First time ever being waxed other than my eyebrows. I read so many reviews before I came. The whole atmosphere was super chill, I felt so welcomed the second I came in. Everyone kept talking about Skylar and how awesome she was. Let me tell you, she lived up to the expectations I had for her. She was super outgoing, personable, knowledgeable and fun. She made me feel super comfortable, almost as if I already knew her! I will definitely be back and if you are contemplating getting waxed and don’t know where to go, you can stop looking now! 😁

This was my first time getting waxed so I was super nervous but the staff was very nice and comforting. Madison was the women that did my full bikini wax and it went so smoothly. I was in and out within 15 minutes and she helped me relax and gave me great tips afterwards. I will definitely be going back again!

My waxer Brianna was the best Ive ever had and Ive been to European wax in Texas, California, and now Ohio. Very kind and thorough and great conversation. My checkout process with Shannon was awesome as well, Ive never been given free samples before or used any European wax products but she walked me through the whole line and left me with samples and knowledge! I had my first ever Brazilian wax here (by Makayla [not sure if that’s how you spell their name] who was so nice!) and I’m definitely coming back! I was so nervous - I figured it was going to be so painful and I’m plus size so I was kinda nervous about that too. My anxiety definitely got the best of me, it was way worse in my head then the actual experience! 😂 If you are like me - nervous or unsure - I highly recommend this wax center!! Everyone was so nice, the front desk staff was very welcoming! I wish I would have done it sooner. 10/10 recommend! 🙌🏼

Wonderful experience! It was my first time and I was so pleased that I already scheduled my next appointment. I loved my brazillian wax experience with Skylar, she was so professional, we had great conversation (which helped calm my nerves) and the process is unbelievably quick! Customer service was PHENOMENAL, they were really nice, the waxer was so so nice, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of none. But the wax wasnt good, here I am four days later with hair regrowth as if I shaved, and I walked out of there that day with hair still on me after . Didnt get every hair. A Waste really :(

First and last time going there for a brow wax...showed 2 pictures of what I wanted and even repeated verbally for several minutes what I wanted done, and left with something completely different. Both of my eyebrows are basically waxed in half, they’re not remotely close to what I asked for, and both brows are different shapes. Not to mention the wax is terrible and I left with a little bit of bleeding, but it leaves a lot of stray hairs. The staff is extremely nice and the place is very clean, but it’s not worth it if you’re specific about your brows.

Had basically my entire body waxed today by Zo and I have never felt more comfortable in my life. I felt very respected and like I’d known her for years. The company and its products are well priced and a great clean experience.

I have been coming to EWC canton since they opened. Skylar is great at her job and truly loves what she does. I always leave feeling better than when I came in. I’ve been to a lot of different EWC locations and this one is by far the best. Make sure you ask for Skylar she’s the bomb.com.

I paid a lot to get my legs waxaed and they missed a lot of hair. I didnt notice until I was in the car but there was a good amount of hair left over. The lady I had was very nice and easy to talk to through the process.

Today was my fist appointment with EWC and I had a Brazilian done by Zoe. I had an amazing experience. She was so quick and thorough with it. Best experience I have had with having one done. I highly recommend them. Everyone was very friendly and I already booked my next appointment

I came for my appointment. I was five minutes late and they let another person go in front of me. Then tried to tell me since I was late even though the policy says I have nine minutes before someone else gets before me. So it was definitely frustrating I didn’t get any compensation no cream nothing to make the situation better basically and oh well. I will not be returning to this location. I don’t recommend. And the last time I was here they left wax all over my butt. The manager was rude and did not care. Horrible. It’s sad some people are like this.

I got a Brazilian bikini wax and the desk staff was so nice. The wax specialist made me feel comfortable and the service was quick and painless. Everything was so clean. Will defiantly become a regular!

What an awesome experience!! My wax specialist, Olivia, was very knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. It was a great, the wax used at EWC is different than other places there was barely any pain! I had my legs, my face and my underarms completely done!

Wish i could leave zero stars. went in for a brow wax and asked to keep the natural shape with some general clean up. she totally ruined my brows, they’re lopsided, totally different shapes and sizes, didn’t even fully wax off the stray hairs and completely took off the front end of one brow. won’t bother coming back. barely worth putting in this review.update: shannon reached out to me and had me come in again to fix them up and they look great! olivia redid them and showed me how to fill them in with a brow pencil and they gave me one to take home. i will definitely be coming back and i appreciate how nice and understanding everyone was!

Hayle Kolbs did an amazing job with my Brazilian!!! It was my first time receiving one and she was so patient with me because I was definitely scared it would hurt bad. But it honestly wasn’t bad at all and it went fast! Also the products that she referred me to buy afterwards is amazing! They help with ingrown hairs❤️
