Never have I ever been to a hair store before, but recently my hair was damaged from going blonde so many times and the owner of this establishment really helped me. She took her time stayed open past hours just to help me match a color with my newly brunette hair and was so nice. Now I’m ready for my wedding and I feel so much more like a bride. Thank you!!

Ever.Ream (Reem?) treated every customer with kindness, care, and compassion while being upfront about expenses, possibilities, and boundaries.I only went in for a UPS access point pick up but I could tell the minute I walked in the customer service was phenomenal. Lightskin owner is nice and knows her stuff. Other employees will be on their phone or texting while taking your transaction (dont know if your info is being shared) overall they typically have what you need.

Nice service and value

Ive been here several times previous and have always loved the service and the people. I went in and received great service however the young lady helping me out wasnt wearing her mask correctly (down around her chin) and proceeded to have a coughing fit while we were standing there. She didnt bother to cover her face with her mask during the coughing fit and barely covered her mouth. We are literally in a pandemic. I get the masks are uncomfortable but youve got to do better. Now Im concerned for my own health in the event she is ill.

I go there a lot for my hair products . The owner is really nice, well I think shes the owner. Have not had any problems, everyone real helpful.

Please friendly service. I just dont like the location.

Ive been in this store a few times its a hair & beauty store for woman. They seem to carry everything youd need to do hair styling and some other beauty supplys staff seem friendly enough not too sure about if there prices are in line with other stores of its kind cause being a male these are not the kind of stores i frequent often

I have frequented A LOT of hair stores, from Cleveland to Mansfield and A & A Beauty, is by far my favorite. So many great products, and her prices are reasonable and the owner and staff are so helpful!I go there often, and I send my clients and friends there for their hair needs.

This was my first time visiting and I selected it based on the excellent reviews. I was not disappointed. Nia assisted me and she was very sweet and professional. There was a great selection of items. I definitely will make the drive to patron this store again.

2 sisters are owners. very nice young ladies. one is more product savy than the other.there staff is also helpful but should probably attend product seminars. it is a pleasant place with a good product supply.

Like so many stores during this pandemic, their supply of inventory is limited, but the sales people are friendly and helpful. Their prices are higher by a couple of dollars on some items. Overall its a pass unless I cant find what I need elsewhere.

Decent place to buy hair products if you live close. The selection is not the best in the world but they will order stuff for you if you need it. I love the staff theyre always friendly and courteous.

Staff was great apparently theyve become a ups package drop off in our area. The problem was with UPS who took my prime free delivery from next day to 7 day by pure incompetence. A&A was great, always use Fed Ex....or the new prime delivery.

The owner is always so sweet. She has wonderful products and if she doesnt have what youre looking for, shell either let you know when shell be able to get it in or where else you can find it. A&A is always my first choice for my hair needs. Great place.

Nice size hair store found what i needed good service which isnt the case at most hair stores.

I love the products and customer service and if they dont have what you are looking for they will gladly order it for you. However, i dont like the loitering. There are a lot of people hanging out around the outside of the store. Its bad for business.
