacy has stopped accepting a lot of insurance providers, however I stopped in to purchase a new knee brace. All of their support braces were B1G1 50%, unfortunately they didnt ring that way at the register. The cashier had to have a supervisor run back and check the price for me. Im thankful that they helped me out and didnt make it seem like a burden. I think had the prices been updated, and having the manager be privy of the new sales - we could avoided the extra back and forth. But overall a pleasant experience and very kind cashier.

Two interactions in two days with this pharmacy have been really bad. First interaction on the phone I had with someone in the pharmacy the woman began raising her voice to me and was quite rude. I understand that it gets busy so I wrote it off knowing we all have bad days. Today when I came in to pick up the prescription I had called about, I again was interacting with someone who was rude, dismissive and unhelpful. This is not something customers should have to deal with while trying to get the medications they need. Please fix this situation

This is the WORST pharmacy that I have ever worked with. On several occasions they have promised to get me, my vital medication in a timely manor only to cancel the order without any follow-up. Never because of my insurance, always because they didnt process something or it was someone else job. Their staff has always been rude and avoid answering my question about why my medication cant be filled without me having to call all over the country. If you care about your health find another pharmacy.

There is a staff member in the pharmacy, who when she sees the medication the patient is ordering and knows its for something very private, she makes funny faces and smirks. No class and highly inappropriate. Guess no one wants to work at Walgreens so they have to scrape the bottom of the barrel for employees

Bought canvas printed pictures and was amazed with same day printing. When picking the pictures up, the color was off and Colin figured it was the printer that had issues. He went to another store to get the right pieces and called back when the pictures were complete. Both Colin and Pam from the photo department were great. Thanks for the great customer service!!!

This is the first time I have rated a company on here. They are very disorganized, and horrible service. I was supposed to have a prescription transferred there on Saturday & on Tuesday it still isnt filled. I even got an email saying it would be ready for pickup on Saturday. After they figure out how to fill this prescription, I am going elsewhere.Try to use this pharmacy for a second time (which I should have known better), but was too busy to find another pharmacy. Beyond awful....they Pharmacy Tech was super rude. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. They do not even deserve a single star it is that bad. Go someplace else. The wait is too long for horrible service.

I was in line waiting to pick up a prescription when an elderly gentleman came up and asked the pharmacists where an item was out on the floor. It was actually right on the aisle next to the pharmacy. Instead of simply walking through their swinging door, showing him it off the shelf and then coming back in to continue filling prescriptions, the pharmacist decided to have a yelling match trying to direct him to the product.If you cant take 5 steps and 20 seconds to give someone some decent customer service, something is gravely wrong.Also, every single person in this pharmacy yells. Like at the top of their lungs. There is no needed for that.I went to pick up 4 prescriptions. When she rang them up, they came to an astronomical price. I reminded her of the insurance I was using and how that price couldnt be right. She rolled her eyes at me, huffed, and rechecked the system.Are you kidding me? Sorry excuse for customer service...

In the past I always went to CVS and had no issues and my prescriptions were alway on time and I get a text message that my prescription is ready and everything was in order. Now because of my insurance I need to use walgreens, I registered 100 times to get a text message to know when my prescription is ready, I have never get one text till now about it. Everytime I go to pick my prescription up the system doesn’t recognize my phone number while I already registered like 100 times.Now I have problems with prescriptions, they don’t get filled or always something is wrong and they don’t even call me or let me know, I have to go there and ask them personally! While CVS would call me. There is always something is missing and I need to go back and forth between my Dr and the pharmacy and my insurance. I think the people who are working here need a proper training because they don’t know what the hell is going on. Everytime I go to pick up my prescription the whole staff changed!I don’t blame it on the people who work there I blame it on the management. The management need to hire more people and give the workers proper trainig!

An older woman kept telling me very rudely that I didnt have medication here. I had to come back with proof from the website. When I did she became even more rude and arrogant as if I called her out when I was just trying to get my medicine. I sense prejudice may be involved but cant be sure - either way I wont be coming back.

This is actually for the PHARMACY. I have been getting my prescription here for over a year now because it’s closer to where I live but I ALWAYS have a problem with the pharmacy!They always have excuses and they’re always rude, it seems like they don’t want to help you.I was on the other side of town last month and needed to pick up my prescription so I stopped by a walgreens and they switched my prescription with no problem or any excuses. I tried getting my precription again at my local Walgreens and they said I had to go back to the other Walgreens across town!!!!I do not recommend you getting your prescription there.

I have never had any successful interactions with Wallgreen’s Specialty pharmacies. My order, even if it is a refill, requires multiple calls over several days. Even then, they have messed up my orders, sometimes giving me 30 days when I’m supposed to get 90 days. Ridiculous procedures, confused workers, and frankly just terrible service all around. If I could get this drug elsewhere, I would. Unfortunately I can’t. Wallgreen’s is the worst.

I used the online Walgreen prescription site to refill 5 prescriptions 3 days before I picked them up. They must have waited to the very last minute to fill them because only 2 were ready when I went to pick them up. 1 was not available in the quantity needed, another was not in stock. Although the actual pharmacist was knowledgeable and helpful, the assistant was not. I was told to return the next day. Only 1 of the 2 was ready. I was told that the other would be ready sometime after 10 PM. Having an early AM flight the next day, I told them to do a partial fill which they accomplished and forget the rest. Despite this, I still received a call after 10 PM. I have used Walgreens in several other locations with excellent results. The staff here, with the exception of the actual pharmacists, tend to be arrogant and certainly not customer driven. I will not use this particular pharmacy again and have recommended the same to others.

There should be just a Poor option, because Fair is generous. I gave this pharmacy a fair shot, but Ill never use it again. Worst pharmacy Ive ever used actually. Terrible service, always desperately understaffed. Theres a line at least 4 people long (between the counter and the drive-through window) and only one person ever working the registers. Even at 8 pm on a Tuesday, you have to wait in line for 15 or 20 minutes.I called in a prescription on Tuesday that I needed by Saturday. The automated service said it would be ready on Thursday, so I went in to pick it up and was told it was out of stock and they would need to order it. When I asked why that hadnt been done between Tuesday and Thursday, all I got was an apology for a computer error.Anyway, they said it should be available on Saturday no problem, so I said ok. I called on Saturday and its still out of stock. So now I have to go out to Ann Arbor to pick up only a weeks worth of medication.Update: Now they wont refill it because it was filled too recently. But the last time I filled it, they werent able to fill the whole prescription and apparently forgot to record that minor detail. Unbelievable.Overall a terrible pharmacy. Way too many other options in this area for me to ever go back there.

I have never written a review nor will I probably ever after this. But this pharmacy was a life saver. Our 2 year old daughter caught Ill and was puking every hour, so we took her to urgent care and they wrote her a script for some Zofran( a medicine that prevents vomiting). By the time we got out of urgent care it was around 9:50 and the closest place that could fill the script was this Walgreens and they closed by 10:00. We made it there by 10:00 exactly and we pulled up to the drivethrough, and the lady told us that they were closed. We explained to them the situation and they allowed us to come in, and they filled the script for us. I am so thamkful there were such nice workers there that did that for us, or else we would have to had driven to the next closest one that was open past 10:00, but was also 25 minutes from the house. It may not seem like a long drive, but it is when your baby is violently puking im your back seat. And for these kind hearted people, I am so thankful.

Went there for a passport photo. Unlike other places like CVS or Fedex only have one dimension - which is US passport size, Walgreens could choose different countrys passport photo size. Very good place for VISA application

Been going here for 7 years or so and never been super happy with turn around times at the pharmacy. I know busy times come and go but waiting an hour and a half for meds for a sick 20 month old is ridiculous. Its happened to many times here and IM DONE with them. Oh and when you call to talk to a manager you cant get through....hung up on three times. Spend your money somewhere else!
