I had a great time shopping today, Ana was super helpful, i loved her product knowledge and we were basically on the same page with what she recommended and what i wanted to try. Literally was a seamless experience. Thanks girl❤️

I was stalked in this store for 2nd time. I guess baldy thought I was stealing. She waited at the end of each aisle and was down my throat everytime I touched something. I purposely walked the entire store. The Racial Profiling in this store is ridiculous

Great costumer service very helpful

The staff is generally nice, but time and time again the staff members are shoving products down my throat and pressuring me to buy something. Do you not understand that some people are just looking and may want a recommendation? The customer service is just very frustrating and frankly disappointing. The products are nice, and up until they tell you theyll meet you at the register its ok at best. the only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because of the knowledge staff has and one great staff member that is not in it for the money but to assist in your skincare needs.

I brought my daughter in today for a makeover and Jessie was amazing! She gave my daughter skin care tips, makeup tips and application how to’s. My young teenager loved every minute of it. Thank you Jessie!!! Lindsay had a blast.

Great and knowledgeable staff! I had to find a gift in a jiffy and the rep at the time, I believe her name was Jessica, helped me land the perfect gift. A life saver!

Customer service is horrible. I went in on a weekday morning around 11. There was one other customer who was having makeup applied. I was trying to get help from another sales associate but the one in the back of the store had to stay by the register (no customer) and the one in the front had to stay by the door (no customer). I was there to overhaul my makeup and was planning to spend a lot of money. It was the first free day Id had in a long time. I got frustrated on my own and left. As I was leaving the sales associate at the front of the store gave me a smirk. I went to the Bare Minerals store instead and spent my money there. They were extremely helpful despite the constant flow of people in and out.

I love this store! Everyone is always cheery and helpful when I visit. Just had my makeup done to learn new tips and am very pleased with the results. This is my go-to location for all things beauty related.

An employee accused me of stealing. “Would you like a bag to hold your products?”. I responded “I haven’t gotten anything yet” to which she said “well I found this in the trash” and showed me a wrapper. I explained that it was a wrapper from the chapstick I bought from another store earlier. She rolled her eyes and said “...okay...” as if she didn’t believe me. I haven’t returned to the store since.

This is the best Sephora hands down! I’ve had my makeup done by Desiree and I swear she is a QUEEN! She knows her products and is very sweet. The entire staff are friendly and want to help. Thank you Sephora of Canton!

This Sephora has great, helpful, friendly staff. They are well trained and knowledgeable! This store has many luxury brand options, along with the Sephora Collection, whose products tend to be lower in price but still fairly high quality. Definitely worth a visit!

My all time favorite Sephora! Only downside is that they don’t carry as much as they do in Farmington. I now dread going to the Farmington store when I need to grab something there because of how poorly they treat customers there in comparison to in Canton. One of the women goes above and beyond (I wish I knew her name) and Sephora should definitely promote her. Every time I go in, I receive at least one compliment on my hair or makeup (and I am by no means an expert) and that goes a long way to someone who is learning to do her makeup better and experimenting with new looks. Can’t say enough good things about this location!

Love this store. Just wish they would hire some older staff. Not just little 20 something year olds.

Super friendly staff. Always get the help that I need. Whenever I pop in for a mini or full makeup session, the artists are always able to give me the look that I want, wether its for a Pakistani wedding or a Queen Amadala cosplay.

Nov 8th, 2013.....2 weeks before my wedding! called in and was treated so poorly and the manager on duty was so rude I cancelled both my trail makeup application before the wedding and also cancelled the day of my wedding makeup application. She handled it so badly I feel bad for the makeup consultant, Jessica ( who is a doll to work with) who will lose my business now and in the future. Im also in sales/customer service and I NEVER would have handled a customer the way she did. Ill be passing on my negative experience with everyone I know.

Soooo rude here. the employees basically ganged up on my friend and i until we left. i understand youre supposed to help us find what were looking for but they followed us and im pretty sure thought we were stealing... they kinda reminded me of an exclusive highschool clique.
